梭梭Haloxylon ammodendron (C.A.Mey) Bunge是适应中亚荒漠生境的耐寒、抗旱、耐盐碱C4植物,预测该物种地理分布范围以及未来不同气候变化情景下该物种适宜生境分布的变化,对于我国荒漠区生态环境保护具有重要意义。利用收集的梭梭分... 梭梭Haloxylon ammodendron (C.A.Mey) Bunge是适应中亚荒漠生境的耐寒、抗旱、耐盐碱C4植物,预测该物种地理分布范围以及未来不同气候变化情景下该物种适宜生境分布的变化,对于我国荒漠区生态环境保护具有重要意义。利用收集的梭梭分布数据与33个环境因子,基于四种常用的机器学习算法组成的组合模型对该物种适宜生境在我国西北干旱区的分布进行了预测。结果表明:(1)不同的模型算法的结果在空间上具有较高的一致性,但其分布细节具有一定的差异性。(2)梭梭在我国的适宜生境面积约为0.91×10^(6) km^(2),主要分布在新疆的准噶尔盆地和塔里木盆地边缘,甘肃河西走廊地区,内蒙古巴丹吉林、乌兰布和、腾格里沙漠和库布齐沙漠的西部,青海省柴达木盆地等地区。(3)未来气候变化对该物种适宜生境分布的影响取决于升温幅度,但是在大部分的增温情景中,该物种的适宜生境变化较小。(4)高适宜生境面积为0.19×10^(6) km^(2),应该作为梭梭原生产地保护以及人工种植的重点区域。(5)集成多模型结果的组合物种分布模型能够在一定程度上减少模型的不确定性,增加模型的精度。在环境条件限制性较高的干旱区,加入土壤因素能够有效提高物种分布模型的建模科学性和合理性。 展开更多

Mey has garnered much interest owing to its medicinal properties against diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. In this study, an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS)-based metabolomics approach was used to illustrate the therapeutic mechanisms of ginseng extract on the serum and urinary metabolic profiles in streptozotocin-induced type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) rats. Pharmacological and renal parameters in response to the administration of ginseng were also evaluated. In total, 16 serum endogenous metabolites and 14 urine endogenous metabolites, including pyruvic acid, indoleacetic acid, and phenylacetylglycine, were identified as potential biomarkers for diabetes. Pathway enrichment and network analysis revealed that the biomarkers modulated by ginseng were primarily involved in phenylalanine and pyruvate metabolism, as well as in arginine biosynthesis. Moreover, the levels of several renal injury-related biomarkers in T1DM rats were significantly restored following treatment with ginseng. The administration of the extract helped maintain tissue structure integrity and ameliorated renal injury. The findings suggest that the regulatory effect of ginseng extract on T1DM involves metabolic management of diabetic rats, which subsequently attenuates T1DM-induced early renal dysfunction. 展开更多

[ Result] Sterilization of H. ammodendron ( C.A. Mey. ) seeds achieved the best result by using 75% alcohol for 15 min and 0.1% mercuric chloride for 8 min. Seeds with diameter φ 〉 2.0 mm were used as explants and achieved relatively high surviv- al rate of aseptic seedlings, which reached above 65%. A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with UV detection was established for simultaneous determination of saponins in the leaf of Panax ginseng C. A. Mey. Nine ginsenosides(Rbl, Rb2, Rb3, Rc, Rd, F1, F2, F3, F5) and notoginsenoside Fe(NFe) were studied. Among the saponins, the ginsenosides F1, F2, F3, F5 and NFe were determined by HPLC-UV method for the first time. The determination of the ginsenosides via the HPLC-UV method was performed on a reversed-phase C18 column with gradient elution in 40 min. The linearity, precision, accuracy, and detection limit for determining the saponins were studied and the samples from different areas in China were analyzed. The HPLC-ESI-MS was used to identify the saponins. The results indicate that the HPLC-UV provided a good accuracy, reproducibility and sensitivity for the determination of the ten saponins. 展开更多

