University campus is the most important place for life, study, activity and experience of contemporary college students. It is helpful for students to survive and develop to create the topic space of campus. Taking the topic space of college campuses in Lishui City of Zhejiang Province as an example, the current situations are analyzed through questionnaire survey and field visit. The results show that uni- versity campus space needs a clear topic; the demands are generally large for the topics of exchange and communication, learning and thinking, sports and leisure in all kinds of space; the creation of these types of topic spaces should focus on the peaceful environment, beautiful scenery, privacy of the space and WlFI coverage. 展开更多

The Lishui Sag, in the East China Sea Shelf Basin, is rich in hydrocarbons, with the major hydrocarbon-bearing layers being the Paleocene Mingyuefeng clastic rocks. Analysis of the implicit geologic background information of these Paleocene clastic rocks using petrological and geochemical methods has significant practical importance. These Paleocene sandstones are mainly lithic arenite, lithic arkose and greywacke, composed of K-feldspar, plagioclase, authigenic clays, silica and carbonates. As continental deposits, Yueguifeng clastic rocks have high aluminosilicate and mafic detritus contents, while the Lingfeng and Mingyuefeng Formations are rich in silica due to an oscillating coastal marine depositional environment. The major element contents of these Paleocene sandstones are low and have a concentrated distribution, indicating that the geochemical composition is non-epigenetic, transformed by sedimentary processes and diagenesis. The Yueguifeng detritus comprises recycled sediments, controlled by moderate weathering and erosion, while the Lingfeng and Mingyuefeng detritus is interpreted as primarily first-cycle materials due to low chemical weathering. In the Late Cretaceous to Early Paleocene, the Pacific Plate began subducting under the Eurasian Plate, causing an orogeny by plate collision and magma eruption due to the melting of subducted oceanic crust. This resulted in the dual tectonic settings of "active margin" and "continental island arc" in the East China Sea Shelf Basin. During the Late Paleocene, the Pacific Plate margin migrated eastward along with development of the Philippine Ocean Plate, and the tectonic setting of the Lishui Sag gradually turned into a passive continental margin. Detrital sources included both orogenic continental blocks and continental island arcs, and the parent rocks are primarily felsic volcanic rocks and granites. 展开更多

The restoration of the denudation thickness is the basis for quantitatively analyzing the basin burial history,thermal evolution history and hydrocarbon accumulation conditions.The well data is not sufficient to do this in the southern Lishui Sag with only 5 wells,so the new,high-quality three-dimensional(3D)seismic data is essential.The methods employed to determine the eroded thicknesses of key unconformities in the study area are the mudstone acoustic time difference(AC)method,vitrinite reflectance(Ro%)method and stratigraphic trend comparison method.On the basis of the structural evolution,the restoration of the paleogeomorphology is carried out.The results show that the Wenzhou formation(E2 w)in the entire study area has been all denuded.The denudation thickness is in the range of 0–550 m,and decreases gradually from west,thicker than 200 m,to east.The erosion of the upper Lingfeng formation(E1l)are mainly occurred in the N-P-1 structural trap(N-P-1),the N-P-2 structural trap(N-P-2)and the N-P-3 structural trap(N-P-3).Among them,the eroded area in N-P-1(near well S-1)and N-P-2 is 200–230 km^2,and the denudation thickness is 0–600 m,which increases from south to north,even up to 200–400 m in the region around well S-1.In N-P-3,the extent of denudation is 30–50 km^2,and the denudation thickness is 0–400 m.In the early stage of the upper E1 l,one north-south strike slip fault began to develop in the southern study area.Affected by this fault,the southern Lingfeng bulge was offset,forming a gorge,and the eastern and western sides of the concave belt connected to each other.On the basis of the paleo-geomorphological characteristics,it is shown that the sedimentary center of the west subsag began to migrate to the south. 展开更多

