This study focuses on exploring the practical path of Micro Project-Based Learning from the perspective of integrated unit teaching,aiming to address the issue of integrating the Project Section with other sections in the new junior high school English textbook published by Shanghai Education Press.Based on two rounds of action research,a micro-project design framework is constructed,which includes“unit micro-project design”,“micro-project-based unit teaching”,“micro-project achievement display”,and“evaluation and reflection”.Practice shows that with the guidance of task lists and scaffolding support,this framework effectively promotes the integration of subject knowledge and the development of students’core competence,providing a transferable implementation paradigm for integrated unit teaching. 展开更多

With the deep advancement of modern educational informatization,the micro-video teaching model has gradually become an effective approach for promoting the innovation and reform of experimental teaching,owing to its advantages such as intuitive visualization,repeatability,and flexible learning.This paper addressed the limitations of the traditional zoology experiment teaching model,which include insufficiently clear teacher demonstrations,limited class time,and the difficulty of accommodating individual student differences.Accordingly,we systematically analyzed the main characteristics,implementation models,and effectiveness of the micro-video teaching model in the Zoology Experiment course.We also discussed the primary challenges encountered during its teaching practice and proposed corresponding recommendations for improvement.This analysis aimed to provide a theoretical reference for the teaching reform of Zoology Experiment in normal universities. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effect of the case-based problem-based learning(PBL)teaching model in clinical microbiology laboratory internship teaching,and provide a reference for the reform of clinical practical teaching.Methods:A total of 36 students who interned in the Clinical Laboratory of the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from May 2023 to April 2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups by the envelope method,with 18 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional lecture-based teaching model,while the study group used the case-based PBL teaching model.The teaching scores,teaching quality,and satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results:The theoretical score(65.28±2.78),skill score(26.06±2.34),and total score(91.33±3.54)of the study group were all higher than those of the control group(61.67±3.01,22.28±2.49,83.94±3.72,respectively),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire showed that the scores of students in the study group in terms of autonomous learning,clinical thinking ability,comprehension ability,and learning interest were significantly higher than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the satisfaction rate of students in the study group with the teaching was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PBL teaching model can effectively improve the academic performance of interns and the quality of teaching,enhance teaching satisfaction,and thus serve as a powerful auxiliary teaching method in clinical internship education. 展开更多

背景:临床上,由于手舟骨的特殊解剖特点和内部骨小梁分布特征等往往使得骨折的治疗效果普遍不佳,常导致骨折不愈合和缺血性坏死,进而引发腕关节炎和功能丧失。目的:利用Micro CT技术对手舟骨标本进行扫描,分析其内部显微结构特征,测量... 背景:临床上,由于手舟骨的特殊解剖特点和内部骨小梁分布特征等往往使得骨折的治疗效果普遍不佳,常导致骨折不愈合和缺血性坏死,进而引发腕关节炎和功能丧失。目的:利用Micro CT技术对手舟骨标本进行扫描,分析其内部显微结构特征,测量各区域骨小梁显微结构参数值,以发现手舟骨骨小梁的区域差异,旨在为手舟骨骨折的预防、治疗及骨折机制研究提供科学依据。方法:选取5具成人尸体标本的双侧手舟骨(10例)进行Micro CT扫描,通过对手舟骨3个感兴趣区域(结节部、腰部、体部)内骨小梁的勾选与重建,详细观察手舟骨内部的显微形态特征,测量和比较各区域骨小梁显微结构参数值的差异。结果与结论:①Micro CT图像显示手舟骨表面皮质骨相对较薄,内部充满复杂的骨小梁微观结构;靠近皮质骨的板层状骨小梁相对密集,向内部延伸成杆状骨小梁;从矢状面、冠状面和横断面上观察,腰部内骨小梁分布较为稀疏,而体部和结节部内骨小梁分布则更为致密;②手舟骨结节部的骨体积分数、骨表面积、骨表面积组织体积比、骨小梁分离度、骨小梁数目、骨小梁连通性、骨小梁连接密度、分形维数、骨矿物质密度和骨矿物质含量在左右侧别间比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);腰部和体部的各骨小梁显微结构参数值在左右侧别间比较差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05);③手舟骨的骨体积、骨体积分数、骨表面积、骨表面积组织体积比、骨表面积骨体积比、骨矿物质密度和骨矿物质含量在体部与结节部、腰部之间比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);手舟骨的骨小梁厚度在体部与结节部之间比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);手舟骨的骨小梁分离度、分形维数在体部与结节部、腰部,结节部与腰部之间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);手舟骨的骨小梁数目、骨小梁连通性、骨小梁连接密度在腰部与结节部、体部之间比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);手舟骨的组织体积、各向异性程度在体部、结节部、腰部之间比较差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05);④结果显示,手舟骨的骨小梁显微结构参数值存在区域性差异,其中腰部的骨密度和强度较低,是最容易发生骨折的部位,该发现从骨小梁微观结构角度为理解手舟骨骨折机制提供了理论依据;同时,此次研究揭示的手舟骨不同部位的骨小梁结构特征也为设计针对性的内固定器械提供了理论依据。 展开更多

This study aims to explore the characteristics of novice teachers’inappropriate behaviors in classroom teaching and their intervention strategies.With the continuous improvement of education quality,novice teachers face increasing challenges in teaching practice.Their inappropriate behaviors not only affect the classroom atmosphere but may also negatively impact students’learning outcomes.Therefore,researching the characteristics of novice teachers’inappropriate behaviors and their intervention strategies holds significant scientific and social value.This study employs a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the behavioral patterns of novice teachers in classroom teaching and proposes corresponding intervention strategies.The results indicate that novice teachers’inappropriate behaviors mainly manifest as poor classroom management,monotonous teaching methods,and insufficient interaction with students.Based on these findings,the study proposes a series of effective intervention strategies,including enhancing teacher training,optimizing teaching design,and promoting positive interactions between teachers and students.The conclusions of the study not only provide practical guidance for educational practice but also point out directions for future research,emphasizing the crucial role of teacher professional development in improving teaching quality. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of standardized patient scenario simulation teaching in geriatric medicine clinical education and provide references for improving teaching methods in geriatrics.Methods:Sixty-five clinical physicians from other departments who rotated into the Geriatric Medicine Department for training between August 2024 and July 2025 were randomly divided into a control group(n=32)and an observation group(n=33).The control group received traditional centralized theoretical lectures combined with instructor-led clinical mentoring,while the observation group underwent standardized patient scenario simulation training.The two groups were compared on post-rotation examination scores and teaching satisfaction metrics.Results:The observation group achieved significantly higher post-rotation examination scores(88.37±3.04)than the control group(80.17±3.29)(p<0.01).Teaching satisfaction surveys revealed that trainees in the observation group demonstrated significantly higher satisfaction than the control group(p<0.05)regarding the teaching method’s effectiveness in enhancing learning interest,independent learning ability,comprehensive clinical problem-solving skills,patient communication skills,teamwork capabilities,and research conceptualization abilities.Conclusion:Standardized patient scenario simulation teaching effectively improves clinical teaching quality in geriatric medicine,enhances trainees’comprehensive clinical competencies,and holds value for broader application. 展开更多
