Rubber leaf powder (an agricultural waste) was treated with potassium permanganate followed by sodium carbonate and its performance in the removal of Pb(II) ions from aqueous solution was evaluated. The interactions between Pb(II) ions and functional groups on the adsorbent surface were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) coupled with X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDX). The effects of several important parameters which can affect adsorption capacity such as pH, adsorbent dosage, initial lead concentration and contact time were studied. The optimum pH range for lead adsorption was 4-5. Even at very low adsorbent dosage of 0.02 g, almost 100% of Pb(II) ions (23 mg/L) could be removed. The adsorption capacity was also dependent on lead concentration and contact time, and relatively a short period of time (60-90 min) was required to reach equilibrium. The equilibrium data were analyzed with Langmuir, Freundlich and Dubinin-Radushkevich isotherms. Based on Langmuir model, the maximum adsorption capacity of lead was 95.3 mg/g. Three kinetic models including pseudo first-order, pseudo second-order and Boyd were used to analyze the lead adsorption process, and the results showed that the pseudo second-order fitted well with correlation coefficients greater than 0.99. 展开更多

Nickel is a heavy metal which has the potential threaten to human's health and attracts public concern recently. The carbonized leaf powder is expected as suitable adsorbent for Ni(II) removal became of the composition of some beneficial groups. In this work, carbonized leaf powder was evaluated for its adsorption performance towards Ni(II). According to the results, adsorbent component, dosage, initial solute concentration, solution pH, temperature and contact time can significantly affect the efficiency of Ni(II) removal. Sips model fits the test results best, and the adsorption capacity towards Ni(II) is determined around 37.62 mg/g. The thermodynamic behaviors reveal the endothermic and spontaneous nature of the adsorption. The free adsorption energy (fluctuate around 8 kJ/mol) predicted by D-R model indicates that the adsorption capacity originated from both physical and chemical adsorption. Room temperature (15-25 ℃) is suitable for Ni(II) removal as well as low energy consumption for temperature enhancement. Further conclusions about the mechanism of chemical adsorption are obtained through analysis of the FT-IR test and XRD spectra, which indicates that the adsorption process occurs predominantly between amine, carbonate, phosphate and nickel ions. 展开更多

Background:Heat stress(HS)disrupts the gut barrier allowing the uptake of lipopolysaccharide(LPS)and leads to an inflammatory response and changes in gut microbiota composition.Moringa oleifera leaf powder(MOLP)has been proposed to combat HS,yet its alleviate role is currently under investigation.The current study investigated the effects of chronic HS and MOLP supplementation on changes in redox status and immune response of cecal mucosa along with alteration in cecal microbiota.Methods:A total of 21 young New Zealand White(NZW)rabbits(male)about 32 weeks old(mean body weight of 3318±171 g)reared on a commercial pelleted diet were employed;divided into three groups(n=7):control(CON,25°C),heat stress(HS,35°C for 7 h daily),and HS supplemented orally with MOLP(HSM,35°C)at 200 mg/kg body weight per day for 4 weeks.Results:The results demonstrated that MOLP supplementation increased organ index of cecal tissue compared with the HS group(P>0.05).Levels of malonaldehyde(MDA)and activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)as well as lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)were reduced in the cecal mucosa of the HSM group compared with the HS group.MOLP downregulated the contents of cecal mucosa LPS,several inflammatory markers(TNF-α/IL-1α/IL-1β),and myeloperoxidase(MPO)in the HSM group(P<0.05).Secretory immunoglobulin A(SIgA)was increased in the HSM group compared with the HS group(P<0.05).The transcriptome of cecal mucosa showed that MOLP reduced gene expression relative to several immune factors,including IL-10,IFNG,and RLA,whereas both HS and MOLP increased the gene expression of fat digestion and absorption pathway,including APOA1,FABP1,FABP2,MTTP,andLOC100344166,compared to the CON group(P<0.001).At the phylum level,the relative abundance of Proteobacteria was increased by HS,while Actinobacteria was significantly increased by HSM compared to other groups(P<0.05).At genus level,Papillibacter was higher in abundance in HSM groups compared to CON and HS groups(P<0.05).Higher butyrate concentrations were observed in the HSM group than HS and CON groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In conclusion,HS in growing rabbits resulted in alteration of cecal microbiota at phyla level as well as increased oxidative stress and expression of mucosal inflammatory genes.Whereas,oral MOLP supplementation elevated the relative weight of cecum,affected their immunological and cecal micro-ecosystem function by improving antioxidant status and down-regulating mucosal tissue inflammatory response. 展开更多