In this study, the differences in reservoir parameters, such as pore radius, throat radius, and pore-throat ratio, between the east and west subsags of the Lishui Sag are analyzed by using data obtained from a constant-rate mercury injection experiment. Furthermore, the quality of the reservoirs in the two subsags is systematically evaluated. Results show that the throat radius of the Lishui west subsag is larger than that of the east subsag, and this parameter has a positive correlation with reservoir quality. However, the pore-throat ratio of the east subsag is larger than that of the west subsag, which has an inverse relationship with reservoir quality. The main reasons for this reservoir difference can be attributed to sedimentation and diagenesis. The sedimentary facies types of the Lishui east subsag are the fan delta, shore lake, shallow lake, and shore shallow lake;their sandstone composition maturity is low;the clay mineral content is high;and the rock has undergone strong diagenesis. Therefore, the physical conditions of the reservoir are poor. However, the sandstones in the Lishui west subsag have weak cementation and compaction, mainly with an intergranular pore structure type, which leads to good connectivity between pores. Therefore, the storage performance and seepage capacity of the Lishui west subsag are better than those of the east subsag;the west subsag is the main area of oil and gas accumulation, as confirmed in the process of exploration and development. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE: To investigate a possible mechanism for protective effects of a decoction of the Qinggan Lishui formula(QF) on retinal ganglion cells(RGCs)in a rat model of microbead-induced chronic intraocular hypertension(COH).METHODS: The COH model was generated by injecting microbeads(superparamagnetic iron oxide)into the anterior chamber of rat eyes. QF was given by intragastric administration(gavage) once daily at a dose of 6.2 g/kg until day 28, following microbead injection. Cholera toxin B subunit(CTB) retrograde labeling and immunohistochemistry were used to evaluate changes in the number of RGCs in the retina. Terminal d UTP nick end labeling(TUNEL) staining was used to assess apoptotic changes in RGCs.RESULTS: Microbead injection induced a steady increase in intraocular pressure(IOP) of rats. Elevated IOP resulted in a progressive reduction in the number of CTB-labeled RGCs, 2-4 weeks after microbead injection. QF administration may moderately reduce IOP in the rat COH model and attenuate reduction of the number of CTB-labeled RGCs in COH rats. Furthermore, elevated IOP resulted in a progressive increase in the number of TUNEL-positive RGCs, 2-4 weeks after microbead injection, suggestive of an increase in the extent of RGC apoptosis.There was a significant reduction in the number of TUNEL-positive signals in QF-treated COH retinas,compared with untreated COH retinas.CONCLUSION: QF decoction may provide a protective effect for RGCs in COH retinas by reducing RGC loss; these effects may be mediated by inhibition of RGC apoptosis. 展开更多

Estimation of base level changes in geological records is an important topic for petroleum geologists.Taking the Paleocene Upper Lingfeng Member of Lishui Sag as an example,this paper conducted a base level reconstruction based on Basin Filling Modelling(BFM).The reconstruction was processed on the ground of a previously interpreted seismic stratigraphic framework with several assumptions and simplification.The BFM is implemented with a nonlinear diffusion equation solver written in R coding that excels in shallow marine stratigraphic simulation.The modeled results fit the original stratigraphy very well.The BFM is a powerful tool for reconstructing the base level,and is an effective way to check the reasonableness of previous interpretations.Although simulation solutions may not be unique,the BFM still provides us a chance to gain some insights into the mechanism and dynamic details of the stratigraphy of sedimentary basins. 展开更多

