Si-Miao-Wan(SMW), a tradiational Chinese medicinal formula consisting of Atractylodis Rhizoma, Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex, Coicis Semen, and Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, has been used for the treatment of gout and...Si-Miao-Wan(SMW), a tradiational Chinese medicinal formula consisting of Atractylodis Rhizoma, Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex, Coicis Semen, and Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix, has been used for the treatment of gout and gouty arthritis for many years. In the present study, a liquid chromatography quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry(LC-Q-TOF/MS) method was established to identify the multiple constituents of SMW and its metabolites in rat biological samples after oral administration. A total of 48 compounds in SMW, including 21 alkaloids, 12 organic acids, 2 terpenes, 3 lactones, 2 phytosterols, and 8 other compounds, were tentatively characterized with the diagnostic-ion filtering strategy. Based on the diagnostic ions applied to identify compounds in SMW, 28 prototype compounds and 10 metabolic compounds were detected in the biological samples. This was the first comprehensive drug metabolism investigation of SMW in rats. The developed method could be a useful means for identifying the multi-components in SMW and the metabolic components. The results may help explore the possible metabolic processes and mechanism of action for SMW in vivo.展开更多

The prescription is used for the management of diabetes and insulin resistance ...Modified Si-Miao-San(mS MS) is composed of Rhizoma Coptidis, Cortex Phellodendri, Rhizoma Coptidis Semen Coicis and Atractylodes Rhizome. The prescription is used for the management of diabetes and insulin resistance in the clinic. This study aims to investigate its regulation of glucose disposal in adipocytes. Differentiated 3T3-L1 adipocytes were stimulated with conditioned medium derived from activated macrophages to induce insulin resistance and observed the effects of Mac-CM on insulin-mediated glucose uptake along the insulin receptor substrate-1/PI3K/Akt signaling pathway. Moreover, its regulation of AMPK phosphorylation was also investigated. mS MS enhanced AMPK phosphorylation and promoted basal glucose uptake in adipocytes; mS MS inhibited NF-κB activation by reducing P65 phosphorylation and improved insulin-stimulated IRS-1 tyrosine and Akt phosphorylation, leading to the restoration of insulin-mediated glucose uptake when cells were exposed to inflammatory stimulation. These beneficial effects were diminished in the presence of the AMPK inhibitor compound C. mS MS positively regulated AMPK activity, and this action contributed to improving insulin PI3 K signaling by the beneficial regulation of IRS-1 function through inhibition of inflammation in adipocytes.展开更多

According to the recent practice in Laopingzi Village,Jiaopingdu Town,Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County(Luquan County hereinafter)in dry and hot valley of Jinsha River,the development of Zanthoxylum schinifolium Si...According to the recent practice in Laopingzi Village,Jiaopingdu Town,Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County(Luquan County hereinafter)in dry and hot valley of Jinsha River,the development of Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb.et Zucc planting industry can help farmers gradually get rid of poverty and achieve a virtuous cycle of ecological environment.It is a sustainable poverty alleviation way.Based on the three aspects of soil properties,climatic conditions,and topographical conditions influencing the growth of Z.schinifolium,this paper selected eight evaluation factors to establish a suitability evaluation system for Z.schinifolium,used the analytic hierarchy process to determine the indicator,and determined the weight of the evaluation indicators.Besides,it calculated the comprehensive suitability index of land suitability of Z.schinifolium and evaluated the suitability of Z.schinifolium land in Jiaopingdu Town of Luquan County.The results showed that the suitable area for the cultivation of Z.schinifolium in Jiaopingdu Town reached 7270.78 ha,accounting for 88.69%of the study area;the area of unsuitable land was 922.07 ha,accounting for 11.31%of the study area.Among the suitable land areas,the high suitability area reached562.99 ha,accounting for 7.79%;the moderate suitability area was 2206.76 ha,accounting for 28.61%;the low suitability area was4599.03 ha,accounting for 63.6%.Based on the results of suitability evaluation,it came up with pertinent recommendations for the development of Z.schinifolium industry in Jiaopingdu Town.展开更多

