In this work, we try to constrain the EoS of dark matter/JAdm using the currently available cosmic observations which include the geometrical and dynamical measurements. We include a perturbative QCD correction parameter αs in the CFL quark matter equation of states. It is shown that the CFL quark core with K^0 condensation forms in neutron star matter with the large value of αs. If the small value of αs is taken, hyperons suppress the CFL quark phase and the liP is dominant in the high-density region of (proto)neutron star matter. Neutrino trapping makes the fraction of the CFL quark matter decrease compared with those without neutrino trapping. Moreover, increasing the QCD correction parameter as or decreasing the bag constant B and the strange quark mass ms can make the fraction of the CFL quark matter increase, simultaneously, the fraction of neutrino in protoneutron star matter increases, too. The maximum masses and the corresponding radii of (proto)neutron stars are not sensitive to the QCD correction parameter αs.展开更多

Generally, fluorescent components tend to bind Cu(II) at relatively traceconcentrations (0–40 μmol/L), whereas non-fluorescent substances tend to the bind Cu(II)at relatively higher concentrations (50–100 μmol/L). This study contributed to the predictionof the potential environmental behaviors and risks of Cu(II) at the molecular level afterhydrochar application.展开更多

文摘Intracerebral hemorrhage is the most dangerous subtype of stroke, characterized by high mortality and morbidity rates, and frequently leads to significant secondary white matter injury. In recent decades, studies have revealed that gut microbiota can communicate bidirectionally with the brain through the gut microbiota–brain axis. This axis indicates that gut microbiota is closely related to the development and prognosis of intracerebral hemorrhage and its associated secondary white matter injury. The NACHT,LRR,and pyrin domain-containing protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome plays a crucial role in this context. This review summarizes the dysbiosis of gut microbiota following intracerebral hemorrhage and explores the mechanisms by which this imbalance may promote the activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome. These mechanisms include metabolic pathways(involving short-chain fatty acids, lipopolysaccharides, lactic acid, bile acids,trimethylamine-N-oxide,and tryptophan),neural pathways(such as the vagus nerve and sympathetic nerve),and immune pathways(involving microglia and T cells). We then discuss the relationship between the activated NLRP3 inflammasome and secondary white matter injury after intracerebral hemorrhage. The activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome can exacerbate secondary white matter injury by disrupting the blood–brain barrier, inducing neuroinflammation, and interfering with nerve regeneration. Finally,we outline potential treatment strategies for intracerebral hemorrhage and its secondary white matter injury. Our review highlights the critical role of the gut microbiota–brain axis and the NLRP3 inflammasome in white matter injury following intracerebral hemorrhage, paving the way for exploring potential therapeutic approaches.

文摘Microorganisms constitute an essential component in the indoor environment, which is closely related to hu-man health. However, there is limited evidence regarding the associations between indoor airborne microbiome and systemic inflammation,as well as whether this association is modified by indoor particulate matter and the underlying mechanisms. In this prospective repeated-measure study among 66 participants, indoor airborne mi-crobiome was characterized using amplicon sequencing and qPCR.Indoor fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5))and inhalable particulate matter(PM10)were measured.Systemic inflammatory biomarkers were assessed, including white blood cell(WBC),neutrophil(NEUT),monocyte, eosinophil counts, and their proportions.Targeted serum amino acid metabolomics were conducted to explore the underlying mechanisms.Linear mixed-effect models re-vealed that bacterial and fungal Simpson diversity were significantly associated with decreased WBC and NEUT.For example, for each interquartile range increase in the bacterial Simpson diversity,WBC and NEUT changed by-4.53%(95%CI:-8.25%,-0.66%)and-5.95%(95%CI:-11.3%,-0.27%),respectively.Notably,increased inflammatory risks of airborne microbial exposure were observed when indoor PM_(2.5) and PM10 levels were below the WHO air quality guidelines.Mediation analyses indicated that dopamine metabolism partially mediated the anti-inflammatory effects of fungal diversity exposure.Overall, our study indicated protection from a diverse indoor microbial environment on cardiovascular health and proposed an underlying mechanism through amino acid metabolism.Additionally, health risks associated with microbial exposure deserve more attention in con-texts of low indoor particulate matter pollution.Further research is necessary to fully disentangle the complex relationships between indoor microbiome, air pollutants, and human health.

