Through periodic interdigital capacitors, the phase of the current on the loop is compensated and kept in phase. Hence, a loop with a perimeter of one wavelength at 900 MHz achieves a uniform near magnetic field distribution inside the loop. A novel method is proposed to evaluate the performance of the coplanar waveguide (CPW) to coplanar stripline (CPS) transition, which is used as a balun for the feeding network in this paper. This loop antenna has a 70 MHz operating bandwidth and 12 cm maximum reading range when the output power is 24 dBm, which is suitable for most near field radio frequency identification (RFID) applications. 展开更多

The paper investigates closed-loop transmit diversity (CLTD) systems with antenna selection technique. The expected received signal-noise-ratio (RxSNR) of the proposed systems is analyzed and compared with CLTD systems. An algorithm is proposed for determining the number of increased transmit antennas in terms of a reduced RF chains without performance degradation. Since a feedback channel is bandwidth-limited, we present a method of quantizing transmit-weight vectors. Simulation results demonstrate advantage of the proposed systems with full and quantized feedback information. Quantized feedback has less effect on the proposed systems than CLTD systems. 展开更多

随着5G系统数据流量的快速增长,毫米波技术在5G等工业和学术应用领域引起了广泛的关注,但由于相关的高路径损耗衰减、多路径干扰等特点,引入多输入多输出(MIMO)技术来提高其无线通信的频谱效率和覆盖范围。设计了一种基于回型环去耦结... 随着5G系统数据流量的快速增长,毫米波技术在5G等工业和学术应用领域引起了广泛的关注,但由于相关的高路径损耗衰减、多路径干扰等特点,引入多输入多输出(MIMO)技术来提高其无线通信的频谱效率和覆盖范围。设计了一种基于回型环去耦结构的紧凑型陷波毫米波MIMO天线,整体尺寸仅为24 mm×18 mm×0.8 mm。天线整体刻蚀在FR4—KB板材上,通过在天线辐射贴片刻蚀“H”型缝隙,实现了n258(24.25-27.5 GHz)频段的陷波。进一步,在接地板设置回型环结构来产生高频谐振点,使得MIMO天线获得良好的去耦效果。仿真与测试结果可以看出:该宽带毫米波天线工作频段为20.9-33.2 GHz(相对带宽达到49%),隔离度均大于18.2 dB,满足MIMO天线隔离度要求,包络相关系数(ECC)小于0.004,具有良好的辐射效率和增益性能,可以广泛用于毫米波MIMO天线通信系统。 展开更多

Ultra wide bands antennas with notched bands characteristics have recently been considered for efficient communication between devices. In this paper, a compact ultra-wideband antenna (UWB) for UWB applications with triple bandnotched characteristics is presented. The proposed antenna consists of a square patch with four truncated corners and a partial ground plane with a rectangular slit. The operation bandwidth of the designed antenna is from 2.66 GHz to more than 13.5 GHz. Band-notched characteristics of antenna to reject the frequency band of 3.18 - 3.59 GHz and 4.70 - 5.88 GHz, is realized by inserting two C-shaped slots in the patch, the third band of 9.54 - 12.22 GHz is achieved by slottype capacitively-loaded loop (CLL) inserted in the patch near the feed line. 为解决现有移动通信多频段天线体积较大、频带不够宽等问题,设计了一款基于微带矩形环形天线单元的三频段微带天线。首先,在42 mm×20 mm×1.6 mm的FR-4介质基板上设计一款谐振频率为2.4 GHz的矩形环形天线;然后,在矩形环形天... 为解决现有移动通信多频段天线体积较大、频带不够宽等问题,设计了一款基于微带矩形环形天线单元的三频段微带天线。首先,在42 mm×20 mm×1.6 mm的FR-4介质基板上设计一款谐振频率为2.4 GHz的矩形环形天线;然后,在矩形环形天线的内部放置上下对称的两款矩形贴片,得到一款双频段的天线;最后,采用类分形的方法,在内部的两块矩形贴片的左右两边分别刻蚀矩形贴片,最终矩形环内为上下对称的两块H形贴片,在不改变天线面积的情况下,改变了天线内部的电流路径,从而设计出一款三频段的环形天线。CST仿真测试结果显示:天线的工作频段为2.232~2.624 GHz、4.38~4.98 GHz和5.171~6.859 GHz,相对带宽分别为16.3%、12.25%、28.64%,能满足移动通信的基本需求。 展开更多

