The study was conducted in an organic nursery of sour cherry cultivars "Debreceni Botermo" and "Sabina" in the years 2010 and 2011. Cherry trees grafted on Mahaleb (Prunus mahaleb L.) seedlings were grown at a spacing of 25 crn × 1.0 m. In the nursery, an assessment was carried out of the effect of various biopreparations on such growth characteristics as the thickness and height of the maidens, the formation of lateral shoots and the total increase in their length. The control trees were not treated at all, but fertilized with an NPK fertilizer only (second control). To stimulate growth, use was made of granular manure, mycorrhizal fungi in the form of the preparation Micosat, humic preparations or so-called vermicomposts (Humus UP, Humus Active), extracts of marine algae (BF Quality) and of terrestrial plants (BF Arnin), a product derived from yeast (Vinassa) and Tytanit. The specific biological effects of the preparations used in the sour cherry nursery for each morphological feature are presented in this paper in graphical form. A beneficial effect on the increase in the number of lateral shoots and the increase in their length was produced by the use of such products as: Micosat, Humus UP, Humus Active + Aktywit PM and Vinassa. A study was conducted in an organic nursery in 2010 and 2011 on the maiden growth of sour cherry cultivars "Debreceni Botermo" and "Sabina" grafted on Mahaleb cherry seedlings (Prunus mahaleb L.). The young trees were grown at a spacing of 25 cm × 1.0 m on a podzolic soil. The study focused on the differences in diameter and height of the maiden stock, the branch number, lateral shoots in the crown and their length, among treatments with various bioproducts applied to the maidens once or twice, such as granulated manure, Micosat, Humus UP (humus cultivated), Humus Active + Aktywit PM (positive microorganisms), BioFeed Amin, BioFeed Quality, Tytanit and Vinassa. The control maidens were not fertilized at all, or fertilized with NPK (nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus). The first time when these products were applied in the nursery was mid-May, and the second time was one month later. Repeating the application of humic preparations (vermiculites) and a formulation containing mycorrhizal fungi (Micosat) gave better results than applying them only once, but in the case of BF Quality and the preparation Tytanit treating the plants for the second time did not increase their growth vigour compared to the plants treated only once. And the effectiveness of the biopreparations was different for the treated cultivars changed. 展开更多

'Debreceni Botermo'/Prunus mahaleb L. maidens were fertilized with different organic fertilizers and soil amendments in an organic nursery. A mycorrhizal inoculant, Micosat, was added to the non-fertilized control and to combinations fertilized with various bioproducts. Under assessment was the effect of nutrient delivery on the growth and development of maiden fruit trees focussing on tree height, thickness of the tree trunk, the number and the length of lateral shoots in each treatment combination. It was found that the introduction of mycorrhizal fungi into the soil without fertilizer application significantly improved the growth and development of apple and sour cherry maidens. Mineral fertilizer application (NPK) combined with mycorrhizal inoculation had a negligible effect on the above features. In the presence of bioproducts such as granular manure, Humus Active + Aktywit PM, BF Amin, Vinassa and Florovit Eko, the mycorrhizal fungi were more biologically active than in the absence of these products. 展开更多

In an organic nursery, various bioproducts were used to stimulate plant growth: Fertigo (granulated bovine manure), Micosat, Humus UP (humic acids microbiologically enriched), Humus Active + Aktywit PM (beneficial microorganisms), BioFeed Amin, BioFeed Quality, Tytanit, and Vinassa. One of the aims of the study was to determine the effect of these products on the ability of grafted buds of apple and sour cherry cultivars to survive the winter. Losses resulting from the freezing of buds during winter dormancy were calculated as the difference between the number of buds deemed to have taken in autumn and the number of live buds that began to develop properly in the spring of the following year. In autumn, the number of maiden trees obtained in each fertilization combination was also determined in the same nursery. The greatest tendency to die in winter was shown by apple and sour cherry buds in those combinations in which the rootstocks were supplied with a mineral fertilizer with NPK components, and the smallest where humic preparations (so-called vermiculites) were used. The type of fertilizer had an indirect influence not only on the number of grafted buds that died in winter as a result of freezing, but also on the final number of maiden trees obtained from a given area of the nursery. 展开更多

Iron Maiden is one of the leading bands of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal (NWoBHM). The song lyrics of the first three albums deal, among other things, with the usual topics the youth of the time were concerned with (love, rebellion and resistance against the establishment), although they were viewed from a different angle: instead of love the lyrics talk about prostitution (Charlotte the Harlot), sexual harassment (Prowler), and juvenile criminality (Running Free). This paper aims, on the one hand to show an overview of the topics of the song lyrics from the earlier Iron Maiden albums, and on the other hand to examine the concrete consequences the lyrics had on the music of the band (text interpretation). During the 1980s, Iron Maiden began to diverge both musically (in the direction of experimental heavy metal) and thematically (among others, science fiction and war) from the NWoBHM. A further aim of this paper is to examine how much these new themes in the narrative influenced the music of Iron Maiden. 展开更多

