A multi-functional micro-arc plasma spraying system was developed according to aerodynamics and plasma spray theory. The soft switch IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) invert technique, micro-computer control technique, convergent-divergent nozzle structure and axial powder feeding techniques have been adopted in the design of the micro-arc plasma spraying system. It is not only characterized by a small volume, a light weight, highly accurate control, high deposition efficiency and high reliability, but also has multi-functions in plasma spraying, welding and quenching. The experimental results showed that the system can produce a supersonic flame at a low power, spray Al2O3 particles at an average speed up to 430 m/s, and make nanostructured AT13 coatings with an average bonding strength of 42.7 MPa. Compared to conventional 9M plasma spraying with a higher power, the coatings with almost the same properties as those by conventional plasma spray can be deposited by multi-functional micro-arc plasma spraying with a lower power plasma arc due to an improved power supply design, spray gun structure and powder feeding method. Moreover, this system is suitable for working with thin parts and undertaking on site repairs, and as a result, the application of plasma spraying will be greatly extended. 展开更多

Salt spray corrosion test of micro-plasma oxidation ceramic coatings on Ti alloy 被引量:3

Ceramic coatings were prepared on Ti-6Al-4V alloy in NaAlO2 solution by micro-plasma oxidation (MPO). The salt spray tests of the coated samples and the substrates were carded out in a salt spray test machine. The phase composition and surface morphology of the coatings were investigated by XRD and SEAM. Severe corrosion occurred on the substrate surface, while there were no obvious corrosion phenomena on the coated samples. The coatings were composed of Al2TiO5 and a little α-Al2O3 and mille TiO2, and the salt spray test did not change the composition of the coatings. The weight loss rate of the coatings decreased with increasing MPO time because of the increase in density and thickness of the coatings. The surface morphology of the coatings was influenced by salt spray corrosion test. Among the coated samples, the coating prepared for 2 h has the best corrosion resistance under salt spray test. 展开更多

In this study, compounded surface modification technology-high current pulsed electron beam (HCPEB) + micro-plasma oxidation (MPO) was applied to treat ZK60 Mg alloys. The characteristics of the microstructure of ZK60 Mg alloy after single MPO and HCPEB+MPO compounded treatment were investigated by SEM. The results showed that the density of the ceramic layer of HCPEB+MPO-treated ZK60 Mg alloy was improved and defects were reduced compared to that under MPO treatment alone. Surface modified layer of ZK60 Mg alloys treated by HCPEB+MPO was divided into three zones, namely the top loose ceramic zone, middle compact zone and inside HCPEB-induced melted zone. Corrosion resistance of ZK60 Mg alloy before and after the compounded surface modification was measured in a solution of 3.5% NaCl by potentiodynamic polarization curves. It was found that the corrosion current density of ZK60 Mg alloys could be reduced by about three orders of magnitude, from 311μA/cm^2 of the original sample to 0.2μA/cm^2 of the HCPEB+MPO-treated sample. This indicates the great application potential of the HCPEB+MPO compounded surface modification technology in improving the corrosion resistance of ZK60 Mg alloys in the future. 展开更多

Composite coatings were obtained on A3 steel by hot dipping aluminum(HDA) at 720 ℃ for 6 min and micro-plasma oxidation(MPO) in alkali electrolyte. The surface morphology, element distribution and interface structure of composite coatings were studied by means of XRD, SEM and EDS. The results show that the composite coatings obtained through HDA/MPO on A3 steel consist of four layers. From the surface to the substrate, the layer is loose Al2O3 ceramic, compact Al2O3 ceramic, Al and FeAl intermetallic compound layer in turn. The adhesions among all the layers are strengthened because the ceramic layer formed at the Al surface originally, FeAl intermetallic compound layer and substrate are combined in metallurgical form through mutual diffusion during HDA process.Initial experiment results disclose that the anti-corrosion performance and wear resistance of composite coating are obviously improved through HDA/MPO treatment. 展开更多