Nutritional evaluation of complementary food formulations from maize, soybean and peanut fortified with Moringa oleifera leaf powder was carried out. Maize, soybean and peanut were blended in a ratio of 60:30:10 to produce a complementary food, which was then fortified. While the unfortified food product (sample A) served as control, the other three formulations were fortified with 5%, 10% and 15% Moringa leaf powder to give three samples (B, C and D respectively) of fortified food. Nutritional composition determination and feeding trials were then carried out, using two weeks old male albino rats to determine the performance of the food formulations. While the crude protein, crude fibre, and ash contents of the diets increased significantly (p with fortification, with values ranging from 16.04% to 17.59%, 2.25% to 4.42% and 1.40% to 2.50% respectively, crude fat and carbohydrate decreased significantly (p < 0.05), with concomitant decrease in energy, with values ranging from 23.48% to 20.80%, 49.32% to 47.63% and 472.76% to 448.08 kcal/100g respectively in samples A to D. PER values significantly (p < 0.05) improved up to 10% substitution, from 1.77 in unfortified (sample A) to 1.90 in 10% fortified (sample C), but declined at 15% substitution (sample D) to 1.69. Similarly, NPR values increased from 0.71 to 0.76 and 0.68. However, all the PER values including that of Nestle Cerelac (2.04) were lower than, though within the same range, with the value of 2.10 recommended by the Protein Advisory Group (PAG) for complementary foods. Sample C (10% Moringa flour blend) gave the best performance after rat feeding trials. 展开更多

The effect of Moringa oleifera leaf powder supplementation on some physico-chemical and sensory properties of wheat bread was determined. Bread was prepared from varying proportions of 100%, 99%, 98%, 97%, 96% and 95% wheat flour supplemented with 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4% and 5% Moringa oleifera leaf powder respectively. The bread samples were allowed to cool at ambient temperature (30℃± 1℃) and analysed for some physical properties, proximate composition, and sensory attributes. Moringa leaf powder addition significantly (p % to 3.28%), ash (1.10% to 1.65%), protein (9.07% to 13.97%), and ether extract (1.51% to 2.59%), while decreasing moisture content (35.20% to 27.65%). Moringa leaf powder supplementation also significantly (p cm3, 32.32 to 25.65 g, 7.00 to 5.83 cm and 4.70 to 2.65 cm3/g respectively, while the loaf weight increased from 169.20 to 185.86 g. There was a significant (p mg/100g and 0.02 to 3.27 mg/100g respectively, while Iron (Fe) and Cupper (Cu) contents decreased from 2.74 to 1.25 mg/100g and 2.26 to 0.03 mg/100g respectively. This study aimed to investigate the biosorption potential of Na2CO3-modified Aloe barbadensis Miller (Aloe vera) leaf (MABL) powder for removal of Ni(II) ions from a synthetic aqueous solution. Effects of various process parameters (pH, equilibrium time, and temperature) were investigated in order to optimize the biosorptive removal. The maximum biosorption capacity of MABL was observed to be 28.986 mg/g at a temperature of 303 K, a biosorbent dose of 0.6 g, a contact time of 90 min, and a pH value of 7. Different kinetic models (the pseudo-first-order, pseudo-second-order, Elovich, and intraparticle diffusion models) were evaluated. The pseudo-second-order kinetic model was found to be the best fitted model in this study, with a coefficient of determination of R^2 =0.974. Five different isotherm models (the Langmuir, Freundlich, Temkin, Dubinin-Radushkevich, and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) models) were investigated to identify the best-suited isotherm model for the present system. Based on the minimum chi-square value (X^2 =0.027) and the maximum coefficient of determination (R^2 =0.996), the Langmuir isotherm model was found to represent the system well, indicating the possibility of monolayer biosorption. The sticking probability (S*) was found to be 0.41, suggesting a physisorption mechanism for biosorption of Ni(II) on MABL. The biosorbent was characterized using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), zeta potential, and BET surface area, in order to understand its morphological and functional characteristics. 展开更多

