The energy-saving electrohydraulic flow matching (EFM) system opens up an opportunity to minimize valve losses by fully opening the control valves, but the controllability is lost under overrunning load conditions. ...The energy-saving electrohydraulic flow matching (EFM) system opens up an opportunity to minimize valve losses by fully opening the control valves, but the controllability is lost under overrunning load conditions. To address this issue, this paper proposes a valve-based compensator to improve the controllability of the energy-saving EFM system. The valve-based compensator consists of a static compensator and a differential dynamic compensator based on load conditions. The energy effi- ciency, the stability performance, and the damping characteristic are analyzed under different control parameters. A parameter selection method is used to improve the efficiency, ensure the stability performance, and obtain good dynamic behavior. A test rig with a 2-t hydraulic excavator is built, and experimental tests are carried out to validate the proposed valve-based compensator. The experimental results indicate that the controllability of the EFM system is improved, and the characteristic of high energy efficiency is obtained by the proposed compensator.展开更多

These systems were built under different...For the past three decades, interoperability among heterogeneous systems had been a hard nut to crack due to the schematic and semantic perspectives that exist between objects. These systems were built under different data models. As such, levels of the local schemas are semantically very poor due to the limited expressiveness of traditional data models in which they were designed. Further more, most of the existing schema integration architectural components are inadequately equipped to handle the mapping schemas, especially when the semantics and structural conflicts are involved. This paper introduces an Intelligent Binary Schema Matching system (IBSMS), which exploits the phenomenon of making its components intelligent. That’s equipping its components such as translators and integrators with adequate knowledge about various data models. This allows the components acquire enough intelligence to maneuver or manipulate the correspondence between constructs from different models. In addition, the system has a Binary Matcher, which compares the attribute correspondences of various databases in a pairwise form, in order to establish the equivalences. With the establishment of the mappings, the users shall be able to access them (mappings) for their desired usage.展开更多
A comprehensive assessment of grain supply,demand,and ecosystem service flows is essential for identifying grain movement pathways,ensuring regional grain security,and guiding sustainable management strategies.However...A comprehensive assessment of grain supply,demand,and ecosystem service flows is essential for identifying grain movement pathways,ensuring regional grain security,and guiding sustainable management strategies.However,current studies primarily focus on short-term grain provision services while neglecting the spatiotemporal variations in grain flows across different scales.This gap limits the identification of dynamic matching relationships and the formulation of optimization strategies for balancing grain flows.This study examined the spatiotemporal evolution of grain supply and demand in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH)region from 1980 to 2020.Using the Enhanced TwoStep Floating Catchment Area method,the grain provision ecosystem service flows were quantified,the changes in supply–demand matching under different grain flow scenarios were analyzed and the optimal distance threshold for grain flows was investigated.The results revealed that grain production follows a spatial distribution pattern characterized by high levels in the southeast and low levels in the northwest.A significant mismatch exists between supply and demand,and it shows a scale effect.Deficit areas are mainly concentrated in the northwest,while surplus areas are mainly located in the central and southern regions.As the spatial scale increases,the ecosystem service supply–demand ratio(SDR)classification becomes more clustered,while it exhibits greater spatial SDR heterogeneity at smaller scales.This study examined two distinct scenarios of grain provision ecosystem service flow dynamics based on 100 and 200 km distance thresholds.The flow increased significantly,from 2.17 to 11.81million tons in the first scenario and from 2.41 to 12.37 million tons in the second scenario over nearly 40 years,forming a spatial movement pattern from the central and southern regions to the surrounding areas.Large flows were mainly concentrated in the interior of urban centers,with significant outflows between cities such as Baoding,Shijiazhuang,Xingtai,and Hengshui.At the county scale,supply–demand matching patterns remained consistent between the grain flows in the two scenarios.Notably,incorporating grain flow dynamics significantly reduced the number of grain-deficit areas compared to scenarios without grain flow.In 2020,grain-deficit counties decreased by28.79 and 37.88%,and cities by 12.50 and 25.0%under the two scenarios,respectively.Furthermore,the distance threshold for achieving optimal supply and demand matching at the county scale was longer than at the city scale in both grain flow scenarios.This study provides valuable insights into the dynamic relationships and heterogeneous patterns of grain matching,and expands the research perspective on grain and ecosystem service flows across various spatiotemporal scales.展开更多
Ground source heat pump systems demonstrate significant potential for northern rural heating applications;however,the effectiveness of these systems is often limited by challenging geological conditions.For instance,i...Ground source heat pump systems demonstrate significant potential for northern rural heating applications;however,the effectiveness of these systems is often limited by challenging geological conditions.For instance,in certain regions,the installation of buried pipes for heat exchangers may be complicated,and these pipes may not always serve as efficient low-temperature heat sources for the heat pumps of the system.To address this issue,the current study explored the use of solar-energy-collecting equipment to supplement buried pipes.In this design,both solar energy and geothermal energy provide low-temperature heat to the heat pump.First,a simulation model of a solar‒ground source heat pump coupling system was established using TRNSYS.The accuracy of this model was validated through experiments and simulations on various system configurations,including varying numbers of buried pipes,different areas of solar collectors,and varying volumes of water tanks.The simulations examined the coupling characteristics of these components and their influence on system performance.The results revealed that the operating parameters of the system remained consistent across the following configurations:three buried pipes,burial depth of 20 m,collector area of 6 m^(2),and water tank volume of 0.5 m^(3);four buried pipes,burial depth of 20 m,collector area of 3 m^(2),and water tank volume of 0.5 m^(3);and five buried pipes with a burial depth of 20 m.Furthermore,the heat collection capacity of the solar collectors spanning an area of 3 m^(2)was found to be equivalent to that of one buried pipe.Moreover,the findings revealed that the solar‒ground source heat pump coupling system demonstrated a lower annual cumulative energy consumption compared to the ground source heat pump system,presenting a reduction of 5.31%compared to the energy consumption of the latter.展开更多