文摘Germinal matrix hemorrhage in preterm neonates often leads to white matter injury, contributing to long-term neurodevelopmental impairments. As resident brain immune cells, microglia play a complex role in injury response, including inflammation and repair.Although colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor inhibitors such as PLX5622 enable the selective depletion of microglia, their therapeutic potential in neonatal germinal matrix hemorrhage remains underexplored. Here,we used a collagenase-induced germinal matrix hemorrhage model in postnatal day 5 mice, and intraperitoneally administered PLX562272 hours post-germinal matrix hemorrhage to achieve targeted, temporary microglial depletion during the peak injury response. We then assessed the effects of this delayed intervention on oligodendrocyte lineage cell maturation, white matter integrity, and neurobehavioral outcomes.Additionally,RNA sequencing data from a germinal matrix hemorrhage rat model were analyzed using weighted gene co-expression network analysis to identify the critical phases for interventions.RNA sequencing data revealed a critical period in which key synaptic functions declined while immune responses intensified post-germinal matrix hemorrhage, thus pinpointing the critical response phases for potential interventions.Delayed PLX5622 treatment effectively depleted activated microglia, protecting against white matter injury and enhancing oligodendrocyte lineage cell maturation and myelination in subcortical white matter regions. Moreover, magnetic resonance imaging analysis revealed reduced brain lesion volumes in treated mice.Behaviorally,PLX5622-treated mice exhibited significant improvements in motor coordination and reduced hyperactivity compared with vehicle-treated germinal matrix hemorrhage model mice. These findings suggest that, when timed to avoid interference with initial oligodendrocyte lineage cell proliferation, targeted microglial depletion with PLX5622 significantly mitigates white matter damage and improves neurobehavioral outcomes in neonatal germinal matrix hemorrhage. The present study highlights the therapeutic potential of selectively modulating microglial reactivity to support neurodevelopment in preterm infants with brain injury.

文摘White matter injury is a key factor impacting stroke recovery.Physical exercise can promote white matter repair.Immune cells, especially regulatory T(Treg)cells, contribute to strengthening white matter integrity, yet little is known about the underlying mechanism. To examine this,we established a transient middle cerebral artery occlusion male mouse model. We found that physical exercise elevated brain Treg cells, thereby enhancing neurological recovery, reducing neuroinflammation, promoting myelin debris clearance, and accelerating white matter repair.Depletion of Treg cells caused a decrease in these positive effects of physical exercise.Mechanistically, the rise in osteopontin triggered by physical exercise is dampened when Treg cells are depleted. In addition,Treg-conditioned medium reduced oxygen-glucose deprivation/re-oxygenation-induced microglial inflammation and enhanced phagocytosis, which could be blocked by osteopontin antibodies.Importantly, although Treg infusion could mimic the protective effects of physical exercise, osteopontin blockade partially countered the effects of physical exercise and Treg cells. Finally, our sequencing data revealed a marked upregulation of C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 12(CXCL12)mRNA expression subsequent to physical exercise, which was confirmed at the protein level.Stimulation of Treg cells with stroke brain lysates increased C-X-C motif chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4)expression,indicating a potential role for the CXCL12-CXCR4 axis in recruiting Treg cells. These findings suggest that physical exercise promotes white matter repair after ischemic stroke by Treg cells.

文摘The inter-related pathological cascades following a traumatic spinal cord injury(tSCI)disrupt multiple cell types and physiological processes.Subsequently, motor and sensory functions are disrupted by breakdowns in cellular interactions and circuitry.Therapeutic interventions seek to modify some aspects of the injury course to enable the re-establishment of functional circuitry.Interventions often target one cell type(e.g.,promoting neuroprotection or neural regeneration)or one process(e.g.,modulating inflammation, affecting astrocytic, microglial,or macrophage responses.)Many axons in the spinal cord are myelinated, and after injury oligodendrocyte death causes demyelination.Promoting remyelination of spared or new axons to re-establish conduction seems a logical choice as a therapeutic target.