This study sought to determine the effects of rosemary leaf powder(RP)on laying performance,egg quality,serum indices,gut barrier function,and cecal microbiota and metabolites of late-phase laying hens.A total of 84"Jing Tint 6"laying hens at 65-week old were randomly divided into 2 groups and fed either a basal diet(CON)or a basal diet supplemented with 0.3%RP.Our study revealed that RP improved the Haugh unit and decreased yolk n-6/n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA)ratio of laying hens,increased serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),jejunal activities of SOD and catalase(CAT),and jejunal zonula occludens-1(ZO-1)expression,as well as decreased serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)level and jejunal TNF-αmRNA expression.Rosemary leaf powder markedly enhanced(P<0.05)cecal abun-dances of Rikenellaceae,Rikenellaceae_RC9_gut_group,and Turicibacter,tended to promote(P=0.076)butyrate concentration,and reduced(P<0.05)cecal abundances of Erysipelatoclostridiaceae,Sutter-ellaceae,Fusobacteriaceae,Campylobacteraceae,Sutterella,Campylobacter,and Fusobacterium,which were closely linked with Haugh unit,yolk n-6/n-3 PUFA ratio,serum SOD and TNF-α.In addition,RP altered the metabolic functions of cecal microbiota and enhanced the abundances of butyrate-synthesizing enzymes,including lysine 2,3-aminomutase,β-lysine 5,6-aminomutase,and 3-oxoacid CoA-transferase.Together,0.3%RP has the potential to enhance egg quality by partially modulating serum antioxidant status,jejunal barrier function,and cecal microbiota structure and metabolites,indicating that RP could be considered a promising feed additive to promote the production performance of late-phase laying hens. 展开更多

However, its precise anti-allergic rhin... According to the proportion of 1:1, konjac flour and mulberry leaf powder are compounded into a kind of dietary fiber source(KMCP). It is found to be good for anti-inflammation. However, its precise anti-allergic rhinitis effect and mechanism remain unknown. In our work, the effect of KMCP on allergic rhinitis(AR)induced by ovalbumin(OVA)was investigated. We found that the number of nasal rubbing and sneezing, the eosinophil(EOS)count in the nasal mucosa, and the serum levels of histamine(HIS), OVA-specific immunoglobulin E(OVA-sIgE)and interleukin-4(IL-4)were decreased, and the histopathological changes of nasal mucosa were inhibited. Additionally, the experiments further proved that the KMCP treatment could exert substantial effects on short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs)metabolism in the cecum as well. Overall findings suggest that KMCP could suppress the inflammatory response in AR mice, and serve as a novel curative therapeutic for AR without side effects. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE The Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Armillariella Mellea Powders Oral(Yinxingmihuan Koufu Rongye,YXMH),a representative drug for"Treating both Brain and Heart",showed considerable clinical effects in isch⁃emic cardiovascular and cerebral vascular diseases.Recently,it is reported that YXMH has the potential for treating myocardial and cerebral ischemia related mental disorders,such as post stroke depression(PSD)and chronic heart disease(CHD)associated anxiety disorder.However,its mechanism has not been clearly elucidated.Meanwhile,increasing evidence revealed that there are close functional links between depression and habenular nucleus.The present study investigates the underlying mechanism of YXMH on attenuating the inflammation of microglia in habenular nucleus through CX3CL1-CX3CR1 axis in in a rat model of PSD.METHODS Rats were randomly devided into sham group,model group,Ginaton group(18 mg·kg^-1),Armillariella Mellea group(600 mg·kg-1),Fluoxetine group(10 mg·kg^-1),YXMH high-dose group(618 mg·kg^-1)and YXMH low-dose group(309 mg·kg^-1).The PSD model was induced by transarterial microembolization combined with sleep deprivation(2-Chloro-D-phenylalanine,PCPA,IH,200 mg·kg^-1,for 3 times,before the behavior test)in SD male rats.Then rats were treated with corresponding medicaments through gavage once a day until 3 weeks later,followed by body mass measurement,neurological deficit score evaluation,gripping strength and thermal withdrawl latency measurement,as well as depression related behavioral indicators,the open field test(OFT)and sucrose preference test.The pathological morphological changes of habenular nucleus was observed by HE staining,the expression of IBA-1 was measured and analyzed by immunohistochemistry staining,and alterations of proteins and genes related to the CX3CL1-CX3CR1 axis were analyzed using Western blotting(CX3CL1,CX3CR1)and real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR)(CX3CL1,CX3CR1).RESULTS Compared with the sham group,rats in the model group manifested as decreased body mass,deficient neurological behavior and gripping strength,reduced loco⁃motor activity and sugar water consumption,as well as elevated thermal withdrawl latency(P<0.05,P<0.01).Mean⁃while,the pathological morphology of the habenular nucleus on the ischemic hemisphere showed significant neuronal degeneration,microglial proliferation,inflammatory cells and glia cells infiltration,together with up-regualted expression of IBA-1,CX3CL1,CX3CR1 protein and CX3CL1,CX3CR1 mRNA.YXMH attenuated inflammation of microglia in habenular nucleus through improving pathological morphology,inhibiting IBA-1 activation,down-regulating the expres⁃sion of CX3CL1 and CX3CR1 proteins and genes,and thus improved the behavior performance of ischemic injury and depression.CONCLUSION YXMH ameliorates neurological deficit and depressive behavior in rat model of PSD induced by transarterial microembolization combined with sleep deprivation,and the mechanism is probably related to attenu⁃ating inflammation of microglia in habenular nucleus through CX3CL1-CX3CR1 axis. 展开更多