The East China Sea Shelf Basin generated a series of back-arc basins with thick successions of marine-and terrestrial-facies sediments during Cenozoic.It is enriched with abundant oil and gas resources and is of great significance to the petroleum exploration undertakings.Therein,the Lishui Sag formed fan delta,fluvial delta and littoral-to-neritic facies sediments during Paleocene–Eocene,and the research on its sedimentary environment and sediment source was controversial.This study analyzed the paleontological combination characteristics,and conducted a source-to-sink comparative analysis to restore the sedimentary environment and provenance evolution of the Lishui Sag during Paleocene–Eocene based on the integration of detrital zircon U-Pb age spectra patterns with paleontological assemblages.The results indicated that Lishui Sag was dominated by littoral and neritic-facies environment during time corroborated by large abundance of foraminifera,calcareous nannofossils and dinoflagellates.Chronological analysis of detrital zircon U-Pb revealed that there were significant differences in sediment sources between the east and west area of the Lishui Sag.The western area was featured by deeper water depths in the Paleocene–Eocene,and the sediment was characterized by a single Yanshanian peak of zircon U-Pb age spectra,and mainly influenced from Yanshanian magmatic rocks of South China Coast and the surrounding paleo-uplifts.However,its eastern area partly showed Indosinian populations.In particular,the upper Eocene Wenzhou sediments were featured by increasingly plentiful Precambrian zircons in addition to the large Indosinian-Yanshanian peaks,indicating a possible impact from the Yushan Low Uplift to the east.Therefore,it is likely that the eastern Lishui Sag generated large river systems as well as deltas during time.Due to the Yuquan Movement,the Lishui Sag experienced uplifting and exhumation in the late stage of the late Eocene and was not deposited with sediments until Miocene.Featured by transitional-facies depositions of Paleocene–Eocene,the Lishui Sag thus beared significant potential for source rock and oil-gas reservoir accumulation. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the effect of Jianshen Lishui decoction on C-reactive protein and Procalcitonin in patients with acute Cerebral Hemorrhage.Methods:120 patients with acute spontaneous Cerebral Hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups:Control Group and the Observation Group.The Control Group was treated with routine Western medicine.The Observation Group was treated with Jianshen Lishui decoction on the basis of the Control Group.The observation period was 4 weeks,the changes of nerve function,C-reactive protein and Procalcitonin were observed before treatment and 3d,7d,14d and 4w after treatment.Results:After treatment,the scores of neurologic impairment,C-reactive protein and Procalcitonin decreased gradually with the time of treatment(3d-4w),and the scores of neurologic impairment,C-reactive protein and Procalcitonin decreased gradually,there was no difference in the score of nerve function,C-reactive protein and Procalcitonin between the two groups(P>0.05),the score of nerve function,C-reactive protein and Procalcitonin in the Observation Group were lower than those in the Control Group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianshen Lishui decoction can improve the neurological function of patients with acute Cerebral Hemorrhage,reduce the expression of C-reactive protein,Procalcitonin. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the mechanism of the action of Huoxue Huayu Lishui prescription on acute ankle joint injury.Methods:Forty-eight SPF rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,Shujin Huoluo capsule group,low,medium and high dose groups for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The blank group was not modeled,and the other groups were modeled.Each group of 8 animals,the Shujin Huoluo capsule group was given 0.2g/ml mixed liquid by gavage,and the low,medium and high blood circulation and blood stasis Lishui prescription group was given 1.03g/ml,2.06g/ml,4.12g/ml decoction For the stomach,the normal group was given 1.5ml/100g,once a day for 1 week.The expression of NF-κB P65 and transforming growth factor kinase 1(TAK1)protein in the soft tissue around the ankle joint of rats was detected by sports protein immunoblotting method,and the mRNA expression of NF-κB P65 and TAK1 was detected by PCR technology.Results:One day after modeling,the expressions of P65 and TAK1 mRNA and protein in the model group,the positive drug group,and low,medium and high doses of Huoxue Huayu Lishui Recipe were significantly different from those of the blank control group(P<0.05).After taking the medicine for 7 days,compared with the model group,the expressions of P65 and TAK1 mRNA and protein in the Shujin Huoluo capsule group and the low,medium and high dose Huoxue Huayu Lishui Recipe group were all decreased(P<0.05).After 7 days of taking the medicine,compared with the Shujin Huoxue Capsule group,there was no difference in P65 protein in the low-dose Huoxue Huayu Lishui Recipe group.The expression of P65 protein in the middle and high groups and the Shujin Huoxue Capsule group were all decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the Shujin Huoxue Capsule group,the expressions of TAK1 protein,P65 and TAK1 mRNA in the low,medium,and high groups and the Shujin Huoxue Capsule group were all decreased(P<0.05).The results suggest that Huoxue Huayu Lishui Recipe can inhibit the expression of NF-κB P65 and TAK1 protein in ankle joint injury.Conclusion:Huoxue Huayu Lishui prescription may regulate the expression of NF-κB P65 and TAK1 in ankle joint injury of NF-κB rats,so as to improve the clinical symptoms of local swelling and pain in the ankle joint. 展开更多

The objective of this study was to investigate the clinical effect of combination treatment of Chinese medicine Baogan Lishui decoction and western medicine on hepatitis B(Hep B)cirrhosis-related refractory ascites.The control group was given conventional western medicine therapy while the observation group was given same conventional western medicine therapy with additional of Chinese medicine Baogan Lishui decoction.The total effective of clinical treatment on Hep B cirrhosis-related refractory ascites in observation group was higher than that of the control group which was 88.89%compared to 71.11%,respectively,and it was significant different(P<0.05).The combination treatment of Chinese medicine Baogan Lishui decoction and conventional western medicine can significantly increase the treatment effect on Hep B cirrhosis refractory ascites,and thus increases the quality and safety of life. 展开更多

