Application of 3-methylpyridine and Its Derivatives in Pesticide Synthesis

As people pay more and more attention to environmental protection and food safety, the theme of new pesticide creation in the new era is still "high efficiency, low toxicity and safety", which is also the development trend of new pesticides. Pyridine pesticides have the characteristics of high efficiency, low toxicity, broad spectrum and no obvious drug resistance, and have become the focus of research and development of new pesticides. Based on this, this paper focuses on the application of picoline and its derivatives in pesticide synthesis, and analyzes the integration and application of green control technology in plant diseases and insect pests control. It is hoped that some help and suggestions can be given to relevant researchers in the chemical and pesticide manufacturing industries, so as to effectively promote better application of methylpyridine and its derivatives in the synthesis of pesticides. 展开更多

The reaction conditions, the product separation and analysis were studied. The results indicate that under the certain reaction conditions, the yield of nicotinic acid can reach 67.4%, the conversion can reach 99.7% and the selectivity can be as high as 99.8%. A novel isopolyanion salt [(CH 3Py) 2H] 2W 6O 19 was synthesized by the reaction of a white powdery tungstic acid (WPTA) with p methylpyridine, and characterized by elemental analyses, infrared spectrometry and X ray diffraction methods. In the crystal structure of the title compound there are a hexatungstate anion and two unique [(CH 3Py) 2H] + dimeric cations, and the most specific aspect of its structure is the first reported hydrogen bond existing between two of the p methylpyridine molecules with a N_N distance of 0.267 3 nm. This hydrogen bond is analogous to that between the water molecules in H 5O 2 +, but is rather weaker. 展开更多
