A data processing method was proposed for eliminating the end restraint in triaxial tests of soil. A digital image processing method was used to calculate the local deformations and local stresses for any region on the surface of triaxial soil specimens. The principle and implementation of this digital image processing method were introduced as well as the calculation method for local mechanical properties of soil specimens. Comparisons were made between the test results calculated by the data from both the entire specimen and local regions, and it was found that the deformations were more uniform in the middle region compared with the entire specimen. In order to quantify the nonuniform characteristic of deformation, the non-uniformity coefficients of strain were defined and calculated. Traditional and end-lubricated triaxial tests were conducted under the same condition to investigate the effects of using local region data for deformation calculation on eliminating the end restraint of specimens. After the statistical analysis of all test results, it was concluded that for the tested soil specimen with the size of 39.1 mm × 80 ram, the utilization of the middle 35 mm region of traditional specimens in data processing had a better effect on eliminating end restraint compared with end lubrication. Furthermore, the local data analysis in this paper was validated through the comparisons with the test results from other researchers. 展开更多

False Data Injection Attacks(FDIAs)pose a critical security threat to modern power grids,corrupting state estimation and enabling malicious control actions that can lead to severe consequences,including cascading failures,large-scale blackouts,and significant economic losses.While detecting attacks is important,accurately localizing compromised nodes or measurements is even more critical,as it enables timely mitigation,targeted response,and enhanced system resilience beyond what detection alone can offer.Existing research typically models topological features using fixed structures,which can introduce irrelevant information and affect the effectiveness of feature extraction.To address this limitation,this paper proposes an FDIA localization model with adaptive neighborhood selection,which dynamically captures spatial dependencies of the power grid by adjusting node relationships based on data-driven similarities.The improved Transformer is employed to pre-fuse global spatial features of the graph,enriching the feature representation.To improve spatio-temporal correlation extraction for FDIA localization,the proposed model employs dilated causal convolution with a gating mechanism combined with graph convolution to capture and fuse long-range temporal features and adaptive topological features.This fully exploits the temporal dynamics and spatial dependencies inherent in the power grid.Finally,multi-source information is integrated to generate highly robust node embeddings,enhancing FDIA detection and localization.Experiments are conducted on IEEE 14,57,and 118-bus systems,and the results demonstrate that the proposed model substantially improves the accuracy of FDIA localization.Additional experiments are conducted to verify the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed model. 展开更多

There are multiple operating modes in the real industrial process, and the collected data follow the complex multimodal distribution, so most traditional process monitoring methods are no longer applicable because their presumptions are that sampled-data should obey the single Gaussian distribution or non-Gaussian distribution. In order to solve these problems, a novel weighted local standardization(WLS) strategy is proposed to standardize the multimodal data, which can eliminate the multi-mode characteristics of the collected data, and normalize them into unimodal data distribution. After detailed analysis of the raised data preprocessing strategy, a new algorithm using WLS strategy with support vector data description(SVDD) is put forward to apply for multi-mode monitoring process. Unlike the strategy of building multiple local models, the developed method only contains a model without the prior knowledge of multi-mode process. To demonstrate the proposed method's validity, it is applied to a numerical example and a Tennessee Eastman(TE) process. Finally, the simulation results show that the WLS strategy is very effective to standardize multimodal data, and the WLS-SVDD monitoring method has great advantages over the traditional SVDD and PCA combined with a local standardization strategy(LNS-PCA) in multi-mode process monitoring. 展开更多

Radars only can acquire angle information without range information when encountering the blanket jamming. Netted radars could get position information of the blanket jamming by make use of radars' relative position and the angle information, when there is one blanket jamming. In the presence of error, the localization method and the accuracy analysis of one blanket jamming are given. However, if there are more than one blanket jamming, and the two blanket jamming and two radars are coplanar, the localization of jamming could be error due to localization ambiguity. To solve this confusion, the Kalman filter model is established for all intersections, and through the initiation and association algorithm of multi-target, the false intersection can be eliminated. And one of the strongest challenge problems biological researchers have faced is to find the methods for discovering biomarkers for tracking the process of disease such as cancer. So some feature selection methods have been widely used to cope with discovering biomarkers problem. However omics data usually contains a large number of features, but a small number of samples and some omics data have a large range distribution, which make feature selection methods remains difficult to deal with omics data. In order to overcome the problems, wepresent a computing method called localized statistic of abundance distribution based on Gaussian window(LSADBGW) to test the significance of the feature. The experiments on three datasets including gene and protein datasets showed the accuracy and efficiency of LSADBGW for feature selection. 展开更多

Study on noise in simultaneous geomagnetic difference data caused by the effect of S_q local-time variation

The level of the noise and its contribution to the total noises of the differences data are analyzed. The result indicates that the noise increases linearly with the increase of the distance between the two stations in the range of 40° longitude-difference, and its increasing rate is about 0.4 nT/(°)at latitude 40°N. The example calculated at a pair of sites with longitude-difference 0.357°, shows that the noise is about one fifth of the total noises of the difference data on geomagnetic quiet-day. 展开更多

