Methods: 60 cases of parturient undergoing caesarean section from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected and divided into two groups: control group (N 30) , ropivacaine observation group (N 30), contrast effect. Results: the blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P 0.05);the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P 0.05);the effective rate of the observation group was 96.67% , the pain score of the Observation Group was lower than that of the control group (P Lt;0.05) , the blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P 0.05);the pain score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P 0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.33%, which was lower than 20.00% of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: isobaric ropivacaine is effective and safe in cesarean section anesthesia, and can increase the comfort of parturient.展开更多
