Methods: a total of 80 interns from October 2019 to September 2021 in otolaryngology nursing were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 interns in each group. The conventional teaching method was implemented in the control group and the micro-class teaching method was implemented in the observation group. The assessment results, teaching methods and CTDI-CV scale scores of the two groups were compared. Results: the noun interpretation, short-answer questions, essay questions and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared with other scores, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). The learning interest, autonomous learning ability, problem analysis ability, cooperation ability, communication ability and classroom activity of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Before the teaching, there was no significant difference in CTDI-CV between the two groups (P > 0.05). After development, each score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and there was a difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the total satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: the application of micro-class teaching method in otorhinolaryngology clinical nursing interns can effectively improve their assessment results and enhance the work initiative and enthusiasm of nursing students.展开更多