However, the effectiveness of BMPs exhibits a complex nonlinear dependence on both configuratio...The spatial optimization of best management practices(BMPs) plays a critical role in precise watershed pollution control. However, the effectiveness of BMPs exhibits a complex nonlinear dependence on both configuration unit scale and rainfall intensity, often leading to widespread spatiotemporal mismatches during implementation. To fill this gap, this study proposes a new framework:(a) delineating configuration units based on the implementation scale differences between structural and nonstructural BMPs;(b) incorporating BMP reduction thresholds to enable dynamic adjustment of design scales according to inflow loads;and(c) developing a staged allocation strategy tailored to varying rainfall scenarios. The framework is exemplified by an agricultural catchment in the southeastern Liaohe watershed, China. The results showed that the framework could improve the assessment accuracy and cost-effectiveness of pollution control. Specifically, neglecting BMP reduction thresholds resulted in a 51.35% underestimation of treatment costs. Incorporating these thresholds and dynamically adjusting BMP design scales reduced treatment costs by 62.70%. Furthermore, the framework facilitated more precise localization of structural BMPs(1 km^(2)) and improved optimization efficiency by 95.91%. The proposed staged allocation strategy ensured water quality compliance under varying rainfall intensities. Structural BMPs primarily addressed pollution from light to moderate rainfall in the initial stage, while nonstructural BMPs targeted heavy rainfall pollution in the subsequent stage. The proposed framework may enhance the spatiotemporal adaptability of BMP configuration to respond to the threats posed by climate change and human activities. It can also be extended to other agriculture-dominated watersheds.展开更多
Stereo matching is a pivotal task in computer vision,enabling precise depth estimation from stereo image pairs,yet it encounters challenges in regions with reflections,repetitive textures,or fine structures.In this pa...Stereo matching is a pivotal task in computer vision,enabling precise depth estimation from stereo image pairs,yet it encounters challenges in regions with reflections,repetitive textures,or fine structures.In this paper,we propose a Semantic-Guided Parallax Attention Stereo Matching Network(SGPASMnet)that can be trained in unsupervised manner,building upon the Parallax Attention Stereo Matching Network(PASMnet).Our approach leverages unsupervised learning to address the scarcity of ground truth disparity in stereo matching datasets,facilitating robust training across diverse scene-specific datasets and enhancing generalization.SGPASMnet incorporates two novel components:a Cross-Scale Feature Interaction(CSFI)block and semantic feature augmentation using a pre-trained semantic segmentation model,SegFormer,seamlessly embedded into the parallax attention mechanism.The CSFI block enables effective fusion ofmulti-scale features,integrating coarse and fine details to enhance disparity estimation accuracy.Semantic features,extracted by SegFormer,enrich the parallax attention mechanism by providing high-level scene context,significantly improving performance in ambiguous regions.Our model unifies these enhancements within a cohesive architecture,comprising semantic feature extraction,an hourglass network,a semantic-guided cascaded parallax attentionmodule,outputmodule,and a disparity refinement network.Evaluations on the KITTI2015 dataset demonstrate that our unsupervised method achieves a lower error rate compared to the original PASMnet,highlighting the effectiveness of our enhancements in handling complex scenes.By harnessing unsupervised learning without ground truth disparity needed,SGPASMnet offers a scalable and robust solution for accurate stereo matching,with superior generalization across varied real-world applications.展开更多

