文摘NOD样受体(NLRs)是一类重要的病原相关分子模式识别受体(PRR),能识别细胞内的病原体及危险信号从而启动固有免疫应答。NLRC5(NLR family,CARD domain containing 5)作为新近发现的NLRs家族重要一员,因其具有的调控固有免疫及适应性免疫的能力而受到各方的广泛关注。在此,就NLRC5对MHCⅠ(Class I Major Histocompatibility Complex)的调控研究作一综述。
