基于MTF-DARCNN的滚动轴承故障诊断方法

针对传统卷积神经网络模型由于滚动轴承的负载或转速变化而导致故障识别性能下降这一问题,提出了一种创新的基于马尔科夫转移场(MTF)与双注意力残差卷积神经网络(DARCNN)的轴承故障诊断方法。首先,采用MTF将原始信号转换为具有时间相关... 针对传统卷积神经网络模型由于滚动轴承的负载或转速变化而导致故障识别性能下降这一问题,提出了一种创新的基于马尔科夫转移场(MTF)与双注意力残差卷积神经网络(DARCNN)的轴承故障诊断方法。首先,采用MTF将原始信号转换为具有时间相关性的二维图像,这种转换有助于更好地捕捉信号的时序特征;然后,构建了压缩和激励-多尺度注意力模块(SE-MSAM),该模块能够有效提取不同尺度下的特征信息,以增强模型对多层次特征的理解;接着,设计了轻量级残差模块(LRM),该模块不仅降低了计算复杂度,还提升了特征学习的有效性,增强了模型的整体性能;最后,引入全局注意力模块(GAM)提升了特征区分,基于此开发MTF-DARCNN方法用于轴承故障诊断;并采用了美国凯斯西储大学及本实验室机械故障模拟(MFS)轴承数据集,在变工况条件下,对模型故障诊断的鲁棒性与泛化性能进行了实验验证。研究结果表明:MTF-DARCNN方法在变负载和变转速的工况下,平均识别准确率分别达到了99%和98.47%;此外,在不同工况下,该方法的诊断稳定性也明显优于其他诊断方法;这些高准确率的结果充分验证了MTF-DARCNN方法不仅具备卓越的故障识别能力,还展现了在面对多样化工况挑战时的更高泛化能力。这意味着在工况变化的条件下,该方法能有效进行故障诊断,确保设备的正常运行。 展开更多

As a promising technique to enhance the spatial reso- lution of remote sensing imagery, sub-pixel mapping is processed based on the spatial dependence theory with the assumption that the land cover is spatially dependent both within pixels and be- tween them. The spatial attraction is used as a tool to describe the dependence. First, the spatial attractions between pixels, sub- pixel/pixel spatial attraction model (SPSAM), are described by the modified SPSAM (MSPSAM) that estimates the attractions accord- ing to the distribution of sub-pixels within neighboring pixels. Then a mixed spatial attraction model (MSAM) for sub-pixel mapping is proposed that integrates the spatial attractions both within pix- els and between them. According to the expression of the MSAM maximumising the spatial attraction, the genetic algorithm is em- ployed to search the optimum solution and generate the sub-pixel mapping results. Experiments show that compared with SPSAM, MSPSAM and pixel swapping algorithm modified by initialization from SPSAM (MPS), MSAM can provide higher accuracy and more rational sub-pixel mapping results. 展开更多

Medicinal synthetic Aluminum-magnesium silicate (MSAMS), which has inhibited Human immune deficiency virus (HIV), in vitro, was used for trial-treatment of HIV/AIDS patients. Their plasma were tested for viral loads (VL): before and repeatedly during the treatment. The regimen was: MSAMS (50 mg/kg), MSAMS-stabilized Ampicillin trihydrate (7.5 mg/kg) and immunace extra protection?. After 4 weeks, it was reduced to 50 mg/kg (MSAMS) and the immune stimulant. When VL decreased bellow 50/ml, the treatment continued, 4 weeks before stopping. Mean-VL of four patients increased (P = 0.006) from 498.50 ± 33.37 to 1,072.50 ± 184.55, after 3.75±2.06 weeks and decreased (P = 0.040) to 407.33 ± 297.27 (18.29%) when the treatment-duration increased to 6.67 ± 2.31 weeks. Prolonging the duration to 12.00 ± 2.83 weeks led to 98.68% decrease of mean-VL of four other patients, from 24,250.00 ± 15,939.34 to 321.00 ± 229.38(P = 0.045). Two HIV positive persons treated for 4 weeks after their VL reduced bellow 50/ml have remained healthy, 10 and 16 months respectively, without routine antiretroviral medication. 展开更多