Objective:To Find the core targets and drug action mechanism of Si Miao decoction for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods:Through the TCMSP database,the chemical composition of all the drugs in Si Miao deco...Objective:To Find the core targets and drug action mechanism of Si Miao decoction for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods:Through the TCMSP database,the chemical composition of all the drugs in Si Miao decoction was obtained.The Perl script was compiled and the UniProt database was searched to determine the corresponding target of the chemical composition.Then,the disease databases such as OMIM,DisGeNET,and GeneCards were searched in order to determine acute gouty arthritis Related targets.Finally,screen common targets for drugs and diseases,use the STRING database and Cytoscape software to build a network control map of drugs-chemical components-targets-disease.Use R language software to screen common targets and find the four best The core targets of San for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.The GO and KEGG analysis of the core targets were performed to clarify the core targets and mechanism of Si Miao decoction for the treatment of gout.Results:There are 64 effective chemical components in Si Miao decoction,197 genetic targets,600 disease targets,and 58 common targets.It is predicted that IL6,VEGFA,IL1B,JUN,PTGS2,and CCL2 may be treated by Si Miao decoction for gout The core target of arthritis.GO enrichment analysis identified 85 entries,of which biological processes mainly included the regulation of cytokine activity,protease activation,nucleic acid expression,etc.;KEGG pathway enrichment analysis identified 135 signaling pathways,of which signaling pathways involved the IL-17 signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,Th17 cell differentiation and other pathways.Conclusion:Si Miao decoction acts on acute gouty arthritis by regulating the occurrence of inflammation,and has significant anti-inflammatory and immune effects.The formula is rigorous and scientific,and it is worthy of clinical application.展开更多

Differentiated 3T3-L1 adipocytes were stimulated with conditioned medium derived from activated macrophages to induce insulin resistance and observed the effects of Mac-CM on insulin-mediated glucose uptake along the insulin receptor substrate-1/PI3K/Akt signaling pathway. Moreover, its regulation of AMPK phosphorylation was also investigated. mS MS enhanced AMPK phosphorylation and promoted basal glucose uptake in adipocytes; mS MS inhibited NF-κB activation by reducing P65 phosphorylation and improved insulin-stimulated IRS-1 tyrosine and Akt phosphorylation, leading to the restoration of insulin-mediated glucose uptake when cells were exposed to inflammatory stimulation. These beneficial effects were diminished in the presence of the AMPK inhibitor compound C. mS MS positively regulated AMPK activity, and this action contributed to improving insulin PI3 K signaling by the beneficial regulation of IRS-1 function through inhibition of inflammation in adipocytes.

文摘Objective The Miao＇ershan-Yuechengling composite granite, located in northern Guangxi at the western section of the Nanling Range, is a multi-period and multi-stage composite pluton with an exposed area of more than 3000 km2 （Fig. 1）. Paleozoic and Proterozoic strata are exposed around it, and magmatic activities mainly occurred during the Caledonian and Indosinian periods. Till now, more than one hundred W-Sn-Mo-Pb-Zn-Cu （U） deposits and ore occurrences have been discovered along the inner and outer contact zones of this granite. Through recent years＇ research, we infer that this area is not only a preferred area for studying granite and mineralization in Caledonian and lndosinian periods, but also a potential Caledonian- lndosinian ore-concentrated area.

文摘In the industrial targeted poverty alleviation,land circulation is a key process.Based on the national strategy of targeted poverty alleviation,this paper combined the industrial development of targeted poverty alleviation with land circulation.According to the field survey on the current situation of land circulation and promotion of the industrial poverty alleviation in the typical project area of Zhongping Village in Zhongping Town and Jiaowuying Village in Jiulong Town in Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County in Yunnan Province,located in the high mountain canyon area of Jinsha River in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River in the west of China.This paper summarized and analyzed the organization and operation mechanism,basic practices and main results of the land circulation and promotion of industrial poverty alleviation model in the typical project area of the county.It also summarized the innovation and successful experience of the model,and then came up with measures to further promote the implementation of the model,so as to provide necessary reference for the implementation of land circulation and industrial targeted poverty alleviation for the poverty-stricken counties in Yunnan Province and similar provinces(cities,regions).

文摘Disabled people are the poorest in the rural poor with the biggest difficulty in getting rid of poverty and the highest rate of returning to poverty.They are one of the key groups in rural poverty alleviation work.This is the key and difficult point of winning the fight against poverty.Luquan County is a national poverty-stricken county with a large number of disabled people.Since the implementation of the fight against poverty in 2016,the county has introduced a series of policies and measures to help the disabled to get rid of poverty from housing,medical care,schooling for children of the disabled and income increase,and good results have been achieved in poverty alleviation,making important contributions to the poverty alleviation of the county.Based on field research and interviews,this paper analyzes and condenses the specific practices,main results and successful experience of the poverty alleviation model in Luquan County,Yunnan Province to provide necessary reference for the targeted poverty alleviation by helping the disabled in Yunnan Province and other provinces.

