Avian ovaries develop asymmetrically apart from prey birds,with only the left ovary growing more towards functional organ.Here,we analyze over 135,000 cells from chick's left and right ovaries at six distinct embryonic developmental stages utilizing single-cell transcriptome sequencing.We delineate gene expression patterns across 15 cell types within these embryo ovaries,revealing side-specific development.The left ovaries exhibit cortex cells,zygotene germ cells,and transcriptional changes unique to the left side.Differential gene expression analysis further identifies specific markers and pathways active in these cell types,highlighting the asymmetry in ovarian development.A fine-scale analysis of the germ cell meiotic transcriptome reveals seven distinct clusters with gene expression patterns specific to various meiotic stages.The study also identifies signaling pathways and intercellular communications,particularly between pre-granulosa and germ cells.Spatial transcriptome analysis shows the asymmetry,demonstrating cortex cells exclusively in the left ovary,modulating neighboring cell types through putative secreted signaling molecules.Overall,this single-cell analysis provides insights into the molecular mechanisms of the asymmetric development of avian ovaries,particularly the significant role of cortex cells in the left ovary. 展开更多

Laterality is a crucial physiological process intricately linked to the cilium-centrosome complex during embryo development.Defects in the process can result in severe organ mispositioning.Coiled-coil domain containing 141(CCDC141)has been previously known as a centrosome-related gene,but its role in left-right(LR)asymmetry has not been characterized.In this study,we utilize the zebrafish model and human exome analysis to elucidate the function of ccdc141 in laterality defects.The knockdown of ccdc141 in zebrafish disrupts early LR signaling pathways,cilia function,and Kupffer's vesicle formation.Unlike ccdc141-knockdown embryos exhibiting aberrant LR patterns,ccdc141-null mutants show no apparent abnormality,suggesting a genetic compensation response effect.In parallel,we observe a marked reduction inα-tubulin acetylation levels in the ccdc141 crispants.The treatment with histone deacetylase(HDAC)inhibitors,particularly the HDAC6 inhibitor,rescues the ccdc141 crispant phenotypes.Furthermore,exome analysis of 70 patients with laterality defects reveals an increased burden of CCDC141 mutations,with in-vivo studies verifying the pathogenicity of the patient mutation CCDC141-R123G.Our findings highlight the critical role of ccdc141 in ciliogenesis and demonstrate that CCDC141 mutations lead to abnormal LR patterns,identifying it as a candidate gene for laterality defects. 展开更多

Based on the vertical dynamics model of the levitation chassis, kinetic equations of the model are established, and a simulation program is designed to analyze the structural decoupling function of the chassis, especially under the influence of elastic constraints between the left and right modules, which are exclusively owned by maglev vehicles. A finite element model of the levitation chassis based on left-right decoupling is constructed. Analysis results of the model show that the mechanical properties of the chassis tailored for the vehicle meet the design requirements, and the stiffness and strength is adequate to bear the weight of the whole vehicle. 展开更多

A novel method of constructing sentiment lexicon of new words(SLNW)is proposed to realize effective Weibo sentiment analysis by integrating existing lexicons of sentiments,lexicons of degree,negation and network.Based on left-right entropy and mutual information(MI)neologism discovery algorithms,this new algorithm divides N-gram to obtain strings dynamically instead of relying on fixed sliding window when using Trie as data structure.The sentiment-oriented point mutual information(SO-PMI)algorithm with Laplacian smoothing is used to distinguish sentiment tendency of new words found in the data set to form SLNW by putting new words to basic sentiment lexicon.Experiments show that the sentiment analysis based on SLNW performs better than others.Precision,recall and F-measure are improved in both topic and non-topic Weibo data sets. 展开更多

We investigate the processes pp → thj, pp → thˉb and pp → th W at the 8(14) Te V LHC and find that the production cross sections of the three processes can be enhanced at different levels. Among them,the production cross section of the process pp → thˉb is enhanced significantly due to the contribution of the new particles predicted by the LRTH model. 展开更多

