Based on the digital waveform data recorded by Xinjiang Digital Seismic Network for the Xinyuan-Hejing M_L6.8 earthquake sequences of June 30,2012,this paper analyzes the stress drops of earthquake sequences and the correlation coefficients of focal mechanisms significant for strong aftershocks.Firstly,the source parameters of the Xinyuan-Hejing M_L6.8 earthquake sequences are obtained by applying the spectrum analysis and the Brunes source model.Then,the correlation coefficients of spectral amplitudes are calculated using the low-frequency spectral amplitude recorded by the same station for the different events.Finally,based on the results of the correlation coefficients of spectral amplitudes,the events with similar focal mechanisms are grouped using the clustering method.The results show that:(1)The stress drop values show a steady trend in the aftershock sequence calm period and the stress drop values show a rise-fall in strong aftershocks.(2)The moving average correlation coefficient of amplitude spectrum begins to spread after the main shock.It shows that the correlation decreases between the main shock and the aftershocks in mechanisms.(3)The results of focal mechanism groups show that the earthquake sequences are mainly strike slips.The stress distribution of the main pressure axis is nearly NS,which is the same as the structural stress field.(4)The magnitude and mechanism show that there is an agreement before the strong aftershock,which shows that the regional stress field is enhanced. 展开更多

SE-iFISH检测不同体积外周血中CTC及CTEC结果的比较与分析

目的:比较3 mL和6 mL两种体积肿瘤患者外周血样本中循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)及循环肿瘤血管内皮细胞(CTEC)检出的差异性。方法:采用差相富集-免疫荧光染色结合染色体荧光原位杂交(SE-iFISH)方法检测济宁医学院附属医院提供的29对肺癌患者外周... 目的:比较3 mL和6 mL两种体积肿瘤患者外周血样本中循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)及循环肿瘤血管内皮细胞(CTEC)检出的差异性。方法:采用差相富集-免疫荧光染色结合染色体荧光原位杂交(SE-iFISH)方法检测济宁医学院附属医院提供的29对肺癌患者外周血中的CTC及CTEC,分析两者CTC、CTEC检出的相关性。结果:6 mL组CTC及CTEC阳性检出率分别为100.0%和96.8%,CTC平均值为(25.1±22.0)个/mL,中位数为18个/mL,CTEC平均值为(19.2±20.0)个/mL,中位数为13个/mL;3 mL组CTC及CTEC阳性检出率分别为100.0%和93.5%,CTC平均值为(13.9±15.0)个/mL,中位数为9个/mL,CTEC平均值为(9.4±9.8个)/mL,中位数为8个/mL。肿瘤最大直径0~2 cm的患者,6 mL外周血检测到2~89个CTC和0~35个CTEC,3 mL外周血检测到2~36个CTC和2~14个CTEC;肿瘤最大直径3~4 cm的患者,6 mL外周血检测到12~93个CTC和5~94个CTEC,3 mL外周血检测到1~40个CTC和1~47个CTEC。结论:3 mL血量的CTC及CTEC检出率与6 mL基本一致,CTC及异倍体肿瘤细胞CAC(CTC+CTEC)检出数目略高于6 mL血量的一半,同时3 mL与6 mL血液中分别检出的CTC及CTEC数量与肿瘤大小没有明确的相关性。 展开更多