To cure COVID-19, we propounded mopping viruses/infected cells by opposite-charges electrostatic attraction as mechanism of treatment. RNA viruses (including COVID-19 virus) are positively charged while DNA viruses and abnormal (infected/tumor) cells are negatively charged but normal cells are neutral. Molecules of Aluminum-magnesium silicate (AMS), a WHO- approved medicine, consist of Nanoparticles that have both negatively and positively charged ends. Ultra-small size (0.96 nm thick) of the Nanoparticles, allows them access to cells in all organs. Nigeria does not have natural AMS-deposits but she has Aluminum silicate and Magnesium silicate, abundantly. These solid minerals which are WHO-approved medicines too were used to formulate an AMS-brand, named, Medicinal synthetic AMS (MSAMS, VITUMED<sup>&reg;</sup>, Antivirt<sup>&reg;</sup>). Dextrose monohydrate (simple sugar) is incorporated in each MSAMS-formulation to convey the electrically charged Nanoparticles across mucous membranes (active-transportation) into blood for circulation to all organs. To restore efficacy (≥95% infection-reduction) to drugs against resistant infections (now, posing a bigger medical challenge, globally, than even HIV/AIDS), Cotrimoxazole was formulated with a synthetic Aluminum-magnesium silicate (Medicinal mineral which molecules are made of Nanoparticles, that is already in use as pharmaceutical-stabilizing agent) and used with antioxidants to treat Cotrimoxazole-resistant Salmonella pulorum infected chicks. Chick-groups A, B and C were fed antioxidants-fortified feed while groups D, E, F, G and H were not. The treatment-groups and their Cotrimoxazole doses/formulations were: A and D (100%/MSAMS-Cotrimoxazole);B and E (75%/MSAMS-Cotrimoxazole);C and F (50%/MSAMS-Cotrimoxazole) and G (100%/Cotrimoxazole). Infection-reductions (96.23% and 94.98%) of the groups of 75%/MSAMS-Cotrimoxazole/antioxidants and 75%/MSAMS-Cotrimoxazole were significantly (P ≤ 0.05) better than 76.99% (100%/Cotrimoxazole);10.04% (50%/MSAMS-Cotrimoxazole/antioxidants);1.60% (50%/MSAMS-Cotrimoxazole);&minus;212.60% (100%/MSAMS-Cotrimoxazole/antioxidants) and &minus;230.96% (100%/MSAMS-Cotrimoxazole). 展开更多

They were tested, monthly, for viral loads and CD4- lymphocytes counts. Those whose viral loads became undetectable were tested for HIV confirmation (antigens/antibody). Their mean-viral load increased (P = 0.020) from 1820.30 ± 868.75 to 2855.90 ± 960.98 after first month, before reducing (P = 0.0.030) to: 1565.20 ± 743.17;759.20 ± 473.65;345.50 ± 115.01;192.80 ± 97.40;95.00 ± 55.80;37.40 ± 26.46;17.50 ± 16.88 (undetectable). Their mean-CD4 count was 496.80 ± 194.39 (lymphopenia). It reduced (P = 0.008) to 263.90 ± 149.26 after first month, before increasing (P = 0.001) to: 507.90 ± 133.19;692.70 ± 113.34;840.20 ± 139.41;1007.30 ± 163.50;1537.10 ± 302.10;1924.60 ± 247.45;2707.00 ± 837.87 (lymphocytosis). Patients whose viral loads became undetectable tested HIV-negative, one month after. CD4-lymphocytes count, approximating to zero-viral load, calculated from equation (Y = 2297.80 - 1.4731X) of line of best fit of graph of their viral loads onCD4-lymphocytes counts, was 1559.84/ml. 展开更多

To reduce Chloroquine’s (CQ) side effects, so that increasing its duration for anti-Covid-19 trials could be safe, the drug was potentiated by stabilizing it with Medicinal synthetic Aluminum-magnesium silicate (MSAMS). CQ-treatment for five Plasmodium berghie-infected mice-groups were: 7 mg/kg (normal dose);7 mg/kg (CQ-MSAMS);7 mg/kg (CQ-MSAMS + B-vitamins), 5.25 mg/kg (CQ-MSAMS + B-vitamins) and the control. Means of parasitaemia, 42.00 ± 15.74 of the normal-dose group, 37.22 ± 11.88 of the 7 mg/kg (CQ-MSAMS) group and 33.57 ± 12.62 of the 7 mg/kg (CQ-MSAMS + B-vitamins) group showed no significant (P ≥ 0.05) reduction from 52.50 ± 11.99 of the control, but the 5.25 mg/kg (CQ-MSAMS + B-vitamins) dose, cleared (P ≤ 0.01) the parasiteamia (00.00 ± 00.00), showing that MSAMS-potentiated Chloroquine, has best efficacy at 75% of the recommended dose. Fever and anemia were absent at that 5.25 mg/kg, suggesting that lower doses of CQ have reduced side effects. 展开更多

HIV/AIDS is an immune deficiency disease, caused by an RNA virus (positively charged pathogen). HIV/AIDS is an immune deficiency disease, caused by an RNA virus (positively charged pathogen). It is still being regarded as mysteriously incurable but in Nigeria many patients have been cured (they became HIV-antibody and antigen negative) by exploiting electrostatic attraction between pathogens and opposite electrical charges that are on Nanoparticles of Medicinal synthetic Aluminum-magnesium silicate (MSAMS) and by using antioxidants to relieve oxidative stress. To confirm the cure, as permanent, a patient (adult male) whose CD4 count increased (P < 0.05) from 685 to 820 while his viral load became undetectable (<20) and he became HIV-negative (antibody and antigen) following the treatment, was tested, every month, post treatment, for HIV-antibody. He has remained HIV-negative for 10 months without being on any antiretroviral medicine (ARV). Longest window period (period HIV-infected person may test antibody-negative) is only 6 months. These results confirm that treatment with the MSAMS and antioxidants normalizes immunity and terminates HIV-infections. 展开更多