以邓恩桉(EuCahetus dunnii Maiden)旋切单板为基材,热塑性聚丙烯薄膜为胶黏剂,通过热压-冷压联合工艺,研发了一种高性能、环保的新型木塑复合材料。通过正交试验优化生产工艺参数,探索了热压过程中关键参数的影响。结果表明:热压工艺... 以邓恩桉(EuCahetus dunnii Maiden)旋切单板为基材,热塑性聚丙烯薄膜为胶黏剂,通过热压-冷压联合工艺,研发了一种高性能、环保的新型木塑复合材料。通过正交试验优化生产工艺参数,探索了热压过程中关键参数的影响。结果表明:热压工艺对复合材料的弯曲性能具有明显影响。静曲强度的受影响程度为热压压强>热压时间>薄膜剂量,弹性模量的受影响程度为热压时间>薄膜剂量>热压压强。在此基础上,采用一阶线性模型揭示了热压工艺与邓恩桉/聚丙烯复合材料弯曲性能的数学层面相关性。在最优参数组合下(热压压强0.9 MPa、热压时间420 s、薄膜剂量150 g/m^(2)),所得复合材料的静曲强度和弹性模量分别为109.58 MPa和13.89 GPa,远超GB/T 9846—2015《普通胶合板》中的相关要求。 展开更多

【目的】探究互叶白千层(澳洲茶树)精油(tea tree oil,TTO)超临界CO_(2)提取的最优条件及其精油的组成成分和抗氧化能力。【方法】采用响应面法优化超临界CO_(2)萃取参数,通过GC-MS结合保留指数(RI)法鉴定茶树精油的组成成分。采用DPPH... 【目的】探究互叶白千层(澳洲茶树)精油(tea tree oil,TTO)超临界CO_(2)提取的最优条件及其精油的组成成分和抗氧化能力。【方法】采用响应面法优化超临界CO_(2)萃取参数,通过GC-MS结合保留指数(RI)法鉴定茶树精油的组成成分。采用DPPH及OH自由基清除试验分析茶树精油的体外抗氧化活性,以D-半乳糖致衰小鼠为模型,测定其血清及肝中SOD、GSH-Px、CAT活性及MDA含量来分析茶树精油的体内抗氧化活性。【结果】在30 MPa的萃取压力、55℃的萃取温度、150 min的萃取时间下,可以获得2.239%的茶树精油提取率,与响应面优化试验回归模型预测值(2.241%)接近。GC-MS结合RI分析表明,提取的茶树精油共分离出49种组分,其中含量高于1%的组分有16种,含量最高的组分为松油烯-4-醇。体内外抗氧化结果表明,茶树精油有着良好的抗氧化效果,能够有效减少DPPH和OH自由基的产生,使SOD、GSH-Px和CAT的浓度有所下降,同样能够有效减少MDA的含量。【结论】超临界CO_(2)萃取方法可以从互叶白千层中高效提取具有抗氧化活性的茶树精油。 展开更多

“黄花”指处女的理据再探

该文在先行研究的基础上,进一步探究“黄花”指处女的理据。黄花菜别名金针(菜),谐音“坚贞”,指女性持守童贞,这是“黄花(闺女)”指处女的主要原因;“金针”与女工、乞巧意义相关,采摘黄花菜者也通常是女性,两者是“黄花(闺女)”指处... 该文在先行研究的基础上,进一步探究“黄花”指处女的理据。黄花菜别名金针(菜),谐音“坚贞”,指女性持守童贞,这是“黄花(闺女)”指处女的主要原因;“金针”与女工、乞巧意义相关,采摘黄花菜者也通常是女性,两者是“黄花(闺女)”指处女的次要原因。在处女义的基础上,黄花菜还引申出了“宜(益)男草”“忘忧草”“女儿花”等别名,并成为古代的“母亲花”。“宜(益)男草”之名反映了古代的传统观念——迎娶处女妻子有益于丈夫的家庭、事业。“忘忧草”之名源自妻子提醒自己婚后要继续坚贞自守,克制春愁。“女儿花”之名同样指处女。黄花菜指处女的用法,很可能最早产生于南方方言区,后扩散到北方官话区。 展开更多

