Quantification of river flood risks is a prerequisite for floodplain management and development.The lower Yellow River(LYR)is characterized by a complex channel–floodplain system,which is prone to flooding but inhabi...Quantification of river flood risks is a prerequisite for floodplain management and development.The lower Yellow River(LYR)is characterized by a complex channel–floodplain system,which is prone to flooding but inhabits a large population on the floodplains.Many floodplain management modes have been presented,but implementation effects of these management modes have not been evaluated correctly.An integrated model was first proposed to evaluate the flood risks to people’s life and property,covering an improved module of two-dimensional(2D)morphodynamic processes and a module of flood risk evaluation for people,buildings and crops on the floodplains.Two simulation cases were then conducted to validate the model accuracy,including the hyperconcentrated flood event and dike-breach induced flood event occurring in the LYR.Finally,the integrated model was applied to key floodplains in the LYR,and the effects of different floodplain management modes were quantified on the risks to people’s life and property under an extreme flood event.Results indicate that:①Satisfactory accuracy was achieved in the simulation of these two flood events.The maximum sediment concentration was just underestimated by 9%,and the simulated inundation depth agreed well with the field record;②severe inundation was predicted to occur in most domains under the current topography(SchemeⅠ),which would be alleviated after implementing different floodplain management modes,with the area in slight inundation degree accounting for a large proportion under the mode of“construction of protection embankment”(SchemeⅡ)and the area in medium inundation degree occupying a high ratio under the mode of“floodplain partition harnessing”(SchemeⅢ);and③compared with SchemeⅠ,the high-risk area for people’s life and property would reduce by 21%–49%under SchemeⅡ,and by 35%–93%under SchemeⅢ.展开更多

Four management modes were farmer convention mode, high yield and high efficiency mode, super high yield mode and super high yield and high efficiency mode, in which farmer convention mode was local farmers ’ conven-tional cropping methods, the other three management modes were optimized combi-nations of al management measures under a certain goal of increasing yield and efficiency. The results were as fol ows： ginger yield and nitrogen fertilizer efficiency under such three optimized management measures combinations as high yield and high efficiency mode, super high yield mode and super high yield and high efficien-cy mode were al higher than these of farmer convention mode, moreover, com-pared with farmer convention mode, the yield increased by 11.85%, 25.75% and 23.34%, respectively, and nitrogen fertilizer efficiency increased by 47.94%, 11.24%and 33.14%, respectively. Thereinto, the yield under super high yield mode were the greatest,and nitrogen fertilizer efficiency under high yield and high efficiency mode was the highest.展开更多
Focusing on the impact of various vegetation management modes on sandy grassland's soil property and vegetation ecological restoration of farming-pastoral ecotone,field surveys and lab analysis were conducted to s...Focusing on the impact of various vegetation management modes on sandy grassland's soil property and vegetation ecological restoration of farming-pastoral ecotone,field surveys and lab analysis were conducted to study the correlation between the characteristics of soil properties and vegetation ecological restoration under four different vegetation management modes,i.e.,unenclosed natural restoration,enclosed natural restoration,unenclosed artificial restoration and enclosed artificial restoration,which have a restoration history of 15 years in the southern edge of the degraded sandy land area of Mu Us Desert in Leilongwan Town,Hengshan County,Shaanxi Province.After 15 years of vegetation restoration,these four vegetation management modes all proved to be useful for improving the vegetation ecological restoration and the soil quality of the degraded sandy grassland not only by enhancing the aboveground vegetation height,coverage and biomass but also increasing the content of soil clay,organic matter,CEC,total nitrogen,available nutrient while reducing soil bulk density.The vegetation ecological restoration effect and soil quality under enclosed or artificial restoration management are better than those of unenclosed or natural restoration management;and the most satisfactory vegetation ecological restoration effects and soil quality can be achieved under the integration of enclosed and artificial restoration management.Severely degraded sandy grassland,during the vegetation restoration,would form an interactional coordinating relationship with the vegetation and soil properties.Vegetation properties as height,coverage and biomass have significant positive correlations with organic matter,CEC,total nitrogen and available nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium contained in soil.Only the adoption of the strict enclosure system,implementation of aggressive artificial vegetation restoration measures and the realization of the regurgitation-feeding policy of industry towards husbandry can guarantee the gradual restoration of degraded sandy grassland in farming-pastoral ecotone,so that it can continue to play the role of ecological protective screen.展开更多

