In response to the current issues in the construction of software engineering(SE)degree granting program,such as insufficient resource integration,low level of internationalization,and inadequate quality control,we propose the Software Engineering Degree Granting Program Construction Practice Project at Harbin Institute of Technology(HIT).This project aims to explore new models for software talent cultivation,establish a superior SE degree granting program,and ultimately cultivate outstanding internationalized composite SE professionals to support the high-quality development of the national software industry.To this end,we design a distinctive overall construction idea and plan for the SE degree granting program,which are characterized by“3I3S:three highlights for specialized cultivation and strictness in three aspects to ensure quality control”.After years of practice and validation of the project at the School of Software at HIT,this project has proven effective in optimizing talent cultivation models,enhancing students’practical abilities,promoting international exchange and cooperation,advancing industry-education integration,and meeting industrial needs. 展开更多

Partial cooperation formulation is a more viable option than optimistic's and pessimistic's to solve an ill-posed bilevel programming problem.Aboussoror's partial cooperation model uses a constant as a cooperation index to describe the degree of follower's cooperation.The constant only indicates the leader's expectation coefficient for the follower's action,not the follower's own willingness.To solve this situation,a new model is proposed by using the follower's satisfactory degree as the cooperation degree.Then,because this new cooperation degree is a function which is dependent on the leader's choice and decided by the follower's satisfactory degree,this paper proves such proposed model not only leads an optimal value between the optimistic value and pessimistic's,but also leads a more satisfactory solution than Aboussoror's.Finally,a numerical experiment is given to demonstrate the feasibility of this new model. 展开更多

The L2 and I2 measures of distances between the two curves are used as the objective functions. The two additional parameters, available from the coincidence of the oriented tangents, are constrained to be positive so as to satisfy the solvability condition. Finally, degree reduction is changed to solve a quadratic problem of two parameters with linear constraints. Applications of degree reduction of Bezier curves with their parameterizations close to arc-length parameterizations are also discussed. 展开更多

A new fully fuzzy linear programming(FFLP)problem with fuzzy equality constraints is discussed.Using deviation degree measures,the FFLP problem is transformed into a crisp 6-parametric linear programming(LP)problem.Giving the value of deviation degree in each constraint,the 6-fuzzy optimal solution of the FFLP problem can be obtained by solving this LP problem.An algorithm is also proposed to find a balance-fuzzy optimal solution between two goals in conflict:to improve the values of the objective function and to decrease the values of the deviation degrees.A numerical example is solved to illustrate the proposed method. 展开更多

Development Founded in 1952,Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine(SUCM)is one of the first batches of authorized universities to grant a master's degree,and accept international students,and students from Hong Kong region,Macao region and Taiwan region of China.Since 1998,SUCM has cooperated with more than 10 institutions,including the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine,to cultivate doctoral candidates.In 2015,the national postdoctoral program of SUCM was approved.In 2018,SUCM was listed under the First-class discipline construction universities in China by Shaanxi province.In 2019,SUCM was listed under the National"first-class specialty"construction universities in China.In 2021,the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shaanxi province signed an agreement to co-construct SUCM.In recent years,SUCM has successively established inter-school cooperation with universities in the United States and other countries.The comprehensive strength and international influence of SUCM are constantly increasing. 展开更多

The principal-subordinate hierarchical multi-objective programming model of initial water rights allocation was developed based on the principle of coordinated and sustainable development of different regions and water sectors within a basin. With the precondition of strictly controlling maximum emissions rights, initial water rights were allocated between the first and the second levels of the hierarchy in order to promote fair and coordinated development across different regions of the basin and coordinated and efficient water use across different water sectors, realize the maximum comprehensive benefits to the basin, promote the unity of quantity and quality of initial water rights allocation, and eliminate water conflict across different regions and water sectors. According to interactive decision-making theory, a principal-subordinate hierarchical interactive iterative algorithm based on the satisfaction degree was developed and used to solve the initial water rights allocation model. Firstly, the membership function and the non-membership function are introduced to describe the uncertainty of the decision makers. Secondly, a satisfactory solution is derived by updating the minimum satisfactory degrees with considerations of the overall satisfactory balance among all levels. In addition, the steps of the proposed method are given in this paper. Finally, numerical examples illustrate the feasibility of this method. 展开更多

目的 对上海市免疫规划人力资源配置情况进行调查,为政策部门优化免疫规划人力资源配置提供科学依据。方法 采用描述性分析方法和集聚度评价2023年上海市免疫规划人力资源配置的情况和公平性。结果 上海市免疫规划人力资源队伍中,女性占... 目的 对上海市免疫规划人力资源配置情况进行调查,为政策部门优化免疫规划人力资源配置提供科学依据。方法 采用描述性分析方法和集聚度评价2023年上海市免疫规划人力资源配置的情况和公平性。结果 上海市免疫规划人力资源队伍中,女性占比91.15%;年龄在20~39岁的人员占比70.90%;兼职工作人员占比65.88%,专职工作人员占比34.12%;高级职称人员占比5.38%,初级及以下职称人员占比55.59%;受教育程度为本科的人员占比超过60%;执业医师占比21.94%,护士占比76.56%。上海市各区免疫规划人力资源集聚度评价结果显示,全市有9个区的卫生资源集聚度(health resource agglomeration degree, HRADi)值> 1,其中,7个市区的HRADi值均> 1,郊区中除宝山区和浦东新区的HRADi值略> 1外,其他7个郊区的HRADi值全部<1。HRADi值与PADi差值> 0的地区有8个,包括市区5个,郊区3个。结论 上海市免疫规划人力资源队伍中,以女性人员和护士居多,整体比较年轻;有超过一半受教育程度为本科的人员和初级及以下职称的人员;兼职工作人员数量远超专职工作人员。总体来讲,上海市免疫规划人力资源按地理配置公平性尚可,但区域间人口可及性不够均衡,市区与郊区差异明显。政府在区域卫生规划中,应以科学、全盘的配置标准分配免疫规划人力资源,逐步完善免疫规划人力资源的投入机制与管理机制,兼顾基于人口可及性和地理公平性的人力资源配置,进而促进本市免疫规划工作的健康发展。 展开更多

针对多机器人路径鲁棒规划时存在节点耦合度高导致求解方案可靠性低的问题,提出耦合度矩阵概念并给出基于耦合度矩阵的安全区间多机器人路径k鲁棒规划(Ck R-SIPP)算法.首先,根据路径规划方案统计全局地图节点耦合度信息形成耦合度矩阵,... 针对多机器人路径鲁棒规划时存在节点耦合度高导致求解方案可靠性低的问题,提出耦合度矩阵概念并给出基于耦合度矩阵的安全区间多机器人路径k鲁棒规划(Ck R-SIPP)算法.首先,根据路径规划方案统计全局地图节点耦合度信息形成耦合度矩阵,在规划过程中不断更新该矩阵.其次,引入安全区间避免机器人之间发生冲突,采用带k时间扩展的A^(*)算法作为多机器人底层路径规划算法,其中k为设定的鲁棒因子,可在多机器人的时空关系中处理鲁棒规划问题.同时,以耦合度矩阵中的信息作为寻路约束反馈给带k时间扩展的A^(*)算法,尽量避免耦合度高的节点.最后,按照高优先级到低优先级的顺序,完成所有机器人的路径规划.在Benchmark地图上进行仿真测试,结果表明,所提出的Ck R-SIPP算法均优于k R-CBS以及Ik R-CBS算法,较k R-SIPP算法平均提高19.2%,可以有效提高多机器人路径k鲁棒规划系统的方案可靠性. 展开更多