文摘Recent evidence suggests that ferroptosis plays a crucial role in the occurrence and development of white matter lesions. However, the mechanisms and regulatory pathways involved in ferroptosis within white matter lesions remain unclear.Long non-coding RNAs(lnc RNAs)have been shown to influence the occurrence and development of these lesions. We previously identified lnc_011797 as a biomarker of white matter lesions by high-throughput sequencing. To investigate the mechanism by which lnc_011797 regulates white matter lesions,we established subjected human umbilical vein endothelial cells to oxygenglucose deprivation to simulate conditions associated with white matter lesions. The cells were transfected with lnc_011797 overexpression or knockdown lentiviruses. Our findings indicate that lnc_011797 promoted ferroptosis in these cells, leading to the formation of white matter lesions.Furthermore,lnc_011797 functioned as a competitive endogenous RNA(ce RNA)for mi R-193b-3p,thereby regulating the expression of WNK1 and its downstream ferroptosis-related proteins. To validate the role of lnc_011797 in vivo,we established a mouse model of white matter lesions through bilateral common carotid artery stenosis. The results from this model confirmed that lnc_011797 regulates ferroptosis via WNK1 and promotes the development of white matter lesions. These findings clarify the mechanism by which lnc RNAs regulate white matter lesions, providing a new target for the diagnosis and treatment of white matter lesions.

文摘Some patients with systemic lupus erythematosus experience neuropsychiatric symptoms.Although magnetic resonance imaging can detect abnormal signals in the white matter of the brain, conventional methods often struggle to accurately capture microstructural changes.Various diffusion models have been used to study white matter in systemic lupus erythematosus;however, comparative analyses of their sensitivity and specificity for detecting microstructural changes remain insufficient. To address this, our team designed a diagnostic trial that used multimodal diffusion imaging techniques to observe white matter microstructural changes in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus who had neuropsychiatric symptoms, with an aim to identify key diagnostic biomarkers for these patients.Patients with active lupus who received treatment at the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology,The First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University, from September 2023 to March 2024 were recruited.According to the standards of the American College of Rheumatology, patients with systemic lupus erythematosus who had neuropsychiatric symptoms were assigned to the systemic lupus erythematosus group, whereas those without neuropsychiatric symptoms were assigned to the non-systemic lupus erythematosus group.Additionally, healthy volunteers matched by region, sex, and age were recruited as controls. All three groups underwent the same diffusion magnetic resonance imaging examination protocol to compare differences in diffusion parameters.Advanced diffusion imaging models were able to sensitively detect microstructural changes in the white matter fibers of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus who had neuropsychiatric symptoms, with specific diffusion parameters showing significant abnormalities in key brain regions. In the left superior longitudinal fasciculus subregion and the right thalamic radiations of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus who had neuropsychiatric symptoms,we also identified abnormal diffusion characteristics that were clearly correlated with disease activity, suggesting that microstructural changes in these areas may reflect the dynamic process of neuroinflammatory damage. The present study addresses critical challenges in the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus by identifying specific white matter imaging biomarkers and elucidating the association between microstructural damage and clinical manifestations. The main contributions of our study include:1)establishing axial regression probability parameters from mean apparent propagator magnetic resonance imaging as sensitive biomarkers for systemic lupus erythematosus, particularly in the third subregion of the left superior longitudinal fasciculus;2)demonstrating that multimodal diffusion imaging may be superior to conventional diffusion tensor imaging for detecting white matter microstructural abnormalities in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus;and 3)integrating tract-based spatial statistics with clinically relevant analyses to link imaging findings to pathological mechanisms.

文摘Usually the equation of state (EoS) of dark matter is zero when it is cold, however there exists the possibility of a (effective) nonzero EoS of dark matter due to its decay and interaction with dark energy. In this work, we try to constrain the EoS of dark matter/JAdm using the currently available cosmic observations which include the geometrical and dynamical measurements. For the geometrical measurements, the luminosity distance of type Ia supernovae, the angular diameter distance and comoving sound horizon from baryon acoustic oscillations and the cosmic microwave background radiation will be employed. The data points from the redshift-space distortion and weak gravitational lensing will be taken as dynamical measurements. Using the Markov chain Monte Carlomethod, we obtain a very tight constraint on the-EoS of dark matter:wdm=0.0000532 +0.000692+0.00136+0.00183 -0.000686-0.00136-0.00177.