For the quality and efficient transformation demands of the Chinese construction industry in the process of marketization, internationalization and informatization, based on the connotation and development path of engineering project management modes, the 16 main and new kinds of project management modes both domestically and abroad are divided into trading mode, financing mode and management mode. These have led to comparative analysis and brief commentary. Finally, it will be pointed out that the engineering project management modes move throughout the whole management process, the combined model and the expansion development of financing model. BACKGROUND Patients undergoing rectal cancer surgery frequently encounter challenges in their self-care abilities,disease knowledge,and emotional well-being postoperatively.Effective nursing interventions are critical...BACKGROUND Patients undergoing rectal cancer surgery frequently encounter challenges in their self-care abilities,disease knowledge,and emotional well-being postoperatively.Effective nursing interventions are critical for improving the quality of life and minimizing complications.This study explored the clinical implications of integrating health education guided by problem management with positive incentive nursing to address these challenges.AIM To evaluate the effect of this combined nursing model on postoperative self-care ability,disease knowledge,mood state,and complication rates in patients undergoing rectal cancer surgery.METHODS Eighty patients who underwent rectal cancer surgery between October 2021 and August 2024 were allocated into reference(routine care)and experimental(problem management-guided health education combined with positive incentive nursing)groups.The outcomes included exercise of self-care agency scale,disease knowledge(hospital-specific questionnaire),mood state(profile of mood states),and complication rates.RESULTS The experimental group demonstrated significant improvements in self-care ability(P<0.05),with higher scores for health knowledge,self-concept,self-care skills,and self-care responsibility than the reference group.Disease knowledge scores also improved markedly in the experimental group(P<0.05).Mood state scores showed a significant decrease in the negative dimensions(e.g.,anxiety and depression)and an increase in energy vitality(P<0.05).Additionally,the experimental group exhibited a lower complication rate than the reference group(7.5%vs 27.5%,P<0.05).CONCLUSION The integration of problem management-guided health education with positive incentive nursing significantly enhanced postoperative self-care abilities,disease knowledge,and emotional well-being while reducing complication rates.This model demonstrated potential for widespread adoption in clinical practice by offering a structured approach to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.展开更多
This study aimed to explore the application method and effect of a refined management model in orthopedic nursing management.A total of 190 patients treated at our hospital were enrolled and divided into two groups.Ni...This study aimed to explore the application method and effect of a refined management model in orthopedic nursing management.A total of 190 patients treated at our hospital were enrolled and divided into two groups.Ninety-five patients treated from January to May 2023 served as the control group,receiving conventional orthopedic nursing management,while another 95 patients treated from June to December 2023 formed the observation group,in which a refined management model was implemented.The nursing management outcomes of the two groups were compared.The results showed that patients in the observation group had a shorter hospital stay,a lower incidence of postoperative complications and nursing risk events,and higher nursing satisfaction compared to the control group(P<0.05).These findings indicate that the refined management model can effectively improve nursing quality,reduce orthopedic nursing risk events,and enhance patient satisfaction,demonstrating significant clinical value.展开更多

[Method] Three double repre-sentative family ranches were selected in meadow steppe of Hulunber Old Barag Banner, and the study was carried out with the baseline survey. Three family ranches were selected as the demonstrative households for the corporation study, while other three family ranches with the similar conditions were looked as the non-demonstrative households for the comparison. Demonstrative households of the fami-ly ranches reduced the stocking rate, optimized the flock structure and took a winter feeding and other means to explore the different management models on plant com-munity characteristic of family ranch. [Result] The seasonal dynamic of community characteristic in family ranches showed the single-peaks curves. The seasonal dy-namics of community coverage, height and biomass in the demonstrative households showed higher compared with the non-demonstrative households, and community density in the experiment households was lower than that of the control experiment households. Community coverage, height and biomass of degraded grassland in family ranch have a great improve after optimization of management. Community coverage, height , density and biomass were increasing in fencing plot, but decreas-ing in free grazing area. Enclosure improved grassland coverage, vegetation height, density and forage yield. Leymus chinensis played an important role in plant com-munity. The important values of Leymus chinensis, Stipa baicalensis, Cleistogenes squarrosa, and Carex duriuscula were high. Leymus chinensis important value in the demonstrative households of optimal management was higher than that in the non-demonstrative households, and Carex duriuscula important value of the non-demon-strative households was significantly higher than that of the demonstrative house-holds. The indexes of Margalef richnes,Shannon-Wiener diversity, Simpson diversity and Pielou uniformity showed that the demonstrative households were higher than the non-demonstrative households. [Conclusion] The research provides theoretical ref-erences for sustainable development of pastures dominated by family ranch.展开更多

