Newest planning methods implemented by Chinese government are promoting a coordinated regional development and shaping an orderly spatial structure by applying the regulation of territorial function. This article analyzes the problems of spatial planning and regional strategy caused by the wrongly-set primary goal of economic development; it states that the three-fold objective of competitiveness, sustainability, and welfare fairness shall be the principal for China to implement the spatial regulation in the new era; it discusses about theoretical thoughts and technology framework of conducting the ′Major Function Oriented Zone′ based on their different major functions that each region plays in urbanization and industrialization, ecological constructions, grain productions, and protection of natural and cultural heritages; it introduces the new concept of ′Major Function Oriented Zone′ that include the major functions category, the stereo regional equilibrium mode, the two-level zoning specification, and the territorial development intensity; it offers a zoning scheme that defines development-optimized and development-prioritized zones as regions with massive urbanization and industrialization, development-restricted zones as ecological constructing or grain producing regions, development-prohibited zones as natural and cultural heritage protecting regions; and finally it addresses the main obstacle for implementing ′Major Function Oriented Zone′, which is the institutional arrangement of the supreme goal of high GDP growth rate that is currently being implemented. 展开更多

The spatial structures of China’s Major Function Zoning are important constraining indicators in all types of spatial planning and key parameters for accurately downscaling major functions.Taking the proportion of urbanization zones,agricultural development zones and ecological security zones as the basic parameter,this paper explores the spatial structures of major function zoning at different scales using spatial statistics,spatial modeling and landscape metrics methods.The results show:First,major function zones have spatial gradient structures,which are prominently represented by latitudinal and longitudinal gradients,a coastal distance gradient,and an eastern-central-western gradient.Second,the pole-axis system structure and core-periphery structure exist at provincial scales.The general principle of the pole-axis structure is that as one moves along the distance axis,the proportion of urbanization zones decreases and the proportion of ecological security zones increases.This also means that the proportion of different function zones has a ring-shaped spatial differentiation principle with distance from the core.Third,there is a spatial mosaic structure at the city and county scale.This spatial mosaic structure has features of both spatial heterogeneity,such as agglomeration and dispersion,as well as of mutual,adjacent topological correlation and spatial proximity.The results of this study contribute to scientific knowledge on major function zones and the principles of spatial organization,and it acts as an important reference for China’s integrated geographical zoning. 展开更多

China had implemented the national strategies for Major Function-oriented Zones (MFOZs) to realize the goal of national sustainable development since 2010. This study analyzed and compared spatio-temporal characteristics and differences in built-up area for China's MFOZs using a China' s Land Use Database (CLUD) derived from high-resolution remotely sensed images in the periods of 2000-2010 and 2010-2013. To sum up: (1) The percentage of built-up area in each of the MFOZs was significantly different, revealing the gradient feature of national land development based on the distribution of the main functions. (2) Annual growth in built-up area in optimal development zones (ODZs) decreased signifi- cantly during 2010-2013 compared with the period 2000-2010, while annual growth in built-up area in key development zones (KDZs), agricultural production zones (APZs) and key ecological function zones (KEFZs) increased significantly. (3) In ODZs, the average annual increase in built-up area in the Yangtze River Delta region was significantly higher than in other regions; the average area increase and rate of increase of built-up area in KDZs was faster in the western region than in other regions; average annual area growth of built-up area in APZs in the northeast, central and western regions was twice as high as the previous decade on average; the annual rate of change and increase in the dynamic degree of built-up area were most notable in KEFZs in the central region. (4) The spatial pattern and charac- teristics of built-up area expansions in the period 2010-2013 reflected the gradient feature of the plan for MFOZs. But the rate of increase locally in built-up area in ODZs, APZs and KEFZs is fast, so the effective measures must be adopted in the implementation of national and regional policies. The conclusions indicated these methods and results were meaningful for future regulation strategies in optimizing national land development in China. 展开更多

The major function oriented zoning plays a role in spatial coordination mainly' by spatial guidance and restriction, so. the proposal of major function oriented zoning gives a new train of thought to generate a coordination evaluation of economy-society and the resource-environment system, From the view of major function oriented zoning that considers resource environmental bearing capacity, existing development density and development potential, this paper constructs an index system and model of coordination evahtation with a case study on Pearl River Delta. The results have shown: (I) It can reveal the conflicts of economic-social development and resource-environment quality to ac- curately consider resource environmental bearing capacity, existing development densio~ and development po- tential; (2) The coordination degree between social-economy system and resource-environment system in Pearl River Delta continued to decline in the past 10 years. Dynamic Mechanisms of Land Use Conflict Under Main Function Oriented Zone Planning:A Case Study of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