[目的]试验旨在研究饲料中添加发酵桑叶粉(FML)对黄羽肉鸡生长性能、抗氧化和免疫能力及肠道菌群结构的影响。[方法]选取初始体重为(40.07±0.05)g的1日龄黄羽肉鸡540只,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只鸡。在育雏期、生长期和育成期分别投喂添加0(对照组)、4.5%FMLP(FML45组)和9.0%FMLP(FML90组)的3种等氮等能试验饲料,试验期为50 d。于21、42和50日龄以重复为单位对试验鸡空腹称重并统计采食量,计算生长性能;于50日龄每重复选取3只接近平均体重的试验鸡采血和屠宰,测定血清抗氧化指标;取回肠黏膜评价抗氧化和免疫功能,取回肠内容物测定肠道菌群结构。[结果]与对照组相比,(1)FML90组试验鸡体重(BW)和平均日增重(ADG)均显著降低(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著升高(P<0.05),平均日采食量(ADFI)呈升高趋势(P=0.084),各组间死亡率无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)FML45和FML90组试验鸡血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著升高(P<0.05),各组间血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)无显著差异(P>0.05);FML45组试验鸡回肠T-AOC显著高于对照组和FML90组,各组间回肠中MDA含量、GSH-Px和SOD活性无显著差异(P>0.05)。(3)FML90组试验鸡回肠中分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)含量显著增加(P<0.05),各组间白介素1β(IL-1β)、IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、转化生长因子β(TGF-β)和补体3(C3)含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。(4)各组间回肠菌群在门水平相对丰度无显著差异(P>0.05);FML45和FML90组回肠普拉梭菌(Faecalibacterium)相对丰度显著升高(P<0.05),真细菌未分类属(unclassified_o_Eubacteriales)和颤螺菌未分类属(unclassified_o_Oscillospiraceae)相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05),考拉杆菌属(Phascolarctobacterium)相对丰度呈升高趋势(P=0.067);Ace指数和Chao1指数显著降低(P<0.05)。[结论]饲粮中添加发酵桑叶粉能增强肉鸡的免疫和抗氧化能力,提高肠道有益菌群的相对丰度,但过量添加会降低其生长性能,建议黄羽肉鸡饲粮中发酵桑叶粉的添加量为4.5%。 展开更多

本试验旨在研究辣木叶粉对宁都黄鸡生长性能、免疫功能、抗氧化能力、肠道消化酶活性及血清生化指标的影响。选取420只体况良好的49日龄宁都黄鸡母鸡,根据体重一致原则随机分为5个组,每组6个重复,每个重复14只。5组宁都黄鸡分别饲喂添... 本试验旨在研究辣木叶粉对宁都黄鸡生长性能、免疫功能、抗氧化能力、肠道消化酶活性及血清生化指标的影响。选取420只体况良好的49日龄宁都黄鸡母鸡,根据体重一致原则随机分为5个组,每组6个重复,每个重复14只。5组宁都黄鸡分别饲喂添加0(对照组)、2%、4%、6%和8%辣木叶粉的试验饲粮。试验期28 d。结果显示:1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加6%和8%的辣木叶粉显著降低了宁都黄鸡的平均日采食量(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加不同水平的辣木叶粉对宁都黄鸡血清免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M含量和免疫器官指数均无显著影响(P>0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加2%和4%的辣木叶粉显著提高了宁都黄鸡血清总抗氧化能力(P<0.05),显著降低了血清丙二醛含量(P<0.05),而添加8%的辣木叶粉显著降低了血清总超氧化物歧化酶活性(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加不同水平的辣木叶粉对宁都黄鸡十二指肠胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性均无显著影响(P>0.05),添加8%的辣木叶粉显著降低了空肠淀粉酶、脂肪酶活性和回肠脂肪酶活性(P<0.05)。5)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加2%和6%的辣木叶粉显著降低了宁都黄鸡血清谷丙转氨酶活性与甘油三酯含量(P<0.05),添加6%的辣木叶粉还显著降低了血清尿酸含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加2%的辣木叶粉对宁都黄鸡的生长性能无负面影响,还可以提高宁都黄鸡的抗氧化能力,改善蛋白质利用及调节脂质代谢能力。 展开更多