The log-polar transform (LPT) is utilized and an anti-rotation and anti- scale image matching algorithm is proposed based on the image edge feature point extraction. In the algorithm, the center point is combined with its four-neighbor points, and the corresponding computing process is put forward. As a result,the key suspension systematic parameters are given that have important impact on vehicle ride comfort.Through matching parameters,a calibration analysis of suspension system based on human comfort is obtained.The analysis results show that the analysis methods for the design target of making the vehicle with best comfort are effective.On the basis of the theory study,five suspension parameter matching principles are explored to promise the vehicle with perfect ride comfort,which also provide theoretical basis and design methods for the passenger car best match of suspension system stiffness and damping.The research results have the promotional value of practicability and a wide range of engineering application.展开更多
A novel method of matching stiffness and continuous variable damping of an ECAS(electronically controlled air suspension) based on LQG(linear quadratic Gaussian) control was proposed to simultaneously improve the road...A novel method of matching stiffness and continuous variable damping of an ECAS(electronically controlled air suspension) based on LQG(linear quadratic Gaussian) control was proposed to simultaneously improve the road-friendliness and ride comfort of a two-axle school bus.Taking account of the suspension nonlinearities and target-height-dependent variation in suspension characteristics,a stiffness model of the ECAS mounted on the drive axle of the bus was developed based on thermodynamics and the key parameters were obtained through field tests.By determining the proper range of the target height for the ECAS of the fully-loaded bus based on the design requirements of vehicle body bounce frequency,the control algorithm of the target suspension height(i.e.,stiffness) was derived according to driving speed and road roughness.Taking account of the nonlinearities of a continuous variable semi-active damper,the damping force was obtained through the subtraction of the air spring force from the optimum integrated suspension force,which was calculated based on LQG control.Finally,a GA(genetic algorithm)-based matching method between stepped variable damping and stiffness was employed as a benchmark to evaluate the effectiveness of the LQG-based matching method.Simulation results indicate that compared with the GA-based matching method,both dynamic tire force and vehicle body vertical acceleration responses are markedly reduced around the vehicle body bounce frequency employing the LQG-based matching method,with peak values of the dynamic tire force PSD(power spectral density) decreased by 73.6%,60.8% and 71.9% in the three cases,and corresponding reduction are 71.3%,59.4% and 68.2% for the vehicle body vertical acceleration.A strong robustness to variation of driving speed and road roughness is also observed for the LQG-based matching method.展开更多

By setting the multi- face prism in frontal position of the static CCD (CM-140MCL) camera, equivalent stereo images with different orientations are captured synchronously by virtual cameras which are defined by two boundary lines: the optical axis and CCD camera field of view boundary. Subsequently, the geometrical relationship between the 2D stereo images and corresponding 3D scene is established by employing two fundamentals: ray sketching in which all the pertinent points, lines, and planes are expressed in the 3D camera coordinates and the rule of refraction. Landing on this relationship, the epipolar geometry is thus obtained by fitting a set of corresponding candidate points and thereafter, stereo matching of the prism based stereovision system is obtained. Moreover, the unique geometrical properties of the imaging system allow the proposed method free from the complicated camera calibration procedures and to be easily generalized from binocular and tri-oeular to multi-ocular stereovision systems. The performance of the algorithm is presented through the experiments on the binocular imaging system and the comparison with a conventional projection method demonstrates the efficient assessment of our novel contributions.展开更多

By the same approach, the robust stability issue for fuzzy time-delay systems with uncertain parameters was also considered. On the other hand, in order to enhance the design flexibility, a new design approach for uncertain fuzzy time-delay systems under imperfect premise matching was also proposed, which allows the fuzzy controller to employ different membership functions from the fuzzy time-delay model. By the numerical examples, the proposed stability conditions are less conservative in the sense of getting larger allowable time-delay and obtaining smaller feedback control gains. For instance, when the allowable time-delay increases from 7.3 s to 12 s for an uncertain T-S fuzzy control system with time-delay, the norm of the feedback gains decreases from (34.299 2, 38.560 3) to (10.073 3, 11.349 0), respectively. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the proposed design method was illustrated by the last example with the robustly stable curves of system state under the initial condition of x(0) = [3 -1].展开更多

