This study empirically examines the impact,mechanisms,and heterogeneity of artificial intelligence(AI)on innovation in manufacturing enterprises,using data from Chinese A-share listed companies(2011-2022).Using fixed-...This study empirically examines the impact,mechanisms,and heterogeneity of artificial intelligence(AI)on innovation in manufacturing enterprises,using data from Chinese A-share listed companies(2011-2022).Using fixed-effects models and mediation analysis,we find that AI significantly drives innovation in manufacturing,a conclusion supported by various robustness checks.The development of AI enables manufacturing enterprises to achieve cost savings and workforce upgrading.Mechanism analysis identifies two key channels through which AI fosters innovation:increasing talent compensation and widening wage disparities.Heterogeneity tests reveal stronger innovation effects in non-state-owned enterprises,firms in the mature and declining stages,industries with lower concentration,and enterprises located in central and eastern China.Further analysis shows that AI’s impact on substantive innovation is non-linear and moderated by technological intensity and economic uncertainty.Based on these findings,we propose policy recommendations,including the steadfast promotion of intelligent transformation,stage-differentiated implementation,enhanced talent cultivation and policy support,and the accelerated realization of AI’s innovation potential.展开更多
With the increasingly fierce market competition,manufacturing enterprises have to continuously improve their competitiveness through their collaboration and labor division with each other,i.e.forming manufacturing ent...With the increasingly fierce market competition,manufacturing enterprises have to continuously improve their competitiveness through their collaboration and labor division with each other,i.e.forming manufacturing enterprise collaborative network(MECN)through their collaboration and labor division is an effective guarantee for obtaining competitive advantages.To explore the topology and evolutionary process of MECN,in this paper we investigate an empirical MECN from the viewpoint of complex network theory,and construct an evolutionary model to reproduce the topological properties found in the empirical network.Firstly,large-size empirical data related to the automotive industry are collected to construct an MECN.Topological analysis indicates that the MECN is not a scale-free network,but a small-world network with disassortativity.Small-world property indicates that the enterprises can respond quickly to the market,but disassortativity shows the risk spreading is fast and the coordinated operation is difficult.Then,an evolutionary model based on fitness preferential attachment and entropy-TOPSIS is proposed to capture the features of MECN.Besides,the evolutionary model is compared with a degree-based model in which only node degree is taken into consideration.The simulation results show the proposed evolutionary model can reproduce a number of critical topological properties of empirical MECN,while the degree-based model does not,which validates the effectiveness of the proposed evolutionary model.展开更多

Digital manufacturing enterprises require high operational agility due to the intricate and dynamically changing nature of their tasks.The implementation of accurate and timely predictions of task bottlenecks is there...Digital manufacturing enterprises require high operational agility due to the intricate and dynamically changing nature of their tasks.The implementation of accurate and timely predictions of task bottlenecks is therefore crucial to enhancing overall efficiency.Due to task complexities and dynamic business environments,bottleneck prediction is a challenging issue.This study introduces a novel approach that constructs a task network from extensive data accumulated within a digital enterprise to identify and depict the complex interrelations among tasks.Based on this method,we develop a Bottleneck Spatio-Temporal Graph Convolutional Network (BTGCN) model based on deep learning methods that considers spatial features of the task network and temporal data of task execution and integrates the strengths of GCN and GRU.We find that GCN effectively learns and represents the complex topology of task networks to capture spatial dependencies,while GRU adapts to the dynamic changes in task data,accurately capturing temporal dependencies.Informed by the theory of constraints,the study applies the proposed BTGCN model to the prediction of task throughput bottlenecks in digital enterprises.Experimental results demonstrate that while the model has certain limitations,it can accurately extract spatio-temporal correlations from system data,offering advantages in bottleneck prediction over other benchmark models.展开更多