文摘We investigate the relic abundance of asymmetric dark matter where the asymmetric dark matter is non–thermally produced from the decay of heavier particles in addition to the usual thermal production. We discuss the relic density of asymmetric dark matter including the decay of heavy particles in low-temperature scenarios. Here,we still assume that the Universe is radiationdominated and there is asymmetry before the decay of heavy particles. We obtain an increased abundance of asymmetric dark matter when there is an additional contribution from the decay of heavier particles. Finally,we find the constraints on the asymmetry factor and annihilation crosssection using Planck data.

文摘Deconlinement phase transition and neutrino trapping in (proto)neutron star matter are investigated in a chiral hadronic model (also referred to as the FST model) for the hadronic phase (HP) and in the color-flavor-locked (CFL) quark model for the deconlined quark phase. The maximum masses and the corresponding radii of (proto)neutron stars are not sensitive to the QCD correction parameter αs.

文摘China’s lakes are plagued by cadmium(Cd)pollution.Dissolved organic matter(DOM)significantly regulates Cd(II)transport properties at the sediment-water interface.Understanding the effects of different DOM components on the transportation properties of Cd(II)at the sediment-water interface is essential. In this study, typical DOM from different sources was selected to study Cd(II)mobility at the sediment-water interface. Results showed that terrestrial-derived DOM(fulvic acids,FA)and autochthonous-derived DOM(α-amylase,B1)inhibit Cd(II)sequestration by sediments(42.5%and 5.8%,respectively),while anthropogenic-derived DOM(sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate,SDBS)increased the Cd(II)adsorption capacity by sediments by 2.8%.Fluorescence quenching coupling with parallel factor analysis(EEM-PARAFAC)was used to characterize different DOM components. The results showed that FA contains three kinds of components(C1,C3:protein-like components,C2:humic-like components);SDBS contains two kinds of components(C1,C2:protein-like components);B1 contains three kinds of components(C1,C2:protein-like components,C3:humic-like components).Three complex reaction modelswere used to characterize the ability of Cd(II)complex with DOM,and it was found that the humic-like component could hardly be complex with Cd(II).Accordingly,humic-like components compete for Cd(II)adsorption sites on the sediment surface and inhibit Cd(II)adsorption fromsediments.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)of the sediment surface before and after Cd(II)addition was analyzed and proved the competitive adsorption theory. This study provides a better understanding of the Cd(II)mobilization behavior at the sediment-water interface and indicates that the input of humic-like DOM will increase the bioavailability of Cd.
文摘Organic matter increases biological activity within the root zone because it contains beneficial microbes that stimulate vital processes. This study aimed to determine the effect of Ochrobactrum anthropi added to the soil as a single or mixed solution with different concentrations of organic matter on the vegetative growth of the zinnia plant and its content of nutrients. The study was conducted with a randomized complete block design(RCBD)with three replications. The plant was grown in soil with a high salinity level of 8 ds m^(–1).Plant characteristics were estimated 30 and 60 days after planting the plant. The treatment with the addition of bio-inoculum produced the best results;within 30 days, there was a 56.89%increase in plant length;after 60 days, there was a 52.56%increase;additionally,there was a 52.56%increase in leaf count within 30 days;after 60 days, there was a 53.50%increase;and finally, there was an increase in flower count. For plants after 60 days,it reached 3.66%.With the addition of bio-inoculum to soil at a level of 3 gm kg^(–1)of organic matter, the mixing treatment achieved the highest dry weight,29.86%.The addition of bio-inoculum resulted in the largest and most significant increase in chlorophyll content in leaves, reaching 18.76%.In the mixing addition of the biological inoculum treatment, the organic content of the plant showed an increase in nitrogen(14.38%),phosphorus(21.18%),and potassium(39.75%)at 2 and 3 gm kg^(–1)organic matter, respectively.

