The traditional synthetic polypropylene(PP) meshes for hernia surgical repair were controversial due to increasing postoperative complications,including chronic pain,infection and shrinkage.These morbidities may be re...The traditional synthetic polypropylene(PP) meshes for hernia surgical repair were controversial due to increasing postoperative complications,including chronic pain,infection and shrinkage.These morbidities may be related to a mismatch of mechanical properties between abdominal wall and the meshes.The aims of this study were to design a large pore,lightweight and anisotropic hernia mesh material and explore the influence of pulling density on mechanical properties of experimental hernia mesh materials.The hernia mesh material included A,B,and C samples knitted by RS4 EL warp knitting machine with 16 E gauge.The results showed that the mechanical properties of hernia mesh materials met the requirement of anisotropy in abdominal wall tissue.With the pulling density increased,bursting strength,uniaxial tensile strength and suture pulling out force tended to increase,while tearing force was no significant difference.Sample C showed superior physical and mechanical properties.展开更多
针对人工目视排查大型旋转过滤设备网片缺陷时存在的效率低下,缺陷与背景之间边界模糊及网孔中的小水珠产生反光现象等问题,提出了一个基于多维特征融合的高效网片缺陷检测算法。引入了泊松图像增强技术,实现了缺陷目标与正常背景区域...针对人工目视排查大型旋转过滤设备网片缺陷时存在的效率低下,缺陷与背景之间边界模糊及网孔中的小水珠产生反光现象等问题,提出了一个基于多维特征融合的高效网片缺陷检测算法。引入了泊松图像增强技术,实现了缺陷目标与正常背景区域的平滑融合,增加了小样本缺陷数量的同时解决了缺陷数量分布不均匀的问题。在YOLOv8中融入轻量多维卷积改进的C2fLWDC(C2flightweight multi-dimensional convolution)模块及加权多特征增强模块,既增强了网络对缺陷特征的提取又实现了各级特征的高效融合,提升了对多尺度缺陷样本的表征能力。采用EIOU(efficient intersection over union)定位损失函数,加速了对缺陷目标的准确定位。网片数据集检测结果表明,改进后的算法mAP(mean average precision)达到92%,相较于原始模型提升了16.8个百分点,能很好地完成缺陷目标的检测任务。展开更多
目的评价Lichtenstein腹股沟疝修补术中轻量型网片与重量型网片的远期临床疗效及安全性。方法计算机检索Pub Med、EMBASE、The Cochrane图书馆、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数字化期刊群和维普...目的评价Lichtenstein腹股沟疝修补术中轻量型网片与重量型网片的远期临床疗效及安全性。方法计算机检索Pub Med、EMBASE、The Cochrane图书馆、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数字化期刊群和维普中文科技期刊数据库,检索时间均从建库至2013年11月,同时追溯纳入文献的参考文献。由两名评价者按照纳入与排除标准以及Cochrane协作网推荐的方法独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的方法学质量后,采用Rev Man 5.2.5软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入15个随机对照试验,包含3 390例患者。Meta分析结果显示:与重量型网片相比,轻量型网片可减轻术后近期(≤12个月)慢性疼痛[6个月:相对危险度0.67,95%可信区间(0.53,0.83),P=0.000 3;12个月:相对危险度0.79,95%可信区间(0.64,0.98),P=0.03]和术后异物感[相对危险度0.69,95%可信区间(0.56,0.85),P=0.000 5];而在术后远期(>12个月)疼痛[相对危险度0.93,95%可信区间(0.72,1.19),P=0.56]、复发[相对危险度1.21,95%可信区间(0.77,1.90),P=0.41]和睾丸萎缩[相对危险度1.90,95%可信区间(0.58,6.28),P=0.29]的发生率方面差异无统计学意义。结论与重量型网片相比,轻量型网片可降低术后短期慢性疼痛并减少异物感,且未增加复发。在腹股沟疝修补术中,可以将轻量型网片作为首选。展开更多