And the electrochemical imped... Compound ceramic coatings on Ti-6Al-4V alloy were prepared for different time by pulsed bi-polar micro-plasma oxidation (MPO) in NaAlO2 solution. The phase composition was studied by XRD. And the electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS) of the coatings were measured to study the structure of the coatings, combined with the surface morphology. Using the proper EIS interpreting software, the "equivalent circuit" of the coatings was established, and meanwhile fitting values of equivalent element were obtained. The results show that the coating is composed of Al2 TiO5, α-Al2O3 and rutile TiO2, of which Al2 TiO5 is the main crystalline. Increasing the MPO time, the contents of Al2TiO5, rutile TiO2 and α-Al2O3 in the surface of the coating increase. And the EIS analysis and the surface morphology of the coatings illustrates the double-layer structure of the coatings, and the outer layer is loosen and the inner layer is compact. With the increase of the oxidizing time, the surface coarse degree of the coatings and the porosity of the outer layer of the coating are increased while the compactness of the inner layer of the coating is improved. 展开更多

Electrical property of a micro-plasma spray system with different working-gas feed- ing schemes was tested to optimize the plasma spray process. The arc voltage with an integrated gas injection mode is higher than that with radial injection or axial injection modes. Thus, an integrated gas injection mode with an excellent electrical characteristic was adopted to deposit alumina-titania coating. The microstructure, bonding strength and hardness of the plasma sprayed alumina-titania coating, as a function of the spraying parameters, e.g., plasma current, gas flow rate and gas pressure, were studied. It was shown that the spraying parameters affected remarkably on the microstructure of the coating. Different tendencies in bonding strength and hardness were also shown for different spraying parameters. At an arc current of 250 A, a gas flow rate of 20 L/min and a gas pressure of 0.5 MPa, the bonding strength and micro-hardness of the coatings reach 40.6 MPa and HV1406.1, respectively. 展开更多

Compound ceramics coatings on the Ti-6Al-4V alloy were prepared by the direct current micro-plasma oxidation (MPO) in NaAlO2 solution. The composition and morphology of the coatings were studied with the X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively. Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer technique was used to analyze the solution features of Ti-6Al-4V alloy in the process of preparation. The results reveal that Al2TiO5 forms in the coatings at the initial stages of MPO reaction, and its content changes rapidly with the reaction continuing: after 20 min, the ceramics coatings are composed of α-Al2O3, 7-Al2O3 and Al2TiO5, but after 40 min, its main composition is of α-Al2O3. The content of Ti in the solution will increase when the MPO time extends, and as will Al in the anode area until, after 30 min, it reaches the maximum and keeps constant from then on. Both substrata of Ti and Al in the electrolyte join the MPO reaction at the initial stage, where the formation of Al2TiO5 happens; but as the MPO reaction prolongs, more and more Al in the electrolyte will take part in the reaction, leading to the appearance of a large amount ofAl2O3. 展开更多

As a promising cancer treatment method,cold atmospheric plasma has received widespread attention in recent years.However,previous research has focused more on how to realize and expand the anti-cancer scope of plasma jet.There are also studies on the killing of small-scale cancer cells,but the effects of plasma jet on normal cells and normal cell clusters have been ignored.Therefore,we proposed a 50μm sized micro-plasma jet device,and used the device to treat melanoma cells(A-375)and human glial cells(HA1800)to evaluate their anti-cancer effects and effects on normal cells.The experimental results show that this kind of micro-plasma jet device can effectively inactivate cancer cells in a short period of time,while having little effect on normal cells.This work provides a certain experimental basis for the application offine plasma jet to clinically inactivate cancer cells. 展开更多