Due to the limited HF spectrum resources, a HF communication system with shared channels is considered, where each user equipment(UE) has individual communication demand. In order to maximize the communication probability of the whole system, a matching-potential game framework is designed. In detail, the channel diversity problem is decomposed into two sub-problems. One is channel-transmitter matching problem, which can be formulated as a many-to-one matching game. The other is the transmitter allocation problem which decides the transmission object that each transmitter communicates with under channel-transmitter matching result, and this sub-problem can be modeled as a potential game. A multiple round stable matching algorithm(MRSMA) is proposed, which obtains a stable matching result for the first sub-problem, and a distributed BR-based transmitter allocation algorithm(DBRTAA) is designed to reach Nash Equilibrium(NE) of the second sub-problem. However, the existing layout of distribution centers can't fulfill the storage and picking d...E-commerce, as an emerging marketing mode, has attracted more and more attention and gradually changed the way of our life. However, the existing layout of distribution centers can't fulfill the storage and picking demands of e-commerce sufficiently. In this paper, a modified miniload automated storage/retrieval system is designed to fit these new characteristics of e-commerce in logistics. Meanwhile, a matching problem, concerning with the improvement of picking efficiency in new system, is studied in this paper. The problem is how to reduce the travelling distance of totes between aisles and picking stations. A multi-stage heuristic algorithm is proposed based on statement and model of this problem. The main idea of this algorithm is, with some heuristic strategies based on similarity coefficients, minimizing the transportations of items which can not arrive in the destination picking stations just through direct conveyors. The experimental results based on the cases generated by computers show that the average reduced rate of indirect transport times can reach 14.36% with the application of multi-stage heuristic algorithm. For the cases from a real e-commerce distribution center, the order processing time can be reduced from 11.20 h to 10.06 h with the help of the modified system and the proposed algorithm. In summary, this research proposed a modified system and a multi-stage heuristic algorithm that can reduce the travelling distance of totes effectively and improve the whole performance of e-commerce distribution center.展开更多

In this research work, a controllable Pitch Propeller (...The optimal matching of a propeller to the hull and the diesel engine of the combine diesel or gas (CODOG) system is a critical design analysis in ship building. In this research work, a controllable Pitch Propeller (CPP) was considered whereby the pitch was varied, but only the extreme pitch set the limit of operation and matching was done with the extreme pitch condition. It considers the performance analysis of the propeller, the hull and the engine both in design and off design conditions. Without propulsion a vessel built cannot move and so choosing the right propeller to match the hull and engine is very vital. The various processes involved in the matching of the propeller to the diesel engine and hull of the vessel are considered, in order to achieve optimal performance of the vessel. A Java program (prop-matching) was developed to facilitate the matching process. The graphs obtained are used to determine the matching point at corresponding speed and power. The thrust and torque developed under different conditions as well as their significance, considering the fact that the propeller is a CPP. The engine response in transient conditions in reaction to the turbo charger was considered, the matching graph of the turbo charger compressor was discussed, and the calculated mass flow rate with various engine speeds and boost pressure were also discussed. This program was further used in matching the propeller to the hull and diesel or gas engines of a F90 frigate. The corresponding propeller rpm and engine power with pitch ratios from the program were similar to those from the design of the frigates. The various thrust and torque coefficients and open water efficiency all correspond to the simulated results of those of the naval frigate.展开更多

These systems were built under different data models. As such, levels of the local schemas are semantically very poor due to the limited expressiveness of traditional data models in which they were designed. Further more, most of the existing schema integration architectural components are inadequately equipped to handle the mapping schemas, especially when the semantics and structural conflicts are involved. This paper introduces an Intelligent Binary Schema Matching system (IBSMS), which exploits the phenomenon of making its components intelligent. That’s equipping its components such as translators and integrators with adequate knowledge about various data models. This allows the components acquire enough intelligence to maneuver or manipulate the correspondence between constructs from different models. In addition, the system has a Binary Matcher, which compares the attribute correspondences of various databases in a pairwise form, in order to establish the equivalences. With the establishment of the mappings, the users shall be able to access them (mappings) for their desired usage.