BACKGROUND Acute cerebral infarction is a severe type of ischemic stroke that can be divided into anterior circulation cerebral infarction and posterior circulation cerebral infarction(PCCI).PCCI affects the structure...BACKGROUND Acute cerebral infarction is a severe type of ischemic stroke that can be divided into anterior circulation cerebral infarction and posterior circulation cerebral infarction(PCCI).PCCI affects the structure of the posterior circulation brain,because posterior part of the brain,which has more complex anatomical structures and more prone to posterior circulation vascular variation.Therefore,improving the prognosis of PCCI patients is necessary.AIM To explore the effect of medical care linkage-continuous management mode(MCLMM)on endovascular interventional therapy(EIT)for PCCI.METHODS Sixty-nine patients with PCCI who received EIT and conventional nursing intervention were selected as the control group,and 78 patients with PCCI who received EIT and MCLMM intervention were selected as the observation group.The incidence of postoperative complications,compliance and disease selfmanagement behavior after six months of intervention,modified Rankin scale(mRS)and Barthel index(BI)scores in the acute phase and after one year of intervention,and recurrence within one year were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The total incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group(7.69%)was lower than that in the control group(18.84%)(P<0.05).The scores for medical compliance behavior(regular medication,appropriate diet,and rehabilitation cooperation rates)and disease self-management behavior(self-will,disease knowledge,and self-care ability)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After one year of intervention,in the observation group,the mRS score was significantly lower,and the BI score was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate within one year in the observation group(3.85%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(13.04%)(P<0.05).CONCLUSION MCLMM can reduce the incidence of complications after EIT for PCCI,improve patient compliance behavior and disease self-management ability,and promote the recovery of neurological function.展开更多

During investigation, it had given prominence for the water and fertilizer coupling effects of precise irrigation and site specific nutrient management, the characteristics of integration on controlled irrigation, controlled drainage and wetland ecosystem non-point source pollution control. Then the water and fertilizer integrated management mode of paddy field was put forward in Taihu basin where the water production efficiency increased to 1.64 kg. m-3, water saved 37.8%, fertilizer use efficiency raised 15,4%, yield raised 10%, and N, P load decreased 26%-72%. The modern agricultural and farmland ecosystems that control and cut down the farm non-point source pollution came into being, which can be a reference by Taihu basin to control its agricultural non-point source pollution and eutrophicated water body.展开更多

