An in-pixel histogramming time-to-digital converter(hTDC)based on octonary search and 4-tap phase detection is presented,aiming to improve frame rate while ensuring high precicion.The proposed hTDC is a 12-bit two-step converter consisting of a 6-bit coarse quantization and a 6-bit fine quantization,which supports a time resolution of 120 ps and multiphoton counting up to 2 GHz without a GHz reference frequency.The proposed hTDC is designed in 0.11μm CMOS process with an area consumption of 6900μm^(2).The data from a behavioral-level model is imported into the designed hTDC circuit for simulation verification.The post-simulation results show that the proposed hTDC achieves 0.8%depth precision in 9 m range for short-range system design specifications and 0.2%depth precision in 48 m range for long-range system design specifications.Under 30×10^(3) lux background light conditions,the proposed hTDC can be used for SPAD-based flash LiDAR sensor to achieve a frame rate to 40 fps with 200 ps resolution in 9 m range. 展开更多

The accumulation of heavy metals in mushrooms has presented a significant risk to human health,underscoring the importance of devising a portable and cost-effective method for detecting heavy metals.Thus,we have developed an electrochemical sensor based on 3-dimensional highly reduced graphene oxide(3D-HRGO)in conjunction with Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles,enabling the simultaneous quantification of Cd^(2+),Pb^(2+),Cu^(2+),and Hg^(2+).The 3D-HRGO/Fe_(3)O_(4)nano-particles material prepared in this study was characterized and confirmed by multiple techniques,then dispersed in a simple and environmental dispersant,consist of 75%ethanol and 0.1%Nafion,and coating on a glass carbon electrode(GCE)to preparing a 3D-HRGO/Fe_(3)O_(4)/GCE sensor.The limit of detection(LOD)of 3D-HRGO/Fe_(3)O_(4)/GCE sensor for Cd^(2+),Pb^(2+),Cu^(2+),and Hg^(2+)in simultaneous detection were 0.2,0.6,0.6,and 0.9μg/L,respectively.The sensor demonstrates exceptional stability,reproducibility,anti-interference,and recovery rate.Furthermore,the electrochemical sensor was employed to detect heavy metals in actual mushrooms and validated through conventional methodologies.This study represents the pioneering utilization of 3D-HRGO/Fe_(3)O_(4)as a foundational material for an electrochemical sensor capable of simultaneous detection of multiple metals,thereby advancing the progress of on-site and expeditious detection techniques. 展开更多

本研究旨在构建一种基于石墨相N化碳(g-C_(3)N_(4))修饰材料的高灵敏度、可靠和低成本的电化学传感器,用于高效检测菌菇中黄嘌呤含量。通过高温煅烧法制备g-C_(3)N_(4)材料,利用扫描电镜(Scanning Electron Microscope,SEM)、透射电镜(T... 本研究旨在构建一种基于石墨相N化碳(g-C_(3)N_(4))修饰材料的高灵敏度、可靠和低成本的电化学传感器,用于高效检测菌菇中黄嘌呤含量。通过高温煅烧法制备g-C_(3)N_(4)材料,利用扫描电镜(Scanning Electron Microscope,SEM)、透射电镜(Transmission Electron Microscope,TEM)、循环伏安法(Cyclic Voltammetry,CV)和差分脉冲伏安法(Differential Pulse Voltammetry,DPV)等技术进行表征。结果显示,g-C_(3)N_(4)材料呈二维的片状纳米结构,具有较高的石墨化程度和丰富的N官能团含量,比表面积达到了61.35 m^(2)/g。利用复合材料修饰玻碳电极(Glassy Carbon Electrode,GCE)构建电化学传感器g-C_(3)N_(4)/GCE,在最优条件下(pH5.5,富集电位0.3 V,富集时间5 min),传感器的峰电流与黄嘌呤浓度呈现良好的线性关系。在低浓度0.5~5μmol/L范围内,线性关系为Ipa=0.310C_(XA)+2.859(Ipa为峰电流,C_(XA)为黄嘌呤浓度),决定系数R^(2)=0.990,在高浓度5~200μmol/L范围内,线性关系为Ipa=0.051C_(XA)+4.034,R^(2)=0.997,最低检测限(LOD)为0.28μmol/L。使用该传感器测定双孢蘑菇、茶树菇、玉木耳中黄嘌呤含量分别为307.50、229.22、47.27 mg/100 g。相比常用的高效液相色谱法,gC_(3)N_(4)电化学传感器稳定性好,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.45%~3.69%,操作简便,能够用于菌菇中黄嘌呤的检测。 展开更多

