Methods: 80 patients with hemiplegia in neurology department admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing, while the patients in the observation group received NNN- link nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared respectively. Results: the Lindmark balance ability score, upper and lower limb FMA score and ADL life ability score of the observation group patients were significantly better than those of the control group patients, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of NNN- link mode nursing for hemiplegic patients in neurology department can improve the patients' limb movement function, balance ability and living ability, with better nursing effect, which is worthy of popularization and application.展开更多