为解决目前百千米级远程通信需要依赖于中继的问题,提出了一种短波无盲区天线系统,即用于双电小环车载行进间利用近垂直入射天波(NVIS)通信的天线系统,其工作频段为3~12 MHz。天线系统主要由天线主体结构及天线自动调谐机构两部分组成,... 为解决目前百千米级远程通信需要依赖于中继的问题,提出了一种短波无盲区天线系统,即用于双电小环车载行进间利用近垂直入射天波(NVIS)通信的天线系统,其工作频段为3~12 MHz。天线系统主要由天线主体结构及天线自动调谐机构两部分组成,主体结构包括内圆环、外方环和金属接地平面,内圆环通过电感耦合激励外方环。双电小环天线有很窄的工作带宽,基于此开发了自动调谐电容和自动匹配网络,以适用于实际短波通信。为验证天线的实际通信性能,开展了远程短波通信实验。实验结果表明,在3~12 MHz工作频段内,回波损耗可始终调谐至接近或低于-10 dB。通信实验也证明了该天线系统在大范围(半径500 km)内无需任何中继即可实现较为优异的无盲区通信能力。该天线系统在应急救援通信、无人区的远程通信以及业余无线电(火腿电台)领域具有较为显著的应用前景。 展开更多

The size of UHF sensor used for PD UHF online monitoring in transformer is excessively large,therefore,it is not convenient for internal installation of transformer. Two types of compact UHF antennas with small sizes,a Hilbert fractal antenna and a small loop antenna are presented. PD experiments of three typically artificial insulation defects are executed and both antennas are used for PD measurement. The spectra of power via frequency of detected PD signals are analyzed and compared. The experimental results show that the Hilbert fractal antenna and small loop antenna are qualified for PD online UHF monitoring. 展开更多

A Low Profile Four-Way Directional Antenna with Dual Polarization

This paper presents a low profile dual polarized directional antenna composed of loop and dipole arrays mounted on a ground plane with each loops and dipoles being fed independently. Each loop antenna is paired with a reflector while each dipole antenna is paired with a director and a reflector. The proposed antenna is intended for an indoor base station (BS) with resonance frequency of 2.4 GHz and capable of producing four orthogonal directional pattern with downward elevation angle equals to 30°;and half power bandwidth (HPBW) less than 80°;in both vertical and horizontal polarization. The reflection characteristics of the loop and dipole arrays are less than -10 dB and the mutual coupling between the vertical and horizontal polarization elements is nearly less than -20 dB. In later progress, the dipole antenna was substituted with printed dipole antenna to achieve a better performance. Both the calculated and measured results demonstrated that the desired radiation patterns were achieved, and the measured results agreed well with the calculated ones. Consequently, a low profile antenna with a thickness of 0.16 λ (20 mm) having the expected radiation pattern is successfully designed. 展开更多

In this paper, we propose a smart step closed-loop power control (SSPC) algorithm and a base station assignment method based on minimizing the transmitter power (BSA-MTP) technique in a direct sequence-code division multiple access (DS-CDMA) receiver with frequency-selective Rayleigh fading. This receiver consists of three stages. In the first stage, with constrained least mean squared (CLMS) algorithm, the desired users’ signal in an arbitrary path is passed and the inter-path interference (IPI) is reduced in other paths in each RAKE finger. Also in this stage, the multiple access interference (MAI) from other users is reduced. Thus, the matched filter (MF) can use for more reduction of the IPI and MAI in each RAKE finger in the second stage. Also in the third stage, the output signals from the matched filters are combined according to the conventional maximal ratio combining (MRC) principle and then are fed into the decision circuit of the desired user. The simulation results indicate that the SSPC algorithm and the BSA-MTP technique can significantly reduce the network bit error rate (BER) compared to the other methods. Also, we observe that significant savings in total transmit power (TTP) are possible with our methods. 展开更多

The envelope of a hypersonic vehicle is affected by severe fluctuating pressure, which causes the airborne antenna to vibrate slightly. This vibration mixes with the transmitted signals and thus introduces additional multiplicative phase noise. Antenna vibration and signal coupling effects as well as their influence on the lock threshold of the hypersonic vehicle carrier tracking system of the Ka band are investigated in this study. A vibration model is initially established to obtain phase noise in consideration of the inherent relationship between vibration displacement and electromagnetic wavelength. An analytical model of the Phase-Locked Loop(PLL), which is widely used in carrier tracking systems, is established. The coupling effects on carrier tracking performance are investigated and quantitatively analyzed by imposing the multiplicative phase noise on the PLL model. Simulation results show that the phase noise presents a Gaussian distribution and is similar to vibration displacement variation. A large standard deviation in vibration displacement exerts a significant effect on the lock threshold. A critical standard deviation is observed in the PLL of Binary Phase Shift Keying(BPSK) and Quadrature Phase Shift Keying(QPSK) signals. The effect on QPSK signals is more severe than that on BPSK signals. The maximum tolerable standard deviations normalized by the wavelength of the carrier are 0.04 and 0.02 for BPSK and QPSK signals,respectively. With these critical standard deviations, lock thresholds are increased from à12 andà4 d B to 3 and à2 d B, respectively. 展开更多