文摘According to the recent practice in Laopingzi Village,Jiaopingdu Town,Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County(Luquan County hereinafter)in dry and hot valley of Jinsha River,the development of Zanthoxylum schinifolium Sieb.et Zucc planting industry can help farmers gradually get rid of poverty and achieve a virtuous cycle of ecological environment.It is a sustainable poverty alleviation way.Based on the three aspects of soil properties,climatic conditions,and topographical conditions influencing the growth of Z.schinifolium,this paper selected eight evaluation factors to establish a suitability evaluation system for Z.schinifolium,used the analytic hierarchy process to determine the indicator,and determined the weight of the evaluation indicators.Besides,it calculated the comprehensive suitability index of land suitability of Z.schinifolium and evaluated the suitability of Z.schinifolium land in Jiaopingdu Town of Luquan County.The results showed that the suitable area for the cultivation of Z.schinifolium in Jiaopingdu Town reached 7270.78 ha,accounting for 88.69%of the study area;the area of unsuitable land was 922.07 ha,accounting for 11.31%of the study area.Among the suitable land areas,the high suitability area reached562.99 ha,accounting for 7.79%;the moderate suitability area was 2206.76 ha,accounting for 28.61%;the low suitability area was4599.03 ha,accounting for 63.6%.Based on the results of suitability evaluation,it came up with pertinent recommendations for the development of Z.schinifolium industry in Jiaopingdu Town.

文摘Miao is an important ethnic minority in China.Miao medicine(MM)is a pivotal of traditional Chinese medicine.It is an accumulation of the Miao people's experience fighting against diseases for thousands of years and has been an important part of the Miao culture.The origin of MM is closely related to Miao culture,customs,and habits.MM gradually formed a traditional medical theoretical system with obvious regional characteristics,distinctive cultural characteristics,and unique efficacy.In this paper,we intro-duce and review the unique theoretical system of MM,including the basic theory of MM,the theory of medicine,nature,taste,and channel tropism,and the theory of entering the shelf.In addition,we summarize the development of MM to provide an overview of the theoretical characteristics and industrialisation of MM that is accessible to everyone.

文摘After the Miao insurgence in the Qianlong and Jiaqing periods,the government of Qing Dynasty directly raised four separate subprefectures to the independent subprefecture( Zhili Ting),and the state power penetrated into villages of Miao People. The success of this strategy lies in adjustment of Qing government to taxation mode in Miao Region of Western Hunan,which formed the taxation mechanism dependent on Tuntian system. This has both the background of the times and the foresight and sagacity of designers,and shows unique rationalist spirit of the Confucian culture.

文摘Objective:To Find the core targets and drug action mechanism of Si Miao decoction for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods:Through the TCMSP database,the chemical composition of all the drugs in Si Miao decoction was obtained.The Perl script was compiled and the UniProt database was searched to determine the corresponding target of the chemical composition.Then,the disease databases such as OMIM,DisGeNET,and GeneCards were searched in order to determine acute gouty arthritis Related targets.Finally,screen common targets for drugs and diseases,use the STRING database and Cytoscape software to build a network control map of drugs-chemical components-targets-disease.Use R language software to screen common targets and find the four best The core targets of San for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.The GO and KEGG analysis of the core targets were performed to clarify the core targets and mechanism of Si Miao decoction for the treatment of gout.Results:There are 64 effective chemical components in Si Miao decoction,197 genetic targets,600 disease targets,and 58 common targets.It is predicted that IL6,VEGFA,IL1B,JUN,PTGS2,and CCL2 may be treated by Si Miao decoction for gout The core target of arthritis.GO enrichment analysis identified 85 entries,of which biological processes mainly included the regulation of cytokine activity,protease activation,nucleic acid expression,etc.;KEGG pathway enrichment analysis identified 135 signaling pathways,of which signaling pathways involved the IL-17 signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,Th17 cell differentiation and other pathways.Conclusion:Si Miao decoction acts on acute gouty arthritis by regulating the occurrence of inflammation,and has significant anti-inflammatory and immune effects.The formula is rigorous and scientific,and it is worthy of clinical application.

文摘Unique natural geographical environment and profound human history of Miao ancient villages in Qiandongnan are the key to distinguish them from other nationalities.In this paper,the concept of "image" is introduced to analyze landscape characteristics of Miao ancient villages.From two aspects of natural and cultural landscape,the landscape image that can reflect the nature,humanity,history of Miao ancient villages or can be perceived by the public is abstracted,and the characteristics of landscape image are summarized as natural and cultural adaptability,which could provide the reference for the protection and development of landscape in Miao villages.
