To enhance the prediction accuracy of landslides in in Longyan City,China,this study developed a methodology for geologic hazard susceptibility assessment based on a coupled model composed of a Geographic Information ...To enhance the prediction accuracy of landslides in in Longyan City,China,this study developed a methodology for geologic hazard susceptibility assessment based on a coupled model composed of a Geographic Information System(GIS)with integrated spatial data,a frequency ratio(FR)model,and a random forest(RF)model(also referred to as the coupled FR-RF model).The coupled FR-RF model was constructed based on the analysis of nine influential factors,including distance from roads,normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI),and slope.The performance of the coupled FR-RF model was assessed using metrics such as Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC)and Precision-Recall(PR)curves,yielding Area Under the Curve(AUC)values of 0.93 and 0.95,which indicate high predictive accuracy and reliability for geological hazard forecasting.Based on the model predictions,five susceptibility levels were determined in the study area,providing crucial spatial information for geologic hazard prevention and control.The contributions of various influential factors to landslide susceptibility were determined using SHapley Additive exPlanations(SHAP)analysis and the Gini index,enhancing the model interpretability and transparency.Additionally,this study discussed the limitations of the coupled FR-RF model and the prospects for its improvement using new technologies.This study provides an innovative method and theoretical support for geologic hazard prediction and management,holding promising prospects for application.展开更多

M...Objective To observe the analgesic effect on herpes zoster treated by the comprehensive therapy of blocking, surrounding needling, pricking and cupping combined with bloodletting at Longyan (龙眼, Extra) acupoint. Methods According to the random mumber table, 104 cases of herpes zoster were randomized into an observation group and a control group, 52 cases in each one. In the observation group, the blocking method was used at the starting site and the ending site of herpetic zone, the surrounding needling method was applied toward the center of the painful zone, with horizontal needling technique; and the local pricking and cupping methods as well as the bloodletting at Longyan (Extra) acupoint were adopted. In the control group, Jiáj (夹脊 EX-B 2) at the corresponding affected nerve segments and the local Ashi points were selected and stimulated with electroacupuncture. The visual analogue scale (VAS) was adopted to determine the analgesic effect 20 min, 1, 6, 12, 24 and 48 h after treatment separately in each group. Results The onset time of analgesic effect in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group and the efficacy time of duration was longer than that in the control group (all P0.05). The analgesic effect and the result of comprehensive efficacy assessment were superior to those of the control group (both P0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive therapy of blocking, surrounding needling, pricking and cupping method combined with bloodletting at Longyan (Extra) achieves the significant analgesic effect on herpes zoster.展开更多
Objective:To make statistics on the distribution of ApoE gene polymorphism in the Longyan area,provide data for the statistics of regional cerebrovascular diseases,explore the significance of ApoE gene polymorphism di...Objective:To make statistics on the distribution of ApoE gene polymorphism in the Longyan area,provide data for the statistics of regional cerebrovascular diseases,explore the significance of ApoE gene polymorphism distribution for clinical guidance,diagnosis and treatment,and provide more suggestions for clinical diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:800 patients with cerebrovascular disease in the Longyan area from July 2018 to April 2021 were selected as the research object,and 800 normal healthy patients were selected as the control group.The data were further analyzed according to the collected patient information,and the patients were distinguished according to age and other basic information,the type of cerebrovascular disease,ApoE gene polymorphism and blood lipid test results.The distribution of ApoE gene polymorphism in the cerebrovascular disease population in the Longyan area was given to determine the correlation between the incidence of cerebrovascular disease and the distribution of ApoE gene polymorphism.Results:In the study group,E2/E3 genotyping was the most common 400(50.00%),and E4/E4 genotyping 6(0.75%)was the least common;In the control group,E2/E4 genotyping was the most common 480(60.00%),and E2/E3 genotyping accounted for the second 290(36.25%).In the study group,E3 allele was the most common 383(47.88%),E4 allele 121(15.12%);in the control group,E2 allele was the most common391(48.88%),and E3 allele 142(17.75%).Conclusion:According to the statistics of ApoE gene polymorphism distribution in the Longyan area and the analysis of the correlation of other cerebrovascular diseases,it is found that E2/E3 genotype may be related to cerebrovascular diseases,and E3 allele may be a susceptibility factor.Through the above analysis,the occurrence of diseases can be predicted and prevented.展开更多
In this study,we investigated the effect of the sequential fermentation of four selected indigenous non-Saccharomyces yeasts(Candida stellimalicola HL-S-5,Rhodotorula mucilaginosa HL-S-8,Hanseniaspora uvarum HL-S-9,an...In this study,we investigated the effect of the sequential fermentation of four selected indigenous non-Saccharomyces yeasts(Candida stellimalicola HL-S-5,Rhodotorula mucilaginosa HL-S-8,Hanseniaspora uvarum HL-S-9,and Pichia kluyveri XL-48-6)and Saccharomyces cerevisiae VL2 on the oenological parameters,volatile compositions,organic acids,and sensory characteristics of Longyan dry white wine.Results showed that the ethanol concentration of pure fermentation(11.12±0.04%,v/v)was the highest among all fermentations.Furthermore,the aroma concentrations produced by the fermentation of R.mucilaginosa HL-S-8/VL2(9929.35±96.87μg/L)and P.kluyveri XL-48-6/VL2(9017.67±85.91μg/L)were significantly higher than that of VL2(7654.64±397.07μg/L).In particular,the treatment of R.mucilaginosa HL-S-8/VL2 increased the content of acetic esters(512.11±12.92μg/L)and fatty acid ethyl esters(6893.64±56.67μg/L),which enhanced fruity and floral characteristics.The sequential fermentation of R.mucilaginosa HL-S-8/VL2 led to significantly higher organic acid content(3843.32±73.93 mg/L)than the other samples.Moreover,the sequential fermentation of R.mucilaginosa HL-S-8/VL2 wine samples resulted in the highest scores in sensory evaluation.Therefore,the sequential fermentation of R.mucilaginosa HL-S-8/VL2 was an effective way to improve wine flavor and quality.This work will provide a useful reference for improving the flavor and quality of Longyan wine through non-Saccharomyces cerevisiae.展开更多