[目的]我国生物质资源丰富、利用形式多样且开发潜力巨大,亟需建立科学、统一、可国际互认的生物质能碳足迹核算体系,以支撑绿色低碳转型、提升出口产品碳竞争力,并推动农业废弃物等“被动型生物质资源”的环境价值有效转化。[方法]针对当前核算方法不统一、数据基础薄弱、标准与认证体系缺失等问题,提出以分类分级为原则,构建基于分层加权法的碳排放核算模型,并通过强化本土化数据支撑、推动标准与政策协同、深化国际合作与机制创新等路径,逐步建立契合中国国情的生物质能碳足迹分类核算体系。[结果]所构建的核算框架为解决系统边界差异和碳分配难题提供了理论方向,但仍需通过实证研究验证;部分关键参数依赖估算或国外文献,尤其在混合原料及多联产系统中的碳分配方法尚不成熟。[结论]构建分类分级的核算框架非常必要,未来需结合典型应用场景持续优化核算框架的结构与参数体系,推动核算方法的标准化、精细化与国际化。 展开更多

This filter results from two years of research and improves the Swarm Particle Filter (SPF). The OKPS has been designed to be both cooperative and reactive. It combines the advantages of the Particle Filter (PF) and the metaheuristic Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) for ego-vehicles localization applications. In addition to a simple fusion between the swarm optimization and the particular filtering (which leads to the Swarm Particle Filter), the OKPS uses some attributes of the Extended Kalman filter (EKF). The OKPS filter innovates by fitting its particles with a capacity of self-diagnose by means of the EKF covariance uncertainty matrix. The particles can therefore evolve by exchanging information to assess the optimized position of the ego-vehicle. The OKPS fuses data coming from embedded sensors (low cost INS, GPS and Odometer) to perform a robust ego-vehicle positioning. The OKPS is compared to the EKF filter and to filters using particles (PF and SPF) on real data from our equipped vehicle. 展开更多

电力系统的复杂化造成了电力负荷数据波动性与数量增加,提高了电力负荷预测的难度。针对短期电力负荷预测(STLF)任务,提出了一种DC-FreTS短期电力负荷预测模型,该模型采用离散傅里叶变换(DFT)算法对负荷数据进行降噪处理,降低了数据波... 电力系统的复杂化造成了电力负荷数据波动性与数量增加,提高了电力负荷预测的难度。针对短期电力负荷预测(STLF)任务,提出了一种DC-FreTS短期电力负荷预测模型,该模型采用离散傅里叶变换(DFT)算法对负荷数据进行降噪处理,降低了数据波动。通过卷积神经网络(CNN)从去噪后的时间序列中提取局部特征。采用FreTS模型对特征序列进行负荷预测。在实验中,利用3个数据集对该模型方法与LSTM、Transformer、Informer以及Autoformer等常用于负荷预测的模型进行实验比较,结果表明,在相同条件下,DC-FreTS模型的各项指标均优于原模型,在数据集ECL中,MSE误差下降了14.2%,MAE下降了9.8%;在数据集ETTm2中,MSE与MAE分别下降了6.3%、3%;在数据集ETLS上,MSE与MAE分别下降了9%、3.2%。并通过消融实验充分验证了所提模型在数据处理和模型优化方面取得的显著性能提升。 展开更多

On one hand,the diversity of activities and on the other hand,the conflicts between beneficiaries necessitate the efficient management and supervision of coastal areas.Accordingly,monitoring and evaluation of such areas can be considered as a critical factor in the national development and directorship of the sources.With regard to this fact,remote sourcing technologies with use of analytical operations of geographic information systems(GIS),will be remarkably advantageous.Iran’s south-eastern Makran coasts are geopolitically and economically,of importance due to their strategic characteristics but have been neglected and their development and transit infrastructure are significantly beyond the international standards.Therefore,in this paper,with regard to the importance of developing Makran coasts,a Multi-Criterion Decision Analysis(MCDA)method was applied to identify and prioritize the intended criteria and parameters of zoning,in order to establish new maritime zones.The major scope of this study is to employ the satellite data,remote sensing methods,and regional statistics obtained from Jask synoptic station and investigate the region’s status in terms of topography,rainfall rate and temperature changes to reach to a comprehensive monitoring and zoning of the coastal line and to provide a pervasive local data base via use of GIS and MCDA,which will be implemented to construct the coastal regions.In this article,while explaining the steps of coastal monitoring,its main objectives are also explained and the necessary procedures for doing so are presented.Then,the general steps of marine climate identification and study of marine parameters are stated and the final achievements of the coastal monitoring process are determined.In the following,considering that this article focuses on the monitoring of Makran beaches,the method of work in the mentioned region will be described and its specific differences and complexities will be discussed in detail.Also,the impact of such projects on future research results will be discussed. 展开更多

基于SIP-LOF算法的地形变仪器监测数据异常识别方法

为进一步检测地形变仪器的异常数据,提升仪器数据可用率及运维人员故障初步判别效率,文章提出一种基于数据挖掘的序列重要点-局部异常因子(SIP-LOF)算法。将地形变仪器的原始观测序列分割成子序列,通过计算序列中每个点的离群距离和局... 为进一步检测地形变仪器的异常数据,提升仪器数据可用率及运维人员故障初步判别效率,文章提出一种基于数据挖掘的序列重要点-局部异常因子(SIP-LOF)算法。将地形变仪器的原始观测序列分割成子序列,通过计算序列中每个点的离群距离和局部异常因子等,判断该数据点是否为离群点,进而量化每个数据点的异常程度,实现对前兆形变观测中自然干扰、设备故障、地震前兆等典型事件的异常检测。研究结果表明,相较于传统方法,该方法针对多个台站前兆数据的异常检测均有较好的检测效果,异常类型覆盖面更广;并且,当LOF限值为2.5时平均异常判定准确率最高,对前兆数据的处理工作具有积极意义。 展开更多
