The 3D FEM numerical simulation on multi-action precision cold forging technology of universal joint cross and differential spider is done in this article using DEFORM Software, a commercial computer aided engineering software specializing in forming and heat treatment simulation technology, and suitable for cold, warm and hot forging process. The material flow properties, the dynamic variation of stress and strain in the process of deformation and the load-stroke curve have also been achieved. A good consistency is exhibited between simulation results and practical data. Based on the DEFORM simulation results, the optimized procedure has been found for forging a universal joint cross. What should be emphasized here is that a better understanding of practical forging characters and the environmental factors can greatly improve the simulation accuracy thus make the simulation results more reliable. 展开更多

A Double Shear Model(DSM) was used in a numerical simulation on bolted rock joint shearing performance.An entire bolt deformed as the letter'U'under a shear load between two joints.Near the bolt-joint intersection,the bolt partly deformed as the letter'Z'.There were two critical points along the bolt:one was at the bolt-joint intersection with zero bending moment and the other at the maximum bending moment(plastic hinge) with zero shear stress.The blocks on two sides slid along the bolt as it deformed. A separation area was found between the two joint contact surfaces of the middle rock block and sided block.This area of separation was related to bolt diameter and external forces.We assume that this area is related to the work of external forces.Further research is needed. 展开更多

Joint probability distribution of winds and waves from wave simulation of 20 years (1989-2008) in Bohai Bay 被引量:11

The joint probability distribution of wind speed and significant wave height in the Bohai Bay was investigated by comparing the Gurnbel logistic model, the Gumbel-Hougaard (GH) copula function, and the Clayton copula function. Twenty years of wind data from 1989 to 2008 were collected from the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) database and the blended wind data of the Quick Scatterometer (QSCAT) satellite data set and re-analysis data from the United States National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP). Several typhoons were taken into account and merged with the background wind fields from the ECMWF or QSCAT/NCEP database. The 20-year data of significant wave height were calculated with the unstructured-grid version of the third-generation wind wave model Simulating WAves Nearshore (SWAN) under extreme wind process conditions. The Gumbel distribution was used for univariate and marginal distributions. The distribution parameters were estimated with the method of L-moments. Based on the marginal distributions, the joint probability distributions, the associated return periods, and the conditional probability distributions were obtained. The GH copula function was found to be optimal according to the ordinary least squares (OLS) test. The results show that wind waves are the prevailing type of wave in the Bohai Bay. 展开更多

Based on CT scanning pictures from a volunteer's knee joint, a three-dimensional finite element model of the healthy human knee joint is constructed including complete femur, tibia, fibular, patellar and the main cartilage and ligaments. This model was validated using experimental and numerical results obtained from other authors. The pressure distribution of contact surfaces of knee joint are calculated and analyzed under the load action of ‘heel strike', ‘single limb stance' and ‘toe-off'. The results of the gait cycle are that the contact areas of medial cartilage are larger than that of lateral cartilage; the contact force and contact areas would grow larger with the load increasing; the pressure of lateral meniscus is steady, relative to the significant variation of peak pressure in medial meniscus; and the peak value of contact pressure on all components are usually found at about 4570 of the gait cycle. 展开更多

A revised displacement discontinuity method(DDM) program is developed for the simulation of rock joint propagation and dilatancy analysis. The non-linear joint model used in the program adopts Barton-Bandis normal deformation model, Kulhaway shear deformation model and Mohr-Coulomb criterion. The joint propagation criterion is based on the equivalent stress intensity factor which can be obtained by regression analysis. The simulated rock joint propagation accords well with the existing knowledge. The closure and opening of joint is investigated by DDM, and it is shown that if the opening volume of propagated joint is larger than closure volume of the old joint, the joint dilatancy occurs. The dilatancy condition is mainly controlled by the normal stiffness of the rock joint. When the normal stiffness is larger than the critical value, joint dilatancy occurs. The critical normal stiffness of rock joint changes with the joint-load angle, and joint dilatancy is most possible to occur at 30°. 展开更多

It has signifcant efects on improving the shear strength of jointed rock mass and controlling the stability of surrounding rock. To achieve an accurate simulation of bolted joint shear tests, we have studied a numerical simulation method that takes into account the 2G-NPR bolt's tensile–shear fracture criterion. Firstly, the indoor experimental study on the tensile–shear mechanical properties of 2G-NPR bolt is carried out to explore its mechanical properties under diferent tensile–shear angles, and the fracture criterion of 2G-NPR bolt considering the tensile–shear angle is established. Then, a three-dimensional numerical simulation method considering the tensile–shear mechanical constitutive and fracture criterion of 2G-NPR bolt, the elastoplastic mechanical behavior of surrounding rock and the damage and deterioration of grouting body is proposed. The feasibility and accuracy of the method are verifed by comparing with the indoor shear test results of 2G-NPR bolt anchorage joints. Finally, based on the numerical simulation results, the deformation and stress of the bolt, the distribution of the plastic zone of the rock mass, the stress distribution and the damage of the grouting body are analyzed in detail. The research results can provide a good reference value for the practical engineering application and shear mechanical performance analysis of 2G-NPR bolt. 展开更多