文摘Focusing on the impact of various vegetation management modes on sandy grassland's soil property and vegetation ecological restoration of farming-pastoral ecotone,field surveys and lab analysis were conducted to study the correlation between the characteristics of soil properties and vegetation ecological restoration under four different vegetation management modes,i.e.,unenclosed natural restoration,enclosed natural restoration,unenclosed artificial restoration and enclosed artificial restoration,which have a restoration history of 15 years in the southern edge of the degraded sandy land area of Mu Us Desert in Leilongwan Town,Hengshan County,Shaanxi Province.After 15 years of vegetation restoration,these four vegetation management modes all proved to be useful for improving the vegetation ecological restoration and the soil quality of the degraded sandy grassland not only by enhancing the aboveground vegetation height,coverage and biomass but also increasing the content of soil clay,organic matter,CEC,total nitrogen,available nutrient while reducing soil bulk density.The vegetation ecological restoration effect and soil quality under enclosed or artificial restoration management are better than those of unenclosed or natural restoration management;and the most satisfactory vegetation ecological restoration effects and soil quality can be achieved under the integration of enclosed and artificial restoration management.Severely degraded sandy grassland,during the vegetation restoration,would form an interactional coordinating relationship with the vegetation and soil properties.Vegetation properties as height,coverage and biomass have significant positive correlations with organic matter,CEC,total nitrogen and available nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium contained in soil.Only the adoption of the strict enclosure system,implementation of aggressive artificial vegetation restoration measures and the realization of the regurgitation-feeding policy of industry towards husbandry can guarantee the gradual restoration of degraded sandy grassland in farming-pastoral ecotone,so that it can continue to play the role of ecological protective screen.
文摘Engineering project management is the whole process of project construction management activities up to the point of achieving the goals of engineering construction, which adopts the means of planning, organizing,leading, and controlling. In addition, engineering project management modes are the works of project management and the technical guarantee of project success. For the quality and efficient transformation demands of the Chinese construction industry in the process of marketization, internationalization and informatization, based on the connotation and development path of engineering project management modes, the 16 main and new kinds of project management modes both domestically and abroad are divided into trading mode, financing mode and management mode. These have led to comparative analysis and brief commentary. Finally, it will be pointed out that the engineering project management modes move throughout the whole management process, the combined model and the expansion development of financing model. This work will provide reference for project participants to choose the appropriate project management modes and better understand building company transformation.
文摘BACKGROUND Patients undergoing rectal cancer surgery frequently encounter challenges in their self-care abilities,disease knowledge,and emotional well-being postoperatively.Effective nursing interventions are critical for improving the quality of life and minimizing complications.This study explored the clinical implications of integrating health education guided by problem management with positive incentive nursing to address these challenges.AIM To evaluate the effect of this combined nursing model on postoperative self-care ability,disease knowledge,mood state,and complication rates in patients undergoing rectal cancer surgery.METHODS Eighty patients who underwent rectal cancer surgery between October 2021 and August 2024 were allocated into reference(routine care)and experimental(problem management-guided health education combined with positive incentive nursing)groups.The outcomes included exercise of self-care agency scale,disease knowledge(hospital-specific questionnaire),mood state(profile of mood states),and complication rates.RESULTS The experimental group demonstrated significant improvements in self-care ability(P<0.05),with higher scores for health knowledge,self-concept,self-care skills,and self-care responsibility than the reference group.Disease knowledge scores also improved markedly in the experimental group(P<0.05).Mood state scores showed a significant decrease in the negative dimensions(e.g.,anxiety and depression)and an increase in energy vitality(P<0.05).Additionally,the experimental group exhibited a lower complication rate than the reference group(7.5%vs 27.5%,P<0.05).CONCLUSION The integration of problem management-guided health education with positive incentive nursing significantly enhanced postoperative self-care abilities,disease knowledge,and emotional well-being while reducing complication rates.This model demonstrated potential for widespread adoption in clinical practice by offering a structured approach to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
文摘This study aimed to explore the application method and effect of a refined management model in orthopedic nursing management.A total of 190 patients treated at our hospital were enrolled and divided into two groups.Ninety-five patients treated from January to May 2023 served as the control group,receiving conventional orthopedic nursing management,while another 95 patients treated from June to December 2023 formed the observation group,in which a refined management model was implemented.The nursing management outcomes of the two groups were compared.The results showed that patients in the observation group had a shorter hospital stay,a lower incidence of postoperative complications and nursing risk events,and higher nursing satisfaction compared to the control group(P<0.05).These findings indicate that the refined management model can effectively improve nursing quality,reduce orthopedic nursing risk events,and enhance patient satisfaction,demonstrating significant clinical value.

