A novel and sensitive HPLC-UV method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of twelve major compounds in Longdan Xiegan Pill.The chemical profile of the twelve compounds,including geniposidic acid(1),...A novel and sensitive HPLC-UV method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of twelve major compounds in Longdan Xiegan Pill.The chemical profile of the twelve compounds,including geniposidic acid(1),geniposide(2),gentiopicroside(3),liquiritin(4),crocin(5),baicalin(6),wogonoside(7),baicalein(8),glycyrrhizic acid(9),wogonin(10),oroxylin A(11)and aristolochic acid A(12),was acquired using high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector coupled with an electrospray tandem mass spectrometer(HPLC-DAD-ESI-MS).The analysis was performed on a Dikma Platisil ODS C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with a gradient solvent system of acetonitrile-0.1% aqueous formic acid.The validation was carried out and the linearities(r〉0.9996),repeatability(RSD〈1.8%),intra-and inter-day precision(RSD〈1.3%),and recoveries(ranging from 96.6% to 103.4%)were acceptable.The limits of detection(LOD)of these compounds ranged from 0.29 to 4.17 ng.Aristolochic acid A,which is the toxic ingredient,was not detected in all the batches of Longdan Xiegan Pill.Furthermore,hierarchical cluster analysis was used to evaluate the variation of the herbal prescription.The proposed method is simple,effective and suitable for the quality control of this traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).展开更多
Objective: the experiment will be for patients with mycotic vaginitis to implement traditional Chinese medicine treatment, to add or reduce Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigatio...Objective: the experiment will be for patients with mycotic vaginitis to implement traditional Chinese medicine treatment, to add or reduce Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment as the main form, to analyze the clinical application effect. Methods: in this study, patients with mycotic vaginitis were selected as the main body of the investigation. In the time period, patients admitted from June 2019 to May 2020 were intersected. By using random number method, they were divided into two groups for comparative investigation, and the changes of the conditions of 70 patients were recorded. The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing, while the observation group was treated with the addition and subtraction of Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing. Results: in terms of treatment quality, the total therapeutic effect rate of the observation group was 94.3%, and that of the control group was 77.1%, with significant difference between groups (P < 0.05). Meanwhile, in the investigation of recurrence, the recurrence rate of observation group was 5.7% (2/35), which was significantly lower than that of control group (20.0%, 7/35), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment program of adding or subtracting Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing is helpful to the recovery of patients with mycotic vaginitis and prevention of disease recurrence, which has the significance of popularization.展开更多

During the past several decades, AMS has been used for determining paleowind directions of Chinese loess. The AMS for a loess-paleosol profile in early Quaternary at Longdan in the Linxia Basin, Gansu Province, northeastern fringe of Qinghai-Xizang (Tibetan) Plateau has been obtained. The primary results show that the AMS of the Longdan profile has its typical normal eolian dust deposit. The AMS is mainly controlled by magnetic foliation (F) and the shape parameter of the AMS ellipsoid is oblate. The declination of maximum susceptibility (K1) was used to determine the paleowind direction of that area in early Quaternary and it was found that the paleowind direction is biased towards NW-SE.展开更多
