Objective:To observe the effect of Hegu neediling method combined with tendon-stretching and plucking massage on trigger point in the treatment of acute thoracodorsal myofascitis. Methods: A total of 84 patients with acute thoracodorsal myofascitis who met the diagnostic and inclusion criteria were assigned into the treatment group and the control group randomly, the treatment group was treated with Hegu neediling method combined with tendon-stretching and plucking massage, while the control group was treated with conventional electroacupuncture. Two groups of patients were treated for two weeks. VAS score and ODI were compared before treatment, after the first treatment and after the treatment course, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment. Results: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 97.62% and 80.95%, respectively. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group. The VAS and ODI scores of the treatment group decreased after the first treatment and the end of the treatment, and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion:Hegu neediling method combined with tendon-stretching and plucking massage can relieve pain and improve limb dysfunction in patients with acute thoracodorsal myofascitis. 展开更多

Objective: to compare the therapeutic effects of the acupuncture therapy with the acupuncture therapy in the treatment of shoulder and neck myofascial pain syndrome, aiming at improving the clinical pain and providing a new strategy for the treatment. Methods: 60 patients with cervical and shoulder MPS admitted from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into catgut embedding group and conventional acupuncture group, with 30 patients in each group, and the patients were treated with point-of-excitation therapy in combination with the pain site. They were divided into catgut embedding group and acupuncture group. After two courses of treatment, the pain improvement of the patients was compared. Results: after treatment, the PRI of catgut embedding group was (1.98±0.98), the acupuncture group was (2.64±1.23), the PPI of catgut embedding group was (0.75±1.15), the acupuncture group was (0.93±1.43), the VAS of catgut embedding group was (2.11±1.67), and the acupuncture group was (3.89±1.21). It can be seen from the above indicators that the improvement of the two groups of patients was better in catgut embedding group, with significant difference. It has statistical significance. Conclusion: embedding method and acupuncture method have good therapeutic effect on neck and shoulder MPS, and there is no significant statistical difference in clinical therapeutic effect between the two methods. However, embedding method has fewer times of treatment and faster operation, which is worthy of clinical promotion. 展开更多
