Methods: take January 2020 to December 2020 as the experimental period of this study. During this period, 140 patients with acute heart failure with effective data registration in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were grouped by random number table method, and the sample size of each group was set to 70.Dobutamine injection was selected for treatment in the routine group, while levosimendan injection was added for treatment in the comprehensive treatment group, supplemented by Wentong acupuncture. The indexes of cardiac function and heart rate variability of 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram were observed. Results: the indexes of cardiac function in the comprehensive treatment group were significantly better than those in the routine group (P < 0.05).After treatment, SDNN, SDANN, RMSSD and PNN in the treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the resting heart rate was significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05).Conclusion: in the treatment of patients with acute heart failure, dobutamine injection combined with levosimendan injection can improve the cardiac function of patients, and help to improve the total effective rate of patients. It has high clinical value and is worthy of popularization.展开更多