Systematically analyzing the impact mechanisms of policy on Land Use Conflict(LUC)is crucial for constructing effective conflict mitigation strategies.However,previous research on how policy influences LUC remains relatively limited.Focusing on the indirect driving role of policy on LUC,this study proposed County Development Level(CDL)under Major Function Oriented Zone Planning(MFOZP)guidance as an intermediary variable,bridging the implicit influence of MFOZP and the explicit changes in LUC.Using the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH)region in China as a case study,we analyzed the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of LUC and CDL for the periods 2000-2010 and 2010-2020,before and after MFOZP implementation.Panel models and Geographically Weighted Regression(GWR)were employed to explore the mechanism by which CDL influences LUC under MFOZP guidance.The results show that:1)MFOZP implementation effectively alleviates land use pressure from regional development,with LUC continuously declining at a rate of 2.41%,while CDL exhibits slight growth(3.84%),during 2010-2020.2)Under MFOZP guidance,CDL reduces pressure on Land Use Structure Conflict(LUSC)and Land Use Process Conflict(LUPC),enhances its inhibitory effect on Land Use Function Conflict(LUFC),and significantly contributes to LUC coordination,with notable spatial heterogeneity.3)The coupling relationship between CDL and LUC has improved post-implementation.Based on this,tailored LUC coordination strategies are proposed for different functional zones.This study confirms the effectiveness of MFOZP in coordinating LUC and provides a scientific reference for LUC research under policy frameworks and the governance of LUC in the BTH region. 展开更多

Following escitalopram oxalate treatment, patients exhibited decreased activation in bilateral precentral gyrus, bilateral middle frontal gyrus, left middle temporal gyrus, bilateral postcentral gyrus, left cingulate and right parahippocampal gyrus, and increased activation in right superior frontal gyrus, bilateral superior parietal Iobule and left occipital gyrus during sad facial expression recognition. After antidepressant treatment, patients also exhibited decreased activation in the bilateral middle frontal gyrus, bilateral cingulate and right parahippocampal gyrus, and increased activation in the right inferior frontal gyrus, left fusiform gyrus and right precuneus during happy facial expression recognition. Our experimental findings indicate that the limbic-cortical network might be a key target region for antidepressant treatment in major depressive disorder. 展开更多

Furthermore, we find the coefficients bounds on |a_2| and |a_3| for functions in*n,G∑ a,λ(A_1, B_1, A_2, B_2, α_1, α_2), which is the bi-univalent functions defined by n,G ∑a,λ(A, B, α) and subordination. Major depressive disorder(MDD) is a significant cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide,correlating with genetic susceptibility and environmental risk factors.Molecular,functional,and structural imaging approaches have been increasingly used to detect neurobiological changes,analyze neurochemical correlates,and parse pathophysiological mechanisms underlying MDD.We reviewed recent neuroimaging publications on MDD in terms of molecular,functional,and structural alterations as detected mainly by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) and positron emission tomography.Altered structure and function of brain regions involved in the cognitive control of affective state have been demonstrated.An abnormal default mode network,as revealed by resting-state functional MRI,is likely associated with aberrant metabolicand serotonergic function revealed by radionuclide imaging.Further multi-modal investigations are essential to clarify the characteristics of the cortical network and serotonergic system associated with behavioral and genetic variations in MDD. 展开更多

[Method] The relationship between Major Function Oriented Zoning (MFOZ hereafter) and agricultural development is explored with the case of Long'an County in Guangxi. [Result] In the research, agricultural function, featured by composition and diversification, is considered one of territorial function typs, contributed by ecology, land, industries and population. With Long'an as a study case, it can be concluded that the plan of major agriculture-oriented counties is as follows: With guidance of territorial function, the counties should formulate the strategies of major function oriented zones, strive for more social and economic resources for agricultural development, extend agricultural functions, enhance the role of agricultural additional functions, strengthen ecological conservation, improve agricultural productivity and transportation, reinforce exchange of countryside with other regions. In addition, attention should be paid to reconstruction of population and industry pattern for redistribution on the basis of evaluation on bearing capacity of resources and environment. [Conclusion] In future, major agriculture oriented county should coordinate relationship among agriculture, industries, ecology and population with rational distribution of territorial function in county to guarantee stable and sustainable agricultural development. 展开更多