The clonal diversity of Clintonia udensis Trautv.et Mey.was detected by ISSR markers among 16 populations,and its correlation with ecological factors was analyzed as well in this work.Results showed that individuals(clonal ramets)per genotype were 1.12 and 1.149 at population and species levels,respectively,and that the 16 populations were all multiclonal.The detected genotypes were localized,without exception,within populations but demonstrated relatively high clonal differentiation among populations.The clonal diversity of the studied populations was high,with the average Simpson's index of 0.975,while the genets showed a clonal architecture of"guerilla".The population genetic diversities revealed by genet were consistent with those by ramet,further confirming their genetic differentiation among populations.And its genotype diversity within populations probably resulted largely from the frequent seedling regeneration and self-compatibility.In addition,the correlation analysis further revealed that,among the ecological factors,Simpson's index of C.udensis had a significant positive correlation(P<0.05)with pH values in the soil but not others. 展开更多

HOX transcription factors and their cofactors,MEINOX,are critical regulators of positional identity and cellular plasticity.While their functions are essential during embryonic development,they also play key roles in maintaining adult tissue homeostasis.Dysregulation of HOX and MEINOX has been implicated in the pathogenesis of various diseases,including fibrosis and cancer.This review explores the contributions of HOX and MEINOX to dedifferentiation and cellular reprogramming,processes that drive fibrotic disease onset and cancer progression.It also addresses their role in extracellular matrix remodeling in these conditions.Particular attention is given to their involvement in epithelialmesenchymal transition,where altered HOX and MEINOX expression promotes phenotypic plasticity,cancer invasiveness,and fibrotic tissue remodeling.By integrating these perspectives,this review underscores the significance of HOXMEINOX dysregulation and altered positional identity in disease progression.Targeting this dysregulation may offer innovative strategies to modulate epithelial-mesenchymal transition and extracellular matrix dynamics,presenting new therapeutic opportunities for combating fibrosis and cancer. 展开更多

MEIS1基因甲基化检测在膀胱癌尿液无创诊断中的价值

目的分析尿液髓系生态型病毒插入位点1(myeloid ecotropic viral integration site 1,MEIS1)基因甲基化在膀胱癌早期诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2023年8月至2024年5月哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院膀胱癌患者及非肿瘤患者作为建模队列,使... 目的分析尿液髓系生态型病毒插入位点1(myeloid ecotropic viral integration site 1,MEIS1)基因甲基化在膀胱癌早期诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2023年8月至2024年5月哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院膀胱癌患者及非肿瘤患者作为建模队列,使用尿液及组织样本,联合癌症基因组图谱(TCGA)、基因表达综合数据库(GEO)中数据进行基因甲基化差异性分析,确定膀胱癌特异性甲基化标志物。选取2024年6月至2024年10月的膀胱癌患者及非肿瘤患者作为验证队列,通过与术后病理结果比较分析MEIS1的诊断价值。结果共纳入297例研究对象,其中建模队列中膀胱癌患者94例、非肿瘤患者83例,验证队列中膀胱癌患者90例、非肿瘤患者30例。建模队列、TCGA和GEO数据分析筛选出HOXA9、CRTR、TWIST1、MEIS1、IFR85个基因,以甲基化背景低且癌旁、癌组织甲基化差异程度高为标准进一步筛选(AUC≥0.9),确定MEIS1基因作为验证位点。验证队列中,MEIS1基因甲基化区分膀胱癌和正常患者的准确性、敏感度、特异度分别为89.2%、91.1%、83.3%,与金标准的阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尿液MEIS1基因甲基化检测在膀胱癌的无创尿液诊断领域具有重要的临床价值。 展开更多