We reported a coaxial,micro-dielectric barrier discharge(micro-DBD)reactor and a conventional DBD reactor for the direct conversion of methane into higher hydrocarbons at atmospheric pressure.The effects of input power,residence time,discharge gap and external electrode length were investigated for methane conversion and product selectivity.We found the conversion of methane in a micro-DBD reactor was higher than that in a conventional DBD reactor.And at an input power of 25.0 W,the conversion of methane and the total C2+C3 selectivity reached 25.10% and 80.27%,respectively,with a micro-DBD reactor of 0.4 mm discharge gap.Finally,a nonlinear multiple regression model was used to study the correlations between both methane conversion and product selectivity and various system variables.The calculated data were obtained using SPSS 12.0 software.The regression analysis illustrated the correlations between system variables and both methane conversion and product selectivity. 展开更多

Micro-plasma oxidation (MPO) technique is a new technique by which compound ceramic coating can be grown in situ on Al, Ti, Mg and many other valve-metals. Compound ceramic coatings on Ti-6Al-4V alloy were prepared for different time by pulsed bi-polar MPO in NaAlO2 solution. The phase composition, morphology and the element distribution of the coatings were studied by XRD, SEM and JEOL SUPERPROBE 733 electric probe, respectively. Electrochemical Impedance Spectra (EIS) of the coatings were measured to study the structure character of the coatings. Through the proper EIS interpreting software, the "equivalent circuit" of the coatings was established, and the fitting values of equivalent element were calculated. The coating is mainly composed of Al2TiO5, a-A12O3 and rutile TiO2. The content of Ti element in the coating is less than that of substrate; its distribution is relatively uniform, and Ti in the outer layer is less than that in the inner layer. The content of Al in the coating is more than that of substrate, and its distribution is not even: Al in the middle part is more than that on both sides of the coating; And the EIS analysis has illustrated the double-layer structure of the coatings, and the outside layer is loosen and the inner layer compact; with the increase of the oxidizing time, the surface roughness of the coatings, and the porosity of the outer layer of the coating are increased while the compactness of the inner layer of the coatings are improved. 展开更多

It is found that even after 30 krad Gamma irradiation, the GaN-based LED has soft breakdown failure. The reverse soft breakdown region current local instability of this device before irradiation is analyzed by the microplasma noise method. The results were obtained that if the GaN-based LED contained micro-plasma defects, it will fail after low doses(30 krad) of gamma irradiation. The results clearly reflect the micro-plasma defects induced carriers fluctuation noise and the local instability of GaN-based LED reverse bias current. 展开更多

目的探讨关节镜辅助下微骨折技术(MF)联合富血小板血浆(PRP)注射治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月秦皇岛市第二医院收治的80例KOA病人,并按随机数字表法分成A组[n=40,实施关节镜下MF联合玻璃酸钠(HA)注射治疗]... 目的探讨关节镜辅助下微骨折技术(MF)联合富血小板血浆(PRP)注射治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月秦皇岛市第二医院收治的80例KOA病人,并按随机数字表法分成A组[n=40,实施关节镜下MF联合玻璃酸钠(HA)注射治疗]和B组(n=40,实施关节镜下MF联合PRP注射治疗)。比较两组疗效、关节液中炎症因子[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β),肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α),基质金属蛋白酶3(MMP-3)]、氧化应激水平[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)]、患膝功能[采用Lysholm膝关节功能评分表评定]及并发症情况。结果B组总有效率为95.00%,比A组的80.00%高(P<0.05);术后3个月,两组关节液中IL-1β、TNF-α、MMP-3及NO均低于术前(P<0.05),且B组均低于A组(P<0.05);术后3个月,两组关节液SOD及膝关节评分均高于术前(P<0.05),且B组均高于A组(P<0.05);B组并发症总发生率5.00%和A组的12.50%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对KOA病人实施关节镜下MF联合PRP注射治疗的效果显著,可有效调节病人关节滑液炎症因子、氧化应激水平,明显改善患膝功能。 展开更多