【目的】构建统一尺度的国土空间形态评价体系,揭示2010—2020年城镇、农业、生态空间的“集聚-破碎”演化特征及其影响因素,为新时期国土空间形态优化提供量化依据。【方法】基于全国2010和2020年土地利用数据,采用分层等积像素化四叉... 【目的】构建统一尺度的国土空间形态评价体系,揭示2010—2020年城镇、农业、生态空间的“集聚-破碎”演化特征及其影响因素,为新时期国土空间形态优化提供量化依据。【方法】基于全国2010和2020年土地利用数据,采用分层等积像素化四叉树(HPQT)算法测度县域城镇、农业、生态空间的系统破碎度;使用K-means识别破碎度变化的模式;通过逻辑回归分析不同演化模式与自然、社会经济特征之间的关系。【结果】①2010—2020年中国国土空间破碎度呈现高度结构化的区域分异,城镇东部破碎西部集聚、平原地区农业空间破碎加剧、生态空间整体趋稳,其格局与主体功能区布局高度耦合。②国土空间形态可归纳为6类典型演化模式,不同模式在城市化地区、农产品主产区和重点生态功能区中呈现显著差异,突出反映了城镇外溢扩散、农业收缩破碎与生态局部侵蚀等结构性问题。③在控制自然地形、区位梯度和社会经济条件后,区域发展导向变量对各类形态演化模式产生显著且方向明确的差异性影响,表明空间形态演化并非自然条件的简单映射,而是在既定约束下受到制度导向持续引导的结果。【结论】中国国土空间形态演化呈现显著的区域差异性和类型分化特征,应在既有空间功能分异格局基础上,强化面向形态质量的分类治理,因地制宜推进城镇空间成团集聚、农业空间集中连片与生态空间连续完整,推动国土空间治理由以规模管控为主向以结构优化和形态提升为核心转型。 展开更多

目的观察达格列净对老年射血分数保留心力衰竭(HFpEF)患者外周血炎症、心肌功能标志物的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年6月于郑州市第七人民医院接受治疗的122例老年HFpEF患者(剔除2例,共计120例),采用随机数字法分为指南组和联合组,... 目的观察达格列净对老年射血分数保留心力衰竭(HFpEF)患者外周血炎症、心肌功能标志物的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年6月于郑州市第七人民医院接受治疗的122例老年HFpEF患者(剔除2例,共计120例),采用随机数字法分为指南组和联合组,每组各60例。指南组采用常规用药治疗,联合组在常规治疗的基础上加用达格列净。比较两组治疗前、治疗6个月后心脏超声检查所示心脏舒张功能、炎症反应指标[微小RNA(miR)-146a、白介素1受体相关激酶1(IRAK-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、心肌功能指标[N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、微管连接蛋白(Nexilin)]及明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量调查表(MLHFQ)评分水平,统计两组的不良反应、不良心脑血管事件(MACCEs)发生率。结果两组治疗前心脏舒张功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.050)。治疗6个月后,两组左心室射血分数(LVEF)较前升高,且联合组高于指南组(P<0.050);两组左心室质量指数(LVMI)、左心房容积指数(LAVI)、左心室舒张早期二尖瓣血流最大速度/舒张早期二尖瓣环峰值速度(E/e')均较前降低,且联合组低于指南组(P<0.050)。两组治疗前炎症反应指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.050)。两组治疗6个月后IRAK-1较前升高,miR-146a、TNF-α较前降低(P<0.050)。联合组IRAK-1较指南组更高,miR-146a、TNF-α较指南组更低(P<0.050)。两组治疗前心肌功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.050)。两组治疗6个月后NT-proBNP、Nexilin较前降低(P<0.050)。联合组治疗6个月后NT-proBNP、Nexilin较指南组更低(P<0.050)。两组治疗前MLHFQ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.050),两组治疗6个月后MLHFQ评分较前降低,联合组治疗MLHFQ评分较指南组更低(P<0.050)。联合组泌尿系统感染率高于指南组(11.67%vs.1.67%)。联合组MACCEs发生率低于指南组(8.33%vs.20.00%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.050)。结论达格列净可改善老年HFpEF患者心脏舒张功能,调节外周血炎症标志物miR-146a、IRAK-1、TNF-α及心肌功能标志物NT-proBNP、Nexilin表达,可能增加泌尿系统感染风险,在临床中对泌尿系统感染高风险人群需强监测与预防。 展开更多