Three-dimensional (3D) hierarchical Co3O4 microcrystal with radial dendritic morphologies was prepared through hydrothermal reactions followed by subsequent annealing treatment. Structural and morphological characterizations were performed by X-ray diffraction, scan-ning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The gas sensing properties of the as-obtained microcrystal were investigated at 110 oC, which revealed that the 3D hierarchical porous Co3O4 microcrystal exhibited high sensitivity to ammonia, as well as a short response time of 10 s. The response characteristic indicates that the sensor has a good stability and reversibility. Detections of toxic and flammable gases, such as ethanol, acetone and benzene were also carried out at a relative low temperature. The results indicate that such hierarchical Co3O4 microcrystal would be a potential material in the field of gas sensing. 展开更多

A novel fiber optic sensor based on optical composite oxygen-sensitive film was developed for determination of 2,4-dichlorophenol(DCP).The optical composite oxygen-sensitive film consists of tris(2,2’-bipyridyl)dichloro ruthenium(II)hexahydrate(Ru(bpy)3Cl2)as the fluorescence indicator and iron(III)tetrasulfophthalocyanine(Fe(III)PcTs)as bionic enzyme.A lock-in amplifier was used for detecting the lifetime of the composite oxygen-sensitive film by measuring the phase delay of the sensor head.The different variables affecting the sensor performance were evaluated and optimized.Under the optimal conditions(i e,pH 6.0,25℃,Fe(III)PcTs concentration of 5.0×10^-5 mol/L),the linear detection range,detection limit and response time of the fiber optic sensor are 3.0×10^-7-9.0×10^-5 mol/L,4.8×10^-8 mol/L(S/N=3),and 220 s,respectively.The sensor displays high selectivity,good repeatability and stability,which have good potentials in analyzing DCP concentration in practical water samples. 展开更多

In the field of glucose sensors,the development of inexpensive and high-efficiency electrochemical glucose sensors is the current research hotspot.In this paper,CuO-Co_(3)O_(4)composite with a prickly-sphere-like morphology is prepared by the facile hydrothermal method for the non-enzymatic electrochemical glucose detection.X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,energy-dispersive X-ray spec-troscopy,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy are used to analyze the structure,composition,and morphology of the material.In addition,the electrochemical catalytic perfor-mance of CuO-Co_(3)O_(4)to glucose is obtained by cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry.The excellent elec-trochemical sensing performance may be attributed to the large number of catalytic sites in the prickly-sphere-like composite and the synergistic effect of Cu and Co.Under an applied voltage of 0.55 V,CuO-Co_(3)O_(4)composite shows sensitivity to glucose(1503.45μA·(mmol·L^(-1))^(-1)-cm^(-2)),a low detection limit(21.95μmol·L^(-1)),excellent selectivity,a high level of reproducibility,and good sta-bility.This indicates that the CuO-Co_(3)O_(4)composite has a broad prospect of non-enzymatic glucose sensing application. 展开更多