目的:通过临床资料研究心房颤动(AF)与微小非编码RNA-21(miRNA-21)之间的相关性,以期为临床AF的诊治提供参考价值。方法:收集2022年09月至2023年12月在天津市某三甲医院心内科住院的患者142例,其中十二导联体表心电图的结果满足“P波消... 目的:通过临床资料研究心房颤动(AF)与微小非编码RNA-21(miRNA-21)之间的相关性,以期为临床AF的诊治提供参考价值。方法:收集2022年09月至2023年12月在天津市某三甲医院心内科住院的患者142例,其中十二导联体表心电图的结果满足“P波消失,代之以大小不等、形态各异的小f波,RR间期绝对不规则”条件的纳入AF组,70例,其余72例纳入对照组,比较两组患者之间的血浆miRNA-21及心脏超声等各项指标。结果:与对照组比较,AF组利伐沙班、达比加群酯、华法林等抗凝药物以及胺碘酮用药量明显多于对照组(P<0.05),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLc)结果相对低(P<0.05),左房内径较大(P<0.05),血浆中miRNA-21高表达(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示AF的发生与左房内径、miRNA-21指标有关(P<0.05)。结论:AF的发生可能与血浆中miRNA-21表达和左房内径大小存在相关性。 展开更多

300M钢等离子弧增材工艺参数多目标优化研究

为实现等离子弧增材制造300M钢宏微观质量的整体优化,采用焊接电流、送粉速率和扫描速度作为工艺参数设计正交实验。结果表明,工艺参数对沉积层宏观成形质量和微观缺陷影响程度的主次顺序并不相同。为此,基于多目标优化方法,建立了宏观... 为实现等离子弧增材制造300M钢宏微观质量的整体优化,采用焊接电流、送粉速率和扫描速度作为工艺参数设计正交实验。结果表明,工艺参数对沉积层宏观成形质量和微观缺陷影响程度的主次顺序并不相同。为此,基于多目标优化方法,建立了宏观形貌、几何特征和微观缺陷的多维度评价体系,对等离子弧增材300M钢的工艺参数进行系统性优化。结果表明:各工艺参数对宏微观成形质量的影响主次为:扫描速度>焊接电流>送粉速率。优化获得的最佳工艺参数组合为:焊接电流160 A、扫描速度0.14 m/min、送粉速率15 g/min。在优化工艺参数条件下,沉积层成形质量实现了多维度评价指标间的全局最优平衡。沉积层表面光滑平整,不稳定起焊区域及锯齿状边界消除,宽高比为4.29、孔隙率降为0.43%,且无大孔隙缺陷。 展开更多

FeSiAl(FSA)合金作为典型的磁性吸波材料,在海洋装备隐身防护领域展现出应用潜力,但其固有的低频阻抗失配与高电化学活性严重制约其实际工程应用。为此,采用空气/氩气等离子体改性技术处理片状FSA微粉,通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪和X射线光电子能谱表征其表面形貌与成分变化,结合电化学测试和矢量网络分析仪系统研究FSA微粉腐蚀行为与低频电磁波损耗性能的协同调控机制。结果表明:不同气氛下的等离子体处理并未显著改变FSA微粉成分,而主要影响其表面微观形貌。在空气气氛下处理的FSA(FSA-Air)微粉表面呈现出丰富的纤维状结构,而在氩气气氛下处理的FSA(FSA-Ar)微粉表面则主要为颗粒状结构。在5 mm厚度下,FSA-Air微粉的有效吸收带宽达到0.36 GHz(0.59~0.95 GHz),最小反射损耗为-16.65 dB,显著优于未处理的FSA。此外,FSA-Air微粉的耐蚀性能也得到明显提升,腐蚀电流密度从7.25×10^(-6) A·cm^(-2)降低至1.85×10^(-7) A·cm^(-2)。 展开更多