文摘Objective Emerging evidence suggests that exposure to ultrafine particulate matter(UPM,aerodynamic diameter<0.1μm)is associated with adverse cardiovascular events.Previous studies have found that Shenlian(SL)extract possesses anti-inflammatory and antiapoptotic properties and has a promising protective effect at all stages of the atherosclerotic disease process. In this study,we aimed to investigated whether SL improves UPM-aggravated myocardial ischemic injury by inhibiting inflammation and cell apoptosis. Methods We established a mouse model of MI+UPM.Echocardiographic measurement, measurement of myocardialinfarct size, biochemical analysis,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),histopathological analysis,Transferase dUTP Nick End Labeling(TUNEL),Western blotting(WB),Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR)and so on were used to explore the anti-inflammatory and antiapoptotic effects of SL in vivo and in vitro. Results SL treatment can attenuate UPM-induced cardiac dysfunction by improving left ventricular ejection fraction, fractional shortening, and decreasing cardiac infarction area.SL significantly reduced the levels of myocardial enzymes and attenuated UPM-induced morphological alterations. Moreover,SL significantly reduced expression levels of the inflammatory cytokines IL-6,TNF-α,and MCP-1.UPM further increased the infiltration of macrophages in myocardial tissue, whereas SL intervention reversed this phenomenon.UPM also triggered myocardial apoptosis, which was markedly attenuated by SL treatment. The results of in vitro experiments revealed that SL prevented cell damage caused by exposure to UPM combined with hypoxia by reducing the expression of the inflammatory factor NF-κB and inhibiting apoptosis in H9c2 cells. Conclusion Overall, both in vivo and in vitro experiments demonstrated that SL attenuated UPMaggravated myocardial ischemic injury by inhibiting inflammation and cell apoptosis. The mechanisms were related to the downregulation of macrophages infiltrating heart tissues.

文摘Lake Baiyangdian is one of China’s largest macrophyte-derived lakes, facing severe challenges related to water quality maintenance and eutrophication prevention.Dissolved organic matter(DOM)was a huge carbon pool and its abundance, property, and transformation played important roles in the biogeochemical cycle and energy flow in lake ecosystems. In this study,Lake Baiyangdian was divided into four distinct areas:Unartificial Area(UA),Village Area(VA),Tourism Area(TA),and Breeding Area(BA).We examined the diversity of DOM properties and sources across these functional areas. Our findings reveal that DOM in this lake is predominantly composed of protein-like substances,as determined by excitation-emission matrix and parallel factor analysis(EEM-PARAFAC).Notably,the exogenous tyrosine-like component C1 showed a stronger presence in VA and BA compared to UA and TA.Ultrahigh-resolution mass spectrometry(FT-ICR MS)unveiled a similar DOM molecular composition pattern across different functional areas due to the high relative abundances of lignan compounds, suggesting that macrophytes significantly influence the material structure of DOM.DOM properties exhibited specific associations with water quality indicators in various functional areas,as indicated by the Mantel test. The connections between DOM properties and NO_(3)-N andNH3-Nwere more pronounced in VA and BA than in UA and TA.Our results underscore the viability of using DOM as an indicator for more precise and scientific water quality management.

文摘The transport of suspended particulate matter is a crucial aspect of studies on sediment source-to-sink processes. However, research on its transport patterns in high-erosion areas of low-latitude seas remains limited. To elucidate modern land-sea interaction processes controlled by the monsoon climate, this study investigates the seasonal transport patterns and control mechanisms of suspended particulate matter in the western Sunda Shelf. Results reveal significant seasonal variations in the spatial distribution of suspended particulate matter concentrations, with elevated levels observed during autumn compared with spring. These differences are directly attributed to the East Asian monsoon, including seasonal monsoon precipitation and the associated transport dynamics.During the northeast monsoon, the Malay Peninsula serves as a primary source for the western sea area, with terrestrial materials from its rivers transported to the northern Gulf of Thailand. This transport pattern shifts to an S-shaped,clockwise circulation during upwelling events.Conversely,in the southwest monsoon, rivers in the northern Gulf of Thailand become the predominant sources for the Sunda Shelf, with terrestrial materials carried by clockwise currents toward the eastern Malay Peninsula. When upwelling occurs off the southern Indochina Peninsula, one branch heads toward the South China Sea and the other toward the southern tip of the Malay Peninsula. The seasonal variation in material sources is further supported by the distribution of clay minerals and the discrimination results of rare earth element proxies,including(La/Sm)UCC-(Gd/Yb)UCCand(La/Yb)UCC-(Gd/Yb)UCC,in surface sediments from the Sunda Shelf and surrounding marine areas.

