Methods: patients with renal insufficiency in our hospital were studied, the number of patients in the control group and observation group was determined by random method, and the control group and observation group were respectively treated with hemodialysis and hemodialysis combined with medicinal carbon tablets, to observe the therapeutic effect of patients. Results: the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the renal function of the observation group was improved, and the adverse reactions were low in the treatment process, P <0.05. Conclusion: in the treatment of patients with renal insufficiency, the overall effect of hemodialysis combined with medicinal carbon tablets is relatively ideal, which is beneficial to improve the disease status of patients, adsorb toxic molecules in patients' body, and have a low incidence of adverse risk events. This treatment has economic applicability and clinical application value.展开更多