文摘A comprehensive assessment of grain supply,demand,and ecosystem service flows is essential for identifying grain movement pathways,ensuring regional grain security,and guiding sustainable management strategies.However,current studies primarily focus on short-term grain provision services while neglecting the spatiotemporal variations in grain flows across different scales.This gap limits the identification of dynamic matching relationships and the formulation of optimization strategies for balancing grain flows.This study examined the spatiotemporal evolution of grain supply and demand in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH)region from 1980 to 2020.Using the Enhanced TwoStep Floating Catchment Area method,the grain provision ecosystem service flows were quantified,the changes in supply–demand matching under different grain flow scenarios were analyzed and the optimal distance threshold for grain flows was investigated.The results revealed that grain production follows a spatial distribution pattern characterized by high levels in the southeast and low levels in the northwest.A significant mismatch exists between supply and demand,and it shows a scale effect.Deficit areas are mainly concentrated in the northwest,while surplus areas are mainly located in the central and southern regions.As the spatial scale increases,the ecosystem service supply–demand ratio(SDR)classification becomes more clustered,while it exhibits greater spatial SDR heterogeneity at smaller scales.This study examined two distinct scenarios of grain provision ecosystem service flow dynamics based on 100 and 200 km distance thresholds.The flow increased significantly,from 2.17 to 11.81million tons in the first scenario and from 2.41 to 12.37 million tons in the second scenario over nearly 40 years,forming a spatial movement pattern from the central and southern regions to the surrounding areas.Large flows were mainly concentrated in the interior of urban centers,with significant outflows between cities such as Baoding,Shijiazhuang,Xingtai,and Hengshui.At the county scale,supply–demand matching patterns remained consistent between the grain flows in the two scenarios.Notably,incorporating grain flow dynamics significantly reduced the number of grain-deficit areas compared to scenarios without grain flow.In 2020,grain-deficit counties decreased by28.79 and 37.88%,and cities by 12.50 and 25.0%under the two scenarios,respectively.Furthermore,the distance threshold for achieving optimal supply and demand matching at the county scale was longer than at the city scale in both grain flow scenarios.This study provides valuable insights into the dynamic relationships and heterogeneous patterns of grain matching,and expands the research perspective on grain and ecosystem service flows across various spatiotemporal scales.

文摘Ground source heat pump systems demonstrate significant potential for northern rural heating applications;however,the effectiveness of these systems is often limited by challenging geological conditions.For instance,in certain regions,the installation of buried pipes for heat exchangers may be complicated,and these pipes may not always serve as efficient low-temperature heat sources for the heat pumps of the system.To address this issue,the current study explored the use of solar-energy-collecting equipment to supplement buried pipes.In this design,both solar energy and geothermal energy provide low-temperature heat to the heat pump.First,a simulation model of a solar‒ground source heat pump coupling system was established using TRNSYS.The accuracy of this model was validated through experiments and simulations on various system configurations,including varying numbers of buried pipes,different areas of solar collectors,and varying volumes of water tanks.The simulations examined the coupling characteristics of these components and their influence on system performance.The results revealed that the operating parameters of the system remained consistent across the following configurations:three buried pipes,burial depth of 20 m,collector area of 6 m^(2),and water tank volume of 0.5 m^(3);four buried pipes,burial depth of 20 m,collector area of 3 m^(2),and water tank volume of 0.5 m^(3);and five buried pipes with a burial depth of 20 m.Furthermore,the heat collection capacity of the solar collectors spanning an area of 3 m^(2)was found to be equivalent to that of one buried pipe.Moreover,the findings revealed that the solar‒ground source heat pump coupling system demonstrated a lower annual cumulative energy consumption compared to the ground source heat pump system,presenting a reduction of 5.31%compared to the energy consumption of the latter.

文摘The spatial optimization of best management practices(BMPs) plays a critical role in precise watershed pollution control. However, the effectiveness of BMPs exhibits a complex nonlinear dependence on both configuration unit scale and rainfall intensity, often leading to widespread spatiotemporal mismatches during implementation. To fill this gap, this study proposes a new framework:(a) delineating configuration units based on the implementation scale differences between structural and nonstructural BMPs;(b) incorporating BMP reduction thresholds to enable dynamic adjustment of design scales according to inflow loads;and(c) developing a staged allocation strategy tailored to varying rainfall scenarios. The framework is exemplified by an agricultural catchment in the southeastern Liaohe watershed, China. The results showed that the framework could improve the assessment accuracy and cost-effectiveness of pollution control. Specifically, neglecting BMP reduction thresholds resulted in a 51.35% underestimation of treatment costs. Incorporating these thresholds and dynamically adjusting BMP design scales reduced treatment costs by 62.70%. Furthermore, the framework facilitated more precise localization of structural BMPs(1 km^(2)) and improved optimization efficiency by 95.91%. The proposed staged allocation strategy ensured water quality compliance under varying rainfall intensities. Structural BMPs primarily addressed pollution from light to moderate rainfall in the initial stage, while nonstructural BMPs targeted heavy rainfall pollution in the subsequent stage. The proposed framework may enhance the spatiotemporal adaptability of BMP configuration to respond to the threats posed by climate change and human activities. It can also be extended to other agriculture-dominated watersheds.

