The Emergence of Loving Pedagogy in the L2 Affective Domain:How Affective Pedagogy Accounts for Chinese EFL Teachers’Professional Success and Job Satisfaction?

The success of teachers in professional environments has a desirable influence on their mental condition.Simply said,teachers’professional success plays a crucial role in improving their mental health.Due to the invaluable role of professional success in teachers’mental health,personal and professional variables helping teachers succeed in their profession need to be uncovered.While the role of teachers’personal qualities has been well researched,the function of professional variables has remained unknown.To address the existing gap,the current investigation measured the role of two professional variables,namely job satisfaction and loving pedagogy,in Chinese EFL teachers’professional success.To do this,three validated scales were provided to 1591 Chinese EFL teachers.Participants’answers to the questionnaires were analyzed using the Spearman correlation test and structural equation modeling.The data analysis demonstrated a strong,positive link between the variables.Moreover,loving pedagogy was found to be the positive,strong predictor of Chinese EFL teachers’job satisfaction and professional success.The findings of the current inquiry may help educational administrators enhance their instructors’professional success,which in turn promotes their mental and psychological conditions at work. 展开更多

Purpose:Chinese kindergarten teachers commonly held"loving and caring for young children"as a core professional ethic,but many reported fatigue and burnout because of this ethical practice.This study presents a unique account of how children's free play has helped transform teachers'professional ethics and increased their professional satisfaction.Design/Approach/Methods:Followinga purposivesampling,we interviewed eight Chinese teachers who actively promoted children's free play.The analysis of the interview transcripts led to an in-depth interpretation of the teachers'experiences through a dialogue with various concepts and theories.Findings:A major finding was that children's free play facilitated the change in teachers'understandings of their professional ethics.Their observation and support of children's free play brought them the unprecedented joy of teaching,which helped them redefine loving and caring for children andgave risetoa new codeof professional ethics. 展开更多

The nature of the Kumkol Basin,northern margin of Qinghai-Xizang Plateau constraints from seismic velocity structure

The Kumkol Basin,situated in the northern margin of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau,provides a unique window into understanding the dynamic mechanisms driving the plateau’s northern expansion.However,its formation and tectonic evolution remain poorly understood due to limited geophysical data in this region.In this study,we computed cross-correlations for the TT components of station-pairs with high signal-to-noise ratios to extract Love wave waveforms and further performed Lovewave ambient noise tomography to image the upper crustal shear-wave velocity structure of the Kumkol basin down to 10 km depth.Our seismic velocity model reveals that the Kumkol Basin has a sedimentary thickness exceeding 8 km,with its center located near the Arka Mountain on the southern side.This suggests that the basin was likely formed as a foreland basin in response to the uplift of the Qiman Tagh Mountain to the north.Additionally,integrated with seismic reflection data,our seismic velocity model images a detachment fault at the basin basement depth.We inferred that the Kumkol Anticlinorium at the basin’s center have been produced by multiple thrust faults converging into this detachment fault at 8–10 km depth following the Early to Middle Miocene uplift of the Qiman Tagh Mountain.This structural configuration indicates pulsed basinward deformation since the late Miocene,likely reflecting a tectonic regime shift from extrusion to distributed shortening in the northern Qinghai-Xizang Plateau.Our findings provide a high-resolution velocity model of the Kumkol Basin,offering critical insights into its structural evolution and supporting future resource exploration in this underexplored region. 展开更多

为了探索声表面波器件在质量传感中的应用,本文应用理论分析和数值计算的方法系统研究了压电层合结构中Love波的传播特性。以附加质量层/压电敏感层/半无限大弹性半空间结构作为研究对象,构建理论解用以满足每层的动力学控制方程以及层... 为了探索声表面波器件在质量传感中的应用,本文应用理论分析和数值计算的方法系统研究了压电层合结构中Love波的传播特性。以附加质量层/压电敏感层/半无限大弹性半空间结构作为研究对象,构建理论解用以满足每层的动力学控制方程以及层与层之间的连续性边界条件,得到Love波传播的相速度方程;在验证了相速度方程的正确性后,参数化分析了附加质量层的结构参数和材料参数对Love波相速度的影响,包括厚度、剪切模量、密度、介电系数等;给出了仅考虑附加质量层惯性作用下Love波频散方程的近似求解方法,并分析了其适用区间。研究结果表明:Love波对附加质量层的厚度特别敏感,而其介电系数对Love波的相速度几乎没有影响,且Love波的相速度随附加质量层密度的增大线性减小。本文给出的仅考虑附加质量层惯性的理论分析模型具有普适性,不仅在附加质量层很薄的情况下具有较高的计算精度,而且还可使求解过程得到大大简化。相关结果和方法能够为声表面器件在质量传感中的应用提供参考。 展开更多

