The development of deepwater oil fields has reached a new stage with the dramatic increase in water depth and the recent increasing demands of the economic development in the filed. The use of a Tension Leg Platform ...The development of deepwater oil fields has reached a new stage with the dramatic increase in water depth and the recent increasing demands of the economic development in the filed. The use of a Tension Leg Platform (TIP) combined with other systems, such as Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) system, Floating Production Unit (FPU) system, Tender Assisted Drilling (TAD) system, etc., has drawn the industry attention and increased significantly in the past few years. For the areas lacking of pipeline system, the use of TIP(s) combined with FPSO has been chosen to efficiently develop the deepwater fields. The TIP with a Tender Assisted Drilling system significantly reduces the payload of the platform and reduces the investment in the TIP system substantially. This opens the door for many new deepwater field developments to use the tension leg platform. The advantage of the TIP combined with a TAD system is more significant when several TIPs are used for the continuous development of the field. One of the applications for the TIP with a tender assisted drilling system can be in the development of an offshore marginal field. Owing to the increase of water depth, the conventional fixed platform model for the exploration of those fields becomes uneconomical. It also would be too expensive to use a large TIP structure for those marginal fields due to the large amount of initial investment. The TIP system with tender assisted drilling can be used to develop those fields economically. There are many marginal fields in China offshore, especially in shelf areas. The application of this field developing model, combined with the existing field developing experience in China, will open the door for many marginal field developments. This paper will review the application of the combined TIP system through some examples of completed/ongoing projects, and major technical issues encountered in those practices. The potential application of this technology in China deepwater development will be discussed in the end.展开更多
Two artificial agents(a humanoid robot and a virtual human) are enriched with various similar intelligence,autonomy, functionalities and interaction modalities. The agents are integrated in the form of a cyber-physica...Two artificial agents(a humanoid robot and a virtual human) are enriched with various similar intelligence,autonomy, functionalities and interaction modalities. The agents are integrated in the form of a cyber-physical-social system(CPSS) through a shared communication platform to create a social ecology. In the ecology, the agents collaborate(assist each other) to perform a real-world task(search for a hidden object)for the benefits of humans. A robot-virtual human bilateral trust model is derived and a real-time trust measurement method is developed. The role of taking initiative in the collaboration is switched between the agents following a finite state machine model triggered by bilateral trust, which results in a mixedinitiative collaboration. A scheme is developed to evaluate the performance of the agents in the ecology through the CPSS.The results show that the robot and the virtual human perform satisfactorily in the collaboration through the CPSS. The results thus prove the effectiveness of the real-world ecology between artificial agents of heterogeneous realities through a shared platform based on trust-triggered mixed-initiatives. The results can help develop adaptive social ecology comprising intelligent agents of heterogeneous realities to assist humans in various tasks through collaboration between the agents in the form of a CPSS.展开更多

With advances in molecular biology and marker technology, a new era of molecular breeding has emerged that has greatly accelerated the pace of plant breeding. High-throughput genotyping technology and phenotyping platforms have enabled large-scale marker-trait association analysis, such as genome-wide association studies, to precisely dissect the genetic architecture of plant traits. Large-scale mapping of agronomically important quantitative trait loci, gene cloning and characterization, mining of elite alleles/haplotypes, exploitation of natural variations, and genomic selection have paved the way towards genomics-assisted breeding(GAB). With the availability of more and more informative genomic datasets, GAB would become a promising technique to expedite the breeding cycle for crop improvement.展开更多
In order to restore force sensation to robot-assisted minimally invasive surgery(RMIS),design and performance evaluation of a miniature 6-axis force/torque sensor for force feedback is presented.Based on the resistive...In order to restore force sensation to robot-assisted minimally invasive surgery(RMIS),design and performance evaluation of a miniature 6-axis force/torque sensor for force feedback is presented.Based on the resistive sensing method,a flexural-hinged Stewart platform is designed as the flexible structure,and a straightforward optimization method considering the force and sensitivity isotropy of the sensor is proposed to determine geometric parameters which are best suited for the given external loads.The accuracy of this method is preliminarily discussed by finite element methods(FEMs).The sensor prototype is fabricated with the development of the electronic system.Calibration and dynamic loading tests for this sensor prototype are carried out.The working ranges of this sensor prototype are 30 N and 300 N·mm,and resolutions are 0.08 N in radial directions,0.25 N in axial direction,and 2.4 N·mm in rotational directions.It also exhibits a good capability for a typical dynamic force sensing at a frequency close to the normal heart rate of an adult.The sensor is compatible with surgical instruments for force feedback in RMIS.展开更多
目的探究卵巢储备功能低下(decline in ovarian reserbe,DOR)患者的中医体质、中医证型分布特点及吴克明教授临床治疗的用药规律。方法遵循流行病学调查方法,采用《中医体质分类与判定表》对DOR患者进行打分和体质分类,参考《中医妇科...目的探究卵巢储备功能低下(decline in ovarian reserbe,DOR)患者的中医体质、中医证型分布特点及吴克明教授临床治疗的用药规律。方法遵循流行病学调查方法,采用《中医体质分类与判定表》对DOR患者进行打分和体质分类,参考《中医妇科常见病诊疗指南》及《中医妇科学》中“不孕症”“月经病”等证候分类,进行辨证分型,并收集吴克明教授门诊治疗DOR的中药处方信息。采用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)进行挖掘分析相关用药规律。结果在所收集124例DOR患者的体质信息中,阳虚质36例,占29.03%;血瘀质19例,占15.32%;平和质16例,占12.9%;而气郁质、阴虚质、气虚质等占较少比例。中医证型分类中肾虚血瘀证共48例、脾肾阳虚证27例、肝郁肾虚证22例、气血两虚证14例、肝肾阴虚证13例。使用中医传承辅助平台对124例门诊处方进行数据挖掘,得出核心组方为:肉苁蓉、菟丝子、淫羊藿、枸杞子、覆盆子、黄精、当归、山萸肉、熟地黄、牡丹皮、香附。结论通过中医辅助平台对临床收集124例DOR患者的体质类型及其中药处方进行分析,阳虚质、血瘀质和肾虚血瘀证、脾肾阳虚证患者占比最多,而核心组方药物主要为肉苁蓉、菟丝子、淫羊藿、当归等,其中肉苁蓉、菟丝子、淫羊藿补肾精温肾阳,当归养血活血调经,初步揭示了吴克明教授在补肾养血活血法指导下临床治疗DOR的用药规律,并为不同体质类型、中医证型分类下DOR的临床治疗提供一定参考依据。展开更多