A new Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, [Zn(4-PP)(1,4-BDC)?(H_2O)]_n(1, 4-PP = 4-(1 H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyridine, 1,4-H_2BDC = 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid), has been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction as well as elemental analysis, IR spectra, XRPD and TG. Structural analysis reveals that Zn(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by COO-from 1,4-BDC^(2-)to form a binuclear structure as the second building units(SBUs). Zn_2 clusters can be clarified as 4-connected nodes, so the framework of 1 can be considered as a 2 D(44?62)-sql sheet. Manganese ferrite(MnFe_(2)O_(4))has the advantages of simple preparation,high resistivity,and high crystal symmetry.Herein,we have developed an electrochemical sensor utilizing graphene and MnFe_(2)O_(4) nanocomposites modified glassy carbon electrode(GCE),which is very efficient and sensitive to detect bisphenol A(BPA).MnFe_(2)O_(4)/graphene(GR)was synthesized by immobilizing the MnFe_(2)O_(4) microspheres on the graphene nanosheets via a simple one-pot solvothermal method.The morphology and structure of the MnFe_(2)O_(4)/GR nanocomposite have been characterized through scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).In addition,electrochemical properties of the modified materials are comparably explored by means of cyclic voltammetry(CV),electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)and differential pulse voltammetry(DPV).Under the optimal conditions,the proposed electrochemical sensor for the detection of BPA has a linear range of 0.8-400μmol/L and a detection limit of 0.0235μmol/L(S/N=3)with high sensitivity,good selectivity and high stability.In addition,the proposed sensor was used to measure the content of BPA in real water samples with a recovery rate of 97.94%-104.56%.At present,the synthesis of MnFe_(2)O_(4)/GR provides more opportunities for the electrochemical detection of BPA in practical applications. 展开更多

Nanocomposite of Co3O4 and multiwalled carbon nanotube (MCNT) was synthesised using one step solvothermal method, and an electrochemical non-enzymatic glucose sensor (Co3O4-MCNT/GCE) was successfully constructed by a dropping method. The obtained Co3O4 and Co3O4- MCNT were characterized and investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). Quantitative analysis of glucose was performed using the amperometric (i–t) method, and plot of current difference versus concentration of glucose was linear in the range of 1.0–122μmol/L, with a linear correlation coefficient (R^2) of 0.9983 and limit of detection (LOD) of 0.28μmol/L. Sensitivity of this sensor was evaluated as 2550μA L mmol^-1 cm^-2. This new sensor produced satisfactory reproducibility and stability and was applied to monitor trace amounts of glucose in human serum samples. 展开更多

A magnetic sensor for detection of Pb^2+ has been developed based on Fe/Fe3O4 nanoparticles modified by3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)propionic acid(DHCA). The carboxyl groups of DHCA have a strong affinity to coordination behavior of Pb^2+ thus inducing the transformation of Fe/Fe3O4 nanoparticles from a dispersed to an aggregated state with a corresponding decrease, then increase in transverse relaxation time(T2) of the surrounding water protons. Upon addition of the different concentrations of Pb^2+ to an aq. solution of DHCA functionalized Fe/Fe3O4 nanoparticles(DHCA-Fe/Fe3O4 NPs)([Fe] = 90 mmol/L), the change of T2 values display a good linear relationship with the concentration of Pb^2+ from 40 μmol/L to 100 μmol/L and from 130 μmol/L to 200 μmol/L, respectively. Owing to the especially strong interaction between DHCA and Pb^2+, DHCA-Fe/Fe3O4 NPs exhibited a high selectivity over other metal ions. 展开更多

Herein,we reported novel Y_(4)GeO_(8):Er^(3+),Yb^(3+)phosphors elaborated via conventional solid-state reaction.and we further explored their properties as optical thermometer by using fluorescence intensity ratio(FIR)method complemented by detailed analysis on crystal structure,up-conversion luminescence and energy transfer from Yb^(3+)to Er^(3+).Upon 980 nm laser excitation,Y_(4)GeO_(8):Er^(3+),Yb^(3+)phosphors present525,547 and 659 nm emission bands assigned to the characteristic transitions of Er^(3+).Furthermore,Y_(4)GeO_(8):Er^(3+),Yb^(3+)samples show outstanding temperature sensing performances.To be specific,the minimal temperature resolution is 0.03 K(303 K),and the relative sensitivity of FIR can be up to 1.152%/K(303 K).Hence,Y_(4)GeO_(8):Er^(3+),Yb^(3+)phosphors can be possible candidates for thermometry devices. 展开更多