[目的]旨在基于Rayleigh–Ritz法研究不同边界条件下含T型环肋及舱壁圆柱壳自由振动特性。[方法]根据经典的Love壳体和薄板理论,建立圆柱壳以及舱壁的数学物理模型。采用欧拉-伯努利梁理论,将T型环肋视为离散单元,通过其截面形心与壳体中面位移转角的关系,经坐标转换后建立其数学模型。选取改进傅里叶级数作为位移惩罚函数,统一圆柱壳-板-T型环肋的位移表达形式。引入惩罚函数,改变相应的弹簧刚度模拟舱壁柱壳之间的连续条件及两端的边界条件。通过能量泛函得到耦合结构振动控制方程。[结果]通过与数值方法结果的对比,验证了所提方法的收敛性、准确性和可靠性。[结论]研究表明,T型环肋以及舱壁数量、位置与耦合结构的自由振动特性关系密切,所作工作可以为舰船工程设计和应用提供参考。 展开更多

基于Au/SiO_(2)双层波导Love波液相生物器件的研究

针对Love波声表面波传感器在液相生物检测中的性能评价与结构优化,提出采用Au/SiO_(2)的双层波导结构,并引入Cr作为SiO_(2)与Au之间的黏附层,以改善SiO_(2)在Au表面沉积的黏附性与致密性。基于有限元仿真软件,从质量负载灵敏度的角度验... 针对Love波声表面波传感器在液相生物检测中的性能评价与结构优化,提出采用Au/SiO_(2)的双层波导结构,并引入Cr作为SiO_(2)与Au之间的黏附层,以改善SiO_(2)在Au表面沉积的黏附性与致密性。基于有限元仿真软件,从质量负载灵敏度的角度验证了双层波导结构Love波声表面波器件的理论可行性。模拟计算结果表明,当Au=0.1μm,SiO_(2)=2μm时,该结构的质量灵敏度达到了最优值,为-29.83 kHz·cm2/μg。此外,Au层厚度为0.1μm与电极厚度一致,因此在后续实验中将采用Au波导层与电极层一同制作。在实验测试中,通过MEMS工艺制备以ST-90°X石英为衬底的具有Au单层波导结构的延迟线型SAW器件,使用等离子体增强化学气相沉积(PECVD)技术沉积第二层波导层SiO_(2),利用热蒸镀技术在延迟线区域生长铝薄膜作为质量负载。通过四甲基氢氧化铵(TMAH)溶液对铝薄膜的腐蚀作用,采用适用于液相生物传感器的声表面波器件质量负载灵敏度实时检测系统,从相位层面实时检测器件的相位变化,实现对双层波导声表面波传感器灵敏度的验证与评价,得出在Au=0.1μm,SiO_(2)=0.15μm,Al=0.15μm时,器件的相位变化最大为124°。在最优参数下,改变铝膜厚度,得出双层波导结构声表面波传感器的灵敏度达到0.81(°)/nm,具备良好的线性度与稳定性。 展开更多

槽波地震勘探技术因为具有分辨率高、探测距离远等特点,在煤矿井下地球物理勘探中已得到广泛应用。该技术可探测断层位置、走向等,但无法实现断层断距的定量探测。为实现断层断距的定量判识,首先,从理论推导与数值模拟的角度,分析不同... 槽波地震勘探技术因为具有分辨率高、探测距离远等特点,在煤矿井下地球物理勘探中已得到广泛应用。该技术可探测断层位置、走向等,但无法实现断层断距的定量探测。为实现断层断距的定量判识,首先,从理论推导与数值模拟的角度,分析不同断距的断层对Love槽波频散特征及能量分配模式的影响,解析能量分配的影响因素;然后,通过定量计算Love波振幅分布曲线、频散曲线,并与理论数据对比分析,提出等效反射系数(反射槽波能量与反射透射槽波总能量之比)这一敏感参数,导出断层断距与等效反射系数随波长的变化率之间的定量关系,并通过数值模拟法分析槽波数据定量关系式的适应范围;最后,通过实测槽波数据试验,验证等效反射系数断距定量方法的有效性。结果表明:数值模型的验证发现,断距大于1 m时,等效反射系数具有良好的探测精度;断距小于1 m时,由于能量拾取及计算中的误差,探测精度有所下降;实测数据发现,等效反射系数除了受到断层断距的影响外,还受到断层倾角等因素的影响,应用定量关系式预测的断层断距与实际揭露的断层断距绝对误差为0.58 m,相对误差为12.9%。实测数据预测断距与揭露断距基本相符,验证了该方法的有效性。该方法可为工作面安全高效生产及后续采煤工作面精准地质建模等提供技术支撑,但该方法在应用时受到断层倾角和观测系统的限制,在断层倾角较大和难以接收透射槽波的情况下精度会进一步下降,下一步将研究断层倾角探测并降低该方法对观测系统的依赖性。 展开更多
