Methods: Patients with thyroid cancer treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2021 were taken as observation objects, an...Objective: To study the clinical effect of general surgical treatment of thyroid tumor. Methods: Patients with thyroid cancer treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2021 were taken as observation objects, and the data of research samples were provided by relevant departments of our hospital. In order to ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of the project, 60 patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group, and different treatment methods were adopted in the research samples. The control group was treated with conventional conservative treatment, while the observation group was treated with general surgery. The total effective rate, treatment satisfaction, disease recurrence rate and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results: Through relevant calculation and statistical analysis, the total effective rate of the two groups was significantly higher in the observation group than that of the control group, with the observation group (96.67%) being higher than that of the control group (73.33%). In terms of treatment satisfaction, the treatment satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. The results also showed that the recurrence rate and complication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: The summary and analysis results show that the integration of general surgical treatment scheme into the treatment of thyroid tumor can improve the treatment effect of patients to a certain extent, reduce the occurrence of complications and the possibility of disease recurrence. It is a modern clinical treatment method, and is worthy of clinical application.展开更多

文摘With the improvement of people's living standards, the requirements for green and safe food are becoming higher and higher. In this context, in order to improve the economic benefits of breeding, many chicken farms adopt the forest ecological breeding management model for chicken breeding. The research, development and utilization of the ecological chicken raising model under forest provides a better development direction for China's poultry production, which can stabilize the ecological circulation function of forest land, reduce breeding pollution, and improve the quality of chicken, which meets the green development needs of China's breeding industry at present. This paper mainly analyzes and expounds the rearing and management technology of ecological chicken under forest in Shangsi County, Guangxi, and puts forward various breeding management measures, hoping to provide reference for related workers.

文摘This study took Artemisia selengensis Turoz and green tea as primary materials and sugar, lemon acid potassium as supplementary materials to make compound health beverage.The main influence factors to the quality of the compound beverage were investigated,such as addition amounts ofArtemisia selengensis juice, green tea juice,sugar and lemon acid.By orthogonal test ,the best formula of the compound health beverage is Artemisia selengensis juice 10 ml, green tea juice 200 ml, sugar 6 g and lemon acid 0.06 g. The optimum stabilizer of the beverage is CMC-Na with 0.03% amount.

In this paper, the theoretical concept of hydro-engineering-environment geology is expounded firstly;the practical application process of hydro-engineering-environment geology construction technology in mineral geological exploration is analyzed;and finally the analysis and management countermeasures of hydro-engineering-environment geology construction in mineral geological exploration are put forward for reference.
