文摘A composite anti-disturbance predictive control strategy employing a Multi-dimensional Taylor Network(MTN)is presented for unmanned systems subject to time-delay and multi-source disturbances.First, the multi-source disturbances are addressed according to their specific characteristics as follows:(A)an MTN data-driven model, which is used for uncertainty description,is designed accompanied with the mechanism model to represent the unmanned systems;(B)an adaptive MTN filter is used to remove the influence of the internal disturbance;(C)an MTN disturbance observer is constructed to estimate and compensate for the influence of the external disturbance;(D)the Extended Kalman Filter(EKF)algorithm is utilized as the learning mechanism for MTNs.Second,to address the time-delay effect,a recursiveτstep-ahead MTN predictive model is designed utilizing recursive technology, aiming to mitigate the impact of time-delay,and the EKF algorithm is employed as its learning mechanism. Then, the MTN predictive control law is designed based on the quadratic performance index.By implementing the proposed composite controller to unmanned systems, simultaneous feedforward compensation and feedback suppression to the multi-source disturbances are conducted. Finally, the convergence of the MTN and the stability of the closed-loop system are established utilizing the Lyapunov theorem. Two exemplary applications of unmanned systems involving unmanned vehicle and rigid spacecraft are presented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

文摘Projective synchronization problems of a drive system and a particular response network were investigated, where the drive system is an arbitrary system with n+1 dimensions;it may be a linear or nonlinear system, and even a chaotic or hyperchaotic system, the response network is complex system coupled by N nodes, and every node is showed by the approximately linear part of the drive system.Only controlling any one node of the response network by designed controller can achieve the projective synchronization. Some numerical examples were employed to verify the effectiveness and correctness of the designed controller.
文摘In this paper,a new study concerning the usage of artificial neural networks in the control application is given. It is shown, that the data gathered during proper operation of a given control plant can be used in the learning process to fully embrace the control pattern.Interestingly, the instances driven by neural networks have the ability to outperform the original analytically driven scenarios.Three different control schemes, namely perfect,linear-quadratic,and generalized predictive controllers were used in the theoretical study. In addition, the nonlinear recurrent neural network-based generalized predictive controller with the radial basis function-originated predictor was obtained to exemplify the main results of the paper regarding the real-world application.
文摘In this study, artificial neural networks(ANNs)were implemented to determine design parameters for an impressed current cathodic protection(ICCP)prototype. An ASTM A36 steel plate was tested in 3.5%NaCl solution, seawater, and NS4 using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)to monitor the evolution of the substrate surface, which affects the current required to reach the protection potential(Eprot).Experimental data were collected as training datasets and analyzed using statistical methods, including box plots and correlation matrices.Subsequently,ANNs were applied to predict the current demand at different exposure times, enabling the estimation of electrochemical parameters(limiting voltage values)that can be used to optimize a self-regulating ICCP system. The obtained electrochemical parameters were then used, through Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO),to fine-tune an ANN-based proportional-integral-derivative(PID)controller for the ICCP system.

文摘Quantum optimal control(QOC)relies on accurately modeling system dynamics and is often challenged by unknown or inaccessible interactions in real systems.Taking an unknown collective spin system as an example, this work introduces a machine-learning-based,data-driven scheme to overcome the challenges encountered, with a trained neural network(NN)assuming the role of a surrogate model that captures the system’s dynamics and subsequently enables QOC to be performed on the NN instead of on the real system. The trained NN surrogate proves effective for practical QOC tasks and is further demonstrated to be adaptable to different experimental conditions, remaining robust across varying system sizes and pulse durations.

文摘This paper proposes a model-based control framework for vehicle platooning systems with secondorder nonlinear dynamics operating over switching signed networks,time-varying delays, and deception attacks. The study includes two configurations:a leaderless structure using Finite-Time Non-Singular Terminal Bipartite Consensus(FNTBC)and Fixed-Time Bipartite Consensus(FXTBC),and a leader—follower structure ensuring structural balance and robustness against deceptive signals. In the leaderless model,a bipartite controller based on impulsive control theory, gauge transformation, and Markovian switching Lyapunov functions ensures mean-square stability and coordination under deception attacks and communication delays. The FNTBC achieves finite-time convergence depending on initial conditions, while the FXTBC guarantees fixed-time convergence independent of them, providing adaptability to different operating states. In the leader—follower case,a discontinuous impulsive control law synchronizes all followers with the leader despite deceptive attacks and switching topologies, maintaining robust coordination through nonlinear corrective mechanisms. To validate the approach, simulations are conducted on systems of five and seventeen vehicles in both leaderless and leader—follower configurations. The results demonstrate that the proposed framework achieves rapid consensus, strong robustness, and high resistance to deception attacks, offering a secure and scalable model-based control solution for modern vehicular communication networks.

文摘Dear Editor,The attacker is always going to intrude covertly networked control systems(NCSs)by dynamically changing false data injection attacks(FDIAs)strategy, while the defender try their best to resist attacks by designing defense strategy on the basis of identifying attack strategy, maintaining stable operation of NCSs.To solve this attack-defense game problem, this letter investigates optimal secure control of NCSs under FDIAs.First, for the alterations of energy caused by false data,a novel attack-defense game model is constructed, which considers the changes of energy caused by the actions of the defender and attacker in the forward and feedback channels.

文摘This paper investigates the problem of optimal secure control for networked control systems under hybrid attacks.A control strategy based on the Stackelberg game framework is proposed, which differs from conventional methods by considering both denial-of-service(DoS)and false data injection(FDI)attacks simultaneously.Additionally, the stability conditions for the system under these hybrid attacks are established. It is technically challenging to design the control strategy by predicting attacker actions based on Stcakelberg game to ensure the system stability under hybrid attacks.Another technical difficulty lies in establishing the conditions for mean-square asymptotic stability due to the complexity of the attack scenarios Finally, simulations on an unstable batch reactor system under hybrid attacks demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