设置不同水分梯度,分析梭梭[Haloxylon ammodendron(C.A.Mey.)Bunge]幼苗根区不同土层土壤水分含量的变化以及梭梭幼苗生长的变化,探究梭梭幼苗在不同时期、不同干旱胁迫下的响应特征。结果表明,梭梭幼苗根区0~20 cm土层土壤水分含量小... 设置不同水分梯度,分析梭梭[Haloxylon ammodendron(C.A.Mey.)Bunge]幼苗根区不同土层土壤水分含量的变化以及梭梭幼苗生长的变化,探究梭梭幼苗在不同时期、不同干旱胁迫下的响应特征。结果表明,梭梭幼苗根区0~20 cm土层土壤水分含量小于20~40 cm土层,各时期土壤水分含量偏度系数和峰度系数均表现为0~20 cm土层大于20~40 cm土层;梭梭幼苗生长期(6月、8月、10月)各土层土壤水分含量变化在0.05的检验水平下符合正态分布。在不同干旱胁迫下,梭梭幼苗植株各形态指标(株高、冠幅面积、基径)的增幅随时间延长均呈递减趋势,6—8月,梭梭幼苗株高增幅表现为轻度干旱处理>中度干旱处理>重度干旱处理>CK,冠幅面积增幅表现为轻度干旱处理>CK>中度干旱处理>重度干旱处理,基径增幅表现为CK>轻度干旱处理>中度干旱处理>重度干旱处理;8—10月,梭梭幼苗株高、冠幅面积、基径增幅均表现为CK>轻度干旱处理>中度干旱处理>重度干旱处理。生长期梭梭幼苗生境不同土层深度土壤水分含量与植物的株高、冠幅和基径均呈负相关,相关系数分别为-0.088、-0.506和-0.711,其中与基径的相关性达显著水平(P<0.05)。 展开更多

基于FEM-MEI和正余弦算法的二维电磁成像方法

针对二维介质目标的电磁成像问题,将正余弦算法(Sine Cosine Algorithm,SCA)与有限元方法(Finite Element Method,FEM)和不变性测试方程(Measured Equation of Invariance,MEI)进行结合提出一种新的成像方法。将FEM与MEI进行结合求解二... 针对二维介质目标的电磁成像问题,将正余弦算法(Sine Cosine Algorithm,SCA)与有限元方法(Finite Element Method,FEM)和不变性测试方程(Measured Equation of Invariance,MEI)进行结合提出一种新的成像方法。将FEM与MEI进行结合求解二维介质目标的电磁散射正问题,即求解Helmholtz方程。其中,MEI保证边界截断的精度,FEM适用于复杂介质目标的准确模拟。对于电磁散射逆问题,引入SCA并加以改进提出一种新的重构方法。该方法采用等效原理与格林函数的渐近式求得远区散射场,以测量的散射场和计算的散射场最大偏差为目标函数,采用改进的SCA优化介质参数,使目标函数达到最小值,以此重构散射体。为提高计算效率,采用MPI算法进行并行计算。文中采用基准函数展示了改进的SCA算法的快速收敛性,并采用非规则的均匀介质柱目标验证了成像方法的正确性。 展开更多

Improving innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher institutions: the impact of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation" education on undergraduates' entrepreneurial intentions 被引量:1

The exploration of the way"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"(MEI)education influences students'aspirations to become entrepreneurs has grown into an important area of analysis in studies related to higher education.This research intends to examine the consequences of MEI education on students'tendency towards entrepreneurship,and to put forward methods for augmenting the teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship in private higher educational establishments.To achieve this objective,questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were employed in the study,which involved a total of 197 students and five education experts.The statistical analysis of the questionnaire data revealed that MEI education was positively related to students'entrepreneurial intentions,and that both entrepreneurial experience and family entrepreneurial background played moderating roles in this relationship.The interview findings indicated that private universities could enhance educational reforms by designing talent training programs,developing diversified curricula,and developing more professional entrepreneurial platforms to encourage students'entrepreneurial intentions.This study offers fresh insights for improving and perfecting the mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education in private universities. 展开更多