目的:评估A型肉毒毒素联合微等离子体射频技术在颈部年轻化治疗中的临床疗效与安全性。方法:选取2023年9月-2024年2月在徐州医科大学附属徐州市立医院就诊且有改善颈部横纹、松垂及颏颈角度需求的就医者44例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每... 目的:评估A型肉毒毒素联合微等离子体射频技术在颈部年轻化治疗中的临床疗效与安全性。方法:选取2023年9月-2024年2月在徐州医科大学附属徐州市立医院就诊且有改善颈部横纹、松垂及颏颈角度需求的就医者44例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组22例。观察组接受A型肉毒毒素颈部注射治疗2周后,再行微等离子体射频治疗2次,间隔6周;对照组仅行A型肉毒毒素颈部注射治疗。在治疗12周时,对两组颈部治疗效果进行评估,包括颏颈角分级(CAS)、Brandt颈部老化分级、全球美学改善量表(GAIS)评分及疼痛评分(VAS),并记录皮下瘀血、色素沉着、持久性红斑等不良反应。结果:两组治疗后CAS分级和Brandt颈部老化分级较治疗前均有显著改善(P<0.05);观察组Brandt颈部老化分级及GAIS评分方面均优于对照组(P<0.05),但观察组VAS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应方面,两组主要表现为皮下瘀血、色素沉着和持久性红斑(均于1个月内消失),未见口角歪斜、吞咽困难或感染等严重并发症,两组间不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组满意度(21/22)显著高于对照组(15/22),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:A型肉毒毒素联合微等离子体射频技术在颈部年轻化治疗中效果明显,可有效改善颈部横纹、松垂及颏颈角度,且安全性高。 展开更多

微弧预氧化对Ti6Al4V钛合金低温等离子体氮化层耐磨耐蚀性的影响

为了提高Ti6Al4V(TC4)钛合金的耐磨性与耐蚀性,采用微弧氧化(MAO)、低温等离子体氮化(PN)和微弧氧化后等离子体氮化(MAO-PN)的工艺分别对TC4钛合金进行表面改性,然后采用扫描电子显微镜、摩擦磨损实验机与电化学工作站研究了基体与3种... 为了提高Ti6Al4V(TC4)钛合金的耐磨性与耐蚀性,采用微弧氧化(MAO)、低温等离子体氮化(PN)和微弧氧化后等离子体氮化(MAO-PN)的工艺分别对TC4钛合金进行表面改性,然后采用扫描电子显微镜、摩擦磨损实验机与电化学工作站研究了基体与3种工艺改性后样品的显微形貌、摩擦与耐蚀性能。结果表明:MAO与MAO-PN样品以金红石型TiO_(2)和锐钛矿型TiO_(2)相为主。PN样品的显微硬度为(602±10) HV_(0.05),MAO-PN样品的显微硬度为(1 232±20) HV_(0.05),显著高于TC4钛合金基体的显微硬度(352±5) HV_(0.05)。在大气环境中,相比TC4钛合金基体,MAO与MAO-PN样品的磨损率由1.48×10^(-3)mm^(3)/(N·m)分别降至5.54×10^(-4)mm^(3)/(N·m)与3.64×10^(-4)mm^(3)/(N·m)。在盐酸溶液的润滑下,相比TC4钛合金基体,MAO与MAO-PN样品的摩擦系数由0.35分别降至0.25与0.18,磨损率由3.62×10^(-4)mm^(3)/(N·m)分别大幅度降至3.50×10^(-6)mm^(3)/(N·m)与1.57×10^(-6)mm^(3)/(N·m),这表明微弧预氧化能够大幅度提高等离子体氮化层的耐磨性。在盐酸溶液中,MAO和MAO-PN样品的磨损机制为磨粒磨损,在大气环境与盐酸溶液润滑条件下,TC4钛合金和PN样品的磨损机制为黏着磨损。MAO-PN复合改性层在盐酸溶液中具有较低的腐蚀电流密度(0.015μA/cm^(2))以及较高的阻抗值(9.90×10^(5)Ω·cm^(2)),说明微弧预氧化工艺能显著提高钛合金等离子体氮化层的耐蚀性。 展开更多