目的:探究依洛尤单抗联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者介入治疗后心功能及主要不良心血管事件(MACE)发生情况的影响。方法:共90例AMI患者,均为2023年12月—2024年7月常熟市第一人民医院收治,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,均... 目的:探究依洛尤单抗联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者介入治疗后心功能及主要不良心血管事件(MACE)发生情况的影响。方法:共90例AMI患者,均为2023年12月—2024年7月常熟市第一人民医院收治,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,均于本院行经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)治疗,对照组(n=45)给予沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗,观察组(n=45)在此基础上给予依洛尤单抗治疗。治疗时间为3个月。对比两组临床疗效、心功能、心肌损伤标志物及MACE发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率(97.78%)高于对照组(82.22%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组左心室射血分数(53.37±1.42)%、每搏输出量(58.26±4.13)mL、心排血量(5.03±0.48)L/min,分别高于对照组的(48.92±1.76)%、(49.67±3.34)mL、(4.51±0.46)L/min,左室舒张末期内径(47.13±3.42)mm、N末端B型利钠肽原(581.93±72.25)ng/L,分别低于对照组的(52.27±5.15)mm、(842.74±81.94)ng/L(P<0.05)。观察组MACE发生率(2.22%)低于对照组(17.78%)(P<0.05)。结论:依洛尤单抗联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠可减轻AMI介入治疗患者心肌损伤,促进心功能改善,且可有效减少MACE发生风险。 展开更多

探讨冠状动脉旁路移植术后患者接受芪参益气滴丸治疗对抑制心肌重构以及心功能改善所产生的影响

目的探讨冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)后患者接受芪参益气滴丸治疗对抑制心肌重构以及心功能改善所产生的影响。方法选取60例CABG术后患者,随机分为观察组(常规治疗+芪参益气滴丸)和对照组(常规治疗),每组30例。比较两组围术期指标、心功... 目的探讨冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)后患者接受芪参益气滴丸治疗对抑制心肌重构以及心功能改善所产生的影响。方法选取60例CABG术后患者,随机分为观察组(常规治疗+芪参益气滴丸)和对照组(常规治疗),每组30例。比较两组围术期指标、心功能指标[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、N末端B型钠尿肽前体(NT-proBNP)]、心肌重构指标[左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESd)、室间隔厚度(IVST)、左心室后壁厚度(PWT)]及主要心血管不良事件(MACE)发生情况。结果观察组术后引流量(325.47±58.32)ml少于对照组的(412.65±72.18)ml,机械通气时间(8.23±2.15)h、术后住院时间(7.85±1.23)d短于对照组的(11.76±3.42)h、(9.62±1.87)d(P<0.05)。观察组术后3、6、12个月的LVEF[(52.18±5.27)%、(54.67±4.83)%、(56.23±5.12)%]高于对照组[(48.05±4.76)%、(49.82±5.14)%、(51.07±4.95)%],NT-proBNP[(361.18±98.76)、(287.45±85.32)、(215.67±72.15)pg/ml]低于对照组[(423.75±112.34)、(378.56±96.87)、(324.23±88.52)pg/ml](P<0.05)。观察组术后3、6、12个月的LVEDd、LVESd、IVST、PWT小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总MACE发生率6.67%(2/30)低于对照组的33.33%(10/30)(P<0.05)。结论芪参益气滴丸可抑制CABG术后心肌重构,改善心功能,降低MACE发生风险。 展开更多

目的:探讨重性抑郁障碍(Major Depressive Disorder,MDD)患者中缝核静息态功能连接的异常特征。方法:采用西门子3.0 T磁共振采集95名重性抑郁障碍患者以及90名健康对照的静息态功能磁共振图像,采用基于中缝核背、外侧为种子点的功能连... 目的:探讨重性抑郁障碍(Major Depressive Disorder,MDD)患者中缝核静息态功能连接的异常特征。方法:采用西门子3.0 T磁共振采集95名重性抑郁障碍患者以及90名健康对照的静息态功能磁共振图像,采用基于中缝核背、外侧为种子点的功能连接分析方法,以年龄、性别、教育和逐帧位移动值为协变量,计算并比较两组被试中缝核背侧和外侧两个神经核团与全脑的功能连接差异。结果:与健康对照相比,MDD患者中缝核背侧核团与左侧额上回、右侧丘脑腹外侧核、小脑、右侧下顶叶的功能连接减弱,同时与双侧颞上回(包括颞极)、双侧颞中回、右侧颞下回、双侧中央后回、左侧枕上回和枕下回、右侧舌回的功能连接升高(P<0.05,FDR校正);患者中缝核外侧核团与右侧额中回、左侧前扣带回皮层上部、丘脑、双侧岛叶、小脑的功能连接减弱,同时与左侧颞中回、左侧旁中央小叶的功能连接升高(P<0.05,FDR校正)。结论:本研究发现重性抑郁障碍患者的中缝核与高级认知皮层及皮层下核团的功能连接降低,而与初级感觉/运动皮层的功能连接增加。中缝核的这一全脑连接“失平衡”模式可能是重性抑郁障碍潜在的生物学标记。 展开更多
