Methods: in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019, with the consent of the medical ethics committee of our hospital, 60 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were collected and each patient was ranked according to the time of admission. The odd number of 30 patients was in the study group, which was treated with sodium hyaluronate combined with joint manipulative release. And the even number of 30 patients was in the reference group, which was injected subacromial articular cavity with sodium hyaluronate combined with conventional treatment. Study and analyze the pain feeling of patients in the process of treatment. Results: after the intervention, the pain of the study group was lower than that of the reference group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: sodium hyaluronate combined with joint manipulative release has a positive effect on analgesia in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis, which is worthy of clinical application.展开更多