为优化佛手叶粉的干燥效率与品质,以干基含水率、失水速率及感官评分等评估指标,探讨了间歇干燥模式、微波功率、装载量对干燥特性和感官品质的影响,旨在确定最佳干燥条件,并比较了热风与微波干燥后佛手叶粉在微观结构、色泽、叶绿素含... 为优化佛手叶粉的干燥效率与品质,以干基含水率、失水速率及感官评分等评估指标,探讨了间歇干燥模式、微波功率、装载量对干燥特性和感官品质的影响,旨在确定最佳干燥条件,并比较了热风与微波干燥后佛手叶粉在微观结构、色泽、叶绿素含量、吸湿性、溶解性及茶多酚含量等方面的差异。结果显示,20、30 s的间歇模式下的佛手叶粉品质最佳,时间较短,确定为最优干燥模式。微波功率和装载量对干燥速率产生显著影响,提高微波功率可有效缩短干燥时间,特别是缩短恒速干燥阶段;而在减速阶段,装载量对干燥速率的影响较小。在微波功率385 W,装载量20 g时,感官综合评分达到最高(16.5)。通过对比3种数学模型模拟干燥动力学过程,发现佛手叶水分比与干燥时间均存在非线性关系。但Page和Wang-Singh模型拟合效果显著,且Wang-Singh模型预测准确性更高,最佳拟合函数为M_(R)=(0.0011+0.0058X_(1)+0.0037X_(2))t^(2)-(0.086+0.1544X_(1)+0.086X_(2))t+1。与热风干燥相比,佛手老叶在最优干燥条件下制备的佛手叶超微粉呈疏松细小颗粒结构,色泽亮绿,感官品质(16.9)更优,润湿性和溶解性有所提升,且茶多酚和叶绿素保留率偏高。以上结果能够为佛手叶的精深加工提供科学指导。 展开更多

杜仲叶已被证实可作为药食同源的可食用物质,其含有丰富的活性成分,发展前景广阔。该文通过色差仪、物性分析仪、扫描电镜、低场核磁共振成像分析仪、傅里叶中远红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热仪以及建立的体外消化体系,研究了... 杜仲叶已被证实可作为药食同源的可食用物质,其含有丰富的活性成分,发展前景广阔。该文通过色差仪、物性分析仪、扫描电镜、低场核磁共振成像分析仪、傅里叶中远红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热仪以及建立的体外消化体系,研究了不同添加量的杜仲叶微粉对饼干的色泽、质构、微观结构、水分分布、蛋白质二级结构、淀粉的糊化和热特性以及体外消化的影响。结果表明,杜仲叶微粉改善了饼干的色泽,影响了整体营养成分,使饼干的咀嚼性增加,孔隙结构均匀性提高,质构特性得到改善。同时,杜仲叶微粉提高了饼干中淀粉与自由水的结合,使自由水含量降低;增加了β-折叠与无规则卷曲,影响了蛋白质二级结构的稳定性;延长了饼干中淀粉的糊化时间,降低了淀粉的水解速率,抑制了血糖值的升高;又通过感官分析发现杜仲叶微粉添加量在1%时的饼干综合评分最高,风味更好。最终证明了杜仲叶微粉对饼干的改良作用,为开发功能性饼干提供了理论和实践基础。 展开更多