Soft sensor is attractive in dealing with online product quality measurement by virtue of other easily measured variables. In AMOCO PTA (purified terephthalic acid) production process, the unavailability of real-time measurement of 4-CBA makes it impossible for timely adjustment and thereby influences the product quality and the plant economy benefit. In this paper, a kind of FCMAC (fuzzy cerebellar model articulation controller) method is presented to solve the online measurement problem. Different from the conventional CMAC (cerebellar model articulation controller) networks, which has inferior smoothing ability because of its table look-up based technology. Integrating fuzzy model into CMAC networks, it becomes more accurate in functional mapping without weakening its generalization ability. Numerical example and industrial application results show the method proposed here is satisfactory and feasible. 展开更多

A new fi ber optic sensor based on the oxidation of 2,4-dichlorophenol(DCP) catalyzed by iron(II) phthalocyanine(Fe(II)Pc) was developed for the determination of DCP. The optical oxygen sensing fi lm containing fl uorescence indicator Ru(bpy)3Cl2 was used to detect the consumption of oxygen in solution. Moreover, a lock-in amplifier was used to determine the lifetime of the sensor head by detecting its phase delay change. The results reveal that the sensor has a linear detection range of 1.0×10^-6- 9.0×10^-5 mol/L and a response time of 5 min. The sensor also has high selectivity, good repeatability and stability. It can be used effectively to determine DCP concentration in real samples. 展开更多

An optical fiber dual Fabry-Perot interferometric carbon monoxide gas sensor based on PANI/Co3 O4/GO(PCG)sensing membrane coated on the end face of the optical fiber is proposed and fabricated.One end face of photonic crystal fiber(PCF)without cut-off wavelength is fused with a single-mode fiber(SMF),and the other end face of the PCF is coated with PCG sensing membrane.The collapsed layer formed during the air hole fusion of PCF is used as the first reflector,the interface between PCF and sensing membrane is used as the second reflector,and the interface between the sensing membrane and the air is used as the third reflector,thus the dual Fabry-Pe rot structure sensor is formed.The results show that the sensor has excellent sensitivity and selectivity to carbon monoxide.With the increasing concentration of carbon monoxide gas in the range of 0-60 ppm,the intensity of interference spectrum decreases.The sensitivity of the sensor is 0.3473 dB m/ppm,and its linearity is good.The response time and recovery time are 68 s and 106 s,respectively.The sensor has the advantages of the compact size,low cost,high sensitivity,strong selectivity and simple structure.It is suitable for the sensing detection of low concentration carbon monoxide gas. 展开更多

SnO_(2)/Co_(3)O_(4)nanofibers(NFs)are synthesized by using a homopolar electrospinning system with double jets of positive polarity electric fields.The morphology and structure of SnO_(2)/Co_(3)O_(4)hetero-nanofibers are characterized by using field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),x-ray diffraction(XRD),and x-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS).The analyses of SnO_(2)/Co_(3)O_(4)NFs by EDS and HRTEM show that the cobalt and tin exist on one nanofiber,which is related to the homopolar electrospinning and the crystallization during sintering.As a typical n-type semiconductor,Sn O_(2)has the disadvantages of high optimal operating temperature and poor reproducibility.Comparing with Sn O_(2),the optimal operating temperature of SnO_(2)/Co_(3)O_(4)NFs is reduced from 350℃to 250℃,which may be related to the catalysis of Co_(2)O_(2).The response of SnO_(2)/Co_(3)O_(4)to 100-ppm ethanol at 250℃is 50.9,9 times higher than that of pure Sn O_(2),which may be attributed to the p–n heterojunction between the n-type Sn O_(2)crystalline grain and the p-type Co_(2)O_(2)crystalline grain.The nanoscale p–n heterojunction promotes the electron migration and forms an interface barrier.The synergy effects between Sn O_(2)and Co_(2)O_(2),the crystalline grain p–n heterojunction,the existence of nanofibers and the large specific surface area all jointly contribute to the improved gas sensing performance. 展开更多