禄劝“悬女岩”酬唱与儒学精神的地方性阐释——从郭沫若、艾芜给梅绍农的两封信说起

现代诗人梅绍农被誉为“云南诗魁”“云南新诗之父”,他的代表作《奢格的化石》以禄劝彝族民间流传甚广的“悬女岩”传说故事为创作的底本,将明清以来歌颂拥有坚贞善良品质的“彝烈妇”题材推到了绝无仅有的巅峰,这是儒学精神在金沙江... 现代诗人梅绍农被誉为“云南诗魁”“云南新诗之父”,他的代表作《奢格的化石》以禄劝彝族民间流传甚广的“悬女岩”传说故事为创作的底本,将明清以来歌颂拥有坚贞善良品质的“彝烈妇”题材推到了绝无仅有的巅峰,这是儒学精神在金沙江南岸多民族混居区域持续传播并最终取得压倒性优势的重要标志。在儒学精神的熏陶下,“彝烈妇”奢格的形象塑造(以清代的苟尚礼、檀萃、杨国柱、梅增荣等仕宦阶层为代表)成为禄劝州“人文渐起”的重要表征。被地方精英们不断褒扬的“彝烈妇”“彝节妇”给梅绍农的旧体诗及新诗创作提供了源源不断的素材,他的青年时代还深受“创造社”的影响,《奢格的化石》无情地揭露旧式婚姻家庭及彝族女性的悲歌,这在当时算是为中国诗歌创作找到了一条新的道路,值得赞扬。时隔半个多世纪以后,《奢格的化石》仍能以“新版本”传世,这是云南少数民族女性文学中的一段佳话。 展开更多

以福建省建阳市7年生邓恩桉(Eucalyptus dunnii Maiden)林地土壤为研究对象,应用地统计学方法分析了不同土层土壤pH的空间变异规律。结果表明:该邓恩桉林地土壤pH随土壤深度的增加而增大,0~20、20~40和40~60 cm土层的土壤pH均值分别... 以福建省建阳市7年生邓恩桉(Eucalyptus dunnii Maiden)林地土壤为研究对象,应用地统计学方法分析了不同土层土壤pH的空间变异规律。结果表明:该邓恩桉林地土壤pH随土壤深度的增加而增大,0~20、20~40和40~60 cm土层的土壤pH均值分别为pH 3.57、pH 3.62和pH 3.67;土壤pH的变异系数较小,分别为3.90%、3.93%和4.05%。0~20、20~40和40~60 cm土层土壤pH的块金效应值分别为0.389 6、0.430 3和0.604 3,说明该林地土壤pH具有中等空间自相关性;经K-S非参数检验,该林地各层土壤pH服从正态分布。通过不同趋势效应下不同半方差函数模型预测误差的比较,确定该林地0~20、20~40和40~60 cm土层土壤pH空间变异最优模型分别适用0阶高斯模型、1阶指数模型和1阶球状模型。克里格最优插值分析结果表明:该邓恩桉林地各层土壤pH整体空间分布趋势均为由西向东递减,最高值出现在西南部;各层土壤pH插值标准差较小,且标准差分布均呈现以南部和中部为中心、向东北方向逐渐增大的趋势。根据研究结果推测:该邓恩桉林地土壤酸化程度较严重,其土壤pH的空间分布受结构因素和随机因素的共同影响,而土壤pH插值标准差的分布特征可能与采样点的数量和设置有关。 展开更多

采用二次正交回归旋转设计,以Na2SO4为硫源、46%CO(NH2)2为氮源模拟氮-硫沉降,分析了不同氮-硫沉降水平下邓恩桉(Eucalyptus dunnii Maiden)和杉木〔Cunninghamia lanceolata(Lamb.)Hook.〕人工林凋落物中C和N残留率的动态变化,并采用Ol... 采用二次正交回归旋转设计,以Na2SO4为硫源、46%CO(NH2)2为氮源模拟氮-硫沉降,分析了不同氮-硫沉降水平下邓恩桉(Eucalyptus dunnii Maiden)和杉木〔Cunninghamia lanceolata(Lamb.)Hook.〕人工林凋落物中C和N残留率的动态变化,并采用Olson指数模型对C和N分解模型进行拟合。结果表明:在不同氮-硫沉降水平下,在1年内随处理时间延长邓恩桉和杉木凋落物的C和N残留率总体上均呈下降趋势;且N较难释放,总体表现为"释放-富集-释放"的动态过程;但在不同氮-硫沉降水平下及不同处理时间凋落物中C和N残留率均有极显著差异(P<0.01)。凋落物中C和N分解的Olson指数模型的相关性总体上达到极显著或显著(P<0.05)水平;邓恩桉和杉木凋落物中C和N的平均分解系数分别为0.877和0.208、0.704和0.600,平均周转期分别为3.148和15.877 a,4.090和4.947 a,显示凋落物中C释放速率大于N,杉木凋落物的C周转期大于邓恩桉但其N周转期则小于后者。在Na2SO4164 kg·hm-2·a-1的水平下,氮沉降对邓恩桉凋落物的C和N释放及杉木凋落物的N释放有促进作用,但对杉木凋落物的C释放有抑制作用;在46%CO(NH2)2150或256 kg·hm-2·a-1的水平下,硫沉降也具有同样的作用。随分解时间的延长,邓恩桉凋落物的C/N值呈波动但总体减小的趋势,而杉木凋落物的C/N值呈波动趋势;但在不同氮-硫沉降水平下凋落物的C/N值均有极显著差异,且邓恩桉凋落物C/N值的变化幅度总体上大于杉木凋落物。 展开更多
