To understand the smoke level and NO_(x)emission characteristics of in-use construction machinery in Beijing,we selected 905 construction machines in Beijing from August 2022 to April 2023 to monitor the emission level of smoke and NO_(x).The exhaust smoke level and excessive emission situation of different machinery types were identified,and their NO_(x)emission levels were monitored according to the free acceleration method.We investigated the correlation of NO_(x)and smoke emission,and proposed suggestions for controlling pollution discharge from construction machinery in the future.The results show that the exhaust smoke level was 0–2.62 m^(−1),followed a log-normal distribution(μ=-1.73,δ=1.09,R^(2)=0.99),with a 5.64%exceedance rate.Differenceswere observed amongmachinery types,with low-power engine forklifts showing higher smoke levels.The NO_(x)emission range was 71–1516 ppm,followed a normal distribution(μ=565.54,δ=309.51,R^(2)=0.83).Differences among machinery types were relatively small.Engine rated net power had the most significant impact on NO_(x)emissions.Thus,NO_(x)emissions from construction machinery need further attention.Furthermore,we found a weak negative correlation(p<0.05)between the emission level of smoke and NO_(x),that is the synergic emission reduction effect is poor,emphasizing the need for NO_(x)emission limits.In the future,the oversight in Beijing should prioritize phasing out ChinaⅠand ChinaⅡmachinery,and monitor emissions from highpower engine ChinaⅢmachinery. 展开更多

Design a precision electroplating mechanical structure for automobiles based on finite element analysis method and analyze its mechanical properties.Taking the automobile steering knuckle as the research object,ABAQUS parametric modeling technology is used to construct its three-dimensional geometric model,and geometric simplification is carried out.Two surface treatment processes,HK-35 zinc nickel alloy electroplating and pure zinc electroplating,were designed,and the influence of different coatings on the mechanical properties of steering knuckles was compared and analyzed through numerical simulation.At the same time,standard specimens were prepared for salt spray corrosion testing and scratch method combined strength testing to verify the numerical simulation results.The results showed that under emergency braking and composite working conditions,the peak Von Mises stress of the zinc nickel alloy coating was 119.85 MPa,which was lower than that of the pure zinc coating and the alkaline electroplated zinc layer.Its equivalent strain value was 652×10^(-6),which was lower than that of the pure zinc coating and the alkaline electroplated zinc layer.Experimental data confirms that zinc nickel alloy coatings exhibit significant advantages in stress distribution uniformity,strain performance,and load-bearing capacity in high stress zones.The salt spray corrosion test further indicates that the coating has superior corrosion resistance and coating substrate interface bonding strength,which can significantly improve the mechanical stability and long-term reliability of automotive precision electroplating mechanical structures. 展开更多

Based on the written survey of 597 agricultural machinery service organizations in Guizhou Province, the demand and demand gap of various facilities land use in agricultural machinery service organizations were analyzed and compared. In addition, based on the field survey and policy background, the main practices and experiences of agricultural machinery service organizations in Guizhou Province in the approval and use of facility land were sorted out, and the problems and causes of large gap in facility agricultural land, lack of standards and difficulty in policy implementation were analyzed. Messenger RNA(mRNA)translation consists of initiation,elongation,termination,and ribosome recycling,carried out by the translation machinery,primarily including tRNAs,ribosomes,and translation factors(TrFs).Translational regulators transduce signals of growth and development,as well as biotic and abiotic stresses,to the translation machinery,where global or selective translational control occurs to modulate mRNA translation efficiency(TrE).As the basis of translational control,the translation machinery directly determines the quality and quantity of newly synthesized peptides and,ultimately,the cellular adaption.Thus,regulating the availability of diverse machinery components is reviewed as the central strategy of translational control.We provide classical signaling pathways(e.g.,integrated stress responses)and cellular behaviors(e.g.,liquideliquid phase separation)to exemplify this strategy within different physiological contexts,particularly during hostemicrobe interactions.With new technologies developed,further understanding this strategy will speed up translational medicine and translational agriculture. 展开更多

Addressing the challenges posed by the nonlinear and non-stationary vibrations in rotating machinery,where weak fault characteristic signals hinder accurate fault state representation,we propose a novel feature extraction method that combines the Flexible Analytic Wavelet Transform(FAWT)with Nonlinear Quantum Permutation Entropy.FAWT,leveraging fractional orders and arbitrary scaling and translation factors,exhibits superior translational invariance and adjustable fundamental oscillatory characteristics.This flexibility enables FAWT to provide well-suited wavelet shapes,effectively matching subtle fault components and avoiding performance degradation associated with fixed frequency partitioning and low-oscillation bases in detecting weak faults.In our approach,gearbox vibration signals undergo FAWT to obtain sub-bands.Quantum theory is then introduced into permutation entropy to propose Nonlinear Quantum Permutation Entropy,a feature that more accurately characterizes the operational state of vibration simulation signals.The nonlinear quantum permutation entropy extracted from sub-bands is utilized to characterize the operating state of rotating machinery.A comprehensive analysis of vibration signals from rolling bearings and gearboxes validates the feasibility of the proposed method.Comparative assessments with parameters derived from traditional permutation entropy,sample entropy,wavelet transform(WT),and empirical mode decomposition(EMD)underscore the superior effectiveness of this approach in fault detection and classification for rotating machinery. 展开更多

Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,poor anti-noise and robustness of transfer learning model in intelligent fault diagnosis of rotating machinery,a new method of intelligent fault diagnosis of rotating machinery based on single source and multi-target domain adversarial network model(WDMACN)and Gram Angle Product field(GAPF)was proposed.Firstly,the original one-dimensional vibration signal is preprocessed using GAPF to generate the image data including all time series.Secondly,the residual network is used to extract data features,and the features of the target domain without labels are pseudo-labeled,and the transferable features among the feature extractors are shared through the depth parameter,and the feature extractors of the multi-target domain are updated anatomically to generate the features that the discriminator cannot distinguish.The modelt through adversarial domain adaptation,thus achieving fault classification.Finally,a large number of validations were carried out on the bearing data set of Case Western Reserve University(CWRU)and the gear data.The results show that the proposed method can greatly improve the diagnostic efficiency of the model,and has good noise resistance and generalization. 展开更多

The circulating water system is widely used as the cooling system in the process industry,which has the characteristics of high water and power consumption,and its energy consumption level has an important impact on the economic performance of the whole system.Pump network and water turbine network constitute the work network of the circulating water system,that is,the fluid machinery network.Based on the previous studies,this paper proposes a stepwise method to optimize the fluid machinery network,that is,to optimize the network structure by using the recoverable pressure-head curve of the branch,and consider the recovery of adjustable resistance at the valve of each branch,so as to further reduce energy consumption and water consumption.The calculation result of the case shows that the topology structure optimization can further reduce the operation cost and the annual capital cost on the basis of the fixed structure optimization,and the total annualized cost can be reduced by 30.04%.The optimization result of different flow shows that both the pump network and the water turbine network tend to series structure at a low flow rate whereas to parallel structure at a high flow rate. 展开更多
