Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of intracranial arteriovenous malformation (AVM) treated with endovascular combined microsurgery. Methods: fifty patients with reflux pharyngitis admitted to our hospital from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 who met the inclusion criteria of the study were selected as the research objects, and given the corresponding treatment plan according to the patients' wishes and divided into groups. Among them, 25 patients receiving microsurgery were the control group, and 25 patients receiving endovascular combined microsurgery were the observation group. The recovery of living ability after treatment was compared between the two groups. Results: after treatment, the amount of blood loss was lower in the observation group (P < 0.05). The GOS score was higher in the observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: AVM patients receiving endovascular combined microsurgery has achieved remarkable results. 展开更多
