Decoction of 200 mL was taken by every participant twice daily in half an hour after lunch and dinner during two weeks.Sleep quality was assessed by Pittsburg sleep quali-ty index(PSQI) and menopausal symptoms and quality of life were evaluated by the menopause rating scale(MRS) and the Chinese version of World Health Organization quality of life-BREF at the final fellow-up in the fourth weekend after beginning.RESULTS: The average scores of PSQI had reduced from(13.82 ± 4.97) to(8.14 ± 3.19), 95% CI(- 4.87,- 3.05) after 2-week GGLMT treatment in the fourth week. GGLMT improved symptoms in patients with more severe conditions(MRS ≥ 16).Three adverse drug reaction, mouth ulcer, constipation, and folliculitis, might be related with GGLMT and disappeared after withdrawals of the treatment.CONCLUSION: For menopausal women suffering from chronic sleep disturbances, our findings suggest that two weeks treatment of GGLMT was safe and effective.展开更多
Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction(柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤,CHLGMLD)in rats with temporal lobe epilepsy(TLE).Methods A total of 80 Sprague-Dawley(SD)male rats were randomized into cont...Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction(柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤,CHLGMLD)in rats with temporal lobe epilepsy(TLE).Methods A total of 80 Sprague-Dawley(SD)male rats were randomized into control(CON),model(MOD),carbamazepine(CBZ,0.1 g/kg),CHLGMLD low dose(CHLGMLD-L,12.5 g/kg),and high dose(CHLGMLD-H,25 g/kg)groups,with 16 rats in each group.TLE rat models were established in the four groups with the use of lithium-pilocarpine except for the CON group.After the successful establishment of TLE models,all drugs were administered through gavage,and distilled water was given to rats in the CON and MOD groups for four weeks.The frequency and duration of seizures before and after treatment were recorded for the evaluation of the alleviation degree.Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)was used to detect the expression levels of miR-146a-3p and miR-146a-5p.The expression levels of toll-like receptor 4(TLR4),interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 1(IRAK1),tumor necrosis factor(TNF)receptor-associated factor 6(TRAF6),TAK1-binding protein(TAB),nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB),and interleukin-1 beta(IL-1β)in hippocampus were tested by immunofluorescence assay.Correlation analysis between the above factors and expressions of miR-146a-3p and miR-146a-5p were performed separately.Results CHLGMLD decreased the frequency(P<0.05)and duration(P<0.01)of seizures in rats.CHLGMLD down-regulated the expression levels of miR-146a-5p and miR-146a-3p(P<0.05),and inhibited the expression levels of TLR4,IRAK1,TRAF6,TAB,NF-κB,and IL-1β(P<0.01).The correlation analysis revealed that the expression levels of TLR4,IRAK1,TRAF6,TAB,NF-κB,and IL-1β were positively correlated with the expression levels of miR-146a-3p and miR-146a-5p detected by qRT-PCR,respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion CHLGMLD can inhibite the TLR4 signaling pathway by lowering the expression levels of miR-146a-3p and miR-146a-5p to alleviate hippocampal dentate gyrus inflammation in TLE rats,thus relieving seizures.展开更多

Methods: the case study was conducted from February 2020 to July 2021. 108 cases of menopausal syndrome patients admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups according to random single-blind method, control group (conventional Western medicine treatment) and observation group (Chaihu Guizhi Longgu Oyster Decoction) 54 cases each, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated and analyzed. Results: compared with the total effective rate of the two groups after treatment, it was obvious that the observation group had a higher result, the statistical result P<0.05;The scores of sleep quality in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, hormone level was significantly improved after treatment, E 2, LH and FSH indexes in observation group were significantly better than those in control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: Chaihu Guizhi Longgu Oyster Decoction has a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of menopausal syndrome, which has a positive effect on improving the clinical symptoms and adjusting the sleep state of patients, and is worthy of clinical application.展开更多

Methods: 50 cases of cardiovascular diseases were select...Objective: to analyze Guizhi Gancao Longgu Oyster Modified Decoction, it contains flavored soup, for the treatment of coronary ventricle and premature delivery. Methods: 50 cases of cardiovascular diseases were selected from December 2019 to December 2020. In the control group, the patients were assisted in the form of succinic acid metal buffer for the combination of amiodarone, in which the group was added with Guizhi Gancao Longgu Oyster Modified Decoction. Comparison of patients' cardiovascular frequency, treatment of patients, PR, NBP, CRP phase, total efficiency. Results: compared with the ventricles of the patients in the first group, the interval between the first and second stages of treatment, the dispersion of QTD, the dispersion of QTCD, P > 0.05, and the dispersion coefficients, PR, QTD, QTCD and QTCD of the two ventricles after treatment were improved. At that time, as the indexes of ventricles in the observation group, PR, QTD and QTCD were significantly lower than those in the control group, P < 0.05. Before treatment, CRP, P > 0.05 in the two groups of patients with NBP, and after treatment, both the NBP and CRP groups decreased, while CRP in the NBP observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). This group is always more effective than the control group, n < 0.05. Conclusion: the application of Guizhi Gancao Longgu Oyster Modified Decoction in the early stage of coronary gastrointestinal-vascular pollution is certain to effectively improve the patient's cardiac function and should be encouraged and applied.展开更多