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Lishui Formula(WYLSF)in preventing ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS)and explore the suitable range of estradiol(E_(2))on the human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)day in patients with OHSS using WYLSF.Methods Part Ⅰ:eligible patients at high risk for OHSS undergoing ovulation induction between January and December,2023 were randomized into 2 groups based on the actual treatment.The treatment group received 200 mL WYLSF formula twice daily for 5 days after oocyte retrieval in a combination of lifestyle coaching(LC)intervention including regular diet and exercise,whereas the LC group received LC intervention alone.The incidence of OHSS,OHSS self-assessment scales,changes in E_(2) levels on HCG day and 5 days after oocyte retrieval,ovarian morphology changes,and menstrual recovery were compared between the two groups.Part Ⅱ:patients at high risk for OHSS treated with WYLSF were studied.The optimal E_(2) threshold on the HCG day was determined using the maximum selection test,and a multivariate analysis was adopted to compare the relationship between different E_(2) levels on HCG day and hospitalization rate,incidence of moderate to severe OHSS,and self-assessment scales,to explore the preventive effect of WYLSF on OHSS in patients with varying E_(2) levels.Results A total of 120 patients were included in the Part Ⅰ analysis.The treatment group(60 cases)showed a significant reduction in the incidence,duration,and severity of abdominal distension,as well as the incidence of vomiting compared with the LC group(P<0.05).The post-retrieval E_(2) levels in the treatment group decreased significantly more(P=0.032).Among 1,652 patients treated with WYLSF in the Part Ⅱ,90 patients with≤10092 pmol/L,159 with>31074 pmol/L,and 1,403 in the middle range group were formed based on E_(2) levels on HCG day in Part two analysis.Univariate and regression analyses showed that patients with E_(2) levels>31073 pmol/L had a significantly higher incidence of moderate to severe OHSS compared to those with E_(2) levels≤10092 pmol/L(P<0.05).Conclusions WYLSF can effectively reduce specific symptoms in high-risk OHSS patients after ovulation induction and significantly lower E_(2) levels.It may be more suitable for high-risk OHSS patients with E_(2) levels<31073 pmol/L on HCG day.(Registration No.MR-11-23-032493,https://www.medicalresearch.org.cn/login) 展开更多

Objective: The objective of this study was to summarize the research context, hotspots, and the development trend of Huoxue lishui method in ophthalmology in the past decade by reviewing the relevant publications. Materials and Methods: Relevant publications on the application of Huoxue lishui method in ophthalmology from January 1, 2011, to December 31, 2021, in databases such as CNKI, VIP, and Wanfang were retrieved. The analysis of coauthorship, keyword co-occurrence, keyword clustering, keyword emergence, and keyword timeline map of the publications was done with bibliometrics tools CiteSpace and VOSviewer. Results: A total of 100 publications were included in the analysis. The year 2020 saw the publication of most papers concerning the application of Huoxue lishui method in ophthalmology.High-frequency words are macular edema, Huoxue lishui, diabetic macular edema, Huoxue lishui method, Huoxue lishui formula, and promoting Qi and nourishing Yin. Three research hotspots were identified through keyword clustering analysis. Keyword emergence analysis and keyword timeline map indicated that a combined treatment of Huoxue lishui method and promoting Qi and nourishing Yin and diabetic ophthalmology is predicted to be research frontiers. Conclusions: Through the use of knowledge maps, this article reveals the research status in this field in the past decade and highlights the major directions, research hotspots, and development trends, providing references for further research in this field. 展开更多

心肌纤维化是以细胞外基质(ECM)中胶原纤维过量积聚、代谢失衡、胶原成分比例失调且排列紊乱为特征的一种疾病,心力衰竭会导致心肌纤维化发生,心肌纤维化反过来又会导致心肌僵硬度增加,心室肌顺应性下降,纤维化程度越严重,心力衰竭症状... 心肌纤维化是以细胞外基质(ECM)中胶原纤维过量积聚、代谢失衡、胶原成分比例失调且排列紊乱为特征的一种疾病,心力衰竭会导致心肌纤维化发生,心肌纤维化反过来又会导致心肌僵硬度增加,心室肌顺应性下降,纤维化程度越严重,心力衰竭症状会越重,心肌纤维化是造成心力衰竭的重要原因,是心血管疾病发生发展的独立危险因素。临床上改善心肌纤维化的中药类制剂主要有益气养阴类、益气活血类、益气温阳利水类3种,此类制剂可以通过调控转化生长因子β(TGF-β)信号通路、减少胶原沉积、改善线粒体能量途径、减少氧化应激损伤以及调节炎症反应等减缓或逆转心肌纤维化进程,对此类中药制剂改善心肌纤维化的药理作用及机制进行归纳总结,为改善心肌纤维化的新药研发及临床合理用药提供依据。 展开更多

