One of the most important plant diseases in viticulture is gray mold caused by <em>Botrytis cinerea</em> Pers. Fr., the anamorph of an ascomycete fungus (<em>Botryotinia fuckeliana</em> Whetzel). Locality Smilica, Kavadarci, Republic of North Macedonia, was the place where experimental fields with white varieties Smedervka and Zilavka were continuously observed. Working hypothesis was to follow development of the disease after increasing glucose over 11% until the time of the grape harvest, and microclimate was monitored at the same time. In both white varieties Smederevka and Zilavka on the control variants weren’t used botricide treatments to distinguish between the variants that were conventionally treated against <em>B. cinerea</em>. The aim of the research was to determine how microclimatic conditions affect the development of <em>B. cinerea</em> and consequently to create forecasting model for gray mold. The forecasting model for <em>B. cinerea</em> is based on relationship between temperature and humidity in the vines’ canopies. The aim of the research is to prevent development of <em>B. cinerea</em> and consequently reduce the number of chemical treatments. 展开更多

This paper focuses on climate comfort degree evaluated from relationships between spatial characteristics and behaviors of a winter city.It is demonstrated that the influences of climatic factors on human comfort are remarkably different for different spatial characteristics and functions of the sites. An evaluation method of climatic comfort is propsed,in which attaining comfort is an adaptation process, and the dynamic changes in the process are according to the user’s subjective tendency to the variations of the spatial characteristics and functions of the space. The evaluation criteria are based on both physical and psychological hierarchy needs of a person, which include the spatial form for microclimatic conditions as well as the spatial social-economic characteristics of a site.To improve the local environment of a winter city by planning measurements, the Harbin Central Pedestrian Street is taken as an example in the application of the evaluation method, and different planning optimizing strategies are proposed accordingly. The results show that the pattern of climate comfort is characterized by reflecting the socialeconomic value and individual behavior characteristics. 展开更多

The aim of this paper is to collect information about dairy cow's behaviour connected to different environmental conditions. During summer 2009 and winter 2010 experimental trials were arranged to verify the behaviour of dairy cows in a farm located in Po Plain (Italy). The barn was provided with an air-water cooling system, based on the use of fans and sprinklers placed only in the feeding alley. Two different trials were carried out. The first experiment was targeted on verifying the use of the cubicles by the cows in relation to the availability of the cooling system only in feeding area. The second trial aimed at testing the effectiveness of zone cooling systems placed in the front of cubicles. For this purpose three cubicles in the barn were provided with cooling systems, based on the input of high velocity conditioned air streams. The results clearly remark that the behaviour of the animals is greatly influenced by the environmental conditions. With high temperatures the use of the cubicles is deeply reduced and the animals prefer to stay in feeding area, thus benefiting from the cooling effect of water sprinkled by the showers and of the air streams created by the fans. With air temperatures increasing from 21℃ to 33 ℃ the cows reduce the staying in the cubicles, which gets down from 540 to 32% (r2 = 0.2608). As regards the efficacy of zone cooling system in the cubicles, the results are not particularly encouraging. The cows continue to use the cubicles without changing the behaviour in relation to the presence of conditioned air flow. 展开更多