The corrosion behavior of B10 copper-nickel alloy welded joints in seawater pipeline system was analyzed under local turbulence induced by weld residual height.The corrosion behavior was evaluated by array electrode technology,mor-phology and elemental characterization,and COMSOL Multiphysics simulation.The results provide a theoretical basis for the corrosion and leakage of B10 alloy in seawater pipeline under the action of turbulence.The results show that residual height-induced turbulence exhibits a significant effect on the corrosion behavior in different areas of welded joints in B10 alloy.Turbulence can damage some surfaces,causing polarity deflection followed by acceleration of corrosion,or it is easier to form a protective film to slow down corrosion.COMSOL Multiphysics results show that the shear rate and turbulent kinetic energy increase linearly with the increase in residual height and velocity.The corrosion behavior of alloy surface is influenced by controlling the mass transfer rate and surface state. 展开更多

Seven sets of parameters were used in order to evaluate the influence of temperature cycling profile parameters. The results show that temperature cycling history has significant effect on the stress response of the solder joint. Based on the concept of relative damage stress proposed by the authors, it is found that enough high temperature holding time is necessary for designing the temperature cycling profile in accelerated thermal fatigue test. 展开更多

The electric field intensity (EFI) is important characteristic quantity for evaluating the internal insulation state of cable joints. Based on finite element method, this paper proposes two EFI research methods, field-circuit coupling method and equivalent circuit method. The average EFI of the inner surface of the outer semi-conducting shield can be calculated from the current in the measuring circuit. The relative error between these two methods is about 15%, which roughly proves the consistency of the two methods. The analysis of the impulse voltage on the internal electric field of the cable joint plays a key role in studying the breakdown of the joint. Based on the finite element method, a three-dimensional electromagnetic field simulation model of the cable joint is established in this paper. Simulation results show that the voltage at the head of the cable joint reaches about twice the impulse voltage. The increase of the conductivity of semi-conductive material also leads to the increase of electric field intensity. Then, several points and curves at different positions are selected for further analysis in this paper. Among them, the electric field distortion at the edge of the high voltage shield is the most serious and the electric field in the air gap is the least. 展开更多

以110 kV电缆接头为例,提出采用非线性电导绝缘材料替代固定电导材料,实现材料参数关于空间的自匹配,进而实现对电缆接头局部高场强的抑制作用。仿真结果发现,应力锥采用非线性电导材料与采用固定电导时电缆接头场强分布几乎一致,而电... 以110 kV电缆接头为例,提出采用非线性电导绝缘材料替代固定电导材料,实现材料参数关于空间的自匹配,进而实现对电缆接头局部高场强的抑制作用。仿真结果发现,应力锥采用非线性电导材料与采用固定电导时电缆接头场强分布几乎一致,而电缆绝缘采用非线性电导材料情况下对局部场强集中抑制效果较为明显。为获取最佳非线性参数,建立电缆接头COMSOL-MATLAB联合仿真模型,通过有限元仿真和数值计算结合的方法分析电缆接头内部场强分布随参数变化的情况,并基于遗传算法实现快速寻优。结果表明,当线性系数、非线性系数分别为3.850 1×10^(-12)和3.209 6×10^(-6)时效果最优,此时最大场强为5.931 5 kV/mm,对应的场强畸变因子为13.72%。选取合适的非线性电导材料作为电缆绝缘材料,对于均匀电缆接头内部场强有较好效果,为发展高电压等级电缆附件提供了思路。 展开更多

Pinless friction stir spot welding(P-FSSW)was performed to manufacture Mg/steel lap joints.Orthogonal tests for P-FSSW of Mg/steel were investigated,and the main factors affecting the properties of Mg/steel lap joints were derived.The shear force of the Mg/steel lap joints gradually increased and then decreased as the welding time increased.Maximum shear force was 5.3 kN.Fe-Al intermetallic compound(IMC)was formed at the Mg/steel interface near the steel side,and Mg-Al IMCs were formed at the Mg/steel interface near the Mg alloy side.Mg/steel lap joint was transformed from an initial solid-state welding to fusion-brazing welding as the welding time increased.No hole defects were formed in Mg/steel solid-state welding joints,whereas hole defects appeared in Mg/steel fusion-brazing welding joints.The temperature field of Mg/steel lap joints was simulated to analyze hole defects generated during the welding process.Hole defects can be eliminated by changing the spindle deflection angle,and the shear force decreased.Excessive spindle deflection can also lead to failure to form a stable joint.Hole defects were removed because the spindle deflection angle reduced the interfacial reaction temperature,and a solid-state welding joint was formed,which resulted in an absence of fusion-brazing welding hole formation. 展开更多