文摘Stereo matching is a pivotal task in computer vision,enabling precise depth estimation from stereo image pairs,yet it encounters challenges in regions with reflections,repetitive textures,or fine structures.In this paper,we propose a Semantic-Guided Parallax Attention Stereo Matching Network(SGPASMnet)that can be trained in unsupervised manner,building upon the Parallax Attention Stereo Matching Network(PASMnet).Our approach leverages unsupervised learning to address the scarcity of ground truth disparity in stereo matching datasets,facilitating robust training across diverse scene-specific datasets and enhancing generalization.SGPASMnet incorporates two novel components:a Cross-Scale Feature Interaction(CSFI)block and semantic feature augmentation using a pre-trained semantic segmentation model,SegFormer,seamlessly embedded into the parallax attention mechanism.The CSFI block enables effective fusion ofmulti-scale features,integrating coarse and fine details to enhance disparity estimation accuracy.Semantic features,extracted by SegFormer,enrich the parallax attention mechanism by providing high-level scene context,significantly improving performance in ambiguous regions.Our model unifies these enhancements within a cohesive architecture,comprising semantic feature extraction,an hourglass network,a semantic-guided cascaded parallax attentionmodule,outputmodule,and a disparity refinement network.Evaluations on the KITTI2015 dataset demonstrate that our unsupervised method achieves a lower error rate compared to the original PASMnet,highlighting the effectiveness of our enhancements in handling complex scenes.By harnessing unsupervised learning without ground truth disparity needed,SGPASMnet offers a scalable and robust solution for accurate stereo matching,with superior generalization across varied real-world applications.
文摘Based on the inertial navigation system, the influences of the excursion of the inertial navigation system and the measurement error of the wireless pressure altimeter on the rotation and scale of the real image are quantitatively analyzed in scene matching. The log-polar transform (LPT) is utilized and an anti-rotation and anti- scale image matching algorithm is proposed based on the image edge feature point extraction. In the algorithm, the center point is combined with its four-neighbor points, and the corresponding computing process is put forward. Simulation results show that in the image rotation and scale variation range resulted from the navigation system error and the measurement error of the wireless pressure altimeter, the proposed image matching algo- rithm can satisfy the accuracy demands of the scene aided navigation system and provide the location error-correcting information of the system.

文摘A stereo matching algorithm based on the epipolar line constraint is designed to meet the real-time and the accuracy requirements. The algorithm is applied to photodynamic therapy binocular surveillance system for port wine stain (PWS) when it monitors the position of the treatment region. The corner matching based on Hu moments is used to calculate the fundamental matrix of the binocular vision system. Experimental results are in agreement with the theoretical calculation.

文摘The existing investigations of vehicle ride comfort mainly include motion characteristics analysis based on creating a multi-body dynamic simulation model,and the parameters analysis to improve the suspension control for the target.In the study of creating multi-body dynamics simulation models,there is usually without considering calibration and test verification,which make it difficult to ensure the production of engineering.In the study of improving the suspension control parameters for the target,there is a lack of systematic match about comfortable and human characteristics,so it is difficult to implement in the field of driving and leading the vehicle design.In this paper,based on the different characteristic of suspension system that effects on the vehicle ride comfort, according to the suspension system dynamic mechanism,the research methods of vehicle road test,bench test and CAE simulation is used,at the same time,several sensitivity analysis of vehicle ride comfort related to suspension stiffness and damping and speed is made. As a result,the key suspension systematic parameters are given that have important impact on vehicle ride comfort.Through matching parameters,a calibration analysis of suspension system based on human comfort is obtained.The analysis results show that the analysis methods for the design target of making the vehicle with best comfort are effective.On the basis of the theory study,five suspension parameter matching principles are explored to promise the vehicle with perfect ride comfort,which also provide theoretical basis and design methods for the passenger car best match of suspension system stiffness and damping.The research results have the promotional value of practicability and a wide range of engineering application.