对于大型星载平面天线而言,其形面精度决定着电性能,如何快速精准调控形面精度是其生产制造中的关键难题。为此,提出一种全新的基于人在回路的大型星载平面天线形面精度优化调控方法,将专家的现场反馈作用与前期工程经验融入到天线形面... 对于大型星载平面天线而言,其形面精度决定着电性能,如何快速精准调控形面精度是其生产制造中的关键难题。为此,提出一种全新的基于人在回路的大型星载平面天线形面精度优化调控方法,将专家的现场反馈作用与前期工程经验融入到天线形面精度优化调控当中,在提升调控效率的同时实现形面精度最优。首先,构建了基于专家信念增强的人类知识数学表征模型与偏好学习模型。在传统贝叶斯优化的基础上,将专家知识有机地衔接到贝叶斯优化过程当中,从而构建了人在回路的贝叶斯优化模型,让专家的现场反馈作用无缝融入优化过程。然后,基于人在回路的贝叶斯优化算法,以形面精度最小为目标函数,以杆长调整尺寸为优化变量,整合工艺人员经验进行大型星载平面天线的形面精度调控。最后,利用数值案例分析与天线缩比样机实际装调试验对所提方法进行验证。结果表明所提方法能够明显加速优化收敛速度,大幅提升形面精度与调控效率。 展开更多

通过构建相控阵天线角跟踪回路模型并进行仿真,用于辅助设计角跟踪回路中α-β滤波估计算法的参数以及整个回路的闭环周期、延迟时间。首先,介绍相控阵天线角跟踪系统的设备组成,并基于此构建角跟踪回路的仿真模型;其次通过阶跃信号测... 通过构建相控阵天线角跟踪回路模型并进行仿真,用于辅助设计角跟踪回路中α-β滤波估计算法的参数以及整个回路的闭环周期、延迟时间。首先,介绍相控阵天线角跟踪系统的设备组成,并基于此构建角跟踪回路的仿真模型;其次通过阶跃信号测试角跟踪回路的动态响应性能,并基于此确定滤波估计算法参数以及跟踪回路的闭环周期、延迟时间;进一步采用等速/正弦信号模拟飞行目标的机动特性,对角跟踪回路的滞后误差进行仿真,验证设计参数是否满足系统的使用需求;最后,利用正弦信号模拟天线载体平台的扰动特性,通过环路滞后误差仿真验证角跟踪回路的抗扰性能,再通过对滤波估计算法进行简单改进,提高回路的抗扰性能。实验结果表明:通过对角跟踪回路的建模仿真,能够快速实现角跟踪回路中各环节的参数及算法设计,大幅减小了试错成本。 展开更多

二元小型化高增益磁偶极子阵列天线设计

超方向性天线可以同时兼顾紧凑的结构和高方向性,因而被广泛研究。然而,极少有超方向性天线可以高效率地实现高增益辐射。基于此,文章提出了一种二元小型化高增益磁偶极子阵列天线设计。该设计方法简单有效,将两个零相移线环通过一个馈... 超方向性天线可以同时兼顾紧凑的结构和高方向性,因而被广泛研究。然而,极少有超方向性天线可以高效率地实现高增益辐射。基于此,文章提出了一种二元小型化高增益磁偶极子阵列天线设计。该设计方法简单有效,将两个零相移线环通过一个馈电端口直接连接,不同尺寸的零相移线环和直连拓扑结构可以精确地调控激励幅相,实现兼具小型化和高增益的磁偶极子天线设计。之后将该天线沿镜像对称平面切半并竖直放置在地板上,由于地板的作用,天线的增益提升约3dB并辐射倾斜波束。最后将这两款天线进行加工与测试,测试结果为:未加载金属地板的天线尺寸为0.44×0.23×0.01λ_(O^(3)),工作带宽为8.2%,可实现峰值增益为6.57dBi,加载地板的天线尺寸为0.29×0.25×0.01λ_(O^(3)),工作带宽为9.8%,可实现峰值增益为9.34dBi,倾斜角度为53°. 展开更多
