Perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have achieved excellent power conversion efficiencies;however,under direct sunlight,device temperatures can exceed ambient temperatures by more than 50℃,making thermal stability a critical challenge for commercialization.This review first summarizes the degradation mechanisms of PSCs induced by elevated temperatures,followed by a discussion of heat generation,with Joule heat identified as the primary contributor.Advanced thermal management strategies are then highlighted,including the use of high thermal conductivity materials,integration with thermoelectric devices,external radiative cooling layers,down-conversion approaches,and tandem structures.By systematically presenting these strategies,this review provides guidance for enhancing both the efficiency and thermal stability of PSCs,thereby supporting their pathway toward commercialization. 展开更多

Objective To explore potential keywords,research clusters,collaborative pattern,and research trends in the field of medical technology management(MTM)through bibliometric analysis,providing insights for researchers,policy makers,and hospital administrators.Methods A retrieval formula was applied to the title,abstract,and keywords in the Web of Science(WoS)Core Collection,along with system-recommended terms,to identify articles on MTM.A total of 181 articles published between 1974 and 2022 were retained for quantitative analysis.The global trend of research output;total citations,average citations,and H-index;and bibliographic coupling,co-authorship,and keyword co-occurrence were analyzed using VOSviewer.Results The number of articles on MTM has been steadily increasing year by year.The focus of research has shifted from addressing basic medical needs to prioritizing emergency response and medical information security.The United States,Italy,and the United Kingdom emerged as the main contributors,with the United States leading in both volume of publications(60 articles)and academic impact(H-index=21).Authors from the United Kingdom and the United States led the way in cross-border cooperation.The top five institutions,ranked by total link strength among cross-institutional authors,were primarily located in Canada and Spain.Conclusions The field of MTM has experienced stable growth over the past three decades(1993-2022).The shift of research focus has prompted a heightened emphasis on protecting patient privacy and ensuring the security of medical data.Future research should emphasize interdisciplinary and professional collaboration,as well as international cooperation and open sharing of knowledge. 展开更多

Industrial and academic interest in how to effectively manage technology resources is increasing as it becomes more and more important.Effective managing of technology resources depends on technology management system,and thus understanding how such system evolves becomes an ongoing research topic.Based on the self-organization theory,this paper constructs an evolution model of technology management system.The simulation results show that the evolution of each of the technology management subsystem is affected by the knowledge growth rate of its own,and it is also affected by the coupling and synergy relationship with other subsystems.Moreover,the coupling and synergy relationship can make the speed of evolution higher than the knowledge growth rate of the subsystem itself. 展开更多

Technology management is recognized as a key for organizations to achieve competitiveness. How to promote an organization’s technology management capability is of great significance in creating efficiencies and achieving a competitive edge. The knowledge essence of technology management capability is introduced and then the correlation between knowledge diffusion and the development of technology management capability is discussed. Further, the basic and extended dynamic models of the development of technology management capability are constructed, and is applied into an enterprise. The results show that the dynamic models can well explain how the knowledge improves the development of technology management capability, and they can be used as an useful tool by an enterprise to promote technology management capability. Finally, the managerial implications of the models are discussed. 展开更多

A computer-based technology management system is needed to manage technology assessment, technology acquisition, and technology planning capabilities to shape and accomplish the strategic and operational objectives of an organization. During the design of technology management intelligence, it has appeared that there has been a need to establish an integrated and systematic approach. The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) provides this systematic approach to the planning, development, implementation, and governance of the enterprise architecture. This exploratory paper examines the TOGAF approach to develop a technology management architecture in a product development organization. The paper discusses the development and proactive governance of the technology management architecture from various perspectives such as architecture capability, architecture development, transition planning, and architecture implementation. The paper presents a TOGAF based governance framework for the technology management system in an organization that develops s0ft'ware-intensive systems. The framework supports an iterative approach in the architecture capability, architecture development, transition planning, and architecture implementation phases. The implementation governance phase can deal with multiple projects simultaneously. Therefore, the framework suggests applying agile system development principles to the projects that develop and deploy the architecture-compliant technology management solutions. The proposed framework helps organizations to design and implement a technology management architecture that meets the needs of the business. The framework also aims to simplify development and maintenance processes of a technology management system. 展开更多

Due to the advantage of developing and bringing to innovative products ahead of competitors,the importance of radical technological innovation is well recognized.Based on the synergy theory,this study examines the effects of technology management(TM)and technological capability(TC)on radical technological innovation,and further explores the impact of the synergy between TM and TC on radical technological innovation.The results show that,firstly,both TM and TC have positive impacts on radical technological innovation,and thus two direct routines of radical technological innovation are identified.Secondly,the synergy between TM and TC also exerts positive impact on radical technological innovation,and this result indicates that the synergy between TM and TC plays an important role in radical technological innovation.This research provides a refreshing perspective on how to stimulate radical technological innovation,and also puts forward some beneficial suggestions for firms to improve radical technological innovation. 展开更多