文摘A novel method of matching stiffness and continuous variable damping of an ECAS(electronically controlled air suspension) based on LQG(linear quadratic Gaussian) control was proposed to simultaneously improve the road-friendliness and ride comfort of a two-axle school bus.Taking account of the suspension nonlinearities and target-height-dependent variation in suspension characteristics,a stiffness model of the ECAS mounted on the drive axle of the bus was developed based on thermodynamics and the key parameters were obtained through field tests.By determining the proper range of the target height for the ECAS of the fully-loaded bus based on the design requirements of vehicle body bounce frequency,the control algorithm of the target suspension height(i.e.,stiffness) was derived according to driving speed and road roughness.Taking account of the nonlinearities of a continuous variable semi-active damper,the damping force was obtained through the subtraction of the air spring force from the optimum integrated suspension force,which was calculated based on LQG control.Finally,a GA(genetic algorithm)-based matching method between stepped variable damping and stiffness was employed as a benchmark to evaluate the effectiveness of the LQG-based matching method.Simulation results indicate that compared with the GA-based matching method,both dynamic tire force and vehicle body vertical acceleration responses are markedly reduced around the vehicle body bounce frequency employing the LQG-based matching method,with peak values of the dynamic tire force PSD(power spectral density) decreased by 73.6%,60.8% and 71.9% in the three cases,and corresponding reduction are 71.3%,59.4% and 68.2% for the vehicle body vertical acceleration.A strong robustness to variation of driving speed and road roughness is also observed for the LQG-based matching method.

文摘A geometrical analysis based algorithm is proposed to achieve the stereo matching of a single-lens prism based stereovision system. By setting the multi- face prism in frontal position of the static CCD (CM-140MCL) camera, equivalent stereo images with different orientations are captured synchronously by virtual cameras which are defined by two boundary lines: the optical axis and CCD camera field of view boundary. Subsequently, the geometrical relationship between the 2D stereo images and corresponding 3D scene is established by employing two fundamentals: ray sketching in which all the pertinent points, lines, and planes are expressed in the 3D camera coordinates and the rule of refraction. Landing on this relationship, the epipolar geometry is thus obtained by fitting a set of corresponding candidate points and thereafter, stereo matching of the prism based stereovision system is obtained. Moreover, the unique geometrical properties of the imaging system allow the proposed method free from the complicated camera calibration procedures and to be easily generalized from binocular and tri-oeular to multi-ocular stereovision systems. The performance of the algorithm is presented through the experiments on the binocular imaging system and the comparison with a conventional projection method demonstrates the efficient assessment of our novel contributions.
文摘Framework and basic parameters of a test bench for motor drive system of electric vehicle (EV) are illuminated. Two kinds of electric drive models, one was for the electric vehicle drived on real road, the other was for that on test bench, are put forward. Then, dynamic analysis of these models is made in detail. Inertia matching method of the test bench is researched and some useful formulas and graphs are brought forward. The experiment of an electric bus is introduced in order to explain the usage of this inertia matching method.

文摘To alleviate the conservativeness of the stability criterion for Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy time-delay systems, a new delay-dependent stability criterion was proposed by introducing a new augmented Lyapunov function with an additional triple-integral term, which was firstly u3ed to derive the stability criterion for T-S fuzzy time-delay systems. By the same approach, the robust stability issue for fuzzy time-delay systems with uncertain parameters was also considered. On the other hand, in order to enhance the design flexibility, a new design approach for uncertain fuzzy time-delay systems under imperfect premise matching was also proposed, which allows the fuzzy controller to employ different membership functions from the fuzzy time-delay model. By the numerical examples, the proposed stability conditions are less conservative in the sense of getting larger allowable time-delay and obtaining smaller feedback control gains. For instance, when the allowable time-delay increases from 7.3 s to 12 s for an uncertain T-S fuzzy control system with time-delay, the norm of the feedback gains decreases from (34.299 2, 38.560 3) to (10.073 3, 11.349 0), respectively. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the proposed design method was illustrated by the last example with the robustly stable curves of system state under the initial condition of x(0) = [3 -1].

文摘When saving energy in a pneumatic system,the problem of energy losses is usually solved by reducing the air supply pressure.The power-matching method is applied to optimize the air-supply pressure of the pneumatic system,and the energy-saving effect is verified by experiments.First,the experimental platform of a pneumatic rotary actuator servo-control system is built,and the mechanism of the valve-controlled cylinder system is analyzed.Then,the output power characteristics and load characteristics of the system are derived,and their characteristic curves are drawn.The employed air compressor is considered as a constant-pressure source of a quantitative pump,and the power characteristic of the system is matched.The power source characteristic curve should envelope the output characteristic curve and load characteristic curve.The minimum gas supply pressure obtained by power matching represents the optimal gas supply pressure.The comparative experiments under two different gas supply pressure conditions show that the system under the optimal gas supply pressure can greatly reduce energy losses.

