With the continuous increase in the number of university graduates and the intensification of structural contradictions in the job market,employment guidance in local universities faces significant challenges.Based on...With the continuous increase in the number of university graduates and the intensification of structural contradictions in the job market,employment guidance in local universities faces significant challenges.Based on the theory of digital transformation in education and the application framework of artificial intelligence(AI),this paper explores pathways for AI to enhance the quality of employment guidance in local universities,using employment data of university graduates in Sichuan Province and relevant policy orientations.Through case analysis,survey data,and theoretical research,the study finds that AI can optimize employment guidance processes and improve job-person matching efficiency through intelligent matching,personalized recommendations,and data-driven decision-making mechanisms,thereby facilitating the alignment between talent cultivation in universities and industry demands.The study proposes the construction of an“AI+Employment”ecosystem,the refinement of intelligent evaluation models,and the deepening of university-enterprise collaboration,providing theoretical foundations and practical references for the reform of local university employment guidance systems.展开更多

文摘Local agricultural colleges and universities undertake the important task of training rural revitalization talents suitable for regional characteristics.Only by mastering students'satisfaction with teaching management can we find the problems existing in teaching management.Taking Tianjin Agricultural University as an example,this paper analyzes the undergraduates'satisfaction with teaching management by questionnaire and SPSS24.0.The results show that undergraduates can actively and actively participate in undergraduate teaching management,but their satisfaction is not high.There are significant differences in teaching evaluation management satisfaction among students of different majors and grades.It is suggested to improve the level of teaching management from the aspects of guiding and cultivating a new concept of management and education,establishing and perfecting a scientific and rigorous teaching management system,strengthening the information-based construction of teaching management and strengthening personnel training.

文摘The newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities positively respond to the call of national policy and successively joined the rank of transition to the application of technology-based development of university, in order to seek their own development path. Whether the transformation development work of secondary college can succeed or not directly decide whether the transformation work of the whole college can carry on smoothly or not. This essay, by establishing eighteen secondary indicators, investigates seven aspects of the newly-built local undergraduate colleges and universities secondary college transformation work, such as the general idea, specialty construction, talents training mode, teaching staff construction, integration of production with teaching, social services and quality assurance, hoping that it can play a reference to the work of other colleges and universities.

文摘This study analyzes the current situation and challenges of Nantong University amid the rapid development of higher education,addressing aspects such as faculty structure,administrative management efficiency,and promotion mechanisms.Through questionnaire surveys and field research,coupled with SWOT analysis and various theoretical methods,a comprehensive analysis was conducted on Nantong University’s internal and external environment.The study proposes an improved comprehensive development strategy and implementation measures,which include updating management concepts,strengthening professional training,optimizing employment conditions,and improving salary systems.Ultimately,this study provides practical strategies for human resource management and the transformational development of Nantong University and other local comprehensive universities.