文摘[Objective] The aim was to explore the management mode on optimal re-sources al ocation of family ranch in meadow steppe. [Method] Three double repre-sentative family ranches were selected in meadow steppe of Hulunber Old Barag Banner, and the study was carried out with the baseline survey. Three family ranches were selected as the demonstrative households for the corporation study, while other three family ranches with the similar conditions were looked as the non-demonstrative households for the comparison. Demonstrative households of the fami-ly ranches reduced the stocking rate, optimized the flock structure and took a winter feeding and other means to explore the different management models on plant com-munity characteristic of family ranch. [Result] The seasonal dynamic of community characteristic in family ranches showed the single-peaks curves. The seasonal dy-namics of community coverage, height and biomass in the demonstrative households showed higher compared with the non-demonstrative households, and community density in the experiment households was lower than that of the control experiment households. Community coverage, height and biomass of degraded grassland in family ranch have a great improve after optimization of management. Community coverage, height , density and biomass were increasing in fencing plot, but decreas-ing in free grazing area. Enclosure improved grassland coverage, vegetation height, density and forage yield. Leymus chinensis played an important role in plant com-munity. The important values of Leymus chinensis, Stipa baicalensis, Cleistogenes squarrosa, and Carex duriuscula were high. Leymus chinensis important value in the demonstrative households of optimal management was higher than that in the non-demonstrative households, and Carex duriuscula important value of the non-demon-strative households was significantly higher than that of the demonstrative house-holds. The indexes of Margalef richnes,Shannon-Wiener diversity, Simpson diversity and Pielou uniformity showed that the demonstrative households were higher than the non-demonstrative households. [Conclusion] The research provides theoretical ref-erences for sustainable development of pastures dominated by family ranch.
文摘Rural community is an effective way to simultaneously achieve manage- ment of ecological resources and protection of natural resources, depending on its management mode based on cooperation, motivation, local experiences and extensi- ble boundary. In the research, carbon emission in community is a kind of ecological resources and negative externality is the cause of increase of rural carbon emission. Compared with governmental ruling and marketing approach, community manage- ment mode proves more effective to solve the problem of negative externality of carbon emission in community. Furthermore, rural carbon, emission was analyzed in detail on basis of community management mode and extending mode of carbon emis- sion in rural areas. In addition, some policies and suggestions were proposed to im- prove community management of carbon emission in rural areas, providing an ef- fective way for low-carbon economy in rural areas.
文摘BACKGROUND Acute cerebral infarction is a severe type of ischemic stroke that can be divided into anterior circulation cerebral infarction and posterior circulation cerebral infarction(PCCI).PCCI affects the structure of the posterior circulation brain,because posterior part of the brain,which has more complex anatomical structures and more prone to posterior circulation vascular variation.Therefore,improving the prognosis of PCCI patients is necessary.AIM To explore the effect of medical care linkage-continuous management mode(MCLMM)on endovascular interventional therapy(EIT)for PCCI.METHODS Sixty-nine patients with PCCI who received EIT and conventional nursing intervention were selected as the control group,and 78 patients with PCCI who received EIT and MCLMM intervention were selected as the observation group.The incidence of postoperative complications,compliance and disease selfmanagement behavior after six months of intervention,modified Rankin scale(mRS)and Barthel index(BI)scores in the acute phase and after one year of intervention,and recurrence within one year were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The total incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group(7.69%)was lower than that in the control group(18.84%)(P<0.05).The scores for medical compliance behavior(regular medication,appropriate diet,and rehabilitation cooperation rates)and disease self-management behavior(self-will,disease knowledge,and self-care ability)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After one year of intervention,in the observation group,the mRS score was significantly lower,and the BI score was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate within one year in the observation group(3.85%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(13.04%)(P<0.05).CONCLUSION MCLMM can reduce the incidence of complications after EIT for PCCI,improve patient compliance behavior and disease self-management ability,and promote the recovery of neurological function.

文摘Cooperative financing, with existing problems involving legal person man-agement and property supervision is highly demanded by farmers in China. It is fea-sible to explore a shareholding system to resolve the management mode issue of rural credit cooperatives in order to introduce investments, formulate the right struc-ture for rational stock and to establish effective monitoring mechanism for property right. Hence, information issuing would be reinforced and a rural credit cooperative would be established to be a modern financial enterprise with transparent property rights.

文摘To achieve the purpose of reducing farm non-point source pollution, we integrated site specific nitrogen management precise irrigation, controlled drainage, and wetland eco-repair system in dike area of Taihu basin. During investigation, it had given prominence for the water and fertilizer coupling effects of precise irrigation and site specific nutrient management, the characteristics of integration on controlled irrigation, controlled drainage and wetland ecosystem non-point source pollution control. Then the water and fertilizer integrated management mode of paddy field was put forward in Taihu basin where the water production efficiency increased to 1.64 kg. m-3, water saved 37.8%, fertilizer use efficiency raised 15,4%, yield raised 10%, and N, P load decreased 26%-72%. The modern agricultural and farmland ecosystems that control and cut down the farm non-point source pollution came into being, which can be a reference by Taihu basin to control its agricultural non-point source pollution and eutrophicated water body.

文摘This paper introduces the successful management mode of National Parks in USA and points out that this mode is not fit for Chinese National Geo-park. At the same time, the paper analyzes the problems of the management system of Chinese Scenic Spot, gives empirical analysis taking Zhangjiajie as an example. It points out that the management system of Chinese Scenic Spot leads to a negative impact on the development and utilization of the resources, such as decentralization in investment and blind construction, incongruous tourism development and environmental protection, and the indistinction between the functions of the government and those of enterprises. At last, the paper gives some suggestions on Chinese geo-park management mode establishment on the basis of both the success in American and Chinese situations. These includes management localization, resource protection in marketing, limited development for effective protection, separating enterprises from government and business institutions, avoiding the fragmented and decentralized command.