Based on new rolling-sliding compound bearings,the wear between the one-way spiral hollow cylindrical roller and the ribs of the inner and outer ring of rolling-sliding compound bearings is reduced by innovational structural design. A new left-right spiral hollow cylindrical roller is proposed to replace the one-way spiral hollow cylindrical roller. The finite element analysis models of ordinary cylindrical rollers,one-way spiral hollow cylindrical rollers and left-right spiral hollow cylindrical rollers are respectively established by ABAQUS.The axial displacement of their center mass and the stress distribution of left-right spiral hollow cylindrical rollers are compared and analyzed. Theoretical study results show that this new left-right spiral hollow cylindrical roller not only inherits the advantages of one-way spiral hollow cylindrical rollers,but also avoids the axial offset and the serious wear of the one-way spiral hollow cylindrical roller. And the theory research conclusion is verified by the experiment. The left-right spiral hollow cylindrical roller has the advantages to overcome boundary stress concentration like logarithmic convex roller. The rolling-sliding compound bearings equipped with the new rollers can be better to adapt to the impact of vibration load. 展开更多

We find that the corrections of the LRTH model to the cross section of the process e-γ→vebt might be observed only for f ≤750 GeV and the heavy top quark mass scale M ≥500 GeV in future high energy linear e^+e^- collider (LC) experiment with the center-of-mass (CM) energy √s = 500 GeV and a yearly integrated luminosity of £ = 100 fb^-1. We also consider single production of the heavy top quark T via e-γ collisions. Our numerical results show that the possible signals of the heavy top quark T might be observed via the decay channel T →Ф^+b→tbb in future LC experiment with √s = 3 TeV and £ = 500 fb^-1. 展开更多

The left-right twin Higgs (LRTH) model predicts the existence of three additional Higgs bosons: one neutral Higgs φo and a pair of charged Higgs bosons φ±. In this paper, we study two pair production processes of these new particles at the next generation eγ colliders, i.e., e-γ → e-φ+φ- , and e-γ→vRφ-φ0. We find that the production cross section of the process e-γ → e-φ+φ- are at the level of several tens fb, the production cross section of the process e-γ→vRφ-φ0 can reach 0.35 fb with the reasonable parameter values. As long as the charged Higgs bosons are not too heavy, we conclude that these processes might be used to test for the left-right twin Higgs model in future high-energy linear collider experiments. 展开更多

Our numerical results show that, in the favorable parameter spaces, the cross sections deviate distinctly from the predictions of the SM. In the context of the left-right twin Higgs (LRTH) model, we discuss single production of the new charged gauge boson WH^- , which is predicted by the left-right twin Higgs model, in association with top quark at the CERN Large Hadron Collider (LHC). It is found that, for a typical nonzero value of mass mixing parameter M = 150 GeV in the LRTH model, the production cross section is in the range of 3 ×10^-2 - 6.07×10^3 fb at the LHC. As long as the WH^- is not too heavy, the possible signatures of the heavy charged gauge boson might be detected at the LHC experiments. 展开更多

All the possible CP-conserving non-linear operators up to the p^4-order in the Lagrangian expansion are analysed here for the left-right symmetric model in the non-linear electroweak chiral context coupled to a light dynamical Higgs. The low energy effects will be triggered by an emerging new physics field content in the nature, more specifically,from spin-1 resonances sourced by the straightforward extension of the SM local gauge symmetry to the larger local group SU(2)_L × SU(2)_R× U(1)_(B-L). Low energy phenomenology will be altered by integrating out the resonances from the physical spectrum, being manifested through induced corrections onto the left handed operators. Such modifications are weighted by powers of the scales ratio implied by the symmetries of the model and will determine the size of the effective operator basis to be used. The recently observed diboson excess around the invariant mass 1.8 TeV–2 TeV entails a scale suppression that suggests to encode the low energy effects via a much smaller set of effective operators. 展开更多

目的探讨对比增强经颅多普勒超声(c-TCD)在筛查偏头痛合并心脏右向左分流(RLS)的临床价值。方法选取2021年9月至2022年12月收治的132例偏头痛患者作为偏头痛组,并选择同期132例非偏头痛(神经性头痛)患者作为对照组,均行c-TCD检查。统计... 目的探讨对比增强经颅多普勒超声(c-TCD)在筛查偏头痛合并心脏右向左分流(RLS)的临床价值。方法选取2021年9月至2022年12月收治的132例偏头痛患者作为偏头痛组,并选择同期132例非偏头痛(神经性头痛)患者作为对照组,均行c-TCD检查。统计两组患者一般资料及RLS阳性率、类型、分流量,分析RLS阳性、分流量与血小板计数(PLT)、头痛评分的相关性,比较不同类型偏头痛患者RLS阳性率、类型及分流量,分析c-TCD对偏头痛合并RLS的诊断价值。结果偏头痛组PLT、头痛评分高于对照组(P<0.01);偏头痛组RLS阳性率、大量分流率高于对照组(P<0.01);Spearman相关性分析显示,RLS阳性、分流量与PLT、头痛评分呈正相关(P<0.01);先兆性偏头痛患者RLS阳性率、大量分流率高于无先兆性偏头痛患者(P<0.05,P<0.01);c-TCD对偏头痛合并RLS的诊断准确度为88.64%、特异度为92.45%、敏感度为86.08%。结论c-TCD对偏头痛合并RLS具有一定的诊断价值,患者以大量分流为主,且RLS阳性、分流量与PLT、头痛评分存在相关性。 展开更多

