Healthy behavior has long been linked to mental health outcomes. However, the role of artificial intelligence(AI)literacy in shaping healthy behaviors and its potential impact on mental health remains underexplored. This paper presents a scoping review offering a novel perspective on the intersection of healthy behaviors, mental health, and AI literacy.By examining how individuals’understanding of AI influences their choices regarding nutrition and their susceptibility to mental health issues, the current study explores emerging trends in health behavior decision-making.This emphasizes the need for integrating AI literacy into mental health and health behaviors education,as well as the development of AI-driven tools to support healthier behavior choices. It highlights that individuals with low AI literacy may misinterpret or overly depend on AI guidance, resulting in maladaptive health choices, while those with high AI literacy may be more likely to engage reflectively and sustain positive behaviors. The paper outlines the importance of inclusive education,user-centered design, and community-based support systems to enhance AI literacy for digitally marginalized groups.AI literacy may be positioned as a key determinant of health equity, better allowing for interdisciplinary strategies that empower individuals to make informed, autonomous decisions that promote both physical and mental health. 展开更多

In the era of intelligent media, the interaction between teachers and students in higher education is undergoing a profound transformation. The model has shifted from one-way transmission to multi-agent,two-way collaboration involving“teacher-student-AI(artificial intelligence)”.Interaction depth moves from surface Q&A to deep thought engagement, supported by instant, precise feedback and a blended virtual-physical space.New forms such as data-driven personalized interaction and immersive collaborative learning have emerged. However, this evolution brings significant challenges:over-reliance on technology may weaken cognitive autonomy;virtual interaction risks emotional detachment and trust erosion;ethical concerns like algorithmic bias and data privacy arise;teachers’roles become blurred;and evaluation systems lag behind technological advances.Future pathways should position AI as a supportive tool while upholding human centrality.Strengthening emotional connection through online-offline blending, reforming assessment to value process and growth, and empowering teachers as digitally literate“learning guides”and“emotional connectors”are key to building a healthy, sustainable interactive ecosystem. 展开更多

At present, enhancing the digital literacy of village cadres faces practical constraints such as governance capability gaps induced by the second-level digital divide, the absence of a systematic cultivation system, incomplete last-kilometer implementation for translating skills into practice, and inadequate incentive mechanisms. As a novel educational form deeply integrating digital information technology with teaching and learning, distance open education provides multi-directional empowerment for enhancing village cadres digital literacy. This is achieved through open learning methods, the application of modern digital technologies, tailored learning programs, and the establishment of "overpass bridges" for translating learning outcomes into practice. Based on this, it is essential to further streamline the pathways for educating and cultivating village cadres, vigorously promote the digitalization of teaching, practice, and support services, develop systematic and localized digital education resources, and actively explore and establish a complementary credit bank system for their digital literacy cultivation. 展开更多

Background:Oral health issues persistently affect the overall health and well-being of rural populations.Village health volunteers(VHVs)play a crucial role in advancing oral health literacy in their community. This study aimed to examine the factors related to nutritional literacy for oral health among VHVs.Methods:This was a mixed-methods study employing an explanatory sequential design. The quantitative data were gathered through questionnaires distributed to a cohort of 10,514 VHVs registered in Health Region 1.A stratified random sampling technique was used to ensure adequate representation of various subgroups within the VHV population, considering factors such as age, education level, and geographical distribution across the region. This approach allowed for a more representative sample that accurately reflects the diversity of the VHV population.Qualitative data were obtained through semi-structured interviews with a purposive sampling of 20 participants based on specific criteria.Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and biserial correlation techniques, while qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis. Results:The study found that the sample group possessed a moderate level of knowledge of health literacy principles and nutrition for oral health. However, their self-assessed skills in nutritional literacy for oral health were rated as high.A statistically significant negative correlation was found between knowledge of nutrition for oral health and skills in nutritional literacy for oral health.VHVs equated health literacy with knowledge because their public health training had focused more on imparting knowledge rather than developing skills based on health literacy principles. Conclusion:There is a need to emphasize skill-based health literacy training and to use effective skill development techniques that are tailored to the specific roles and responsibilities of health volunteers. It is also recommended to continuously monitor and evaluate the outcomes of these efforts. 展开更多

The pervasive diffusion of Artificial Intelligence(AI)technologies is reshaping how individuals, institutions, and societies access, process, and govern information. While AI promises increased efficiency and personalization across sectors-education,healthcare,work,and public administration-it also introduces new social inequalities linked to unequal capacities to understand, use, and critically engage with these systems. This article explores the sociological implications of digital literacy as a foundational competence for developing AI literacy.Drawing on a multidisciplinary framework, the paper examines how digital literacy, understood in its epistemic, ethical, and political dimensions, enables critical agency in algorithmically mediated environments.Through a structured analysis of current literature and policy perspectives, the article highlights the need for inclusive, situated, and interdisciplinary educational strategies that empower citizens to participate in AI-related decision-making processes. It concludes by proposing a reconceptualization of digital literacy as a civic infrastructure for algorithmic citizenship, grounded in equity, democratic engagement, and technological accountability. 展开更多

Cancer patients in China navigate a complex and uneven insurance landscape, making plan choice critical for equitable financial protection. This study conducts a structured narrative review(2010-2025)of the Web of Science,PubMed,CNKI,and Wanfang databases, focusing on empirical research on insurance plan choice, enrollment,or switching among cancer patients and their households in China. Two reviewers independently screened studies and extracted information on key determinants and identification strategies. The evidence converges on five main determinants:insurance literacy, health knowledge, prior coverage, financial capability, and policy promotion intensity(PPI).However, most studies are cross-sectional and descriptive, with inconsistent operationalization of determinants, weak or absent mediation tests for PPI,and limited coverage of rural, elderly, and low-literacy populations.Building on these gaps,we synthesize an evidence map, propose an operational PPI index, and highlight quasi-experimental opportunities(such as staggered NRDL updates and variation in local publicity efforts)to identify mechanisms and inform more inclusive,patient-centered insurance design in China. 展开更多
