This article attempts to investigate the measure effect of rubble roadbed engineering in permafrost regions of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. As a case study, Chaidaer-Muli Railway is used to evaluate the measure effect of rubble roadbed engineering in permafrost regions. The AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method is thus employed to establish the evaluation indicator system. The evaluation factor is selected by analyzing the mutual relation between the permafrost environment and roadbed engineering. Thus, a hierarchical structure model is established based on the selected evaluation indices. Each factor is weighted to determine the status in the evaluation system, and grading standards are built for providing a basis for the evaluation. Then, the fuzzy mathematical method is introduced to evaluate the measure effect of rubble roadbed engineering in permafrost regions along the Chadaer-Muli Railway. Results show that most of the permafrost roadbed is in a preferable condition(b) along the Chaidaer-Muli Railway due to rubble engineering measures. This proportion reaches to 86.1%. The proportion in good(a), general(c) and poor states(d) are 0.0%, 7.5% and 6.4%, respectively, in all the evaluation sections along the Chaidaer-Muli Railway. Ground-temperature monitoring results are generally consistent with AHP-FUZZY evaluation results. This means that the AHP-FUZZY method can be applied to evaluate the effect of rubble roadbed engineering measures in permafrost regions. The effect evaluation of engineering measures will provide timely and effective feedback information for further engineering design. The series of engineering measures will more effectively protect permafrost stability. 展开更多

This study employs the generalized method of moments(GMM)and panel vector autoregression(PVAR)models for a multi-factor quantitative dissection of China’s poverty reduction process across multiple stages,using provincial panel data from 2000 to 2019.According to our research,economic growth and social development are the key drivers of poverty reduction in China,but the trickle-down effect of economic growth is diminishing and marketization is having a lesser pro-poor effect.Public expenditure has failed to provide social protection and income redistribution benefits due to issues such as targeting error and elite capture.Increasing the efficiency of the poverty reduction system calls for adaptive adjustments.Finally,this study highlights China’s poverty reduction experiences and analyzes current challenges,which serve as inspiration for consolidating poverty-reduction achievements,combating relative poverty,and attaining countryside vitalization. 展开更多

I argue that, und... Estimating causal effects is a principal goal in epidemiology and other branches of science. Nonetheless, what constitutes an effect and which measure of effect is pre-ferred are unsettled questions. I argue that, under indeterminism, an effect is a change in the tendency of the outcome variable to take each of its values, and then present a critical analysis of commonly used measures of effect and the measures of frequency from which they are calculated. I conclude that all causal effects should be quantified using a unifying measure of effect called the log likelihood ratio (which is the log probability ratio when the outcome is a discrete variable). Furthermore, I suggest that effects should be estimated for all causal contrasts of the causal variable (i.e., expo-sure), on all values of the outcome variable, and for all time intervals between the cause and the outcome. This goal should be kept in mind in practical approximations. 展开更多

Aiming at the approximate measurement of magnetic rotation angle in optical current sensor based on light intensity detection mode,this paper proposes a current measurement method based on triangular constant transformation to reconstruct magnetic rotation angle,so as to avoid the large current measurement error caused by the approximate measurement of the magnetic rotation angle.By extracting the direct current(DC)component and the alternating current(AC)component of the light intensity signal detected by the photoelectric detector(PD),the sine signal containing the magnetic rotation angle is directly obtained by dividing the two components,and then the triangular identity transformation method is used to linearly demodulate the magnetic rotation angle and reconstruct the current waveform.The experimental results show that the relative error of current measurement does not exceed 1.40%in the current range of 0.05—0.50 A,which is less than the approximate linear measurement(ALM)method,and the magnetic rotation angle and the current have a good linear relationship. 展开更多

Methods: 82 cases of elderly patients with COPD in our hospital were selected to carry out this study from March 2020 to March 2021. The factors of adverse reactions in 82 cases were analyzed, effective nursing measures were formulated, and the application effect of effective nursing measures was evaluated. Results: compared with mental work, happy harmony, junior high school education, public expense and mild COPD patients, physical work, divorce and widowhood, junior high school education, self-financing and severe COPD patients were significantly higher (P < 0.05);SAS score and SDS score of 82 patients after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention (P < 0.05).Conclusion: to analyze the factors of adverse psychological reactions in elderly patients with COPD and formulate and implement effective nursing measures are conducive to improving the psychological state of patients, which has positive significance. 展开更多

To research techniques for removing the water blocking effect caused by hydraulic applications in coal seams,the use of surfactants is proposed,based on the mechanics of the water blocking effect.Centrifugal experiments were used to validate the effects of using surfactants;the results show that after dealing with vacuum saturation with water,the volume of micropores decreases,which results in a larger average pore size,and the volume of transitional pores,mesopores,macropores and total pores increases.Based on the distribution of pore size,the operation mode of ‘‘water infusion after gas extraction,then continuing gas extraction" is recommended to improve the volume of coal mine gas drainage.When the reflectance of vitrinite in coal samples is less than 1,using the surfactants Fast T,1631,APG,BS can mitigate the damage caused by the water blocking effect.But when the reflectance of vitrinite is larger than 1.4,the damage caused by the water blocking effect can be increased.When the surfactant CMC is used in hydraulic applications,the capillary forces of coal samples are almost negative,which means the capillary force is in the same direction as the gas extraction.The direction of capillary forces benefits the gas flow.So,using CMC can play an active role in removing the water blocking effect.Centrifugal experiments confirm that using CMC can effectively remove the water blocking effect,which has a beneficial effect on improving the gas drainage volume. 展开更多