文摘Based on the database of Chinese industrial industries,a model is constructed to empirically analyze the interaction between knowledge spillovers and R&D in manufacturing industries;the mean productivity values of county and city regions have a significant positive effect on firms'R&D,which gradually decreases;an interaction term between the number of neighboring firms and the average total factor productivity of industries in different regional scopes is added,and the greater the number of neighboring firms in the neighborhood,the greater the spillover effect on research and development.In order to increase the innovation input of companies,they need to be given the space to folly exchange ideas.
文摘This article mainly discusses the impact of digital technology and service-oriented on the performance of manufacturing enterprises.It first elaborates on the background of the trend of service-oriented manufacturing and the significance of its enterprises.Then,based on the impact of digital technology on the performance of manufacturing enterprises,several practical and feasible measures are proposed,mainly focusing on the long-term layout of service-oriented,shortening the low period,enhancing the competitive awareness of state-owned manufacturing enterprises,improving the driving force transformation,achieving simultaneous progress digitally,configuring digital and service-oriented elements,and eliminating the monopoly of digital resources.Followed by lowering the threshold for private enterprise resource acquisition,promoting financial digital development,breaking the financial dilemma of service-oriented manufacturing,continuously improving the performance level of manufacturing enterprises,and promoting the development of manufacturing enterprises.
文摘With the development of science and technology and information technology, it has become more and more difficult for manufacturing enterprises to improve their core competitiveness by opening up the technological gap. Improving the management level of enterprises has become the key for enterprises to survive and develop in the competition. The management of an enterprise involves many aspects, among which the most comprehensive and scientific management is financial management, and the core of financial management is to strengthen cost and comprehensive budget management, so budget management is the core of the survival and development of a manufacturing enterprise. Starting from the problems and difficulties existing in the construction of enterprise budget management culture, the establishment of budget management organization structure and the establishment of budget assessment mechanism, this paper puts forward corresponding measures in order to achieve the purpose of improving the budget management of manufacturing enterprises.
文摘To address the challenges faced by manufacturing enterprises in digital transformation,this paper analyzes the relationship between digital transformation and enterprise performance.Using panel data from domestic A-share-listed manufacturing enterprises from 2012 to 2022,two hypotheses were proposed.The analysis and verification revealed that digital transformation in manufacturing enterprises can enhance performance and reduce costs.Based on the impact of digital transformation on manufacturing enterprise performance,optimization suggestions are proposed to guide future digital transformation and performance improvement efforts in these enterprises.
文摘At present, there are still some technical problems in the development of Chinas manufacturing industry, such as incomplete industrial chain, high-end technology "stuck" and so on. At the same time, there are also some problems such as low management level, especially weak financial management awareness, weak financial management ability and so on. Promoting high-quality development of manufacturing industry requires innovation-driven, which includes both scientific and technological innovation and management innovation. Filling in the gaps in financial management will help manufacturing enterprises to improve their competitive advantages and achieve high-quality development. In view of this, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of financial management of manufacturing enterprises, and puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures, in order to provide help for the healthy development of manufacturing enterprises.

This paper analyzes and considers the current situation and main problems of developing the pharmacovigilance system from the perspective of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises, expounds the significance of constructing the pharmacovigilance system, and discusses the important contents related to the construction of the pharmacovigilance system combining with the practical experience of enterprises.

Due to its inherent narrowness and limitations, the traditional financial management methods and models are increasingly unable to effectively adapt to the rapid development and changes in this new environment. 文摘The digital reconstruction of value chain plays an important role in achieving the goal of moving up the value chain in participatory manufacturing enterprises(PMEs).This study aims to investigate the configuration path for the realization of the digital reconstruction performance of value chain in PMEs.Taking 122 PMEs embedded in the Haier CosMoPlat ecosystem as research objects,we change the traditional research perspective and use fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis to explore how technology resources,information resources,relationship resources,and digital services provided by industrial internet platform empowerment synergistically affect the digital reconstruction performance of enterprise value chain.This study obtains two groups of high(non-high)performance,namely,product-driven and service-driven;and relationship-trapped and information-trapped.The results show that the impact of industrial internet platform empowerment on the digital reconstruction performance of value chain exhibits equifinality across PMEs at different levels and stages of development.

文摘Digital manufacturing enterprises require high operational agility due to the intricate and dynamically changing nature of their tasks.The implementation of accurate and timely predictions of task bottlenecks is therefore crucial to enhancing overall efficiency.Due to task complexities and dynamic business environments,bottleneck prediction is a challenging issue.This study introduces a novel approach that constructs a task network from extensive data accumulated within a digital enterprise to identify and depict the complex interrelations among tasks.Based on this method,we develop a Bottleneck Spatio-Temporal Graph Convolutional Network (BTGCN) model based on deep learning methods that considers spatial features of the task network and temporal data of task execution and integrates the strengths of GCN and GRU.We find that GCN effectively learns and represents the complex topology of task networks to capture spatial dependencies,while GRU adapts to the dynamic changes in task data,accurately capturing temporal dependencies.Informed by the theory of constraints,the study applies the proposed BTGCN model to the prediction of task throughput bottlenecks in digital enterprises.Experimental results demonstrate that while the model has certain limitations,it can accurately extract spatio-temporal correlations from system data,offering advantages in bottleneck prediction over other benchmark models.
