Methods: the patients with dilated cardiomyopathy with kidney-yang deficiency treated in our hospital in recent one year were selected, and the clinical data were collected, and the clinical therapeutic effect of the patients was observed. A total of 100 patients were collected and included in the study. After reviewing the clinical drug treatment characteristics of the patients, we randomly divided them into two groups: 50 patients in the observation group were treated with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, and 50 patients in the control group were treated with single western medicine. The drug types were oral captopril and oral metoprolol tartrate. After the patient completed the whole treatment process, the clinical treatment effect of the patient was observed. Results: the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group was 8.00% (4/50). The total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%, and the total effective data of the observation group was 98.00%. After treatment, BNP: (27.33±4.39) pg/ml, LVEDd: (61.02±5.19) mm, LVEF: (42.37±4.53)% in the observation group, BNP:(40.50±7.99)pg/ml, LVEDd:(64.33±3.11)mm, LVEF:(37.12±5.59)% . Conclusion: for patients with dilated cardiomyopathy with kidney-yang deficiency, single western medicine has certain therapeutic effect. At this time, adding traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of western medicine can improve clinical therapeutic effect, reduce plasma brain natriuretic peptide and cardiac function indexes, and make patients life quality better.展开更多