An aerodynamic force and moment measurement was conducted in JF12 long-testduration detonation-driven shock tunnel of Institute of Mechanics,Chinese Academy of Sciences.The test duration of JF12 is 100–130 ms.The nominal Mach number is 7.0 and the exit diameter of the contoured nozzle is 2.5 m.The total enthalpy is 2.5 MJ/kg which duplicates the hypersonic flight conditions of Mach number 7.0 at 35 km altitude.The test model is the standard aerodynamic force model of 10° half-angle sharp cone.The length of the test model is 1500 mm and the weight is 57 kg.The aerodynamic forces were measured with a six-component strain balance.The angles of attack were set to be à5°,0°,5°,10° and 14°,respectively.The experimental results show that in the 100–130 ms test duration,the signals of strain balance have 3–4 complete vibration cycles.So,the aerodynamic forces and moments can be obtained directly by averaging the signals of balance without acceleration compensation.The force measurement error of repeatability of JF12 is less than 2%.The aerodynamic force coefficients of JF12 are in good agreement with those of conventional hypersonic wind tunnels.For this test model at Mach number 7.0 and total enthalpy of 2.5 MJ/kg,the real-gas effects on aerodynamic force characteristics are not very evident. 展开更多

Regulation with nitrogen and oxygen co-doping on growth and properties of boron doped diamond films is studied by using laughing gas as dopant. As the concentration of laughing gas(N2O/C) increases from 0 to 10%, the growth rate of diamond film decreases gradually, and the nitrogen-vacancy(NV) center luminescence intensity increases first and then weakens. The results show that oxygen in laughing gas has a strong inhibitory effect on formation of NV centers, and the inhibitory effect would be stronger as the concentration of laughing gas increases. As a result, the film growth rate and nitrogen-related compensation donor decrease, beneficial to increase the acceptor concentration(~3.2×10^(19)cm^(-3)) in the film. Moreover, it is found that the optimal regulation with the quality and electrical properties of boron doped diamond films could be realized by adding appropriate laughing gas, especially the hole mobility(~700cm^(2)/V·s), which is beneficial to the realization of high-quality boron doped diamond films and high-level optoelectronic device applications in the future. 展开更多

The revolution of information technology within the p ast twenty years has dramatically changed the picture of our economy. Numerous n ew possibilities of communication have let competition advantages for many compa nies and even advantageous macroeconomic consequences emerge on national and international level. Through newly developed information technologies the knowl edge base of market participants improves with a concurrent reduction of the inf ormation obtaining costs. As a result considerable competition advantages develo p for those companies acting in E-commerce networks. These advantages of the la test development lead to macroeconomic effects on national level, if the effecti veness and efficiency increasing possibilities are used more strongly than in ot her countries. Positive international effects arise since the allocation effic iency is increased through intensified competition between different market pa rticipants in various countries. This in turn leads to an increase in wo rldwide prosperity. This causal chain however is not yet realistic to the whole extent, as such an i ncreased transparency of information is not necessarily accepted by all market p articipants. Otherwise a considerable productivity increase would already have o ccurred in industrial countries. Overall the question arises, whether the change s in the competition situation make single enterprises technically more effectiv e, concurrently however deteriorate the efficiency of the entire market through informational asymmetries. To answer these and further questions and to measure the effectiveness and effic iency of various E-commerce networks an interdisciplinary analysis platform is to be developed. With the help of this platform, it should be possible to examin e single and macroeconomic questions, reveal temporal connections and to analyse aspects of business management and national economy, information management, em ployment politics and finance politics. For this, various part-models for the i ndividual knowledge disciplines have to be generated and brought together in the platform. This platform allows various users to make the right decisions (effec tiveness) with the help of the developed models and to competently estimate the effects (efficiency). Currently models of the individual knowledge disciplines (business management, e conomics, computer science) are being developed within the research project EEE. con. This project deals with the question of Supply Chain Management (SCM), E-P rocurement, with the implementation of inter-organisational information systems , as well as various market, competition and organisation models. The department of economics and computer science from Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. W. Dangelmaier particularly deals with the development of an agent controlled SCM- communication model which is part of the E-commerce analysis platform. Both are described in this paper. Furthermore, a unified modelling language in order to allow a prototypic implementation of the analysis tool and to make the work with other project participants and external participants easier is decided upon wit hin this project. 展开更多

In recent years, the macro-economy of Chinese enterprises has developed rapidly and the macro-environment has changed rapidly. It has directly promoted the great and important changes in the management structure of Chinas traditional state-owned assets and securities investment system. The current state-owned assets investment management policy is continuously undergoing new adjustments. The financial operation risk management model of each major state-owned assets securities investment fund management company has gradually and rapidly developed towards diversified financial operation management. The sources of funds have gradually begun to be expanded in an all-round way. The investment industry has gradually diversified and matured.
