X-ray drive asymmetry is one of the main seeds of low-mode implosion asymmetry that blocks further improvement of the nuclear per-formance of“high-foot”experiments on the National Ignition Facility[Miller et al.,Nucl.Fusion 44,S228(2004)].More particularly,the P2 asymmetry of Au's M-band flux can also severely influence the implosion performance of ignition capsules[Li et al.,Phys.Plasmas 23,072705(2016)].Here we study the smoothing effect of mid-and/or high-Z dopants in ablator on Au's M-band flux asymmetries,by modeling and comparing the implosion processes of a Ge-doped ignition capsule and a Si-doped one driven by X-ray sources with P2 M-band flux asymmetry.As the results,(1)mid-or high-Z dopants absorb hard X-rays(M-band flux)and re-emit isotropically,which helps to smooth the asymmetric M-band flux arriving at the ablation front,therefore reducing the P2 asymmetries of the imploding shell and hot spot;(2)the smoothing effect of Ge-dopant is more remarkable than Si-dopant because its opacity in Au's M-band is higher than the latter's;and(3)placing the doped layer at a larger radius in ablator is more efficient.Applying this effect may not be a main measure to reduce the low-mode implosion asymmetry,but might be of significance in some critical situations such as inertial confinement fusion(ICF)experiments very near the performance cliffs of asymmetric X-ray drives. 展开更多

Wavelet transform has attracted attention because it is a very useful tool for signal analyzing. As a fundamental characteristic of an image, texture traits play an important role in the human vision system for recognition and interpretation of images. The paper presents an approach to implement texture-based image retrieval using M-band wavelet transform. Firstly the traditional 2-band wavelet is extended to M-band wavelet transform. Then the wavelet moments are computed by M-band wavelet coefficients in the wavelet domain. The set of wavelet moments forms the feature vector related to the texture distribution of each wavelet images. The distances between the feature vectors describe the similarities of different images. The experimental result shows that the M-band wavelet moment features of the images are effective for image indexing. The retrieval method has lower computational complexity, yet it is capable of giving better retrieval performance for a given medical image database. 展开更多

To solve the inter carrier interference (ICI) elimination problem of an M-band wavelet multi-carrier modulation system, this paper analyzes the principle of the ICI caused by the Doppler frequency shift and its mathematical expression based on the M-band wavelet multi-carrier modulation system model. Through the analysis of the mathematical expression and combining with the perfect reconstruction conditions of the filter banks, we propose the design conditions of an M-band filter to reduce and eliminate the ICI. The impulse response model of the filter design conditions and an iterative algorithm is also established. The simulation results show that the proposed ICI reduction and elimination methods can effectively improve the system performance. 展开更多

Orthogonal and linear phase M band wavelet transform was used to decompose the image into channel which corresponds to different directions and resolution levels. Orthogonal M-band compactly supported interpolating wavelet theory

Recently, 2-band interpolating wavelet transform has attracted much attention. It has the following several features: (i) The wavelet series transform coefficients of a signal in the multiresolution subspace are exactly consistent with its discrete wavelet transform coefficients; (ii) good approximation performance; (iii) efficiency in computation. However orthogonal 2-band compactly supported interpolating wavelet transform is only the first order. In order to overcome this shortcoming, the orthogonal M-band compactly supported interpolating wavelet basis is established. First, the unitary interpolating scaling filters of the lengthL =MK are characterized. Second, a scheme is given to design high-order unitary interpolating scaling filters. Third, a parameterization of the unitary interpolating scaling filters of the lengthL = 4M is made. Fourth, the orthogonal 2-order and 3-order three-band compactly supported interpolating scaling functions are constructed. Finally, the properties of the orthogonal M-band compactly supported interpolating wavelets and the approximation performance of the Mallat projection are discussed. For the smooth signal inL 2(?), the asymptotic formula of the approximation enor of the Mallat projection is obtained, and for the band-limited signal, the quantitative estimate of its upper bounds is given. The results show that the Mallat projection has the same approximation order as the orthogonal projection, and particularly for the orthogonal even number-order M-band compactly supported interpolating scaling function, they have the same approximation performance. The quantitative result also shows that the selection of the initial scale depends on the distribution of the signal frequency and the regularity order of the scaling function. For the given scaling function and signal, using these results one can determine the initial scale and at the same time estimate the initial scaling coefficients without prefiltering according to the error requirement 展开更多

It is focused on the orthogonal M-band wavelet approximation power for band-limited signals and on the quantitative analysis of the approximation behavior of scaling filters and scaling function frequency response near zero. A sharp upper bound of the approximation errors in multiresolution subspaces is obtained for band-limited signals. With this bound one may select better wavelet base and corresponding smaller scale factor to satisfy the given measure of the approximation error. Finally, the experiments of 2-band Daubechies wavelet bases show that signals with the normalized energy and bandwidth almost belong to \%V\-2\% spanned by \%D\%\-8 with the satisfactory error measure. 展开更多

相对位置感知作为协同导航的核心也是车辆智能驾驶的关键技术,在车辆自组网(Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks,VANET)协同定位算法中具有重要作用。然而限于系统非线性及有色噪声干扰,相同硬件平台下的相对位置后验信息获取通常局限于一定精... 相对位置感知作为协同导航的核心也是车辆智能驾驶的关键技术,在车辆自组网(Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks,VANET)协同定位算法中具有重要作用。然而限于系统非线性及有色噪声干扰,相同硬件平台下的相对位置后验信息获取通常局限于一定精度。针对上述问题,基于抗差理论提出一种Huber M估计的鲁棒容积滤波(Robust Cubature Kalman Filtering,RCKF)车辆相对位置估计算法。该算法通过结合容积法则进行非线性更新,将量测方程转换为观测量和状态预测的线性回归问题后利用M估计实现求解,通过Huber损失函数降低受干扰量测值权重实现估计性能调整。紧组合车辆相对位置估计的实验表明,与容积滤波(Cubature Kalman Filter,CKF)相比,RCKF估计结果在均方根上改善23.59%,在准确度上改善21.81%,在精度上改善27.39%,有效提高了相对位置估计精确性和鲁棒性,为车辆协同定位解决方案提供一种可供参考的系统质量控制策略。 展开更多

随着小波理论的发展与应用,小波变换已成为信号分析处理的一种强有力的新工具。本文根据M带小波变换理论,结合地震数据的特征,将M带小波变换应用于地震数据的压缩处理,提出了地震数据的压缩编码算法。其压缩过程为:首先对地震数据... 随着小波理论的发展与应用,小波变换已成为信号分析处理的一种强有力的新工具。本文根据M带小波变换理论,结合地震数据的特征,将M带小波变换应用于地震数据的压缩处理,提出了地震数据的压缩编码算法。其压缩过程为:首先对地震数据进行二维M带小波分解,形成由小波变换系数构成的分频剖面;然后对各子带中的细节分量进行阈值取舍,保留有用的细节分量而会去无用的或对原始数据贡献较小的成分;再采用自适应方法对所剩的M带小波变换系数进行尺度量化;最后采用算术编码进行熵编码,完成地震数据的压缩编码全过程。数据重建可通过作解码、反量化、利用M带小波逆变换实现之。实验结果表明,该方法简单、易操作,对地震数据压缩行之有效,压缩比可达10~30。 展开更多