文摘This paper investigates the channel diversity problem in high frequency(HF) communication systems. Due to the limited HF spectrum resources, a HF communication system with shared channels is considered, where each user equipment(UE) has individual communication demand. In order to maximize the communication probability of the whole system, a matching-potential game framework is designed. In detail, the channel diversity problem is decomposed into two sub-problems. One is channel-transmitter matching problem, which can be formulated as a many-to-one matching game. The other is the transmitter allocation problem which decides the transmission object that each transmitter communicates with under channel-transmitter matching result, and this sub-problem can be modeled as a potential game. A multiple round stable matching algorithm(MRSMA) is proposed, which obtains a stable matching result for the first sub-problem, and a distributed BR-based transmitter allocation algorithm(DBRTAA) is designed to reach Nash Equilibrium(NE) of the second sub-problem. Simulation results verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.

One of those methodologies is software version control, which is used in the majority of worldwide software projects. Although existing version control systems provide sufficient functionality in many situations, they are lacking in terms of semantics and structure for source code. It is commonly believed that improving software version control can contribute substantially to the development of software. We present a solution that considers a structural model for matching source code that can be used in version control.
文摘E-commerce, as an emerging marketing mode, has attracted more and more attention and gradually changed the way of our life. However, the existing layout of distribution centers can't fulfill the storage and picking demands of e-commerce sufficiently. In this paper, a modified miniload automated storage/retrieval system is designed to fit these new characteristics of e-commerce in logistics. Meanwhile, a matching problem, concerning with the improvement of picking efficiency in new system, is studied in this paper. The problem is how to reduce the travelling distance of totes between aisles and picking stations. A multi-stage heuristic algorithm is proposed based on statement and model of this problem. The main idea of this algorithm is, with some heuristic strategies based on similarity coefficients, minimizing the transportations of items which can not arrive in the destination picking stations just through direct conveyors. The experimental results based on the cases generated by computers show that the average reduced rate of indirect transport times can reach 14.36% with the application of multi-stage heuristic algorithm. For the cases from a real e-commerce distribution center, the order processing time can be reduced from 11.20 h to 10.06 h with the help of the modified system and the proposed algorithm. In summary, this research proposed a modified system and a multi-stage heuristic algorithm that can reduce the travelling distance of totes effectively and improve the whole performance of e-commerce distribution center.
文摘The optimal matching of a propeller to the hull and the diesel engine of the combine diesel or gas (CODOG) system is a critical design analysis in ship building. In this research work, a controllable Pitch Propeller (CPP) was considered whereby the pitch was varied, but only the extreme pitch set the limit of operation and matching was done with the extreme pitch condition. It considers the performance analysis of the propeller, the hull and the engine both in design and off design conditions. Without propulsion a vessel built cannot move and so choosing the right propeller to match the hull and engine is very vital. The various processes involved in the matching of the propeller to the diesel engine and hull of the vessel are considered, in order to achieve optimal performance of the vessel. A Java program (prop-matching) was developed to facilitate the matching process. The graphs obtained are used to determine the matching point at corresponding speed and power. The thrust and torque developed under different conditions as well as their significance, considering the fact that the propeller is a CPP. The engine response in transient conditions in reaction to the turbo charger was considered, the matching graph of the turbo charger compressor was discussed, and the calculated mass flow rate with various engine speeds and boost pressure were also discussed. This program was further used in matching the propeller to the hull and diesel or gas engines of a F90 frigate. The corresponding propeller rpm and engine power with pitch ratios from the program were similar to those from the design of the frigates. The various thrust and torque coefficients and open water efficiency all correspond to the simulated results of those of the naval frigate.

文摘A typical mechatronic system consists of a multitude of components,and the sensors belong to an important and crucial class of such components.Optimal matching of the system components is implicit in the current definition of a mechatronic system.The focus of the present paper is the optimal matching of sensors with other hardware in the system.Sensor matching may be based on several concepts such as the operating frequency range(operating bandwidth),speed of response(and the corresponding rate of data sampling in digital conversion),the device sensitivity(or gain or data amplification),and the effect of component acc uracy on the overall accuracy of the system.The present paper explores all these concepts and presents suit able approaches for sensor matching through those criteria.The relevant procedures are illustrated using case studies.