东海陆架盆地丽水凹陷古新统泥岩岩相划分及其油气地质意义

通过岩石薄片、X射线衍射(XRD)和热解分析,对东海陆架盆地丽水凹陷古新统泥岩进行了岩相划分,并对比了不同岩相泥岩的有机质含量和生烃潜力特征。依据泥岩沉积构造和XRD矿物组成特征,可将丽水凹陷古新统泥岩岩相划分为纹层状泥岩、砂质... 通过岩石薄片、X射线衍射(XRD)和热解分析,对东海陆架盆地丽水凹陷古新统泥岩进行了岩相划分,并对比了不同岩相泥岩的有机质含量和生烃潜力特征。依据泥岩沉积构造和XRD矿物组成特征,可将丽水凹陷古新统泥岩岩相划分为纹层状泥岩、砂质块状泥岩和泥质块状泥岩。其中,纹层状泥岩的矿物基质和有机质呈互层状、不连续分布,有机质含量和生烃潜力最大,该类岩相主要分布在西次凹,以西次凹月桂峰组最为发育。砂质块状泥岩的长英质碎屑矿物含量高、粒径较粗,泥质块状泥岩的黏土矿物含量大、分布均匀,二者的有机质以颗粒状零散分布于矿物基质中,有机质含量和生烃潜力不高;砂质块状泥岩主要发育于凹陷的灵峰组、明月峰组,而泥质块状泥岩主要发育于东次凹月桂峰组。进一步对比丽水凹陷古新统和中国近海陆域古新统、海域始新统及以上已贡献油气产量的烃源岩,发现丽水凹陷古新统烃源岩的有机质含量和生烃潜力较好,具有持续投入的油气勘探价值。综合来看,东海陆架盆地丽水凹陷古新统不同岩相泥岩的有机质含量和生烃潜力及分布特征差异大,烃源岩的深入研究应重点关注纹层状泥岩及西次凹月桂峰组,这对该区的油气勘探开发具有重要的指导意义。 展开更多

益气活血利水方联合心脏康复运动治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭患者疗效及对心脏射血功能、运动耐量、6MWD影响

目的探讨益气活血利水方联合心脏康复运动在冠心病合并心力衰竭中的疗效及对心脏射血功能、运动耐量、6 min步行试验距离(6-minute walk distance,6MWD)的影响。方法选取2021年6月—2023年8月四川省骨科医院诊疗的冠心病合并心力衰竭患... 目的探讨益气活血利水方联合心脏康复运动在冠心病合并心力衰竭中的疗效及对心脏射血功能、运动耐量、6 min步行试验距离(6-minute walk distance,6MWD)的影响。方法选取2021年6月—2023年8月四川省骨科医院诊疗的冠心病合并心力衰竭患者84例,随机分为联合组与对照组,每组42例。对照组接受心脏康复运动等西医规范治疗,联合组在对照组基础上接受益气活血利水方干预。比较两组疗效、心功能、运动耐量、中医证候积分、生活质量及6MWD。结果治疗后,联合组总有效率达95.24%,较对照组(80.95%)高(P<0.05);两组心室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fractions,LVEF)、左心室收缩末内径(left ventricular end-systolic diameter,LVESD)、左心室舒张末内径(left ventricular end-diastolicc diameter,LVEDD)较治疗前均下降,且联合组相对更低(P<0.05);两组最高运动负荷量、最高分钟通气量及最高代谢当量均较治疗前升高,且联合组最高运动负荷量较对照组更高(P<0.05);两组面肢水肿、心悸、胸痛及气短中医证候评分均较治疗前降低,且联合组较对照组更低(P<0.05);两组明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量量表(Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire,MLHFQ)评分较治疗前降低,6MWD较治疗前提高,且联合组MLHFQ评分较对照组更低,6MWD较对照组更远(P<0.05)。结论冠心病合并心力衰竭患者经治疗后,疗效显著提升,有效改善心脏射血等心功能及运动功能,控制临床症状,提升生活质量。 展开更多

