Methods: a total of 74 patients after thyroid cancer surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly selected and divided into two groups using double-blind method. The reference group received basic nursing care while the experimental group received continuous nursing care. The nursing effects after nursing in two groups were analyzed. Results: the scores of QOL and compliance behavior in the experimental group after nursing were better than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). The degree of nursing satisfaction after nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the care of patients after thyroid cancer surgery, the use of mobile WeChat official account combined with continuous health education care can improve the quality of life of patients, enhance compliance behavior, improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion.展开更多