文摘The dissolved organic matter(DOM)with high mobility and reactivity plays a crucial role in soil.In this study, the characteristics and phytotoxicity ofDOMreleased fromthe hydrochars prepared from different feedstocks(cowmanure, corn stalk and Myriophyllum aquaticum)under three hydrothermal carbonization(HTC)temperatures(180,200 and 220°C)were evaluated. The results showed that the hydrochars had high dissolved organic carbon content(20.15 to 37.65 mg/g)and its content showed a gradual reduction as HTC temperature increased.Three fluorescent components including mixed substance of fulvic acid-like and humic acid-like substances(C1,30.92%-58.32%),UVA humic acid-like substance(C2,25.27%-29.94%)and protein-like substance(C3,11.74%-41.92%)were identified in hydrochar DOM by excitation emission matrix spectra coupled with parallel factor analysis.High HTC temperature increased the relative proportion of aromatic substances(C1+C2)and humification degree of hydrochar DOM from cow manure, while it presented adverse effects on the hydrochar DOM from corn stalk and Myriophyllum.aquaticum.The principal component analysis suggested that feedstock type and HTC temperature posed significant effects on the characteristics of hydrochar DOM.Additionally, seed germination test of all hydrochar DOM demonstrated that the root length was reduced by 8.88%-26.43%in contrast with control, and the germination index values were 73.57%-91.12%.These findings provided new insights into the potential environmental effects for hydrochar application in soil.

文摘The high-quality laminated source rock organic matter(OM)originated from planktonic algae, and its sedimentation was affected by global climate change significantly in the upper Xiaganchaigou Formation of the western Qaidam Basin. However, coupling research on the paleoenvironment change and OM enrichment during the sedimentation period of the source rock is still lacking. This study from the aspects of sedimentary petrology, geochemistry and paleontology palynology, the paleoenvironment of source rock is restored and the OM enrichment model is established in the study area.Firstly, kerogen maceral identification indicates that the kerogen maceral is mainly composed of Botryococcus, accompanied with amorphous organic matter and plant debris.Secondly, arid climate and relatively active tectonic were observed during the deposition of the source rock. The water column was received felsic source from the continental island arc tectonic background, and has the environmental characteristics of relatively saline, shallow depth, medium low productivity, fast sedimentation rate and anoxic reduction and so on.Lastly, the first-order controlling factors for the OM enrichment are anoxic water conditions and suitable sedimentation rate, and the secondary controlling factor is paleoproductivity.Through the coupling study of paleoclimate, paleoenvironment and OM enrichment, the paleoclimate high frequency alternating evolution was the root cause of sedimentary environment change and OM enrichment of the laminated shale in the Upper Xiaganchaigou Formation. The study on the OM enrichment mechanism of algae in Qaidam provides a good model for understanding the coupling relationship between the algae bloom in the saline lake basins and the environments, and provides important theoretical basis for predicting shale oil“sweet spot”and production well sites arrangement for the continental saline lacustrine basins.

文摘The copper complexing of dissolved organic matter released from hydrochar(HDOM)affects the former’s environmental behavior. In this study, how hydrothermal temperatures(180,220 and 260℃)influence the molecular-level constitutions and Cu(II)binding features of HDOM were elucidated via fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry and multi-spectroscopic analysis. The findings demonstrated that the almost HDOM molecules had the traits of lower polarity and higher hydrophobicity. As the hydrothermal temperature increased, the molecules with particularly high relative strength gradually disappeared, average molecular weight, percentages of CHON and aliphatic compounds of HDOM reduced while the percentages of CHO and aromatic compounds increased. In general, the fluorescence quenching of Cu(II)weakened as hydrothermal temperature rose and the Cu(II)binding stability constants of fluorophores in HDOM were 4.50–5.31.In addition, the Cu(II) binding order of fluorophores in HDOM showed temperature heterogeneities, andpolysaccharides or aromatic rings of non-fluorescent substances had the fastest responsesto Cu(II) binding. Generally, fluorescent components tend to bind Cu(II) at relatively traceconcentrations (0–40 μmol/L), whereas non-fluorescent substances tend to the bind Cu(II)at relatively higher concentrations (50–100 μmol/L). This study contributed to the predictionof the potential environmental behaviors and risks of Cu(II) at the molecular level afterhydrochar application.