The joining of Al/steel dissimilar metals has emerged as a critical challenge in automotive lightweight design.The sound Al/steel lap configuration joints were achieved via the new welding technology,i.e.,the rotating laser welding method,with the inserted Cu foil interlayer.The interfacial temperature fields of the obtained joints were accurately predicted by finite element simulation.The results indicate that the heat concentration effect at the interface was generated via the rotating laser,and the temperature difference of the laser direct irradiation area,the middle area,and the welding toe region was controlled to 100°C.Besides,the inserted Cu interlayer significantly optimized interfacial metallurgical reactions,resulting in the formation of a uniform composite interface layer consisting ofθ-(Fe,Cu)_(4)Al_(13),a-Al,and Al_(2)Cu.The thermodynamic calculations elucidated the sequential phase evolution:the Al-Fe binary system was generated first,and then followed by the Al-Cu binary system in the welding process.The final joint line load was enhanced with the inserted rotating laser.When the rotating diameter was 1 mm and the thickness of Cu interlayer was 10μm,the joint line load reached the maximum value of 297 N/mm. 展开更多

节理参数对节理剪切力学行为和破坏模式具有显著影响,是评估工程岩体强度和稳定性的重要因素。为探究不同节理参数下断续节理岩体的剪切力学特性及裂纹扩展贯通机理,基于零厚度黏聚力单元构建了断续节理岩体直剪模型,开展了不同节理开... 节理参数对节理剪切力学行为和破坏模式具有显著影响,是评估工程岩体强度和稳定性的重要因素。为探究不同节理参数下断续节理岩体的剪切力学特性及裂纹扩展贯通机理,基于零厚度黏聚力单元构建了断续节理岩体直剪模型,开展了不同节理开度、节理连通率及法向应力下断续节理剪切数值模拟,系统探讨了节理开度、节理连通率对其剪切行为的影响。研究表明:剪切应力-剪切位移曲线呈双峰值特征,峰值剪切应力随节理连通率的增加逐渐降低,随法向应力的增加逐渐升高;模型两侧岩桥是裂纹萌生的集中区域,节理开度较大的模型通常更早萌生裂纹,节理连通率较小的模型其裂纹趋向于形成多个孤立的裂纹段,不同法向应力下裂纹萌生时间、位置和扩展过程大致相同;裂纹增长与剪切应力存在良好的对应关系,累计裂纹数量随节理开度和法向应力的增加而增多、随节理连通率的增加而降低,拉伸裂纹广泛分布于岩桥及其附近区域,剪切裂纹主要集中在断续节理面附近。 展开更多

为揭示冷缝对混凝土力学性能的影响规律,首先开展三点弯曲试验厘清不同浇筑时间间隔下的含冷缝混凝土构件断裂特征及承载性能劣化特性,随后提出一种基于内聚力单元的含冷缝混凝土细观数值模拟方法,通过人工水母算法优化的随机森林(AJSO-... 为揭示冷缝对混凝土力学性能的影响规律,首先开展三点弯曲试验厘清不同浇筑时间间隔下的含冷缝混凝土构件断裂特征及承载性能劣化特性,随后提出一种基于内聚力单元的含冷缝混凝土细观数值模拟方法,通过人工水母算法优化的随机森林(AJSO-RF)算法标定单元参数,建立含冷缝衬砌数值模型分析不同冷缝位置对衬砌受力及损伤特征的影响规律.研究结果表明:随着浇筑时间间隔的增加,试件最大承载力逐渐降低,试件破坏区域逐渐从骨料-砂浆界面转移至冷缝界面;二次浇筑在前序混凝土初凝时间前/后时,加载曲线分别呈三阶段形式和两阶段形式;AJSO-RF算法标定的内聚力单元参数准确,加载曲线模拟值和试验值平均相对误差为7.7%,且破坏形态与试验结果相符合;含冷缝衬砌模型中冷缝界面破坏形式为迎土侧剪切张拉破坏,冷缝会导致衬砌局部应力集中,现场施工应采取注浆补强措施,优化浇筑工艺,严格控制浇筑间隔. 展开更多

关节镜模拟操作结合PBL教学在骨科住院医师规范化培训中的应用研究

目的探讨关节镜模拟操作结合问题导向学习(PBL)教学模式在骨科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2025年3月至2025年8月期间在浙江大学医学院附属第二医院骨科参加规范化培训的46名住院医师,随机分为研究组和对照组,各23名。对... 目的探讨关节镜模拟操作结合问题导向学习(PBL)教学模式在骨科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2025年3月至2025年8月期间在浙江大学医学院附属第二医院骨科参加规范化培训的46名住院医师,随机分为研究组和对照组,各23名。对照组采用传统教学模式,研究组采用关节镜模拟操作结合PBL教学模式。比较两组学员在理论成绩、实践能力及教学满意度等方面的差异。结果研究组在实践能力得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.81,P<0.05),两组的理论成绩得分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.44,P>0.05)。研究组在提升学习效率、激发学习兴趣、增强教学互动维度得分和满意度得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=3.63、2.71、3.29、5.80,P均<0.05)。结论关节镜模拟操作结合PBL教学模式可有效提升骨科住院医师的综合素养。 展开更多