为便于驾驶员在立交右转匝道左置形式中连续分流的情况下及时识别前方路况,对右转匝道左置形式下连续分流的最小间距开展研究。首先,基于《公路立体交叉设计细则》并考虑到实际工程意义与驾驶人行为,重新界定了右转匝道左置形式的连续... 为便于驾驶员在立交右转匝道左置形式中连续分流的情况下及时识别前方路况,对右转匝道左置形式下连续分流的最小间距开展研究。首先,基于《公路立体交叉设计细则》并考虑到实际工程意义与驾驶人行为,重新界定了右转匝道左置形式的连续分流间距范围,并区分不同车道数的分流形式。其次,分析了不同匝道连续分流形式最不利行驶条件下车辆的行驶需求和特征,据此建立了匝道连续分流间距计算模型。最后,采用无人机(unmanned aerial vehecle,UAV)航拍方式及Tracker图像识别软件,分析右转匝道左置形式下匝道连续分流区车辆运行速度、车头时距分布及换道行为特征等,确定模型中关键参数取值,通过计算提出了右转匝道左置形式下双车道和三车道匝道连续分流最小间距建议值。该研究可为右转匝道左置形式的相关设计提供参考,为完善相关规范与设计细则提供参考。 展开更多

目的分析经胸超声心动图声学造影(c-TTE)联合经颅多普勒超声声学造影(c-TCD)对卵圆孔未闭右向左分流(PFO-RLS)的诊断价值。方法选择河南大学第一附属医院2023年1月至2024年1月期间收治的200例疑似PFO-RLS患者作为研究对象,均行c-TTE、c-... 目的分析经胸超声心动图声学造影(c-TTE)联合经颅多普勒超声声学造影(c-TCD)对卵圆孔未闭右向左分流(PFO-RLS)的诊断价值。方法选择河南大学第一附属医院2023年1月至2024年1月期间收治的200例疑似PFO-RLS患者作为研究对象,均行c-TTE、c-TCD及经食道超声心动图(TEE)检查。记录c-TTE、c-TCD及二者联合的诊断结果;以TEE检查结果作为“金标准”,对比c-TTE、c-TCD及二者联合对PFO-RLS的诊断效能。结果200例患者中,TEE检查出99例(49.50%)PFO-RLS阳性。以TEE检查结果作为“金标准”,c-TTE检查出75例PFO-RLS阳性,检出率为37.50%(75/200),假阳性3例,假阴性27例;c-TCD检查出114例PFO-RLS阳性,检出率为57.00%(114/200),假阳性22例,假阴性7例。与c-TTE比较,c-TCD诊断PFO-RLS的敏感度较高,特异度较低(均P<0.001);二者与TEE结果的一致性比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.836)。c-TTE联合c-TCD诊断的敏感度、准确率均高于c-TTE单独诊断,特异度高于c-TCD单独诊断(均P<0.05);c-TTE联合c-TCD诊断与TEE结果的一致性高于c-TTE、c-TCD单独诊断(P均<0.001)。结论c-TTE联合c-TCD诊断PFO-RLS的效能显著,其诊断结果与TEE结果高度一致。 展开更多