【目的】探讨利水消肿颗粒联合康柏西普治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿(DME)患者的疗效。【方法】选取2022年12月至2023年6月佛山市中医院收治的46例(46眼)脾肾阳虚兼瘀阻目络证DME患者为研究对象,根据随机单盲原则,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分... 【目的】探讨利水消肿颗粒联合康柏西普治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿(DME)患者的疗效。【方法】选取2022年12月至2023年6月佛山市中医院收治的46例(46眼)脾肾阳虚兼瘀阻目络证DME患者为研究对象,根据随机单盲原则,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各23例(23眼)。对照组给予康柏西普玻璃体腔注射治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予利水消肿颗粒口服治疗,疗程为3个月并随访至6个月。观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、最佳矫正视力(BCVA,LogMAR)、黄斑中心视网膜厚度(CMT)、黄斑区浅层毛细血管(SCP)和深层毛细血管(DCP)的平均血流密度(VD)、多焦视网膜电图(mf-ERG)R1环P1、N1波振幅密度和潜伏期的变化情况。【结果】(1)治疗1、3、6个月后,2组患者的BVCA均较前1个观察时点改善(P<0.05),且治疗组在治疗1、3、6个月后对BVCA的改善作用均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。(2)治疗1、3、6个月后,2组患者的CMT均较前1个观察时点降低(P<0.05),且治疗组在治疗1、3、6个月后对CMT的降低作用均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。(3)治疗6个月后,2组患者的SCP-VD、DCP-VD均较治疗前无明显变化(P>0.05),治疗后组间比较,差异也均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(4)治疗1、3、6个月后,2组患者mf-ERG检查R1环P1波和N1波振幅密度均较前1个观察时点增加(P<0.05),P1波和N1波潜伏期均较前1个观察时点缩短(P<0.05),且治疗组对mf-ERG检查R1环P1波和N1波振幅密度的增加作用及对P1波和N1波潜伏期的缩短作用均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。(5)治疗6个月后,治疗组患者的中医证候积分较治疗前降低(P<0.01),而对照组无明显降低(P>0.05);组间比较,治疗组对中医证候积分的降低作用明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。【结论】利水消肿颗粒联合康柏西普治疗脾肾阳虚兼瘀阻目络证DME,虽然不能显著改善SCP-VD和DCP-VD,但对于提高BCVA,改善黄斑水肿、黄斑区视网膜功能和全身症状有较好疗效。 展开更多

目的探讨地奥司明和氢氯噻嗪联合益气化瘀利水汤对乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的疗效。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月在攀枝花市中西医结合医院接受治疗的150例乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各75例。对... 目的探讨地奥司明和氢氯噻嗪联合益气化瘀利水汤对乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的疗效。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月在攀枝花市中西医结合医院接受治疗的150例乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各75例。对照组接受地奥司明和氢氯噻嗪治疗,试验组在此基础上联合益气化瘀利水汤治疗。对比两组疗效状况、中医证候积分、臂围周径均值、患肢5处周径、上肢功能[上肢功能评分量表(DASH)评分]、淋巴水肿自感症状[淋巴水肿与乳腺癌问卷(LBCQ)评分]、疼痛状况[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、肩关节活动优良率的差异。结果试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗前后患肢肿胀、麻木和局部固定疼痛、拒按、疲倦乏力、气短懒言、头晕目眩、面色萎黄、自汗的差值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗前后臂围周径均值、腕横纹周径、腕横纹上方10 cm周径、肘横纹周径、肘横纹上方10 cm周径、腋横纹周径的差值均大于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗前后DASH评分、LBCQ评分和VAS评分的差值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组肩关节活动优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论地奥司明与氢氯噻嗪配合益气化瘀利水汤,能改善乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者的中医证候、上肢功能、淋巴水肿症状、疼痛状况及肩关节活动能力,具有较好的临床疗效。 展开更多

益心通络利水方治疗慢性心力衰竭临床观察

目的:观察益心通络利水方治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组各30例。对照组予血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β受体阻滞剂等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合益心通络利水方治疗。疗程均为4周。比较两... 目的:观察益心通络利水方治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组各30例。对照组予血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β受体阻滞剂等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合益心通络利水方治疗。疗程均为4周。比较两组患者的临床疗效及左心房内径(LAD)、左心室内径(LVEDD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、N末端B型钠尿肽前体(NT-proBNP),左室整体纵向应变(GLS)、圆周应变(GCS)情况。结果:治疗组总有效率90.00%,对照组总有效率83.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,两组LAD、LVEDD、NT-proBNP水平均较治疗前降低(P﹤0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P﹤0.05);两组LVEF水平均较治疗前升高(P﹤0.05),且治疗组高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。治疗后两组GLS、GCS水平均较治疗前降低(P﹤0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:益心通络利水方能够提高慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能,延缓心肌重构。 展开更多
