Correspondingly, the local government conducted an exploration of the organization and management mode in the field of planning and construction. The effective experiences have been accumulated, including working out a full coverage planning,taking the leading part in the urban-rural planning,and exercising whole space control over the disaster area. An innovation management mode named as "Five Generals Pattern"was implemented in the construction projects. In view that the rural housing reconstruction was a weak link, a new approach to improving the construction management was investigated,by means of strengthening on-site supervision,establishing a technical platform,and bolstering public participation.展开更多

By energy transfer principle of elastic mechanics, the relation between strain around faults and tectonic force on fault surfaces is set up and main body element model of crustal strain is constructed. Finally, the relation between mechanical evolution of model and seismogenic process of Kunlun earthquake （Ms=8.1） is discussed by continuous GPS data of datum stations. The result suggests that the relatively relaxed change under background of strong compressing and shearing may help to trigger moderate-strong earthquakes.展开更多

When the foundation pit of the main retaining structure of subway station is excavated, the supporting system of double row reinforced concrete pile is adopted, and the crown beam is connected with the top of two rows of concrete pile, which can play the whole role of supporting system. The support system does not need to set up internal support, and has better lateral stiffness, which can effectively control the deformation of foundation pit, and the support depth is deeper than that of single row pile cantilever support structure and convenient earthwork excavation, shorten the construction period, save investment. This paper mainly introduces the stress characteristics, construction process and quality control points of double row supporting piles in the main body of subway station.展开更多