目的基于对比增强经颅多普勒超声(c-TCD)及磁共振成像(MRI)检查结果,探究偏头痛患者右向左分流(RLS)与无症状性脑缺血损伤的相关性。方法收集2021年3月至2024年12月安康市中心医院接受c-TCD及MRI检查的偏头痛患者114例。分析c-TCD及MRI... 目的基于对比增强经颅多普勒超声(c-TCD)及磁共振成像(MRI)检查结果,探究偏头痛患者右向左分流(RLS)与无症状性脑缺血损伤的相关性。方法收集2021年3月至2024年12月安康市中心医院接受c-TCD及MRI检查的偏头痛患者114例。分析c-TCD及MRI影像学检查结果。比较不同RLS分级的偏头痛患者无症状性脑梗死(SBI)和脑白质高信号(WMH)发生率。偏头痛患者RLS与SBI、WMH的相关性采用Spearman秩相关。偏头痛患者发生无症状性脑缺血损伤的危险因素行多因素logistic回归分析。结果c-TCD检查显示,RLS 0级48例,RLSⅠ级31例,RLSⅡ级20例,RLSⅢ级15例。固有型RLS 27例,潜在型RLS 39例。MRI检出SBI 5例,检出WMH 42例。RLSⅢ级偏头痛患者的SBI和WMH发生率均高于RLS 0级(P<0.05)。Spearman秩相关分析显示,RLS分级与SBI和WMH发生率呈正相关(r=0.257,P=0.006;r=0.244,P=0.009)。Logistic回归分析显示,RLSⅢ级是偏头痛患者发生无症状性脑缺血损伤的危险因素(OR=3.086,95%CI=1.280~7.441,P<0.05)。结论偏头痛患者RLS与无症状性脑缺血损伤密切相关,右向左大量分流可增加偏头痛患者无症状性脑梗死或脑白质高信号的发生风险,针对偏头痛患者可应用c-TCD开展筛查和早期预防。 展开更多

探讨不同激发方式在右心声学造影(agitated saline contrast echocardiography,ASCE)诊断卵圆孔未闭(patent foramen ovale,PFO)合并右向左分流(right to left shunt,RLS)中的作用。纳入2023年1月—2024年6月于川北医学院附属医院心内... 探讨不同激发方式在右心声学造影(agitated saline contrast echocardiography,ASCE)诊断卵圆孔未闭(patent foramen ovale,PFO)合并右向左分流(right to left shunt,RLS)中的作用。纳入2023年1月—2024年6月于川北医学院附属医院心内科就诊的328例疑似PFO患者,采用咳嗽、改良蹲立动作、束臂试验及联合激发,以经食管超声(TEE)为金标准,比较不同方式的诊断效能。结果显示,束臂试验对中-大量RLS的检出率(45.8%)高于咳嗽(28.9%)和改良蹲立动作(35.4%);二阶法中咳嗽+束臂试验的检出率最高(52.1%),三阶法的检出率(54.3%)未显著提升但稳定性更佳;束臂试验及三阶法的AUC分别为0.842和0.891,显著优于单一激发。研究发现,束臂试验及联合激发可提高PFO-RLS检出率,推荐将其作为个体化联合方案以优化诊断效能。 展开更多

目的探讨左右分治推拿法对痉挛型偏瘫儿童粗大运动功能及下肢痉挛的影响。方法选取2020年6月至2024年1月就诊于河南中医药大学第一附属医院儿童脑病诊疗康复中心1~8岁60例痉挛型偏瘫患儿,根据随机数字表法将其分为两组,各30例。对照组... 目的探讨左右分治推拿法对痉挛型偏瘫儿童粗大运动功能及下肢痉挛的影响。方法选取2020年6月至2024年1月就诊于河南中医药大学第一附属医院儿童脑病诊疗康复中心1~8岁60例痉挛型偏瘫患儿,根据随机数字表法将其分为两组,各30例。对照组给予常规推拿法,治疗组给予左右分治推拿法,治疗12周。比较两组治疗前后粗大运动功能测试量表88项(GMFM-88)总分、临床痉挛指数(CSI)评分、下肢痉挛肌肉表面肌电均方根平均值及步行功能。结果治疗后,两组GMFM-88总分均高于治疗前,CSI评分及内收肌、腘绳肌、腓肠肌表面肌电均方根平均值均低于治疗前,步长、1分钟步行试验(1MWT)均长于治疗前,步宽、10米步行测试(10MWT)均短于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗组GMFM总分、CSI评分和下肢痉挛肌肉表面肌电均方根平均值治疗前后差值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组步长、步宽、10MWT、1MWT治疗前后差值均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左右分治推拿法和常规推拿法均能改善痉挛型偏瘫儿童的粗大运动功能、CSI、下肢痉挛肌肉表面肌电及步行功能,且左右分治推拿法的效果更显著。 展开更多