目的探讨银杏蜜环口服液在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,CAHD)血瘀证合并糖尿病患者经皮冠脉介入术(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)后的疗效。方法选取2021年1月至2021年11月北京市朝阳... 目的探讨银杏蜜环口服液在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,CAHD)血瘀证合并糖尿病患者经皮冠脉介入术(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)后的疗效。方法选取2021年1月至2021年11月北京市朝阳区双桥医院心内科收治的94例CAHD合并糖尿病患者。所有患者均接受PCI治疗,按配对随机化分为对照组(n=47,接受常规治疗)和试验组(n=47,在对照组治疗的基础上加用银杏蜜环口服液)。比较两组治疗前后氧化应激指标、免疫功能指标及血清胱抑素(cystatin,Cys)C表达水平的差异。结果试验组治疗后超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后免疫球蛋白(immunoglobulin,Ig)G、白介素-6、Ig M表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后的血清Cys C表达水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗有效率高于对照组(91.49%vs.73.91%,P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论银杏蜜环口服液显著改善CAHD合并糖尿病患者PCI术后的氧化应激反应和免疫功能,降低血清Cys C水平,提高临床疗效,可在临床实践中推广应用。 展开更多

花椒叶粉能量价值评定及其在樱桃谷肉鸭饲粮中的应用

本研究旨在通过代谢试验评定花椒叶粉的樱桃谷肉鸭代谢能值,同时研究其对樱桃谷肉鸭生长性能、屠宰性能和肠道免疫功能的影响。代谢试验:采用套算法结合三氧化二铬(Cr2O3)外源指示剂测定花椒叶粉的樱桃谷肉鸭代谢能值。选取42日龄、体... 本研究旨在通过代谢试验评定花椒叶粉的樱桃谷肉鸭代谢能值,同时研究其对樱桃谷肉鸭生长性能、屠宰性能和肠道免疫功能的影响。代谢试验:采用套算法结合三氧化二铬(Cr2O3)外源指示剂测定花椒叶粉的樱桃谷肉鸭代谢能值。选取42日龄、体重相近的樱桃谷肉鸭公鸭48只,随机分为2组(每组8个重复,每个重复3只,1只/笼),分别饲喂基础饲粮和试验饲粮(85%基础饲粮+15%花椒叶粉)。试验期7 d,其中预试期4 d,正试期3 d。饲养试验:选取13日龄、体重相近的樱桃谷肉鸭母鸭320只,随机分为4组(每组8个重复,每个重复10只),分别饲喂花椒叶粉添加量为0(对照组)、2%、3%和4%的试验饲粮。试验期29 d,试验期间自由采食和饮水。结果显示:樱桃谷肉鸭对花椒叶粉的能量表观消化率为37.00%,代谢能为6.17 MJ/kg。从试验全期(13~42日龄)看,与对照组相比,饲粮中添加2%、3%或4%花椒叶粉显著降低了樱桃谷肉鸭42日龄体重、平均日采食量(ADFI)和平均日增重(ADG)(P<0.05),且随着花椒叶粉添加量的提高上述指标均呈线性降低(P<0.001),但对料重比(F/G)无显著影响(P>0.05)。饲粮中添加不同水平花椒叶粉对樱桃谷肉鸭屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率和腿肌率均无显著影响(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,饲粮中添加2%、3%或4%花椒叶粉对樱桃谷肉鸭心脏指数、肝脏指数、肾脏指数、肌胃指数、腺胃指数、胸腺指数和法氏囊指数均无显著影响(P>0.05),但显著降低了脾脏指数(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,饲粮中添加2%、3%或4%花椒叶粉显著降低了樱桃谷肉鸭血清中甘油三酯(TG)和丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05),显著增加了血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性(P<0.05)。随着花椒叶粉添加量的增加,十二指肠和空肠绒隐比(V/C)逐渐升高,其中以4%添加组最高,显著高于对照组和其他试验组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,饲粮中添加2%、3%或4%花椒叶粉对樱桃谷肉鸭空肠和回肠中白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、肿瘤坏死因子-γ(TNF-γ)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)含量均无显著影响(P>0.05),但添加2%或4%花椒叶粉显著增加了回肠中分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,花椒叶粉的肉鸭代谢能为6.17 MJ/kg;饲粮中添加花椒叶粉会降低樱桃谷肉鸭的采食量,从而影响生长性能,但可促进小肠黏膜发育、改善肠道免疫功能和机体抗氧化能力、促进血脂代谢,并对屠宰性能无负面影响。因此,花椒叶粉适宜在樱桃谷肉鸭生长后期饲粮中添加,添加量不宜超过2%。 展开更多
