The UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles) and the use of graphical data files of extension KML (keyhole markup language) have become popular nowadays. Devel...The UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles) and the use of graphical data files of extension KML (keyhole markup language) have become popular nowadays. The KML files are associated to the Google Earth applications. Developed by Microdrone company for planning, overflight simulation and data flight analysis, the program mdCockpit was used in this experiment. The UAV Microdrone's flight path was programmed in two ways: using geo referenced images from Google Earth and entering points coordinates into the program. These points have had their geographical decimal coordinates collected by GPS (global positioning system) (RTK (real time kinematic)) method. The aim here is to describe a way of evaluating the difference between the alternatives of flight planning. A flight path, defined a route with 22 points, was also simulated in the program mdCockpit. The points were collected and saved, while the images captured by the program went automatically forming a georeferenced mosaic. A comparison between the differences of coordinates to each point was made by choosing on the images and also by a RTK positioning. The result was up to 14.20 m to a 100 m flight height. There is a significant change of position and this can result in unwanted over flights in locations or even jeopardizing the safety of air activity.展开更多

Extended MD4 was proposed by Rivest in 1990, and RIPEMD was devised in the framework o...The cryptographic hash functions Extended MD4 and RIPEMD are double-branch hash functions, which consist of two parallel branches. Extended MD4 was proposed by Rivest in 1990, and RIPEMD was devised in the framework of the RIPE project (RACE Integrity Primitives Evaluation, 1988-1992). On the basis of differential analysis and meet-in-the- middle attack principle, this paper proposes a collision attack on the full Extended MD4 and a pseudo-preimage attack on the full RIPEMD respectively. The collision attack on Extended MD4 holds with a complexity of 237, and a collision instance is presented. The pseudo-preimage attack on RIPEMD holds with a complexity of 21254, which optimizes the complexity order for brute-force attack. The results in this study will also be beneficial to the analysis of other double-branch hash functions such as RIPEMD-160.展开更多
Peking Union Medical College(PUMC)launched the"4+4"Medical Doctor(MD)pilot program in 2018,admitting students with non-medical backgrounds from top universities,aligning with national medical talent training...Peking Union Medical College(PUMC)launched the"4+4"Medical Doctor(MD)pilot program in 2018,admitting students with non-medical backgrounds from top universities,aligning with national medical talent training policies to foster diverse and eager learners in medicine.On the occasion of the graduation of the first class of the"4+4"MD pilot class at PUMC in 2023,we reviewed the teaching reform in the pilot program and carried out a systematic survey and interviews with students,faculties,and management staff of the pilot class.This article reports on the measures taken by the pilot class at PUMC in enrollment and curriculum setting,and demonstrates the achievements of the pilot class in terms of student academic background structure,knowledge acquisition and skill learning,scientific research ability,and course evaluation.The results indicated that the pilot class had met the national demand for the"Medicine+X"talent training model.More specifically,with a diverse academic backgrounds,the pilot class graduates had academic levels comparable to the eight-year medical education graduates,and their scientific research abilities were satisfactory.The pilot program at PUMC will optimize the curriculum setting,strengthen the construction of faculty,learning resources,and teaching facilities,and reform the academic evaluation methods,thus deepening the reform of medical education and improving the"4+4"MD program as a novel medical education model.展开更多
