Oil and gas production systems have the characteristics of high operation and maintenance risk and great accident influence.With the deep integration of informationization and industrialization,the development directio...Oil and gas production systems have the characteristics of high operation and maintenance risk and great accident influence.With the deep integration of informationization and industrialization,the development direction and necessary choice of the oil and gas industry is to develop the oil and gas production system into the interconnected,multi-domain interactive cyber-physical intelligent system.In order to avoid or reduce the complex,diverse and potentially unknown safety risks in the process of oil and gas production,improve the safety and reliability of oil and gas production system and increase the production efficiency,this paper analyzes the safety problems occurring in the intelligentization process of oil and gas production system and constructs a system from the perspective of operation and maintenance based on key elements of intelligent safe operation and maintenance technology,combined with the typical production scenarios in the oil and gas production industry.And the following research results are obtained.First,the connotation of intelligent safe operation and maintenance technology is clarified,the key elements and existing problems and challenges of intelligent safe operation and maintenance technology are analyzed,and the“1-2-3-4-5-6”intelligent safe operation and maintenance technology system of oil and gas production system is constructed,which empowers six key technologies with key elements of oil and gas production to realize the essential safety of oil and gas production system.Second,the intelligent safe operation and maintenance technology actively promotes the application and implementation of condition monitoring,health management,risk assessment,intelligent early warning technologies in typical production scenarios such as drilling and extraction,storage and transportation,refining and chemical industry in up,middle and down streams of oil and gas production.Third,in view of the characteristics of oil and gas production system under digital transformation,it is proposed to develop the intelligent safe operation and maintenance technology with the functions of intelligent decision-making,active prevention and comprehensive safety in the future to help the safe construction in thefield of oil and gas production and promote the safe and healthy development of the oil and gas industry.In conclusion,the research on intelligent safe operation and maintenance technology system of oil and gas production system is conducive to the safe construction in thefield of oil and gas production,which will not only provide technical support for the realization of trouble-free oil and gas production system,but also provide reference for the intelligent development of the world oil and gas industry.展开更多

The climate change phenomenon provokes land areas that are lower than sea water ...Semarang urban coastal areas are experiencing tidal flood. In addition, land subsidence of 5 to 10 centimetres per year is taking place. The climate change phenomenon provokes land areas that are lower than sea water level from time to time. This makes the situation with respect to flooding increasingly risky. Semarang Old City (heritage) as part of principal Semarang area is suffering also from regular flooding and pollution that hamper the revitalisation of the old city. These areas used to be productive lands, but flooding make the existing public infrastructure does no longer function, and residential areas have changed into unhealthy slams. To overcome these problems, the Government of Semarang chooses a polder drainage system to address the flooding in Semarang. In the framework of the cooperation between Indonesia and the Netherlands, these activities consist of research and workshops on Urban Heritage. The scope consists basically of five components: experiences with urban drainage and flood protection in Semarang with a focus on Semarang Old City, field visit to relevant places with respect to urban drainage and flood protection of Semarang Old City, lectures on the relevant aspects of urban drainage and flood protection, exercises to get an insight in the processes that can take place under normal and extreme conditions, formulation of a preliminary plan to improve the situation with respect to urban drainage and flood protection of Semarang Old City. Combined with relevant practical experience, a series of suggestions and methods on how to improve the prevention of misoperation of substation operation and maintenance in the future are put forward.

However, there will be many problems in the operation of smart substation. Relay protection device is an extremely important part in the working process of intelligent substation, which can effectively guarantee the normal operation of the whole intelligent substation. This paper analyzes the relay protection devices in the operation of smart substations in China, and puts forward reasonable suggestions on safety and operation and maintenance, which can provide theoretical basis for relevant practitioners, improve the stability and safety of smart substations, and promote the rapid development of smart grid in China.

These can be generally classified into onshore based and offshore based concepts. The operation of OWPPs can still be improved as research has shown that the availability of OWPPs is low compared to onshore wind power plants. 文摘Under the background of the global energy structure change, photovoltaic (PV) access to the Internet has become the development trend of the industry. When the power station is put into production, the operation and maintenance work faces great challenges. At present, most of the operation and maintenance of power stations use information technology to collect the operation data of power stations, but the combination of intelligent analysis and on-site operation and maintenance is not high. Operation and maintenance personnel take monitoring and on-site inspection as the main means of operation and maintenance, which makes it difficult to locate equipment faults and lacks effective processing and analysis of massive data of power stations. The operation and maintenance of a power station mainly depends on the level and efficiency of its operation and maintenance personnel, which leads to low operation and maintenance efficiency. Aiming at the current situation of operation and maintenance, this paper puts forward the research of designing intelligent operation and maintenance system for photovoltaic power generation. MySQL database is used to store SCADA data of inverter, and the massive data are preliminarily screened, and then the screened data are further intelligently analyzed through cloud platform. The historical data, real-time data, on-site inspection data and on-site inspection of the inverter side are comprehensively analyzed and judged. Excavate the potential safety hazards, weak links of safety production and the main factors affecting the electricity quantity in the production and operation of photovoltaic power plants.

文摘In recent years, photovoltaic power generation industry has become the world leader of photovoltaic power generation, which is widely used in Tibet. Because most of the photovoltaic power stations are built in the high altitude and remote areas of Tibet, the special climate conditions make the traditional operation and maintenance mode not suitable for the rapid development of photovoltaic power generation industry. Based on the operation and maintenance status of photovoltaic power station equipment, this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power station in Tibet under the current situation, and deeply explores the innovative design scheme and key measures to realize the functional design of the operation and maintenance platform of photovoltaic power station.
